I've been coming to this soup shop for years – even before the coronavirus pandemic – and it's still my absolute favorite restaurant in Düsseldorf. The ramen is simply incredibly delicious, fresh, and authentic. For me, it's clearly the best ramen restaurant. The prices are super fair, the place is always clean, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. Even the bathroom was recently renovated – you can see that they've invested in and constantly strive for quality. I'm impressed every time. Five stars aren't enough – absolutely recommended! 😁

I ate here while attending Dokomi in 2025, and was recommended it by a streamer I knew. When a restaurant this size has been open for over a decade, you know it's doing something right. Indeed, I enjoyed every meal I had there. The staff were friendly as well, and everything had a strong, authentic Japanese feel. The second night I ate there I was a bit late and it already had a queue. But the moment the owner saw that I was waiting, he gave me priority seating! An establishment that remembers repeat customers like that earns instant loyalty, and I'll be sure to patronize them again in 2026! My only very small complaint is that the drink selection was very overpriced, but they didn't care that I brought my own water bottle, so it evens out.

Fast service, alright vibe, but food made us sick. After a long day travelling and feeling hungry, we were desperate to eat fast. Seeing 4,7 review score were happy to try it. The ramen was way too salty (too much msg) giving us stomach cramps for two days. We had the chicken ramen soup and the seafood kimchi soup. We didnt share dishes, didnt have any other food and both got sick from this shop.

The food is amazing, having been to japan before eating here, I cansay that everything down to the ramen and atmosphere is exactly the same as it is in japan. Very authentic food, even some vegetarian options for ramen and incredibily friendly staff. We left a 20 percent tip because it was so good.

Super authentic restaurant, food and especially staff

The man who served us was very kind and friendly. We ordered ramen, yakisoba, and gyozas. The food arrived quickly and was all very good. Great value for money, highly recommended.

It's small and cute. Fast and friendly service. The food was good, but I'm used to other restaurants of this type. I can't recommend the coffee, at least not for my taste.

We actually went there based solely on the reviews. We were truly surprised. The selection is truly extensive, and the food is delicious and freshly prepared. The staff are very knowledgeable and always helpful. You can pay by card.

It was okay. The ramen was decent, the duck was surprisingly good, and the soup was surprisingly good. It wasn't a traditional broth and was quite light. The noodles didn't make the meal any worse. The fried rice tasted great, but the rice was still very soft, or rather, a little too soft for me. The service was very friendly and attentive, but it was also a bit crowded when I entered. The atmosphere fits the place. Overall, I'm still unsure about the restaurant. I wasn't expecting authentic (Japanese) ramen, and I didn't get any. The taste is reminiscent of Asian restaurants, but it ranks higher up the list. The menu, however, is more specialized, and the ramen variations are exciting. I think I'll come here more often and try a few more dishes.

This was my first time here and I'm absolutely thrilled! The ramen was incredibly delicious. The service was exceptionally friendly, and the owner is so warm and personable that you immediately feel at home. I've rarely felt so welcome in a restaurant!

We're actually from Frankfurt, but whenever we head toward Düsseldorf, we always stop there. The food is delicious, no matter what you want, and the staff is very friendly. The table is disinfected after each guest. I have absolutely no complaints, it's an absolute recommendation!

The shop is small and charming, the furnishings are rather old-fashioned, but this makes the atmosphere very warm, familiar and authentic. But what impresses most is definitely the food! This is also easy to see in the customer flow. Unfortunately we are not from Düsseldorf, but I will recommend the restaurant to anyone who asks for a tip.

We sat outside today in pleasant weather and received a very friendly welcome and service. The number 46 was super tasty. Afterwards we were even allowed to stay seated and enjoy our ice cream from the neighboring shop.

My family and I of 6 ate there with absolute perfect customer service! All the staff greeted us warmly and continued to provide excellent customer service. We have 4 children ages 10, 9, 4, and 3. Smaller, cozy ramen restaurant, you always feel welcome here. The ramen was good, but not unique either, price is relatively standard. You can do the seasoning yourself, but when served it is rather light. The service is worth highlighting; some of it is operated by the extremely friendly owner.

