I picked up two pizzas again yesterday. Absolutely delicious, generously topped, and the toppings cooked to perfection... fantastic! The new pizzeria is shining brighter than ever after the devastating fire. A huge thank you to the entire team!

We ordered food for the first time today since the restaurant reopened. The food arrived on time, was delicious, and the driver was very nice too!

We ordered noodles that smelled and tasted really disgusting. When I called the restaurant to report this (in a very friendly tone), I was laughed at and dismissed with the statement that they had made the noodles fresh. I'm sorry, but if it's fresh, you should be concerned.

Hello, I ordered from Palermo again today after they reopened. I know that deliveries always take a little longer on Sundays. Which isn't really a big deal. After Palermo finally reopened after nine months, I was really looking forward to my pizza hot dog. Well, what can I tell you? The first pizza I picked up in person was a dream. The second pizza we ordered online was a complete disappointment. It was burnt on top, dry, and bland. The meat dish we ordered for a child was supposed to come with fries. Yes, it was. Croquettes were included despite the special note. Too bad, I was hoping for more. The staff always tries to remain friendly. They stand at the counter, greet you, and then get their granddaughter to take your order... Mhmm.... Eating in is also not permitted, by the way.

So Palermo has moved and is new... I placed an order through the app, which never arrived. So I reordered and waited. The debit card didn't work when I paid. Ordered again the next day through the app, and apparently nothing arrived. I called and wanted to place an order. I asked if it was possible to include some extra gyros as a small compensation. I was immediately told I'd have to pay more. Sorry, but after two orders that didn't work, I'll never order from there again, even if the food tasted good.

The food has gone downhill quite a bit. I once ordered the tropical salad, and it was bad. It tasted like it, and after a while, it smelled like it too. Unfortunately, the delivery time is very long. I waited almost two hours for a casserole.

However, I have to issue a WARNING: I ordered a Carlo Grande pizza 6 months ago... all the pepperoni was bad... it just tasted moldy and stale... well, I figured it could happen. I picked it up... the rest was fine. Ordered Carlo Grande again yesterday... and something tasted weird again... Well, the result tonight was food poisoning :/ I don't want to speak ill of the place, but people, get your refrigeration right!!! It was the shrimp this time in the end... that shouldn't happen... I think I'll try it again in a year... then I'll update the review.

I didn't know you weren't allowed to eat on site. Here on Google Maps it said "dining on site" and the website had separate opening and delivery times, which led me to believe that you could eat in the restaurant. Also, there were a lot of seats, so I was confused when I was told in a really RUDE manner that I wasn't allowed to eat there AFTER the food was brought to me. It was also unusual that I had to pay BEFORE receiving the food and not after. In addition, the pizza (Pizza Napolitana) was absolutely not tasty. All in all, an experience that I hope I never have to experience again. In any case, I don't order anything here anymore.

It's actually a real shame because we were super happy for years. Today we once again received a completely burnt pizza that didn't even remotely taste like a pizza. Shortly after "eating" my stomach started to complain about it. The store has really slowed down a lot, especially this year. The lady on the phone was completely overwhelmed and unfriendly and I was pushed away several times beforehand. I picked up the "pizza" myself and it was totally overwhelmed there too. No hello, no goodbye, no please and thank you despite the tip. Conclusion: I suggested my family to order somewhere else from now on. For my part, I'm gone.

I ordered via Lieferando. After 2 hours I called for the first time where the food was and I was told the driver was on the way. After another hour I called again to find out where the food was and that I had been waiting for it for 3 hours. "Food has been with us for half an hour." I say no one has rung the bell here and even if the bell is off, my phone number is stored so you can call. The driver is said to have done that. Hmm, it's just strange that the bell was on and there was no call on my cell phone. The driver is welcome to be terminated because even if you forget an order, you can at least call the customer.

I had been ordering once a week for about a year. Top price-performance ratio. Typically a delivery time of 45-60 minutes. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly in the last few weeks. The pizza dough really wasn't tasty. During delivery the card reader is constantly "forgotten" and you have to somehow find the coins. If the quality of the food improves, I might order from there again, but not in the near future.

Baguette leider viel zu labrig/weich, kein Durchschneiden ohne das es zur Hälfte auseinander fällt. Kartoffelaufläufe sind in Ordnung. Dame am Tel. nicht gerade hilfsbereit bzw doch sehr mürrisch.

