Takezo in Düsseldorf

Of all the ramen places in Düsseldorf this is currently my favourite. Some of the other more famous ones have become overrated in my opinion! The garlic broth ramen by far my favourite, thick, creamy and garlicy! Must try when in Düsseldorf.

The chefs are masters of their craft! Everything tastes good here, always! Takezo is and remains my benchmark when it comes to Japanese food. Try the gyoza, it is NOT a frozen product! The gyoza are homemade and you can taste it! This is 7 Gyoza heaven 😁🥟 The frames to put in! Be careful, the karage are always hot, let them cool down first! P.S. Dogs are allowed!

Diverse menu with some unique food options.

Good food and service at a fair price. Waiting in line is also quicker than you think.

Similar taste to the ramen i had in japan and they also offered a can of strong zero which i had back in japan as well. Super delicious

The best tantan ramen shop in Dusseldorf. I lived in Germany for couple of years and tried almost all of ramen restaurant in Dusseldorf. From the experience, I conclude Takezo is the best ramen restaurant in Dusseldorf. The ramen is exact what I experienced in Japan. And fried rice is also amazing. I really recommend it.

Been here many times and never been disappointed! The handmade ramen is simply amazing! The tofu is a poem :) You have to be prepared for waiting times, but during that time you can hop into the Asian market next door... the later, the shorter the wait!

Karaage were very tasty. I think it would be nice that you could get rice and soup to go with it for just a few euros. 6 karaage now cost 12 euros. Optionally also with different sauces. A medium portion of rice with it was just under 2 euros. Everything is affordable in terms of price.

I ate at this restaurant because I was missing ramen, and the quality was high and it was very delicious. If you want to eat ramen in Germany, I think Düsseldorf is the place to go.

Amazing ramen and a nice vibe! It’s easier to get a table at a bar (quick tip) and I loved that they had vegan options for my boyfriend. Ordered tantanmen and agedashi tofu - both tasted very authentic! Even the jasmine tea was super flavorful. Well deserves the hot rating on Google maps. The staff members were also really really friendly and attentive! Super happy to have eaten here!

This time I had seafood tsukemen at this restaurant. "Seafood Tsukemen" is characterized by a rich and flavorful seafood soup. The soup, which is made by slowly boiling dried fish and dried sardines, is rich in flavor and rich in flavor, and pairs perfectly with the noodles. Very tasty ramen, fast service. However, on Saturdays you should allow for the waiting time to queue.

Highly recommend this place. Staff works tirelessly to make room for everyone who is trying to eat here. Even if the queue gets long. I recommend going with a group of four or smaller. The ramen is delicious. Both miso and shoyu broth are rich and flavourful.

Come with my boyfriend every weekend. And my favorite food is Karamayodon.

By far my favorite restaurant. Anyone who loves Japanese cuisine will love the ramen here. I come here regularly and love the food. The service is great and the atmosphere is relaxed. An ice-cold Kirin beer with the super delicious ramen - simply perfect. ❤️

Went there with a friend and we both got vegan Ramen. The food was amazing and the staff super friendly! We dined outside and a wasp kept bothering us until a staff member saved us like a true hero :) 10/10 experience

Good ramen (maybe not the best in Dusseldorf, but an ok one), the guy serving is really fun tho. The dumplings were incredible. Recommended.

As starters we had fried squid and agedashi tofu, followed by two shoyu ramen. Everything was really delicious, the service was very friendly and quick. Clear recommendation!

We've eaten here several times before and ordered via Uber Eats today. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the food. The food arrived almost cold, which wouldn't have been so bad, but the contents of the ramen were very modest (1 pak choi leaf and max. 1 tablespoon of minced meat). I Compared to the ramen you get when you eat there, it was very disappointing.

Ramen (we ordered two types) was ok, but nothing more. The broth is way too fatty. The chicken meat was tough, pink under the breading and looked like it was boiled instead of fried, so we didn't want to eat it. The service was inattentive to unfriendly. There definitely won't be a second time.

We've been eating ramen there for over 6 years and I have to say the shop is a 10/10 super tasty and authentic. Highly recommended!

I ordered Dandan noodles, but when I tried it, it was sour and when I asked about it, I was told that it had vinegar in it. I've never had tandan noodles like this in Japan, and I ate about 5 bites and couldn't finish the rest. Although the noodles are delicious, they are very wasteful. Also, there was a lot of oil floating in the Kotteri soy sauce, and he usually eats the ramen soup without leaving anything behind, but this time he left both the noodles and the soup. The chashu bowl was already cold and had a very strong flavor. I went there with high expectations because it was a ramen shop run by a Japanese person, but I was really disappointed.

The waiters are so welcoming and helpful. And the food is delicious.

Great Ramen! Holds its own with the surrounding competition and the service was really friendly, too...usually Ramen places are so rushed, so service is a bit lacking, but not here!

I'm from Colombia and I found this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and we loved it. In the month of August I visited every week with my boyfriend, because we love ramen and takezo's has no comparison! I recommend the gyozas, they have a spectacular flavor and the flavor of the torikara ramen soup together with the fried chicken gives it a sensational flavor. 1000% recommended

For me the best Ramen in Düsseldorf.

Broth of Tsukemen was extremely cold and watery. Taste was a bit modified for non-Japanese but overall still so-so. I beg the shop owner if it is possible just make your own soup instead of weipa, and try keep the broth as warm as possible, especially when talking about Tsukemen.

We ordered ramen and gyoza, the food was delicious. The service is fast and the waiters are polite. The only negative is that the establishment was not entirely clean. Overall we were pleased.

The person in charge was scolding the clerk so harshly that she was crying. If it's a failure of that level, I want them to get angry in a place where the customers can't see.

Just a good honestly cooked noodle soup! It doesn't taste like a flavor enhancer, but rather like well-combined natural ingredients. Something like this is becoming increasingly rare to find. The price is more than fair. Anyone who has ever cooked traditional ramen will know it.

They have one of the best gyoza's I have ever eaten. Brillant foods and atmosphere.

Super good Ramen Bowls. Its very authentic and if you like japanese cuisine without traveling a few thousand kilometers you can have it here. They have several kinds of soup bases, signature dishes, Tsukemen and several other dishes besides ramen and very good starters. There are also vegan options. They also have bundles and special offers for lunch meals. Prices are still okay on my opinion, some people might say its on the higher side. We paid with 5 People, several starters and beers and one ramen bowl per person and the bill was around 170 Euro in total. But the quality justifies the price imho. I can recommend this place 100%.

The ramen was very tasty and authentically Japanese. I had one with crispy chicken and egg. If you want to sit outside in good weather you have to wait a little bit, but that's the case in most shops on Immermanstrasse. I would definitely go there again.

I come here quite often and it always tasted 100% and the service was also 100%. However, recently there seems to be a problem with service, probably a lack of staff. The dirty dishes are piling up on the tables, the service staff are a bit overwhelmed, can't accept new guests because the tables aren't cleared, tables aren't cleared because the food has to come out, etc. etc. It's a vicious circle. It's a shame, because there's no shortage of guests, the queue speaks for itself... the management really needs to do something about that. However, that doesn't change the fact that I still enjoy going there and recommend the place.

Well... What can I say... I'm addicted to ramen now. Where can I get the next bowl???! I can't think of anything else...

Delicious, comparatively large selection for vegetarians/vegans. I can unreservedly recommend the Tan Tan Men.

I think for Japan fans, Immermannstrasse in Düsseldorf is a must. The food was great, very tasty, clean, price fair. In some restaurants here too, you have to come half an hour in advance because you have to wait.