A small, friendly noodle restaurant with original Japanese noodle dishes. The noodles are homemade. The dishes are very tasty and aromatic. The staff is always friendly. Even if it is very crowded.

Today I went to Wanlixiang Restaurant. It is a small restaurant that combines Chinese and Japanese flavors. It tastes really good! The dumplings are particularly recommended. They are fried to a crispy outer skin and delicious fillings. There is no fishy or smelly meat smell at all. It is very safe to eat! The ramen soup is rich, the noodles are springy, and it has a layered texture when paired with chopped green onion~ What surprised me the most was their toilet. It was really clean and tidy, making people feel safe to use it! The boss is also very warm and friendly, the service attitude is very good and makes people feel very comfortable. The overall experience is great. I will come again in the future and recommend friends to try it!

It's a bit inconspicuous from the outside, but I still dream about the food there. The service is always friendly and quick, but you can taste how fresh everything is. The (ramen) noodles are homemade and you can feel the difference immediately. The owner is really friendly and talked to us. Price-performance is also really great. We don't even come from Düsseldorf, but when we are there we always come here. Great store

On a Saturday evening without a reservation, you can hardly get a seat in almost every restaurant in Düsseldorf. Here we got a seat after about 20 minutes of waiting, which is totally fine compared to many other restaurants. Both ordered the Kamo Ramen and it was super tasty, the staff is incredibly friendly, especially the gentleman with the glasses (unfortunately I didn't ask for his name). It's definitely one of my new favorite restaurants! Thank you for your delicious food, effort and super nice service!

A few weeks ago we (my wife and I) happened to come here with hungry stomachs and were able to sit down and order straight away (the shop was quite full, but one (1) table was still free). We shared gyoza for starters and my wife had a noodle dish (I can't remember what) and I had the tonkatsu ramen (don't confuse it with tonkotsu). So ramen soup with a schnitzel in it. I often go out for ramen and I always think about ordering this. Here I finally did it. To be honest, it wasn't really my thing. AAABUT, and I can say this with 13 years of gastro experience, it was tasty. The soup was good, very good in fact, I just chose the wrong addition to the soup. If I'm back in Düsseldorf, I'd love to do it again. But this time with a different insert.

My Noodlehouse is simply unbeatable! I've been there several times and have been amazed every time. Price-performance ratio is definitely right here. The food is fantastic, the soup bowls are large, filling and absolutely delicious. The service is simply fabulous: the waiter is a kind-hearted person who takes great care of the guests. The food comes quickly and the atmosphere is small but nice - that's exactly what makes this restaurant so charming. When you sit at the counter, you can watch the homemade pasta being freshly prepared and the dishes being cooked right in front of the guests, a real experience! However, the seating there is not ideal for taller people. Nevertheless, I will definitely come back often. Absolute recommendation!

I thought Ichiran Ramen was just ramen, but it's like the slightly curly ramen restaurant you see in Japanese dramas with vegetables in it. It was very popular so we had to wait. The owner said he was from Taiwan. The tonkotsu in the tonkotsu ramen was a bit tough, but it didn't bother me, and the broth felt like it was vegetable-based. The chashu ramen was also delicious. I asked for it to be spicy, so they added a few peppers, but it wasn't spicy at all, so I added a lot of the red pepper powder that was on the table, and it was spicy! If I go to Dussel again, I want to try other menu items.

Very tasty ramen noodle soup and relatively large portion! The meat was tender and the noodles were tasty and firm to the bite. The price-performance ratio is great. The staff (maybe owners?) were really friendly and I felt very welcome. The ramen shop is quite small and simply decorated. The atmosphere was casual and, in a way, familiar. Unfortunately, card payment was not possible that evening. To be on the safe side, you should bring cash with you.
