Although the food is decent enough, the service left me disappointed. When I was asked if I want coffee or yogurt, I chose yogurt but instead I was served a capuccino. I pointed that out but unfortunately they refused to replace the wrong order, even though the mistake was clearly on their side. It's the small things that keep customers happy, and replacements like that (a spoonful of yogurt instead of a capuccino) cost next to nothing for the business. But it's these small things that make the business look cheap or not. Therefore one star review for me, and definitely never going back.

Diverse menu and a great children's menu with optional items. Lemonade is simply delicious. Nice staff even when the store is full.

Reorders are sometimes forgotten and food also takes over an hour

We were guests as a family this evening and had reserved a table for 6 p.m. So far everything was good, but after ordering we had to wait 55 minutes for the food. Even if a location like this is very busy, you shouldn't have to wait 55 minutes only to get lukewarm food. And if your own staff notices it with the words (what's wrong with the kitchen) that speaks for itself... I think anyone who works in the restaurant industry in a college town should know what that means on a weekend.

The first impression counts - and it was great! You are greeted, accompanied to a table despite arriving early, the special features and choices of the dishes are explained briefly and clearly and attention is paid to when the guest needs something, so that you neither have to wait long nor feel rushed. The dishes are freshly prepared according to your own preferences and are simply excellent, fresh, balanced and neither too plentiful nor too scarce. The drinks are also made from fresh juices and other ingredients and tasted simply great. When the berry sauce for the homemade frozen yoghurt was unfortunately gone, people asked if they would like blueberries instead, which were brought quickly. In short: a restaurant visit the way you want it wishes - even if we were perhaps just lucky with the super pleasant and professional service. The children are thrilled and never want to go to McDoof and Co. again - and you have to do that first. Top and clear recommendation!

In principle, Peter Pane is always a great restaurant – great service, delicious food. But yesterday seemed to have either been an extremely stressful day, or a certain employee simply lacked the competence and interest to take appropriate care of the customers. It started with the fact that you can't order everything online that's offered in the restaurant - no bunless burgers and no side salad. That was annoying, but still bearable. So I went there to order on site and take away. Unfortunately, it was my mistake for not checking the contents of the bag right away. When we got home we discovered that dips and side dishes were missing. We then called to find a solution to the problem. However, the employee on the phone was not very helpful. His first "solution" was to suggest that we go back to the restaurant to pick up the missing parts - something free as an excuse. The problem is that by then the rest of our food at home would be cold long ago. After an annoyed groan, he finally came up with the idea of ​​sending a driver. He asked for the address and name and promised to bring us the missing dips and side dishes. Now it's 11:30 a.m. the day after and we're still waiting. Let's see if and when we still receive our order... In our opinion, showing so little interest in customer satisfaction and then reacting in annoyance is more than disappointing.

We were in town to visit a sick person at the university clinic and then went to Peter Pane because we really liked it here. Today we were also allowed to choose a comfortable place for ourselves. It was about half full so the noise level was pleasant. The waitresses were always very friendly and in a good mood. The service was unhurried and the food was delivered within a reasonable time frame. In between, eye contact was always offered and questions were asked about taste and other wishes. Tables, cutlery and toilets clean. We would love to come back.

Wir haben den Tisch online bestellt. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und das Essen wurde auch zügig gebracht. Die Burger und der Nachtisch( Schokoküchlein 👌🏼) waren sehr lecker. Der einzige Nachteil war die harte Sitzgelegenheit.

We had a really small, low table in the corner. The lamp was directly in our faces so we couldn't see each other. We had to bend down to eat and now we have back pain. You sit back to back with your neighbors and let's not even start with the volume, you can't understand your own words. However, the food and drinks were very good. The service was very friendly. We won't be visiting again, but we're still happy to place orders.

That's a burger for €10.90, the meat is dry, the bun is super dry. Guys, when I think of PP from 10 years ago, you should really stretch yourself again. Prices high, quality down has already broken some people's necks.

Very good, friendly staff. We ordered salad, citizens and fries. Everything was fresh and appetizingly prepared. Drinks such as rhubarb spritzer and gin cocktail with cranberry are recommended.

For my birthday I went to Peter Pane Greifswald with three generations. Everyone thought it was great! Whether 9 or 80 years old. A tip: for older people who can no longer fill their mouths as much, it would be nicer if the chicken or beef came without a burger and without a huge salad bouquet. Service is top - we even got a table with a backrest even though it was almost full...it's always worth it!

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience today. Due to obvious understaffing, everything took far too long. Stood at the door for ages, didn't get any menus, etc. In total, it took 1.5 hours from the time we entered until the food was served. When asked about the service, it was explained that the shift management had questionable work planning. We could expect a reduction in the bill. In the end, this wasn't what we wanted either and we were only offered a coffee on the house, which we declined. It's a shame, hopefully better next time!

Too loud, too uncomfortable and cramped, food not even warm and careless on the plate. Therefore everything is too expensive. Only the service staff kept the evening going because they were very friendly, but felt overwhelmed.

