Have been there several times. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, even without ordering a table. Would love to come back.

The food was very fresh and deliciously prepared. We didn't have to wait long even though it was very busy. The staff were very friendly. Everything was also really clean and care was always taken to clean everything again when there was a change of place. Well-coordinated and well-organized team. 👍

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience today. Due to obvious understaffing, everything took far too long. Stood at the door for ages, didn't get any menus, etc. In total, it took 1.5 hours from the time we entered until the food was served. When asked about the service, it was explained that the shift management had questionable work planning. We could expect a reduction in the bill. In the end, this wasn't what we wanted either and we were only offered a coffee on the house, which we declined. It's a shame, hopefully better next time!

Too loud, too uncomfortable and cramped, food not even warm and careless on the plate. Therefore everything is too expensive. Only the service staff kept the evening going because they were very friendly, but felt overwhelmed.

Delicious burgers & good atmosphere

I had dinner there with a good friend on Monday evening before the cinema. I reserved a table online and we arrived about 15 minutes early. We were welcomed and were able to sit down straight away. We had a young, very friendly waitress who came to our table at regular intervals even after we had ordered and asked if we wanted anything else. We were able to place the order quickly and without any problems, and drinks and food arrived quickly (about 10 minutes). The food itself was really excellent, portions a bit too small for me, but that's just a subjective opinion. The taste was impeccable. The price was also completely reasonable. I find the atmosphere very harmonious. I like cozy, slightly dark environments and felt very comfortable in the restaurant. The decoration is very modern and uses a lot of wood, which is also very much to my taste. In the end, the visit was very good for me and I will definitely come back. Anyone who knows and likes Peter Pane will feel at home here. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the staff is considerate and friendly. Salads and burgers are delicious, as are the drinks and desserts. I celebrated my birthday and it was a great evening.

Super tasty. A large selection and always savings offers through the menus. there are also many vegetarian and vegan dishes. Food came super quickly and was hot. The waiters were very nice and regularly asked if everything was okay. 1 star deducted because the restaurant is very noisy and therefore very loud when it is full.

Food was delivered quickly. All very tasty. Breadless burgers highly recommended. Just please don't have two service staff come alternately every 10 minutes to ask if you need anything and are you satisfied. After the 8th time we also made it clear that we would also get in touch otherwise. The volume is pleasant, even though it was very crowded, and the ambience is nice. Will definitely come back.

As with the other Peter Pane branches, I was thrilled here too. The food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere, like in the other branches, was cozy and harmonious.

We wanted to have lunch on Thursday and were there at 12:15 p.m. We live nearby and were able to walk there. The first thing we were asked was whether we had made a reservation. Since this wasn't the case, we were told to come back at 1 p.m. At the moment no service was possible because staff fell ill at short notice. But there were only five tables occupied. We were four adults and two children 3 and 6 years old. How do you explain to two small children who were hungry and thirsty that we should go for a walk for another 45 minutes even though the restaurant is almost empty. If we had been told that it might take a little longer to eat and that we should sit down and have something to drink first, everything would have been fine. But we were very dissatisfied and won't be eating there again in the near future. We then got our cars from home and drove to the Greek restaurant. There are also very few staff there at lunchtime. We were served very nicely and ate very well.

Da dies nicht der Fall war, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir um 13.00 Uhr wieder kommen sollen. Zur Zeit war keine Bedienung möglich, da kurzfristig Personal erkrankt war. Es waren aber nur fünf Tische besetzt. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 3 und 6 Jahre alt. Wie soll man zwei kleinen Kindern, die Hunger und Durst hatten, erklären, dass wir noch 45 Minuten spazieren gehen sollen, obwohl das Lokal fast leer ist. Hätte man uns gesagt, dass es etwas länger dauern könnte mit dem Essen, wir doch erst mal Platz nehmen sollen und etwas trinken, wäre alles gut gewesen. Aber so waren wir sehr unzufrieden und werden in der nächsten Zeit, dort auch nicht mehr essen gehen. Wir haben dann unsere Autos von zu Hause geholt und sind zum Griechen gefahren. Dort ist Mittags auch sehr wenig Personal. Wir wurden sehr nett bedient und haben sehr gut gegessen.

A full booth speaks for itself! Here you can not only feast to your heart's content, but also sit together in a beautiful atmosphere and end long evenings well. The food is always great and the service times are faster than the police allow ;) I'm already looking forward to the next visit!

