Mr. Lehmann is a restaurant that, I think, everyone would like to have in their city. Very, very attentive and friendly employees who sometimes have a casual saying on their lips. The food is amazing and every crumb is worth the money. All I can say is keep it up and THANK YOU for the lovely evening.

Once or twice a year I treat myself to an evening in your restaurant. I find the personal greeting and the “you” to be completely good and not artificial. It's always extremely comfortable and I think the products overall are really great. What I want to make constructively is a request: Please make smaller burgers. 😆🫶🏽 As a brilliant orientation for me (was there for the first time yesterday: Patties & Berries in Moers). That would be the only thing I would want. Small burgers without that horrible toothpick in the middle because you can't fit the big burger in your mouth. Everything else is wonderful. ♥️

Rarely do you receive such a warm welcome as with Mr. Lehmann. Super nice service team, great burger (I had the "Häuptling") and a great selection. You can taste the quality of the products and that they are freshly prepared. The sweet potato fries weren't greasy at all, the sour cream dip was great... A pleasure from start to finish! :)

It is heaven for your mouth. Food is incredible. All is fresh and prepared with care. Staff members are friendly and always answering all your questions. Totally recommend. For sure will come back.

You don't need to say much about the food and drinks. Fantastic ♥️ But what prompted me to write a review was the exceptionally loving and authentic service. Our daughter was stung by a wasp outside today. The friendly team was there immediately and offered any aids and diversionary tactics. By no means self-evident and certainly not to this extent. Thank you again for that ♥️♥️♥️

We spent a very nice evening with friends. Everything tasted good to us. Price/performance fits. Small note: if guests obviously want to share the starters they ordered, then it would be nice if everyone also got 1 slice of bread and a bruchetta. We are also happy to pay an extra charge for this 😉! The service was great, super friendly and very attentive: a 10 out of 10 😃

We had dinner with you today to celebrate my brother-in-law's bachelor party and had a very cozy and relaxed evening. In addition to the warm manner of the service, we can only praise the food and the “supply”. We were offered no long waiting times and very attentive service. Spontan hier ausgekommen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Sowohl innen als auch der Biergarten hinten raus sind gemütlich gestaltet. Wir bekamen Platz im sogenannten Wohnzimmer. Tatsächlich genauso gemütlich wie erhofft. Ich bestellte Salat und bekam einen nicht nur riesigen sondern auch sehr leckeren Salat. Solche Gastronomie bräuchten wir viel mehr

Hand down I will say this: this is one of the best spots to eat in Kevelaer. I have been visiting the town for years with our local church to visit the churches etc. but by the time we are done and hungry most restaurants do not serve food yet, this place opens at 16:00 which is perfect after a long day of wandering. Second pointer why I like this place: it has more to offer than just the standard fries and schnitzel meals most places have. As someone with a sensitive stomach I cannot handle greasy good well and inside the city center most places offer nothing but exactly that, this place however has a variety of dishes with not just fries and salad on the side and meat drowned in sauce. There are burgers for those who want it, various fries options but also meals that include red cabbage, various cuts of meat, various vegetarian options and so on. We both had red cabbage and veal and it was worth every penny, no stomach problems, big portions and most importantly well cooked food! It is just a short walk away from the city center and def worth the walk! We are def planning on coming back next year. It is good to make a reservation first, the place is quite popular with locals coming to eat as soon as they opened, I was very happy that they managed to squeeze us in.

We felt super comfortable right from the start because the warm friendliness not only took place on the phone, when making the reservation, but also on site. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. You don't find something like that that often these days. The design of the restaurant was extremely appealing to us and it almost had a living room feel. Our burgers (including the Royale) were excellent and a real taste explosion while eating them. The burger was served with sweet potato fries with truffle mayonnaise, which made it even more enjoyable. Add to that homemade house lemonade and the overall picture was really perfect! It was our first time there and definitely not the last time! Thanks to the entire Mr. Lehmann team, you really made our evening! We would love to come back to you! -------------------------------------- This is the third time we have been with you and I can only agree with my previous review! The service was again super nice and the food was excellent! This time it was the "Volcano with Cheese Eruption"! A real killer burger! “Hello, it’s nice that you’re here” – that’s basically how things get off to a sunny start at Lehmann. This is not just an empty phrase, but is lived, no, celebrated, by the entire staff here. As far as I know, the variety of the lovingly balanced drinks menu is unique for the local area, and the bar's implementation is skilful and creative. A new world doesn't necessarily open up for wine lovers, but you won't be disappointed either. Highlights here can traditionally be found in gin and liqueurs, and – quite inconspicuously with homemade lemonade or Acqua Morelli mineral water – in the non-alcoholic offerings. But now for my personal icing on the cake. The burgers are clearly a focus of the menu. What I only found out by chance after countless visits during the “consultation” when ordering: EVERY burger is often topped with a veggie patty (here: a successful, if somewhat fragile, mix of beetroot and green kernels). This isn't clear from the map (yet), but it expands the selection considerably! Admittedly, for years I looked a little jealously at the creative grill combinations with BBQ cream, roasted cashews, Roquefort cheese or mango relish... only to finally order "Die Frohnatur" - without knowing what else was available (see photos ). In short: I rarely give 5 stars. Here there are 6, because with this combination Team Lehmann catapults themselves straight up into the international veggie burger Olympus!

