I always go to the one in frankfurt, so I was curious to try this one. The food and atmosphere were amazing. The only issue is, that the scharf broth is not as scharf as i expeted it to be. Everything else was great
AI fail “Jan Wellem” (virtual assistant) - slow-witted and no callback.
No chance of speaking to a human. We wanted to book in spontaneously and had questions about our stay in advance. Idea discarded due to lack of answer.
—> something like that is not possible, especially not as a “grand hotel”. Comparable hotels like Atlantic Hamburg can of course still be reached personally.
Simply filthy, the staff completely overwhelmed. Of the four employees, two were standing around, leaving customers waiting. The sales area was dirty and dingy. That's why I didn't order anything.
A rustic restaurant with 80s flair.
The menu is well-stocked, so everyone is sure to find something. The prices are balanced.
The quality of the food is not acceptable.
- The meat was of poor quality that fat was coming out of the meat
- The pepper sauce we ordered was an everyday sauce with a pepper flavor
- The vegetables were also very fatty
I haven't eaten so badly in a long time!
The gyro was great. Very well seasoned, not too overpowering. Just the right amount of crispy, but not dry. Tzatziki and salads were also very tasty.
However, the fries didn't work at all. Dry like bad oven fries.
The service was very friendly, unfortunately I don't speak Greek at all...
Absolutely loved it! It is indeed the best hotel in Germany. Well located, beautiful rooms and excellent service from all the staff! When I lost my passport the woman who cleaned our room was so nice to me☺️🥹 will come back for sure!
