Mein Lieblingsburgerladen und auch der meiner Kumpels. Wir sind immer wieder gerne dort, wenn wir in Hamburg unterwegs sind. Die Burger sind jedes Mal richtig lecker und die Qualität überzeugt uns immer wieder. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die Parkplatzsituation, da es manchmal schwierig sein kann, einen Platz zu finden. Trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung!

Das Essen war schnell fertig und sehr lecker. Drinnen war es ziemlich laut, wir konnten uns kaum unterhalten.

Zweifellos der beste Smash Burger, den ich je in Hamburg gegessen habe! Er war einfach himmlisch, super lecker, perfekt saftig und nicht zu fettig. Die Bedienung war fantastisch und der Service schnell und effizient. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Super Burger wie immer, manchmal muss man mehr Zeit für die Zubereitung einplanen

Solide Burger-Erfahrung mit etwas Luft nach oben Ich habe die Traumkuh im Grindelviertel getestet und hatte den Chili Cheeseburger mit Knoblauch-Pommes, der Pirate-Sauce und einen Pfirsich-Eistee. Bestellung & Service Das Konzept ist unkompliziert: Man bestellt direkt am Tresen, bekommt einen Pieper und holt sein Essen ab, sobald es fertig ist. Die Zubereitung ging relativ flott und das Ganze wurde optisch sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Essen & Geschmack Der Burger: War optisch ein Hingucker, allerdings war die Menge an Chili-Cheese-Sauce so dominant, dass sie leider fast jeden anderen Geschmack des Burgers komplett überdeckt hat. Hier wäre etwas weniger mehr gewesen. Die Pommes & Sauce: Die Knoblauch-Pommes waren richtig gut und top gewürzt. Die dazu bestellte Pirate-Sauce war allerdings arg sauer und hat meinen persönlichen Geschmack leider gar nicht getroffen. Der Eistee: War geschmacklich okay, mir persönlich aber eine Spur zu süß. 4,90 € für 0,3L finde ich hier auch preislich etwas happig. Fazit Zusammen habe ich für alles knapp 19 € bezahlt, was in der aktuellen Zeit für die Lage wohl leider normal ist. Insgesamt verlasse ich den Laden mit soliden 4 Sternen. Handwerklich gut gemacht, aber geschmacklich ist beim Feintuning noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben.

So gut und lecker Mussten leider nur ne Stunde warten bis wir unser Essen endlich bekamen. Es war an dem Abend sehr voll, muss man noch erwähnt haben

Das Personal war wirklich hervorragend; sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und empfahlen uns ihre beliebtesten Gerichte, die alle köstlich waren! Wir fanden, dass die Preise für dieses tolle Erlebnis absolut gerechtfertigt waren

Auch die Pommes waren ein Highlight für sich – knusprig, super gewürzt und einfach ein Traum. Man merkt sofort die Liebe zum Detail und die hohe Qualität der Zutaten. Dazu kommt noch ein super freundlicher Service und eine entspannte Atmosphäre – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Definitiv nicht unser letzter Besuch. Absolute Empfehlung für alle Burger-Liebhaber! Da wir allerdings nicht aus Hamburg kommen, wäre es mega, wenn Traumkuh nach Reutlingen als nächste Location kommen würde!☺️

Sehr schöner Laden eigentlich. Bin mit extrem hohen Erwartungen hingegangen da mir gesagt wurde es sei der beste Burger Hamburgs. Und ich bin ehrlich er war sehr gut! Die süskartoffelpommes waren leider echt trocken ungesalzen. Service war nett aber leider keine Kartenzahlung möglich.

Auch die Poutine ist ein Highlight – richtig gut gewürzt und großzügige Portionen.

Der widerlichste Burger, den ich je gegessen habe. Mir ist klar, dass Burger nicht gesund sind, aber das Ding war, als würde man in ein extrem leckeres Stück Fett beißen… Es schmeckte nach nichts anderem als purem Fett. Der Blauschimmelkäse war extrem dünn und hatte überhaupt keinen Geschmack. Mir war nach dem Essen richtig übel.

Burger war sehr lecker, die Süßkartoffel-Pommes und die Soßen schmecken ebenfalls sehr gut.