Went to Peter Pane for the first time today and were initially pleasantly surprised by the ambience. There was little going on around 4 p.m. so everything went quickly from taking the order to serving it. The burgers and fries we ordered tasted very good, unfortunately both were only lukewarm, which is a shame. Prices are reasonable. Ambiance 5* Food 4* Service 4* Overall 4*

Food only came after 1.5 hours, some of it was only lukewarm and a dip didn't come even after repeated requests, but was added to the bill despite being told otherwise. Really a disgrace for the prices. On a Saturday evening it is of course full and can take a little longer, but that is really unacceptable.

Briefly in advance: I have had better experiences here, but: the last time a few days ago it was really a blatant disappointment. And almost everything is due to the fact that the store is simply way too full - it urgently needs fewer tables. The food took 1.5 hours to arrive - and then it was almost cold, the burgers were sticky and the sauces were thick. My basil mayo was forgotten despite two reminders and later left on the bill - even though the waiter confirmed he had taken it down. That's almost audacious. The atmosphere was also pure stress because you were sitting way too close and the music and people in the small space were so loud that you felt like you had to shout at yourself. Unfortunately, I find all of this disappointing for the prices. I feel like I'm the last person to write (negative) reviews, but I was really so disillusioned that it had to come out. The store is too crowded for the food, service and ambience to function well - the customer experience suffers greatly as a result.

I had dinner with my wife at 7:00 p.m. on October 17, 2024. We entered the restaurant and were shown to the table. negative: - We sat at the table for 15 minutes until the menu was handed to us became. I ordered a vegan salad, it was served with a NON-vegan bread and I was only informed of this when I was halfway through my meal. I also ordered a vegan burger, I wasn't asked if I wanted bread and I was given brioche bread (the only non-vegan one). So I'm really disappointed.

Hmm... what can I say. Peter Pane is great. It's always a highlight for us when we're there, we still haven't finished the menu. My daughter loves it too because there are the right portions for her too. Everything tastes great, and at the right times it's not that expensive. The staff is always friendly and tries to get the order to the table quickly... only clearing it away is a bit of a hassle... so our glasses were already piling up, but the refills still came. And, a huge minus point, the wooden benches. Very very uncomfortable. Okay for a quick meal, but rather bad for a group that wants to linger a while. But still always happy.

After asking for a few more minutes to choose our order, we of course sat for a while, which is often the case in restaurants - ok. The food came quite quickly and the burgers were good. Lately there seems to be a little less use of sauces, which is a shame. After that we waited quite a long time again. We asked for the bill and that was quickly forgotten, instead she chatted away to guests... A few minutes is ok, but it really took too long for us. I went to her and the guests and asked for the bill again. That worked then. Guests at the next table waited just as long. I had reserved a table in advance, which was only possible for an hour. Normally I think it's tight. This time we spent two hours there, just eating without appetizer or dessert! It's a shame that your stay at the restaurant is ruined by inattentive staff.

The Food was Excellent but unfortunately the service is too slow about 20 minutes we waiting front of the door and then we wait around 25 minutes for someone taking our order and almost 20 minutes later we had our order ready

The Peter Pane is a very good local restaurant, especially the Smash Burger promotion was very good. The ambience is great

We celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday and there was a bit of decoration, there was a round of drinks on the house and a snack for everyone as a small birthday gesture, which was great and unexpected. 13/9 was really good service and even allowed my dog inside the restaurant. Today a woman greet us welcome, almost gave us a table but a second after she did that a guy comes up and directly denied us a table so we left. Really BAD SERVICE! there was empty tables visible and due to this I'll never set my foot here again. Rather go hungry than give this place my money👎

Visited you late at lunchtime today! We weren't disappointed but we've been to Peter Pane several times!!! Unfortunately, it is noticeable that the service staff have different views of their work. Placing the order took a long time because it didn't come back as quickly outside as there were few guests inside. Food was delicious as expected, I had the chicken salad and my companion had a burger menu. But then someone briefly asked for food, but after that no one came to pay for a long time. Then finally she came but she should cover her workflow again so that idle time is avoided! Of course we'll be back!!!

