Really inexpensive and really good. I had the vegan sandwich just to have something not too heavy on my stomach. If I go back to Cologne I will definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, the store has gone extremely slack. Been there again for a year and have to say.... The food is extremely overpriced, the portions are far too small for the price. The fries were totally over salted and were in the bag. The cheeseburger is sticky and not far from McDonald's taste neutrality. My friend's order was initially forgotten. The tables were all sticky, when we asked for someone to wipe the tables it was confirmed but no one ever came. The only bright spot was the milkshake, which was really very good. Overall, there is an absolute mismatch between standards (the signs in the store are a joke), taste and price. Then it's better to go to McDonald's because at least the special burgers taste good and cost less.

The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is friendly, but the prices are higher than other fast food chains. Nevertheless, the quality is impressive, making Five Guys a good choice for burger lovers.

So we've already been to five guys in several cities in Germany or the USA. Unfortunately, the burger collapses completely and doesn't taste like it usually does. It's a shame. The fries were just not tasty and cold.

Somehow every Five Guys is equally good. The location was generally better here than anywhere else. Shakes are delicious as always, as are the burgers. Expensive too but that's the same in every Five Guys

I've been to different branches and this is still the best for me. The food arrives warm/hot and the service is always friendly. I left my wallet behind during my last visit, it was immediately secured and I was able to pick it up without any problems.

The burgers were great, small fries are enough for 2 and are also very tasty. The service was super friendly and explained the “system”. The free peanuts for the waiting time were also great. The only thing is the drinks, which were unfortunately a bit watered down and therefore tasteless. On the other hand, you can refill unlimitedly. "I don't know what a cheeseburger is, tell me what you want on it" Sorry but I don't have one In the mood for it... At some point we had something that was roughly close to a cheeseburger. The toilet smelled so much like chlorine that almost everything came up. Disgusting! Sorry, but there are also disinfectants with a citrus smell

Rude staff! Almost got a cold burger and the Indian manager with glasses wanted to tell me that it was normal. All our people will never go there again

I love the burgers and this branch! Everything always tastes 10/10, the employees are so friendly and the branch is large and clean. I recommend the Little Cheeseburger, it's perfect and doesn't have too much meat.

Extremely expensive and overhyped... nothing more. For the money paid, the food is of inferior quality, the patty is far dry and falls apart like a crumbling biscuit, not a bit of meat juice..definitely frozen goods. The toppings turn the burger into a massive mess. The fries would be the best if they weren't saltier than the Dead Sea. Obama reached into the toilet and apparently thinks the burger is so great😂😂😂

Mr. Calogero served me very well, gave me recommendations (when asked) and took very good care of my order. A very nice young man! As a guest you can only thank him, he does his job wonderfully.

I was very happy with my meal, the staff were extremely friendly and served me quickly. The price may be a little more expensive than other local restaurants, but it is worth the price. The burger was a 10/10; The fries were delicious and were put in a large quantity in the packaging and therefore an 11/10 and the drink was also good as it corresponded to the uniform sizes. A fast food restaurant that tempts with delicious burgers. They are good and better than other well-known burger restaurants. However, it is very expensive. Paid almost €50 for 2 burgers with fries and a drink. For us it was a unique experience

I don't remember exactly what one of my colleagues' names are, but I think it was Berkan or something like that, the boy has so much potential and is really such a kind person. Outrageously expensive and it tastes worse than any frozen meal. Grilled Cheese is 2 slices of burger buns with a touch of cheese in between for €7… Thank you once and never again 🤢

Very disappointed…😔 We had lunch there on April 19th, 2024 because we liked going there before (about a year ago). The burgers used to be delicious and we liked the concept. The big disappointment came on April 19, 2024. The taste of the burgers was a lot less, the fries were good, but the drinks were obviously full of fizz. It doesn't work at all! Crisis or not, the latter is fraud! We would have preferred to pay for the drinks and drink it straight. A real shame! ☹️

I do not know where to start.. First we got the wrong pizza but no wonder if you don't write down the information. Then at the end I had to discuss that I didn't want to pay for the wrong pizza. The service and ambience was so bad, but the pizza itself was okay. I still wished for better service.