Also die Karte bietet wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Außerdem ist das Essen immer frisch und wirklich sehr schmackhaft. Die Wartezeit von ca. 20 Minuten nimmt man gern in Kauf, da das Essen frisch zubereitet wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geht gerne auf Kundenwünsche ein. Jederzeit gern wieder.

Ich habe hier seit Jahren Pizza bestellt. Es war alles lecker bis jetzt. Dieses Mal war aber die Pizza nicht nur sehr trocken und unappetitlich, sonder drinnen waren menschliche Haare. Jetzt haben Sie einen Stammkunden verloren.

Der Lieferservice ist super. Eine Wartezeit von ca ner Stunde ist zu erwarten. Also sollte man rechtzeitig bestellen. Der Fahrer liefert meist aber früher. Meine Erfahrung mit den Fahrern, sie sind nett und entgegenkommend. Wider Erwarten habe ich in der Gaststätte direkt, löslichen Kaffee zu trinken bekommen, der auch so schmeckte. Wenn man nur diesen hat, sollte man einen hochwertigen anbieten. Ich bestelle trotzdem gerne da, denn die Gerichte sind noch schön heiß und schmecken lecker.

Hatte hier vor etwa einem Monat seit Langem mal wieder was bestellt zum Abholen. 3 Aufläufe und eine Pizza kamen bei der Familie sehr gut an (hat also allen geschmeckt). Und der Preis dafür war auch günstiger als gedacht. Bedienung war auch freundlich. Also alles gut.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Ich bestelle mir viele verschiedene Gerichte. Jedes Gericht kommt heiß an und schmeckt einfach lecker. Allerdings haben sie eine durchschnittliche Lieferzeit von 60 min, wenn man es weiß, dann stört es auch nicht. Deshalb gebe ich auch 5-Sterne, da alles sehr heiß hier ankommt und die Lieferanten immer freundlich sind.

Wenn man das Essen abholen kann ist die Pizzeria zu Empfehlen.

Es war lecker, aber immer das gleiche. Man bezahlt für 2 Pizzen mit extra Käse, bekommt aber nur eine von 2

Wenn man anruft sehr lustlose Stimme die ein begrüßt. Pizza bestellt mit extra Oliven. Oliven waren sowieso mit dabei... Nun machten sie nicht eine einzige rauf. Sehr großer Fehler... Extra oder ohne sind ja noch Unterschiede. Nach Anruf sollen die Oliven separat kommen. Witzlos eigentlich. Bin enttäuscht.

Wir haben schon sehr oft dort bestellt aber leider wird der Service persönlich vor Ort und auch am Telefon immer schlechter. So das wir öfters auf andere Lieferdienste ausweichen. Vielleicht sollte wieder etwas Kundenorientierter gearbeitet werden.

Liebes Palermo-Team, liebe Leute da draussen, wir können nur gut berichten! Die Pizzen sind wahnsinnig lecker, toller reichhaltiger Teig, man ist schnell satt und der Käse.... Wow! Noch nie einen so krossen Käse auf einer Pizza in Greifswald gehabt! Heute gab's sogar eine Flasche Perlwein dazu! Auf die freue ich mich schon! Also Corona hat doch ein gutes, man testet sich durch alle Lieferdienste und entdeckt doch noch Diamanten! UND der Preis ist wirklich wirklich gut, eine Party Pizza in 60*40 für 18-22€. Bei der man nach zwei/drei Stücken schon satt ist. Top Preis/Leistung! Wir werden uns weiter durch die Karte testen. 👍

Sehr gute Pizza, allerdings unfreundliche Bedienung

Ich bestelle schon lange hier und war bisher immer super zufrieden, Lieferung ist schnell, die Lieferanten sind sehr freundlich und das Essen war immer top. Leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen, da ich bei meinen letzten 2 Bestellungen die falsche Sahnesoße in meinen Aufläufen hatte, trotz Vermerks bei der Bestellung das anstatt Tomaten-Sahnesauce , normale Sahnesoße bestellt hatte. Ich hoffe das es bei den nächsten Bestellungen wieder alles klappt , weil die Gerichte sehr lecker sind und es bisher immer super geklappt hatte.

Wirklich sehr sehr gutes Essen. Geliefert wird auch super schnell.
