Simply a fantastic restaurant, absolutely nothing to complain about, highly recommended! Delicious food, super friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere.

A very nice restaurant with a compelling concept. We had a reservation in the winter beer garden (yes...you need warm socks, otherwise a sweater if it's snowing...it's warm enough!). The welcome from the owner...the setting...the service...everything was top-notch...I couldn't imagine it getting any better! The food was excellent, with great burgers and other fantastic options. The drinks were well-thought-out and true to the concept. Thank you for a truly wonderful evening, to which the whole team contributed. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful, modern restaurant. The burger concept is fantastic and executed very well. The service staff provided table entertainment, which was very friendly and professional, yet not at all stiff. My highlight was the "blitz dinkst" – every insider knows what that means. My burger, with venison patty and smoked venison, was delicious and unique. My companion's was a burger smothered in cheese sauce, which was also spectacularly presented. Not to be forgotten are the two soups we had as starters. Extremely delicious and cooked to a high standard, which I hadn't expected. All in all, we had a lovely evening and the food was excellent. Thank you!

We had reserved a table in mid-December, and when we entered the restaurant full of anticipation, there was a power outage. Since several guests were already there and it wasn't yet clear whether our birthday dinner would go ahead, we decided to wait a while by candlelight at our table. And what can I say? The wait was worth it! Once the power was restored, everything went perfectly. The food was great, and the staff were friendly and motivated. We will definitely be back.

I spontaneously decided to take my daughter to Restaurant Herr Lehmann, and we were absolutely delighted. The welcome and service were exceptionally friendly and warm. The food was top-notch – so good, in fact, that my daughter, who usually never finishes her food, ate everything on her plate. A huge compliment to the kitchen and the entire team. A very nice, cozy restaurant. The team is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The burgers are truly legendary – we especially recommend the Lehmanski and Vulkano. The truffle sweet potatoes were also excellent. We went there to celebrate my husband's birthday. His brother was joining us later as a surprise. I had explained beforehand via email that it would be just the two of us initially, and he would join us after landing in Weeze. The team thoughtfully anticipated our needs: they set the table for just the two of us and didn't bring the menu until later to ensure the surprise was a success. Heide was responsible for this; she reassured me and took care of everything. Such thoughtful attention to detail is rare. Thank you, Heide, and thank you to the entire team for the wonderful evening. We will definitely be back – if only for the burgers. Many thanks also for the sweet surprise and the dessert! A fantastic restaurant with incredibly friendly staff. The food was delicious, and the drinks were just as they should be. The selection of food and drinks was also perfectly adequate. I would unfortunately deduct half a point for the ambiance, as we were seated in the tent at the back, and it was too cold there for the winter season.

I visited this restaurant with my friends after a long time. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. Our burgers were so delicious that we devoured them immediately and unfortunately had to leave the fries because the portion was too large. Everything was beautifully presented. The price-performance ratio is perfectly reasonable. We will definitely visit this restaurant more often, even though it's almost a 45-minute drive for us.

Delicious burgers. Worth a longer drive for. The atmosphere is a bit strained and hectic, but charming.

You'll need to make a reservation here because it gets packed. It takes a while to get your menu and then to actually eat. It's worth the wait, though, because the food is excellent. You can tell they're originally butchers. The service is fast and the parking is easy right outside.

We were in Kevelaer on business and went to this restaurant on a recommendation: From the outside, it's rather unassuming (at night), but inside it's unbeatable! Clever sayings, great decor. The burgers were fantastic. The sauerbraten was incredibly tender. If you're ever in the area, you absolutely have to eat here. PS: Next time we'll roll a double six! 😁

A colleague recommended this restaurant to us, and we decided to eat there. Upon entering, the ambiance immediately caught our eye. The friendly server showed us to our table and then played a little dice game with us, where we could win prizes. We won! The food we ordered was absolutely delicious and plentiful. There were five of us, and we were able to stay for about two hours until the next guests arrived. The prices reflect the quality and are, in my opinion, fair. We visited last Saturday afternoon with my wife and two kids, and it was definitely worth it. A super friendly welcome and attentive, fast service! The portions are really good, the burgers, the bread, and the sauces are extremely delicious. We really can't complain. If there's one small point of criticism, it's that there's only one children's dish (a kids' burger). It might be a bit much for a toddler. But that's really nitpicking. Feel free to reserve a table and let yourself be impressed by the atmosphere and the fantastic team! We'll definitely be back! Best regards

Updated November 2025: Since I'd like to write another review, here's a new one to add to the one below: I can only reiterate that a visit to Herr Lehmann's is always worthwhile! We drive an hour to get there and will still be regular customers. The staff creates such a lovely atmosphere, and the food is simply DELICIOUS! 😋 This is what makes dining truly enjoyable. And when the selection and quality are also excellent—what more could you want? I'll definitely be back! It's rare to receive such a warm welcome as at Herr Lehmann's. A super friendly service team, a fantastic burger (I had the "Chief"), and a great selection. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and that everything is freshly prepared. The sweet potato fries weren't greasy at all, and the sour cream dip was amazing... A delight from start to finish! :) Addendum: Today we went again on short notice and, after calling ahead, still managed to get a nice table. It was so delicious! The "high-flyer" combination was truly impressive, but it's worth it for the sweet potato fries with sour cream dip alone (I'd order them again and again). The chocolate fudge pieces from the specials menu were also exactly as they should be. But what impressed me most about Mr. Lehmann's is the hospitality and warmth of the staff!

A visit to the friendly Mr. Lehmann is always a good idea. The man has a very cozy home, and you're always greeted and looked after very warmly. Although we've never met Mr. Lehmann ourselves, he must be an incredibly good cook, because his burger and fries creations are indescribably delicious 😋 Therefore, it's really advisable to call ahead before visiting. A clear 5/5 and always recommended!

I've been looking for such a good steak in many large cities like Warsaw, Wrocław, and so far, and haven't found it. If I ever return to Poland, I'll be visiting friends and this restaurant! Extremely delicious food, a bit more expensive but worth every penny! The staff is very friendly and attentive. Relaxed atmosphere, very pleasant. The ambiance is more like a bar/cozy pub. The only downside is the cramped space inside. You sit relatively close to the other guests. Nevertheless, today was not our last visit. Overall, we highly recommend it! In summer, the restaurant garden is certainly a dream for feasting, enjoying, and chatting.
