PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Greifswald

We had a really small, low table in the corner. The lamp was directly in our faces so we couldn't see each other. We had to bend down to eat and now we have back pain. You sit back to back with your neighbors and let's not even start with the volume, you can't understand your own words. However, the food and drinks were very good. The service was very friendly. We won't be visiting again, but we're still happy to place orders.

That's a burger for €10.90, the meat is dry, the bun is super dry. Guys, when I think of PP from 10 years ago, you should really stretch yourself again. Prices high, quality down has already broken some people's necks.

Very good, friendly staff. We ordered salad, citizens and fries. Everything was fresh and appetizingly prepared. Drinks such as rhubarb spritzer and gin cocktail with cranberry are recommended.

Really great service, who likes her job, very attentive. Unfortunately it is far too rare. Our wish to get a table with a backrest was also fulfilled despite a short-term reservation. It was very loud due to the Christmas celebrations. Keep it up.

Unfortunately it's getting more and more expensive, but we were happy that the menu has changed a bit. New dishes make you want to try them out.

For my birthday I went to Peter Pane Greifswald with three generations. Everyone thought it was great! Whether 9 or 80 years old. A tip: for older people who can no longer fill their mouths as much, it would be nicer if the chicken or beef came without a burger and without a huge salad bouquet. Service is top - we even got a table with a backrest even though it was almost full...it's always worth it!

As always, it was really nice, we enjoyed eating with you 😊 We were also really happy that the Peter Pane team prepared the table so beautifully for my teenager's birthday 🥳 Thanks for that 😊

A suggestion, the seats could be cleaner, there was a lot of hair on the black seats, otherwise it was good and would come again. The food was so delicious 👌.

The food was very fresh and deliciously prepared. We didn't have to wait long even though it was very busy. The staff were very friendly. Everything was also really clean and care was always taken to clean everything again when there was a change of place. Well-coordinated and well-organized team. 👍

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience today. Due to obvious understaffing, everything took far too long. Stood at the door for ages, didn't get any menus, etc. In total, it took 1.5 hours from the time we entered until the food was served. When asked about the service, it was explained that the shift management had questionable work planning. We could expect a reduction in the bill. In the end, this wasn't what we wanted either and we were only offered a coffee on the house, which we declined. It's a shame, hopefully better next time!

Delicious burgers & good atmosphere

Too loud, too uncomfortable and cramped, food not even warm and careless on the plate. Therefore everything is too expensive. Only the service staff kept the evening going because they were very friendly, but felt overwhelmed.

I had dinner there with a good friend on Monday evening before the cinema. I reserved a table online and we arrived about 15 minutes early. We were welcomed and were able to sit down straight away. We had a young, very friendly waitress who came to our table at regular intervals even after we had ordered and asked if we wanted anything else. We were able to place the order quickly and without any problems, and drinks and food arrived quickly (about 10 minutes). The food itself was really excellent, portions a bit too small for me, but that's just a subjective opinion. The taste was impeccable. The price was also completely reasonable. I find the atmosphere very harmonious. I like cozy, slightly dark environments and felt very comfortable in the restaurant. The decoration is very modern and uses a lot of wood, which is also very much to my taste. In the end, the visit was very good for me and I will definitely come back. Anyone who knows and likes Peter Pane will feel at home here. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the staff is considerate and friendly. Salads and burgers are delicious, as are the drinks and desserts. I celebrated my birthday and it was a great evening.

Super tasty. A large selection and always savings offers through the menus. there are also many vegetarian and vegan dishes. Food came super quickly and was hot. The waiters were very nice and regularly asked if everything was okay. 1 star deducted because the restaurant is very noisy and therefore very loud when it is full.

Food was delivered quickly. All very tasty. Breadless burgers highly recommended. Just please don't have two service staff come alternately every 10 minutes to ask if you need anything and are you satisfied. Wir wollten am Donnerstag Mittag essen, waren um 12.15 Uhr da. Wir wohnen in der Nähe und konnten zu Fuß dorthin gehen. Als Erstes wurden wir gefragt, ob reserviert wurde. Da dies nicht der Fall war, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir um 13.00 Uhr wieder kommen sollen. Zur Zeit war keine Bedienung möglich, da kurzfristig Personal erkrankt war. Es waren aber nur fünf Tische besetzt. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 3 und 6 Jahre alt. Wie soll man zwei kleinen Kindern, die Hunger und Durst hatten, erklären, dass wir noch 45 Minuten spazieren gehen sollen, obwohl das Lokal fast leer ist. Hätte man uns gesagt, dass es etwas länger dauern könnte mit dem Essen, wir doch erst mal Platz nehmen sollen und etwas trinken, wäre alles gut gewesen. Aber so waren wir sehr unzufrieden und werden in der nächsten Zeit, dort auch nicht mehr essen gehen. Wir haben dann unsere Autos von zu Hause geholt und sind zum Griechen gefahren. Dort ist Mittags auch sehr wenig Personal. Wir wurden sehr nett bedient und haben sehr gut gegessen.

We wanted to have lunch on Thursday and were there at 12:15 p.m. We live nearby and were able to walk there. The first thing we were asked was whether we had made a reservation. Since this wasn't the case, we were told to come back at 1 p.m. At the moment no service was possible because staff fell ill at short notice. But there were only five tables occupied. We were four adults and two children 3 and 6 years old. How do you explain to two small children who were hungry and thirsty that we should go for a walk for another 45 minutes even though the restaurant is almost empty. If we had been told that it might take a little longer to eat and that we should sit down and have something to drink first, everything would have been fine. But we were very dissatisfied and won't be eating there again in the near future. We then got our cars from home and drove to the Greek restaurant. There are also very few staff there at lunchtime. We were served very nicely and ate very well.