The food was really great. The service was really slow, we had to wait for our food for more than an hour, even debated if no one has forgotten us 😃 it seemed like everyone got their food faster. Nevertheless the quality is good, but its a bit overpriced. The drinks were great- for a size like that the price was reasonable

Unfortunately everything is overpriced. Even if the burgers taste ok - nothing more, nothing less - a meal can easily cost €25. Add maybe a dessert, another drink and then you've lost a lot of money. Even if the employees are nice, the service also includes price/performance. And that is absolutely not okay. The facility is quite cramped and it's also tight to sit on the benches. I wouldn't recommend it for dinner or for a cozy cocktail evening.

I've been here twice. All good. But the advice is for the A... When I order a salad 🥗 I want croutons. And it doesn't get talked down to with starters like a salad with zero croutons in it at the end. A little more clarification would be nice.

Waited 20 minutes for a table despite a reservation. Then over 1.5 hours for the food. First they justified themselves, later they apologized. Explanation: Lack of staff in the kitchen. Then please accept no/fewer reservations accordingly.

Rarely have I experienced such lousy service Maybe 40 guests in the restaurant and after 20 minutes someone came to the table for the first time (under 3 conditions) Drinks were completely forgotten at first…. And there was no chance of adding to the order because the staff was basically not there...

I have on July 4th at 8:58 p.m 2 children ordered children's menu online, Menu No: 2 was supposed to be with Black Angus. I also paid the extra charge, but unfortunately I didn't get any Black Angus:( Otherwise everything was great and the staff was very nice and friendly. Date of Experience: July 4, 2024

Simply recommended! We arrived immediately after opening at 12:00 p.m. and were greeted very warmly. The food was served super quickly and it was delicious!!! Certainly not priced for a short lunch break with a family, but you can afford it on vacation. The sanitary facilities were super clean!

We came here with a reservation and got a seat outside without any problems. But there wasn't too much going on either. The staff was very friendly and also loved children. The food itself was delicious and can also be put together individually. The menu offers many ideas for this. What wasn't nice during our visit: A 50-minute wait for three burgers and a few fries is just too much, especially since it wasn't overly crowded. I also found the music on the terrace to be so loud that it was annoying.

Went there for the first time with my son. The restaurant was not very busy during the week (Wednesday around 7 p.m.). Friendly welcome. Table selected. Card was brought. Additionally with a seasonal asparagus menu. Selection made. 10 minutes later the food was there. Big portion. Surprised us. Delicious. Left again after about 1.5 hours. Price performance was completely fine. Especially since we ordered double beef burgers. About 60 euros for 2x after-work menu with a double burger, additional fries, 1x salad and 2 drinks.

The patty was done and the burger was cold and even though the place was rather empty, the order took almost an hour. For the price it was definitely a letdown.

We were visiting for the second time and, as with the first visit, we weren't particularly impressed with the overall impression. At first glance everything is very stylish and chic, but when you take a seat you think that the operator wants you to eat quickly and make room for the next guest. The tables are far too narrow and the seating is completely uncomfortable. Often without a backrest, just wood (sometimes covered with carpet) and swings that look funny at first but are also completely uncomfortable and too narrow for two people. There are American fast food restaurants where you can sit much better. If you want 12-30 euros for a burger, you shouldn't have to sit on a board. The food is good, but the price-performance ratio is average. The drinks, on the other hand, are very good, but the prices are also very high. Our waitress (slight accent) was super friendly and attentive and got a lot out of it. The store is cool for young people, who are certainly the main target group. Not recommended for over 40s.

Good selection of different burgers and side dishes. There is something for everyone: meat/vegetarian/vegan; Also when it comes to drinks, there is a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We also found it very pleasant that there was a small and inexpensive menu for children. We found the various sauces and dips very tasty. Only the seats are a bit hard and not very ergonomic. We would definitely recommend the restaurant and visit again.

8.85 euros delivery fee (for 25.44 euros basic rice) is outrageous!!!! A taxi would deliver cheaper here. The quality also leaves something to be desired; only the cheapest ingredients! Hands off!!!!

The burgers could be warmer and the fries could be bigger. Peter's homemade ones taste way too sweet. The waiters are very friendly but make a hungry customer wait too long to order even though the restaurant is empty. The ambience is without exception wonderful.

I'm always amazed at how you can always top a visit to a restaurant. The level of service, dishes and ambience you set is almost impossible anymore! Very tasty food, great ambience and friendly staff! It was relatively full, but we didn't have to wait that long for our food! I recommend reserving a table.

As always, the evening at Peter Pane was a success. You can't go wrong with delicious food, a nice and cozy atmosphere and extremely friendly service. Peter Pane has never disappointed me at any location and we will definitely be visiting again soon!
