Very tasty, but you have to be in the mood for a dirty burger and it's best not to eat anything the day before, they've already got it. Special sauce is reminiscent of Danish tartar sauce and goes really well with the fries. Card payment is not possible, but it worked fine via PayPal. Would come again

The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant, but I didn't like the burgers. The menu doesn't say that the Crispy Burger is spicy, and the burger itself isn't listed there. The patty was dry and over fried. The fries were tasty, but I don't feel particularly good after the burger. We have pointed this out to staff, but it is questionable whether our feedback will actually be taken into account and anything will change. In this industry, such errors are unacceptable - the customer must be informed of such things in advance. The restaurant itself isn't bad, but I wouldn't come here again.

some burgers a bit strange but generally quite good

We found out about this burger place through NeoTaste, so we visited it on a Saturday evening around 6 p.m. The place was completely full. But people left and people kept coming. We were then able to get a table. Chose the chilli cheese and normal cheese, each with fries. The burgers, visually great. However, the patties could have been roasted a little more, they are smashburgers after all. Something like that is considered good form. Chilli cheese sauce, well, a straight 6 for me, has nothing to do with that. The regular cheeseburger was actually the same just without the jalapenos and the sauce. The fries, actually definitely awesome. But with the mixture in the deep fryer, not all of them are fried really hot. They looked good, but were actually just a fat sponge. Please don't put so many in the deep fryer, then maybe it will maintain the temperature and they will all be cooked properly. If you're already making homemade fries, don't mess them up. Even if the orders fail, the quality suffers. Edit: Why is a deletion request being made to Google now with a lawyer for defamation? Is it hard to deal with true criticism? My objection is ongoing and I hope that the rating will remain active now.

I was there with part of my family and we all had a great time! The person who took our food was very understanding of my brother's “extra requests”. The time of waiting (about 5-8 minutes) was definitely worth it, the way the food was reserved was, in my opinion, very appealing and also very tasty. PS, The homemade iced tea is highly recommended :)

I've often had a lovely meal here with my boys during our free periods or after school. Super nice staff, cool atmosphere and a good place to have conversations. In terms of price, the lunch menu is top, one citizen (vegetarian is also possible) + lots of fries (sweet potato is also possible) and a 0.33 Fritz drink. I can only recommend it.

The employees on site are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, reservations do not work, although offered online. The ambience is simple, nice, but nothing special. Unfortunately everything was basically over. Orders had to be cobbled together. Even drinking cups were no longer available. As a makeshift we were given small glasses that we were allowed to fill up once (unfortunately my glass was sticky on the side..) About the food itself: - The burgers are okay, the meat is juicy, the sauce tastes good, the buns are unfortunately quite bland, like ready-made baked goods - The homemade fries are okay, but nothing more - Sweet potato fries are cheap Metro products and were also full of fat and sometimes cold - The homemade lemonade only tasted like lemon juice and the iced tea like water. - The mayonnaise was way too sour When I asked the employee about the bad fries, the answer was: “You have to come at lunchtime, the fries are better.” Well... Overall, it was a bit of a letdown and there are definitely better burger places out there.

I had been traveling for 15 hours and arrived at the restaurant at exactly 10 p.m., closing time. Despite the late hour, I was greeted warmly and even though the room had already been cleaned up, I was still served. A special thank you to employee Mo – you really are the best! The citizen was ok and juicy, but it was without lettuce and without tomatoes, house fries are delicious, house lemonade is much too concentrated, please dilute it with more water.

Discovered it by chance and finally found the time to try it out. I had Bison his father burger, it was super tasty and I can recommend it to everyone and the shop has a nice atmosphere and is also one of the top 3 burger shops in Hamburg! Small note if you don't want a mess on your fingers, use the knife and fork that are provided, because the burgers fall apart as soon as you pick them up. Please forget about all the burger chains in the city, go to Traumkuh where you can get great fresh burgers and homemade fries and sauces at fair prices!

It was okay, but I've already eaten a burger that was 1000x better... The staff was very nice, but it was self-service. The furnishings were modern, but not exactly comfortable. The music was too loud for my taste. I had the cheeseburger menu with homemade fries, Dip Pirates and homemade lemon iced tea. The patty was and the bun were average. The bun was very soft and lukewarm. The fries were good but overly salted for my taste, the dip was good, the iced tea was very good. Overall, I wouldn't visit the restaurant again and wouldn't necessarily recommend it.

The veggie burger here can't be beat and the chili cheese burger is equally fantastic! I highly recommend giving them a try.

Note in advance: The visit was a long time ago, but it was still on my list of outstanding reviews. The visit went well back then, but I thought the slight hype surrounding the restaurant was not justified. The burgers were ok, but not special, the fries were a bit limp. It's also a shame if you don't get served at the table in a restaurant - especially if you also look up restaurant prices. And: at least a few months ago there was no card payment!

I recently went back to one of the supposedly best places to have a burger and fries, but in terms of quality and taste it doesn't come anywhere close to Traumkuh.