A full booth speaks for itself! Here you can not only feast to your heart's content, but also sit together in a beautiful atmosphere and end long evenings well. The food is always great and the service times are faster than the police allow ;) I'm already looking forward to the next visit!

Went to Peter Pane for the first time today and were initially pleasantly surprised by the ambience. There was little going on around 4 p.m. so everything went quickly from taking the order to serving it. Briefly in advance: I have had better experiences here, but: the last time a few days ago it was really a blatant disappointment. And almost everything is due to the fact that the store is simply way too full - it urgently needs fewer tables. The food took 1.5 hours to arrive - and then it was almost cold, the burgers were sticky and the sauces were thick. My basil mayo was forgotten despite two reminders and later left on the bill - even though the waiter confirmed he had taken it down. That's almost audacious. The atmosphere was also pure stress because you were sitting way too close and the music and people in the small space were so loud that you felt like you had to shout at yourself. Unfortunately, I find all of this disappointing for the prices. I feel like I'm the last person to write (negative) reviews, but I was really so disillusioned that it had to come out. The store is too crowded for the food, service and ambience to function well - the customer experience suffers greatly as a result.

Food only came after 1.5 hours, some of it was only lukewarm and a dip didn't come even after repeated requests, but was added to the bill despite being told otherwise. Really a disgrace for the prices. On a Saturday evening it is of course full and can take a little longer, but that is really unacceptable.

I had dinner with my wife at 7:00 p.m. on October 17, 2024. We entered the restaurant and were shown to the table. negative: - We sat at the table for 15 minutes until the menu was handed to us became. I ordered a vegan salad, it was served with a NON-vegan bread and I was only informed of this when I was halfway through my meal. I also ordered a vegan burger, I wasn't asked if I wanted bread and I was given brioche bread (the only non-vegan one). So I'm really disappointed.

Hmm... what can I say. Peter Pane is great. It's always a highlight for us when we're there, we still haven't finished the menu. My daughter loves it too because there are the right portions for her too. Everything tastes great, and at the right times it's not that expensive. The staff is always friendly and tries to get the order to the table quickly... only clearing it away is a bit of a hassle... so our glasses were already piling up, but the refills still came. And, a huge minus point, the wooden benches. Very very uncomfortable. Okay for a quick meal, but rather bad for a group that wants to linger a while. But still always happy.

I went to her and the guests and asked for the bill again. That worked then. Guests at the next table waited just as long. I had reserved a table in advance, which was only possible for an hour. Normally I think it's tight. This time we spent two hours there, just eating without appetizer or dessert! It's a shame that your stay at the restaurant is ruined by inattentive staff.

The Food was Excellent but unfortunately the service is too slow about 20 minutes we waiting front of the door and then we wait around 25 minutes for someone taking our order and almost 20 minutes later we had our order ready

We celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday and there was a bit of decoration, there was a round of drinks on the house and a snack for everyone as a small birthday gesture, which was great and unexpected. At the end there were shots. The food itself was also very good. All in all a great evening Thank you

13/9 was really good service and even allowed my dog inside the restaurant. Today a woman greet us welcome, almost gave us a table but a second after she did that a guy comes up and directly denied us a table so we left. Really BAD SERVICE! there was empty tables visible and due to this I'll never set my foot here again. Rather go hungry than give this place my money👎

Visited you late at lunchtime today! We weren't disappointed but we've been to Peter Pane several times!!! Unfortunately, it is noticeable that the service staff have different views of their work. Placing the order took a long time because it didn't come back as quickly outside as there were few guests inside. Food was delicious as expected, I had the chicken salad and my companion had a burger menu. But then someone briefly asked for food, but after that no one came to pay for a long time. Then finally she came but she should cover her workflow again so that idle time is avoided! Of course we'll be back!!!

We went to Peter Pane for lunch today. Unfortunately our table wasn't clean and we didn't get cutlery/serves either.

The food was really great. The service was really slow, we had to wait for our food for more than an hour, even debated if no one has forgotten us 😃 it seemed like everyone got their food faster. Nevertheless the quality is good, but its a bit overpriced. The drinks were great- for a size like that the price was reasonable

Unfortunately everything is overpriced. Even if the burgers taste ok - nothing more, nothing less - a meal can easily cost €25. Add maybe a dessert, another drink and then you've lost a lot of money. Even if the employees are nice, the service also includes price/performance. And that is absolutely not okay. The facility is quite cramped and it's also tight to sit on the benches. I wouldn't recommend it for dinner or for a cozy cocktail evening.

I've been here twice. All good. But the advice is for the A... When I order a salad 🥗 I want croutons. And it doesn't get talked down to with starters like a salad with zero croutons in it at the end. A little more clarification would be nice.

I have on July 4th at 8:58 p.m 2 children ordered children's menu online, Menu No: 2 was supposed to be with Black Angus. I also paid the extra charge, but unfortunately I didn't get any Black Angus:( Otherwise everything was great and the staff was very nice and friendly. Date of Experience: July 4, 2024

Simply recommended! We arrived immediately after opening at 12:00 p.m. and were greeted very warmly. The food was served super quickly and it was delicious!!! Certainly not priced for a short lunch break with a family, but you can afford it on vacation. The sanitary facilities were super clean!