We were able to welcome you to our wedding. Everything went well from the first conversation to the end :). The couple who grilled us were super friendly and exceeded all of our expectations. Our guests were also more than thrilled. While grilling in the heat, it was explained what kind of meat was being used, what was the best way to season it and much more. The only thing to complain about was the midnight snack of currywurst. Unfortunately it tasted quite artificial. That’s why “4 stars” 😅. In a town not far away at all, If there is a place you like to go there. Mr. Lehmann is the name of the noble house, Known for culinary delights and feasts. Fresh salads and fine sauces, You just have to be happy here. But what makes the place even better is The staff always had a good laugh. You notice that all the employees are extremely friendly and yet have to recite a lot of text a day. A little game at the beginning and at the end loosens everything up really well and everyone is very nice. The furnishings are simply great, completely different for German restaurants (there are more of these in the Netherlands) it is beautiful and well thought out, the entire furnishings and how the light is used. Map is small but that's ok. However, it's probably not a restaurant for our family - most of the menu would only like schnitzel but only if pork. There was also 1 on the menu for no taste. There is little leeway when you go with the family to get a dish for less than 25 euros. So you can only treat yourself if you have a little more left over, but unfortunately there isn't something for everyone (they don't like the veal and fish dishes, they prefer pork) However, it is worth a trip but it is best to make a reservation and get there early. Unfortunately there aren't that many parking spaces there. A big thank you to the whole team

Visited on Monday 8th July 2024 en route to the Airport and although the restaurant was very busy and we did not have a reservation the staff could not be more accomodating. The food was amazing and great value for money....would have paid alot more.... Cannot recommend enough if you are in the area....A hidden gem

Food 🍔🍟🥓🥩🥘🥗 and drinks are excellent (we had different types of beer, cocktails and espresso) 🍹🍸🍻🍷🥂 . The different burgers are great, each variant has something unique. The decor and ambience are hard to beat. The small courtyard invites you to go outside when the weather is good, or you can make yourself comfortable in the living room. The service was friendly but unfortunately overwhelmed. There were six of us there and our food came at the same time, which was perfect. Unfortunately, there were at least five incorrect drinks delivered, which were not completely corrected on the invoice. And simply reordering mayonnaise took three attempts to deliver to the table. The towel paper lying on the floor in the toilet and missing from the roll was noticed by a waiter but not remedied.

There were six of us and found the place very original. Great and friendly service although as pensioners we would prefer not to be called by complete strangers. Our food all came at the same time!!! The hamburgers were ok but without any particular spice, bland seasoning and ketchup was actually charged extra. That was outrageous given the already very high prices. The schnitzels were far too thin and not seasoned well. Half of the salad was returned because the individual components didn't fit together at all. The red cabbage was raw and the lettuce leaves were completely untreated, the cucumber salad was too salty. The best were the fries, which were charged extra as a side dish. For us it was a unique visit

Probably the tastiest and coziest restaurant in the entire area! We like to come regularly to have a good meal here. There is nothing to complain about! We would like an online reservation system :)

After we were told there would be a short wait when making the reservation (it was a spontaneous reservation), we got a table straight away and the waitress dealt with us extensively and was very attentive. Respect especially to the hairstyle, it suits the waitress very well!😁 The food came quickly and looked and tasted very good. After a few more drinks and a little small talk with the waitress, we were once again very satisfied. We will come back. Please keep it up, we're happy to be with you.

From Willich to Mr. Lehmann on the couch. Ate the best burger my wife and I have ever had. We went to Mr. Lehmann's for the first time, my wife's idea for my birthday. The mix of styles from rustic old times mixed with modern and good music. You can notice the attention to detail from A to Z in this restaurant. Thanks to Heidi and the team for their warm manner as well as the magician Tobias, who regularly presents his skills to guests in small performances. We'd love to come back!

At the end of our six-day bike tour, we reserved a table at Mr. Lehmann's when we booked our hotel as a fan of my restaurant, your restaurant! I can only confirm that reservations were recommended by reviews! When we checked in, Mr. Lehmann gave us a very friendly welcome and we were immediately assigned a table in the front bank area! Brilliant idea with the puzzles if you hit a six you win on the chewing gum machine ball with prizes! Wife was really lucky to get a 6u priced Mr Lehmann ballpoint pen! Spent a great evening with great food, Vulkano Burger, super sweet potato fries, steak and asparagus with aperol wine and cocktails! The team and Mr. Lehmann (Micah) were also great! The girls were already on TV in ML your local in '23! Shortly after arrival we asked if we could take a picture with Micha, no problem and after an hour when the first rush was over he came to us, thank you for the photos! Conclusion Spent a great 3.5 hours at Mr. Lehmann! Great restaurant with a beautiful beer garden! Now there are three highlights for us in Kevelaer, the basilica, the new graduation factory and of course Micha and his Mr. Lehmann, which he has been running successfully for 8 years now! Greetings from Moers to the entire Lehmanns team until next time!!!!

The barbecue buffet at the wedding yesterday was a blast, I haven't eaten such delicious meat in a long time. You were really awesome yesterday. Only to recommend

Me and my work colleagues are over working away from home, doing long shifts with very little time off, we thought we would go out for something to eat just for something different. When we arrived we were told we could not sit inside and that we would have to go outside for food. However, we could see that there were tables available but seeing as we had all just finished a 12 hour shift and were still in work clothes we thought this was fair enough as we might not have been dressed for the occasion as such. The moment we entered we were made to feel not welcome at all due to the fact we were not able to speak the language. With them knowing that we were English speaking our waitress continued to speak to us in German along with a very nasty attitude. The final nail in the coffin was the wait for the food which was over an 1 hour and 15 minutes, me and my other work colleague had ordered steaks and the other two ordered burgers. I don’t think it takes even half that long to cook either of them meals. The next problem was that when the food finally arrived both of the steaks were far too over cooked and quite frankly tasteless. When asked was everything ok by the waitress I replied “not really” to which her response was to laugh in our faces and walk away…completely despicable. Moral of the story if you’re an outsider visiting for any reason do not go to this place
