BAD Burger House in Lauda-Königshofen

Simply but stylishly furnished. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. The naan flatbread with cheese and the complimentary appetizer were also very good. The staff and owners were very attentive. Allow some time as everything is freshly cooked.

Ordered at 11:00 a.m.: Delivery stated at 12:20 p.m., but at 1:30 p.m., nothing arrived, no response, no cancellation, and no data. Simply closing and ignoring an order, but taking payment and then not delivering anything is absolutely unacceptable. So stay away, and judging by the owners' response: disrespectful and insulting. That says it all.

The fries were large, tasty, and fresh. The service was very friendly.

The doner kebab is delicious, but the service is terrible. When I eat here, I have to wait an hour for a doner kebab. They don't ask what I want in it, they just throw everything in, and they're always gossiping about customers in Turkish/Arabic.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this restaurant! Everything was perfect – from the warm and welcoming atmosphere to the excellent service. The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. You feel truly welcome and completely at home here. Every detail shows how much passion and love goes into this place.
