Visited you late at lunchtime today! We weren't disappointed but we've been to Peter Pane several times!!! Unfortunately, it is noticeable that the service staff have different views of their work. Placing the order took a long time because it didn't come back as quickly outside as there were few guests inside. Food was delicious as expected, I had the chicken salad and my companion had a burger menu. But then someone briefly asked for food, but after that no one came to pay for a long time. Then finally she came but she should cover her workflow again so that idle time is avoided! Of course we'll be back!!!

As always, the food is great, but there is still room for improvement when it comes to the friendliness of the staff. Arrogant and snippy are less well received by customers.

We went to Peter Pane for lunch today. Unfortunately our table wasn't clean and we didn't get cutlery/serves either.

The food was really great. The service was really slow, we had to wait for our food for more than an hour, even debated if no one has forgotten us 😃 it seemed like everyone got their food faster. Nevertheless the quality is good, but its a bit overpriced. The drinks were great- for a size like that the price was reasonable

The service was bad today, waiting forever for drinks and food. No mention was made of the birthday in any way, even though information was given in advance. I've been there several times, always satisfied, but today I was very disappointed with the service. A pity.

Unfortunately everything is overpriced. Even if the burgers taste ok - nothing more, nothing less - a meal can easily cost €25. Add maybe a dessert, another drink and then you've lost a lot of money. Even if the employees are nice, the service also includes price/performance. And that is absolutely not okay. The facility is quite cramped and it's also tight to sit on the benches. I wouldn't recommend it for dinner or for a cozy cocktail evening.

Unfortunately we had to wait an hour for our food today. And then the burgers were cold too.

Waited 20 minutes for a table despite a reservation. Then over 1.5 hours for the food. First they justified themselves, later they apologized. Explanation: Lack of staff in the kitchen. Then please accept no/fewer reservations accordingly.

I've been here twice. All good. But the advice is for the A... When I order a salad 🥗 I want croutons. And it doesn't get talked down to with starters like a salad with zero croutons in it at the end. A little more clarification would be nice.

I have on July 4th at 8:58 p.m 2 children ordered children's menu online, Menu No: 2 was supposed to be with Black Angus. I also paid the extra charge, but unfortunately I didn't get any Black Angus:( Otherwise everything was great and the staff was very nice and friendly. Date of Experience: July 4, 2024

Simply recommended! We arrived immediately after opening at 12:00 p.m. and were greeted very warmly. The food was served super quickly and it was delicious!!! Certainly not priced for a short lunch break with a family, but you can afford it on vacation. The sanitary facilities were super clean!

Excellent burgers, salads, meat & drinks.

We came here with a reservation and got a seat outside without any problems. But there wasn't too much going on either. The staff was very friendly and also loved children. The food itself was delicious and can also be put together individually. The menu offers many ideas for this. What wasn't nice during our visit: A 50-minute wait for three burgers and a few fries is just too much, especially since it wasn't overly crowded. I also found the music on the terrace to be so loud that it was annoying.

Went there for the first time with my son. The restaurant was not very busy during the week (Wednesday around 7 p.m.). Friendly welcome. Table selected. Card was brought. Additionally with a seasonal asparagus menu. Selection made. 10 minutes later the food was there. Big portion. Surprised us. Delicious. Left again after about 1.5 hours. Price performance was completely fine. Especially since we ordered double beef burgers. About 60 euros for 2x after-work menu with a double burger, additional fries, 1x salad and 2 drinks.

The patty was done and the burger was cold and even though the place was rather empty, the order took almost an hour. For the price it was definitely a letdown.

Good selection of different burgers and side dishes. There is something for everyone: meat/vegetarian/vegan; Also when it comes to drinks, there is a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We also found it very pleasant that there was a small and inexpensive menu for children. We found the various sauces and dips very tasty. Only the seats are a bit hard and not very ergonomic. We would definitely recommend the restaurant and visit again.

We were visiting for the second time and, as with the first visit, we weren't particularly impressed with the overall impression. At first glance everything is very stylish and chic, but when you take a seat you think that the operator wants you to eat quickly and make room for the next guest. The tables are far too narrow and the seating is completely uncomfortable. Often without a backrest, just wood (sometimes covered with carpet) and swings that look funny at first but are also completely uncomfortable and too narrow for two people. There are American fast food restaurants where you can sit much better. If you want 12-30 euros for a burger, you shouldn't have to sit on a board. The food is good, but the price-performance ratio is average. The drinks, on the other hand, are very good, but the prices are also very high. Our waitress (slight accent) was super friendly and attentive and got a lot out of it. The store is cool for young people, who are certainly the main target group. Not recommended for over 40s.

The food was great, the service was friendly and competent. It was very busy and therefore very loud, which is why I deducted a star for the ambience.

The burgers could be warmer and the fries could be bigger. Peter's homemade ones taste way too sweet. The waiters are very friendly but make a hungry customer wait too long to order even though the restaurant is empty. The ambience is without exception wonderful.

8.85 euros delivery fee (for 25.44 euros basic rice) is outrageous!!!! A taxi would deliver cheaper here. The quality also leaves something to be desired; only the cheapest ingredients! Hands off!!!!