I've tried a lot of burgers. But the Chili Cheeseburger is the best burger I've ever eaten. A flavor explosion. Add to that the awesome, hand-cut fries and the special sauce, and you have to try it once. If I didn't live so far away, I'd be here much more often.

It's all about the food here. Awesome! We drove 14 km to Traumkuhl just to eat burgers. It was worth it. Yes, the burgers, fries, and mayo are ready. Of course, that's how it should be! And the bison burgers aren't either! I don't care. It was damn delicious. It's worth a visit!

Too greasy – the oil practically oozes out of the burger, and the fries are completely soaked with it. The fries taste like nothing but oil, an indefinable mass that's very vaguely reminiscent of potatoes. The burger bun is so saturated with oil (presumably from the filling) that it falls apart as soon as you pick it up. I had the burger with blue cheese and cranberry jam – the combination was actually great, but the taste of the oil unfortunately overpowered everything. The sour cream sauce for the fries was a positive – it was really tasty and refreshing after all that grease. The staff was friendly, and everything was quick and easy. You can pay with cash or PayPal. Nevertheless, I wouldn't go back.

Surprisingly good. The meat was delicious, the sauces tasted homemade. I especially liked the buns. They looked as if they were freshly baked (brioche bread). I also liked that you could eat the burgers with your hands without getting all messy!

Maybe the only restaurant in Germany with really outstanding homemade fries. Crispy, fluffy, flavorful and served in a huge portion. I've had better burgers elsewhere but they're really solid. Make sure you check this place out if, like me, you've found German fries to be severely underwhelming in general

Burger tastes so oilish and that makes the after tatste awful. We paid full price for two burgers and found it expensive, around €12 per burger. Not to mention they wanted us to pay extra for the fries, won’t be back for sure.

The Canada Poutine, priced at €10.90, was a visual delight with a generous portion size. My initial bites were very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the sauce was extremely salty, and I was unable to finish the dish. Holy moly – what a burger experience! I was at Traumkuh today and ate the "Mr. Bison, his father" – the name alone is a highlight, but the burger itself? An absolute explosion of flavor. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, exactly how a burger should be. The homemade fries? Boy… anything but good! I've never experienced this kind of crust in my 30 years of burger-eating. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside – a texture dream. And the special sauce? Refreshing, delicious, simply the perfect accompaniment. The ambiance is top-notch: well-kept, cozy, you immediately feel at home. And the guys behind the counter – incredibly friendly, polite, and absolutely authentic. No fake restaurant nonsense, just really good guys. Bottom line: If you love burgers, you MUST come here. Traumkuh lives up to its name – I'll definitely be back.

Inspired by the positive reviews, the "Traumkuh" (dream cow) was chosen as the location for dinner. The first impression was a bit reserved, as there is no table service. So, we ordered food at the counter and waited until the electronic timer was activated. A burger menu with fries and a drink. The burger was good, as were the fries (with truffle mayonnaise). The quantity was sufficient. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Wow, guys, what delicious burgers! Such fantastic quality. You'll want to bury your face in the burger. The fries were also amazing. The ambiance is very, very nice. Two beautiful cherry blossom trees decorate the interior of the restaurant. I do have a little tip, though: wet wipes or disposable gloves. After eating, your hands will be so sticky you could crawl up the walls like Spider-Man. Great, guys. Keep it up.

tasty food, nice staff but self service and NO credit cards accepted right now (cash and PayPal accepted), clean sanitary facilities, tables were not clean, homemade lemonade was good but tasted more like lemon water, burgers had a acceptable size, bun was slightly crispy and the patty could have been slightly bigger but it was delicious, chili cheese had nothing fresh (tomato or lettuce) on it just the things that are on the menu

Extremely overrated. Maybe it deserves 3 but since it already has very high rating, I gave 1. It is like a bad replica of Five Guys. The bun is too soft and cannot hold the patty. The patties are distasteful. I had a bad/weird aftertaste when I was eating them. The burger overall has too much fat.

However, the slight thirst that remains is well counteracted by the interior, which I really liked. Unfortunately, it still didn't help with our thirst; ordering a Coke is probably more effective.