I had dinner there with a good friend on Monday evening before the cinema. I reserved a table online and we arrived about 15 minutes early. We were welcomed and were able to sit down straight away. We had a young, very friendly waitress who came to our table at regular intervals even after we had ordered and asked if we wanted anything else. We were able to place the order quickly and without any problems, and drinks and food arrived quickly (about 10 minutes). The food itself was really excellent, portions a bit too small for me, but that's just a subjective opinion. The taste was impeccable. The price was also completely reasonable. I find the atmosphere very harmonious. I like cozy, slightly dark environments and felt very comfortable in the restaurant. The decoration is very modern and uses a lot of wood, which is also very much to my taste. In the end, the visit was very good for me and I will definitely come back. Anyone who knows and likes Peter Pane will feel at home here. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the staff is considerate and friendly. Salads and burgers are delicious, as are the drinks and desserts. I celebrated my birthday and it was a great evening.

Wir wollten am Donnerstag Mittag essen, waren um 12.15 Uhr da. Wir wohnen in der Nähe und konnten zu Fuß dorthin gehen. Als Erstes wurden wir gefragt, ob reserviert wurde. Da dies nicht der Fall war, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir um 13.00 Uhr wieder kommen sollen. Zur Zeit war keine Bedienung möglich, da kurzfristig Personal erkrankt war. Es waren aber nur fünf Tische besetzt. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 3 und 6 Jahre alt. Wie soll man zwei kleinen Kindern, die Hunger und Durst hatten, erklären, dass wir noch 45 Minuten spazieren gehen sollen, obwohl das Lokal fast leer ist. Hätte man uns gesagt, dass es etwas länger dauern könnte mit dem Essen, wir doch erst mal Platz nehmen sollen und etwas trinken, wäre alles gut gewesen. Aber so waren wir sehr unzufrieden und werden in der nächsten Zeit, dort auch nicht mehr essen gehen. Wir haben dann unsere Autos von zu Hause geholt und sind zum Griechen gefahren. Dort ist Mittags auch sehr wenig Personal. Wir wurden sehr nett bedient und haben sehr gut gegessen.

Since this wasn't the case, we were told to come back at 1 p.m. At the moment no service was possible because staff fell ill at short notice. But there were only five tables occupied. We were four adults and two children 3 and 6 years old. How do you explain to two small children who were hungry and thirsty that we should go for a walk for another 45 minutes even though the restaurant is almost empty. If we had been told that it might take a little longer to eat and that we should sit down and have something to drink first, everything would have been fine. But we were very dissatisfied and won't be eating there again in the near future. We then got our cars from home and drove to the Greek restaurant. There are also very few staff there at lunchtime. We were served very nicely and ate very well.

And almost everything is due to the fact that the store is simply way too full - it urgently needs fewer tables. The food took 1.5 hours to arrive - and then it was almost cold, the burgers were sticky and the sauces were thick. My basil mayo was forgotten despite two reminders and later left on the bill - even though the waiter confirmed he had taken it down. That's almost audacious. The atmosphere was also pure stress because you were sitting way too close and the music and people in the small space were so loud that you felt like you had to shout at yourself. Unfortunately, I find all of this disappointing for the prices. I feel like I'm the last person to write (negative) reviews, but I was really so disillusioned that it had to come out. The store is too crowded for the food, service and ambience to function well - the customer experience suffers greatly as a result.

I ordered a vegan salad, it was served with a NON-vegan bread and I was only informed of this when I was halfway through my meal. I also ordered a vegan burger, I wasn't asked if I wanted bread and I was given brioche bread (the only non-vegan one). So I'm really disappointed.

Hmm... what can I say. Peter Pane is great. It's always a highlight for us when we're there, we still haven't finished the menu. My daughter loves it too because there are the right portions for her too. Everything tastes great, and at the right times it's not that expensive. The staff is always friendly and tries to get the order to the table quickly... only clearing it away is a bit of a hassle... so our glasses were already piling up, but the refills still came. And, a huge minus point, the wooden benches. Very very uncomfortable. Okay for a quick meal, but rather bad for a group that wants to linger a while. But still always happy.

We celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday and there was a bit of decoration, there was a round of drinks on the house and a snack for everyone as a small birthday gesture, which was great and unexpected. Today a woman greet us welcome, almost gave us a table but a second after she did that a guy comes up and directly denied us a table so we left. Really BAD SERVICE! there was empty tables visible and due to this I'll never set my foot here again. Rather go hungry than give this place my money👎

Visited you late at lunchtime today! We weren't disappointed but we've been to Peter Pane several times!!! Unfortunately, it is noticeable that the service staff have different views of their work. Placing the order took a long time because it didn't come back as quickly outside as there were few guests inside. Food was delicious as expected, I had the chicken salad and my companion had a burger menu. But then someone briefly asked for food, but after that no one came to pay for a long time. Then finally she came but she should cover her workflow again so that idle time is avoided! Of course we'll be back!!!

Unfortunately everything is overpriced. Even if the burgers taste ok - nothing more, nothing less - a meal can easily cost €25. Add maybe a dessert, another drink and then you've lost a lot of money. Even if the employees are nice, the service also includes price/performance. And that is absolutely not okay. The facility is quite cramped and it's also tight to sit on the benches. I wouldn't recommend it for dinner or for a cozy cocktail evening.