I'm always amazed at how you can always top a visit to a restaurant. The level of service, dishes and ambience you set is almost impossible anymore! As with the other Peter Pane branches, I was thrilled here too. The food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere, like in the other branches, was cozy and harmonious.

The service, drinks and food were again top. The ambience is pleasant, but quite loud. A request not to add dried fruit (oranges) to the cocktails, it reminds me of the table decorations from before. Otherwise, always happy again.

I found the waiting time for the food to be quite long at 50 minutes. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the service and food.

The burgers are okay. Everything is frozen goods so nothing can go wrong. The service tries hard, but forgets a lot. (There is food but no cutlery, I bring the sauces straight away but nothing comes). The atmosphere is quite nice. The problem is that you sit on the same benches as the person behind you. This means you have no backrest and, depending on the situation, no or too much seating distance from the table. All in all, I have to say that the price is far too high for what is on offer.

The service and ambience are great. Unfortunately, I personally don't like the food that much. The vegan burger patties taste a lot like real meat (which would probably be a positive thing for some people, but unfortunately not for me). In addition, the food is relatively expensive.

Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Ambiance is very nice, only seat cushions would be appropriate outside. Toilets very clean and modern. Very rich and hearty. Fries ok, but not that nice and crispy. Dessert was very tasty and also warm, individual requests would be catered for, but there are only 2 types of ice cream, frozen yoghurt or vegan vanilla. We personally advise against frozen yogurt, we didn't like it that much, it was like buttermilk. It would have been nicer if you could have chosen a chocolate ice cream scoop, for chocolate lovers. We also don't like what's on the tables, especially the ketchup and mayonnaise bottles outside in summer. They are cooked very hot. Otherwise a dream for civic lovers.

Burgers are top. However, super bad service! When ordering only half delivered, calls are ignored...

We went to Peter Pane for lunch today and what really has to be emphasized positively is that, despite the high workload, the two waitresses and the barmaid served the guests calmly, friendly and confidently. They took their time and answered questions and implemented small requests. We'd love to come back.

We went to Peter Pane in Greifswald for the first time on Good Friday, as unfortunately there are no chain restaurants in Stralsund. And we hope that this will change! The food was very good. The burger in particular was extremely tasty - 5/5. The fries were a bit dry, hence - 4/5. The cookie with ice cream was also very good - 5/5. The cocktails were perfect too - 5/5. Even though the restaurant was very busy, the service was quick and friendly. The furnishings and ambience are very nicely designed. The tables and benches took a bit of getting used to as they were very high and you weren't allowed to lean on them. All in all, we would definitely recommend Peter Pane and would like to have a restaurant in Stralsund.

The food was good. It was very crowded for a Monday lunchtime. The service was super nice and on the ball. The benches take some getting used to, so without backrests they are not for everyone. The toilets were also very clean. Would eat there again.

Just some more, others less 🙃👌 20% discount for self-collection! Nice action. It's just a shame that it only applies when ordered online. If you order locally to collect yourself, you won't get the discount, even if you collect your order yourself.

The food is always very tasty, the selection of lemonades always delights me. Good quality ingredients. A huge minus - only vegan mayonnaise - it is very fatty and has poor ingredients, I do not recommend it for fries. Sweet potato fries with guacamole are delicious. The cheese sauce is super tasty. I love their decor and atmosphere.

Food was delivered quickly, but for the high price you get home with charred patties and then not the bread you wanted. A pity. It may be better in a restaurant, but it's no longer an option for me.

Visited for the first time today. Nice ambience. We came spontaneously for lunch and despite the high occupancy we got a table for 4 people. The waiter was very friendly. There was also a small children's menu. Unfortunately, it is a very noisy atmosphere, which makes it difficult to have a conversation. We had to wait about 1 hour for our food. That was very tasty and sufficient. The prices are moderate.

We spontaneously went to Peter Pane in Greifswald and had a delicious evening. Great burgers, homemade sauces. Cocktails with and without alcohol.

I ordered food to take away/pick up on site, without Lieferando, because I wanted to “save” the restaurant the commission for Lieferando. At the same time, a promotion with a 20% discount on collection was displayed in the Lieferando app. There was no discount at all on site. If Lieferando charges a 30% commission and then grants an additional 20% upon collection, I don't understand why there isn't a discount on site. In times of transparent information on the Internet, this is a shame. But as always, the food and staff were great. In terms of business, I was disappointed here.

Very tasty and cozy citizen's restaurant. There is a very large selection of burgers, side dishes and drinks. There is something for everyone, there are burgers for meat lovers, burgers for vegetarians and burgers for vegans. The staff responds to requests. When we asked what the waitress could recommend to us, we were given an honest and friendly answer. And what was recommended to us tasted incredibly good. Both the drinks and the food were delivered very quickly, even though the restaurant was quite full in the evening. My family and I were very happy with the food and drinks and were pretty full. The Peter Pane is definitely worth the money, even if it's not the cheapest. However, the quality is also incredibly good. I am very sure that this was not my last visit there and I will eat there more often in the future.👍🏼

But it was very crowded and we were sitting right next to the bar, which is in the middle of the room, so there was a fair amount of noise.
