Super courteous staff and very tasty food!

Superb and authentic ramen place. The staff are amazing at their jobs and exceptionally polite and friendly. Ordering in english or german is okay. The taste of the ramen is absolutely glorious.

Impossible to call to order and pick up the food.

Like the other takumi restaurants, the food is not it used to be. The soup semms to be just water infused with some spices, but no trace of chicken.

Just load up my go to ramen. You can quickly get something delicious to eat. Prices are a bit expensive now but still worth it. If the line is too long I go to one of the other 10 Takumis nearby 😂 If you like matcha, definitely try the matcha lemonade.

Ramen is super tasty and is made with whole wheat noodles. Vegan options available! We also love to get the small portion of katsudon or teriyaki chicken don. For drinks, their beer is light and refreshing, but the cold oolong tea is my favorite.

You just have to try it! It's great that there is a separate vegetarian/vegan menu. Portions were large, it was quick and tasted very, very good! The decor is stylish and the staff is friendly.

Delicious setting restaurant based on chicken or many vegetarian options. As someone who doesn't get to eat ramen at Japanese restaurants often, it's a nice change to have a restaurant that does NOT serve tonkotsu ramen. The broth tastes delicious, the portion is filling and the ramen is reasonably priced. However, the restaurant is very busy. So you should bring your time to get a seat. It's very difficult to get one, especially outside. It should be quick for couples or individuals, but if you go as a group you should bring your time.

They have the best Ramen in the whole world! (haven't been to the whole world yet but still pretty sure😄) The waiters are always very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The yuzu shoyuramen was not good. I don't understand how this can be sold in a restaurant (especially for the price!) because the two flavors didn't go together at all. You could cook something like this by accident at home and write it off as an accident, but listing it as a recommendation on the menu and offering it repeatedly over and over again is a very confusing decision. I tried to eat as little of the broth as possible and mainly ate the noodles and toppings. The ebi-wantan weren't the real thing either.

The Karaage Tan Tan Men was really very good, not as good as in Takumi 1st but still a culinary delight, the Vegetarian Prezial Ramen was also extremely good, not the best ever, but very good! The ambience is very nice, service was quick!

We met quite late for dinner and still received everything. The food is, as always, delicious! We think it's really nice that you have a large selection of vegetarian options here! Be sure to try the yuzu lemonade!

The service is friendly and fast, despite the house being full. The food is okay. The ambience, however, is not my thing. It just doesn't fit. In addition, the individual seats by the window, which is usually nice, are the worst seats in the restaurant. Why? It is plastered with notices at eye level that don't even point inward, but rather outward

Super tasty ramen dishes and side dishes, it's a shame that gluten-free noodles aren't an option. We ate well and the atmosphere was pleasant despite the long queue.

The three of us went to Takumi Chicken & Veggie on Saturday because of the large selection of different ramen and curry dishes. The staff is friendly and quick and was able to assign us a table straight away. The cards are also large and legible. Vegetarian dishes were provided, which was important to our companion. The dishes (Tonkatsu Ramen, Tonkatsu Curry with Rice and Tofu Ramen) came to the table quickly, were warm, freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Small point of criticism: the portion size. It's really great that you get a lot for the relatively low prices. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish everything, even though we didn't eat beforehand. We were very excited and would definitely like to come back!

Super delicious food. The atmosphere is great there. The staff laugh and joke and all speak Japanese. We had a lovely time there and we also treated ourselves to a nice t-shirt. Gladly again.

They recommended this restaurant to us to try authentic Japanese cuisine, there are quite a few similar restaurants, I don't know what the others are like but this one was certainly very good, delicious, the giozas were very tasty, maybe a little oily, but delicious, the ramen was Spectacular, very tasty. The waiters are super attentive and the restaurant is quite small, which is why lines form, you have to go early. Reasonable prices

Quality of food can be improved. I found a big dead fly in my broth that had gone undetected when it was being prepared/served. Gyoza mediocre. There are definitely better ramen shops in Düsseldorf than this chain.

Unfortunately, Takumi Chicken & Veggie no longer offers the quality it did a few years ago. I also see a reason for this in the fact that there are always new people working here, being trained so to speak, who then act as if they could cook. I've probably eaten the R2: Mala Paitan Ramen over 30 times. Today there was a layer of liquid fat about 1 cm thick floating in the soup. How it got there is a mystery to me. In any case, the soup was almost inedible. I only ate part of it, took the rest home, skimmed off the fat and poured it with water. The price-performance ratio also leaves a lot to be desired. In direct comparison with the Takezo Ramen from Takezo which costs €16.90 (i.e. only €0.40 more than the Mala Paitan) but has significantly more protein (whole egg and 5 slices of Chashu ham), more vegetables and 5 seaweed leaves , then the winner is determined.