Yes, it is a little more expensive. But the burger also tastes much better than at other burger shops. Everything is made directly with daily fresh ingredients and you can tell that straight away. The people who give negative reviews here do so mainly because they feel like they're still hoping to get something quick to eat 30 minutes before a concert. That's really naive.

It's not worth it. Eternal waiting times, you can celebrate your next birthday in the queue. You have to pay in advance, after more than an hour in the queue I understood why, because otherwise everyone would leave.

I had to wait over 20 minutes for a cheeseburger. Ok, it's freshly prepared but fast food is supposed to be quick. Ultimately the burger is entered. The vegetables etc. are already prepared, like at Mces😉Burgers ok, but if you look at the price (12€) the price-performance ratio is really bad. For $10 I've had much better burgers.

I give three stars mainly because of the fries, which I actually found very good, crispy and well seasoned, although in this case the spicy wasn't as spicy as expected :-). The service is actually not a service, but similar to Subways, you order a little at the checkout and you get a number. Nevertheless, special requests were taken into account that were not included on the normal menu, which I thought was great. I had a cheese dog which I unfortunately didn't think was OK for the price, the sausage was quite bland and the overall taste was OK, unfortunately nothing more. A friend of mine had a BLT sandwich and it's actually just a pile of bacon in a burger bun with a little lettuce and a slice of tomato. Of course it's debatable, but it was definitely not what was expected. But if you like bacon you will definitely love this :-)

In terms of the quality of the food, I give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, we were there on a Saturday evening around 6 p.m. and the line of people stretched all the way to the shop door. In total it took 70 minutes from ordering to delivery! Way too long !! The guys at the counter had complete chaos and the Lieferandos and Uber Eaters also jumped in there. Ergo... If you want to go to E-Werk or Palladium on Saturday evening, you should make sandwiches and take them with you. Then you don't have so much stress before the event 😉 P.S Thanks Five Guys for the great peanuts 👍

Yesterday, out of sheer desperation, I tried to get something to eat before a concert. Unfortunately, 200 other people also had the same idea. Everywhere else it was completely overcrowded. Prices are ok if the performance was right. We waited a whopping over an hour for food!!! You have to say something like this when ordering. The staff was completely uncoordinated and overwhelmed. It looked like a mess in the store and nothing was cleaned. Then over-salted, burnt junk fries and a cold burger... for 17 euros. Then I missed the beginning of the concert. Thank you very much 5 Guys for nothing

Once and never again Citizens would like to have it for €11.95 Plus a small fries for €4.95 which is served in a 150ml cup was ordered and unfortunately eaten. 30 minutes later I had dessert and I had a really bad stomach ache with diarrhea!!!

What else can you say about Five Guys? Fries are good, burgers are mediocre at best, prices are through the roof. Rarely have I experienced such a poor price/performance ratio as with this chain. Better go to a good burger joint!!

As always, the food is top notch and the service was also great, but there were two concerts nearby during my stay, so the branch was super full and very loud. As a result, the employees were also somewhat stressed.

Here you can get the typical Five Guys food. Unfortunately, the 25 minute wait for burgers and fries is far too long in the early evening. A big disappointment is the BLT sandwich. It is not made of toast, but of buns. Better stick with the cheeseburger. But bring time and patience ☝️

The most important thing to start with: The burgers are smashed burgers, meaning the patties are flattened and are usually completely cooked through. In addition, the burger as a whole can be described as mushy. But that doesn't mean it's unappetizing. On the contrary, I'm into it! Five Fuys is unfortunately a bit expensive but you get something for it and the quality is 90% the same in all branches. Due to its location, this branch is not overcrowded and therefore there is usually very little waiting time.

