My impression of the food: I've never had a better burger!!! It was incredibly delicious. Service was very good. Not pushy, but very attentive. They made recommendations, so they knew the menu well ;-) The staff also seemed to get along well with each other (I find it awful when, as a guest, you sense that the service isn't working as a team—that was NOT the case here). I personally also liked the ambiance. It was cozy; I felt very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Like many times before, I visited my favorite restaurant, "Herr Lehmann," this month. What I particularly like there is the super cozy atmosphere, the exceptionally relaxed and friendly staff, and the incredibly delicious burgers, which I highly recommend. I also always find it really cool that someone at the table gets to roll the dice once and, if they roll a 6, get a surprise from a gumball machine. Once, my boyfriend forgot to specify his special request when ordering, so he didn't enjoy his meal as much as usual. The staff noticed this immediately, and as compensation, he was given a super delicious surprise dessert. A clear sign of top-notch service! Thank you for the great time I've already spent with you and the time I'll have in the future ;). Keep up the great work <3

Four of us visited this restaurant on Whit Saturday and were served excellently by the waitress Heidi, who was humorous, competent, and full of good advice. She recommended the Vulkanoburger to us, and we didn't regret it. An unforgettable visual and culinary experience. If we're in the area, we'll definitely stop here again. Very delicious and lovingly prepared food, rounded off by a delicious selection of drinks, including their own creations. The waiters were extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend a visit; it's definitely worth it. The reason for deducting a star for the ambiance is that the bar stools or benches become a bit uncomfortable for shorter or older people after a while. I would mention this when making a reservation next time. Ideal for improvement: In our case, the portion size was a bit too large for the women, which led to leftovers and prevented people from trying an appetizer or dessert. I thought that with dishes like the schnitzel, which consists of two schnitzels, a small/half portion could be offered, since "only" half is served on the plate. Of course, this isn't possible at half price, but that wouldn't be so important to me.

We've been to Herr Lehmann's several times, and I've never had a bad experience. No matter who served us, they were always friendly and courteous. On our last visit, someone was lactose intolerant and wheat intolerant. Everyone made a real effort to find alternatives. The constantly changing food and drink ideas always pique my curiosity, and I enjoy trying them. The team is very harmonious and cheerful. Even with a child, the visit is enjoyable. I never felt for a moment that it was a "disturbance." I'm looking forward to my next visit.

If magic happens on Mondays, it's definitely at Herr Lehmann's! We actually only came for dinner, but we experienced a culinary declaration of love and a bit of comedy stage magic. I had the beef fillet tips with potato dumplings – and what can I say: The meat was so tender, I'm not sure if it had been to the spa beforehand. The dumplings? Cloudier than my head after my third glass of house wine. My friend had the burger with asparagus – a combination that makes you think, "Can this work?" Spoiler: It can. The asparagus felt more at home in the burger than I do in my favorite shirt. The service? Fresh as an internship on the first day, but with the casualness of an experienced waiter traveling the world. After only two days on the job, it was already so charming and fitting – probably secretly trained by Herr Lehmann himself at the service school. Conclusion: Food 10/10, service 11/10, evening 12/10.

We were vacationing in Kevelaer with the family. We happened upon Herr Lehmann on the last day and wondered why we hadn't discovered it sooner. It looks so unassuming from the outside, but inside it's absolutely stunning. It's really cool what you can get out of a place like this. The food is not only delicious but also beautifully presented. My highlight is the "Heidi" service; she's so nice and relaxed. You can tell right away that she loves her job! I give it 11 out of 10 :-) We'll definitely be back.

All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable evening. If you want to enjoy something special in a relaxed setting, you should definitely stop by Lehmann. If you are looking for a restaurant where you will always be sure that you will eat delicious food and the waiter's service at the highest level, you have come to the right place 😍 this is not my first visit but one of the next, this is the best place in the area and maybe even further because I was looking for such a good steak in many large cities like Warsaw, Wroclaw, etc. and so far I have not found it, if I ever return to Poland I will visit friends and this restaurant! I do not know if I always have bad luck with others that something is wrong, but here everything is always 100% I recommend!!!

On Monday, nine of us were invited to a birthday party at Herr Lehmann's parents' house in Kevelaer. As soon as we walked in, it was clear that this was going to be a special evening. We were greeted so warmly, as if we'd been regulars for a long time. The ambiance is simply beautiful, like a stylish living room with soul. We were immediately offered the choice of sitting inside or outside. When it was too warm outside in the sun for some, another seat was arranged without hesitation. Totally uncomplicated and with a smile. The drink menus arrived immediately, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. A particularly nice touch: a dice cup containing a single die was handed out at the table. Only one person is allowed to roll. If you roll a six, you get a real 10-pfennig coin for a nostalgic machine. Inside, there are little balls with messages on them – funny, loving, and simply original. This immediately created a great atmosphere. The food had something for everyone. Burgers, schnitzel, steak – all fresh, lovingly prepared, and flavorful. Everyone ordered a small appetizer with bread and aioli, which was incredibly delicious. And even though we thought it would lengthen the wait, the main course arrived shortly afterwards – all at the same time. Kudos to the kitchen. I had a classic burger with fries and, to be honest, I fell in love with it. Everything was perfect – juicy, crispy, flavorful. The service was present throughout the evening, friendly, and approachable at all times. We just felt completely at home. Thank you to the entire team for this special evening. It was much more than just a restaurant visit. It was a true experience. I will definitely be back.

Ever since we saw "MeinLokal-Deim Lokal," it's been our goal to visit Herr Lehmann. It was really great 👍🏻. We were greeted so warmly, as if they'd known us forever. Since we were the first guests at 4 p.m., we had the chance to look around without other guests. It's super cozy. There are lots of different things to see everywhere, but without seeming kitschy. We had our table in the beer garden, which is also very nice 🍺😎. The only real shame was that the great grill corner that was featured on the show was no longer there, as we're all big grill fans. Our server was also great. Since I couldn't decide between two dishes, he helped me choose, and I didn't regret it. All four meals were so good that we definitely have to go back. The Vulkano was the visual highlight 😃. The drinks were also very tasty 🍹. However, I do have a tiny suggestion for improving the strawberry mojito: Now that it's strawberry season, it could use a sliced ​​strawberry or two 😉. We'll definitely be back.

I received a voucher for Herr Lehmann from a good friend almost three years ago. Unfortunately, I put off going there with her for a long time. And I regret not having come here until now. The ambiance is fantastic, somehow cozy yet lively. The food is excellently prepared, both in terms of taste and appearance, and the staff is just super friendly and welcoming, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming here more often in the future.☺️

I've been to Herr Lehmann's two or three times and I have to say that I don't understand the good reviews. I think it's simply overrated. You wait forever for your food, every time you visit, so it's not an isolated incident. It can take up to two hours. The food is okay, nothing special. And it's massively overpriced. I like the decor, but when it's full, it's a disaster. Everything's too cramped and far too loud. The staff are unfortunately often overwhelmed, but they've always been nice. But I prefer to go elsewhere.