Went there today after the masego concert and was completely overwhelmed in the store. After 1 hour!! After waiting, our two burgers were ready but they were completely ice cold and the bun was hard, really not edible. When we pointed this out to the employee, he responded with a rude "yes, and what should I do now!?" Yes, there was a lot to do, a long wait is ok, but then to get completely cold burgers is outrageous.

Der Service war perfekt doch noch besser war der Burger. Er macht richtig satt das man gar nicht mehr kann aber wenn man noch Fries dazu hat wird man süchtig und muss die auch noch essen. Dazu die milchshakes sind einfach unwiderstehlich!

Hervorragende Five-Guys-Burger, wie ich sie aus anderen Filialen kenne. Hier war kaum etwas los, es war sauber und angenehm ruhig (keine laute Musik). An der wenige Meter entfernten Peter-Huppertz-Straße kann man kostenfrei parken.

Wir waren das erste mal im Five Guys. Daher wussten wir gar nicht wie man bestellt (bzw wie das Konzept ist). Der junge Herr an der Kasse hat uns sofort gefragt, ob wir Hilfe benötigen und hat uns gleich angeleitet, wie wo was :) war sehr cool, so fühlt man sich nicht so hilflos und "blöd" beim ersten Mal bestellen. WCs waren sauber und man fühlt sich wohl im Restaurant.

Die Burger waren lecker die Pommes Mega. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr nett. Kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren in der Mittagspause da und wurden von einem sehr lieben und humorvollen Mitarbeiter in Empfang genommen. Er erklärte uns das Five-Guys-System und gab eine super Empfehlung ab. Zudem kam es zu keinem Zeitpunkt so rüber, als würde er nur ausschließlich verkaufen wollen.

Die Pommes haben geschmeckt. Der Käse Burger war auch lecker. Die Preise sind zu hoch. Definitiv. Das Ambiente und die Sauberkeit ist geeignet für Menschen unmittelbar nach einer Augen OP, wenn die Verbände noch drauf sind.

Sehr leckerer Burger, waren jetzt schon 3 mal dort beim Klassenfeind. Wenn man zu zweit dort richtig zuschlägt, ist man 50 tacken los, allerdings lohnt sich das Geld auch. Die Fritten Cajun sind der Wahnsinn, das Fleisch für den burger ist frisch und alles weitere eine wunderschöne matscherei, werden definitiv öfters kommen wenn das nötige Kleingeld dafür übrig ist.

Ich verstehe die ganzen negativen Rezensionen nicht. Die Preise stehen auf den Tafeln, wenn ihr Minderleister weder lesen, noch einen normalen Preis für einen guten Burger zahlen könnte, holt euch die Mirkowellenburger von gut und günstig beim Edeka. Service hier im Laden top, Burger wie immer 10/10, eine kleine Pommes reicht für 2 und der Preis ist angemessen. Nur die Parkplatzsituation ist so geht so. Aber viele Rezensenten hier fahren offenbar sowieso nur E-Scooter.

Toller Five Guys in Mühlheim. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und Motiviert und das Essen war sehr lecker. Preis Leistung top, gerne wieder 👍.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, das Restaurant war auch schön gestaltet und wurde direkt sauber gemacht, bloß auf der Toilette müsste man öfter sauber machen bzw nachfüllen. Klopapier war leer, anderer Platz scheinbar abgeschlossen.

Sehr Nette Beratung und Bedienung. Das Essen war schnell fertig und superlecker. Der Tisch war leider noch nicht ganz sauber, aber darüber konnte man gut hinwegsehen.

Erste Five Guys Erfahrung, seeehr lecker...

Heute dachte ich, mal einen Cheese Burger dort zu probieren. Unterm Strich wurden meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, Preis/Leistung passt nicht. 11€ für eine Qualität die man bei MC Donalds etwas besser findet. Ein NoGo war, dass auf die heißen Paddies eiskalte Zwiebeln ( grob gewürfelt) und eine ebenso kalte Tomatenscheibe drauf kamen. Was man allerdings sagen muss, die Produkte waren alle frisch. Schade.