Excellent service, friendly environment, tasty food. Exceptional service from Korean staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Very good food and really chilled out, at the beginning I didn't know whether you had to stand in line or just go in. (You can talk to an employee at the front of the counter to be seated)

The service staff are very friendly. Unfortunately we found the food to be mediocre. We are used to better things from the other Takumi in Düsseldorf. We had ramen with soy sauce and tantanmen with chicken and the vegetarian takoyaki. The music was also very loud, so it was almost impossible to have a conversation. We'd rather visit other ramen restaurants next time.

In my opinion, this curry is the best you can get in Germany. I love curry from all different cultures, but nothing beats this one. The portions are also very generous – my friends and I were even able to take some home with us. (My friends got ramen) If you like curry, I can heartily recommend this to you. But be prepared for the long line in front of the door!

Good ramen, large selection of vegetarian and poultry versions - with chicken. Short waiting time for the meal, large portions that you can eat to your heart's content. The staff was smiling, even though they forgot about my extra coriander. I visited the place on Sunday afternoon and got a seat without any problems. The only downside is that the tables are sticky, apparently the waitress wiped them down for us, but that's not enough.

Been here several times and always like it. My favorite is the Veggie Special Ramen, the ones with soy are also delicious. The service is experienced, fast and friendly, you don't have to wait long for your food but due to the rush a queue can form in front of the entrance.

A regular until recently, but unfortunately something happened a few months ago. Either a change of ownership, a new chef, ... I can't explain it: food suddenly over-salted, partly cold/warmed up, noodles no longer fresh (stick together), lumps of miso paste in the food, tables are no longer cleaned beforehand (with a damp cloth or disinfection - the leftover food is swept aside with a napkin instead). Eating there used to be a pleasure, but today the portions remain half to full. We've tried it there three times in the last few weeks and unfortunately it didn't get any better. On the contrary. They have also added more tables outside so that you can feel the butts of the other guests close to you. Unfortunately, this isn't any fun anymore.

Vegetarian tempura ramen is delicious

It's not real Japanese noodles. The Ramen seems to be Philippine instant noodles. Barbecue chicken in the soup? No way. Smell is bad. It's very much distorted taste.

The location is not directly on the main street so it is not too crowded. The atmosphere was very relaxed and relaxed and you could find a free seat yourself. The waiters there were extremely friendly and nice and you didn't have to wait long for your food. The menu is rather smaller, which is no surprise since this is purely a ramen restaurant. The food itself was also very good, the ingredients seemed fresh and the broth was excellent. For people who love ramen, this shop is a must in Düsseldorf!

Very good ramen restaurant, with delicious dishes. Authentic atmosphere with friendly service staff and good prices. Unfortunately a little too busy at the weekend; therefore difficult to get a place. Still, it's definitely worth the wait. Highly recommended, it fills you up and it tastes very good! Gladly again.

Very tasty food. Choices were chicken and veggy ramen. Recommendation from my side Original ramen and tonkotsu (schnitzel) Yuzu Shio as a broth. You don't see it often. Alternatively there was miso and soy. Karaage very tasty. And in the heat we had a cool Kirin and a very tasty yuzu lemonade.

Wonderful spot after walking around Little Tokyo. Fast and responsive customer service. Made my own plate with fried chicken, white rice, and kimchi.

Now that the Dokomi weekend is coming up, we of course wanted to take the chance to visit little Tokyo and have something to eat. Of course, all the restaurants were incredibly crowded, so we had to wait in line outside. There was no real progress anywhere, so we kept looking. Then we discovered Takumi by chance. Despite several people in front of us, we didn't have to wait 10 minutes and were able to get in. The map is small and sufficient. We ordered several things and everything was incredibly delicious. Amazing special vegan miso ramen, worth the price!

Such delicious frames! We waited in line for a long time to get a seat. But it's worth it! And we were so full that we could barely eat everything. I also had some crispy chicken with me. Leftovers can also be taken with you! Best frames in all of Düsseldorf!

This is the MOST DELICIOUS RAMEN I've ever eaten. If you're in Dusseldorf, be sure to check out this incredibly simple but very tasty cafe. The portions are simply gigantic. My favorite, their chicken gyojo, is amazing. And be sure to try Japanese Takoyaki. These are dough balls with octopus inside. There is a vegan menu!

Was there for the first time yesterday on Japan Day. The food came very quickly, but after that it was tasty. We had curry and ramen and a few starters. Everything was only lukewarm, so it was probably warmed up. Unfortunately not recommended

Your street side everyday run of the mill ramen place. However with the context that this ramen place is in Düsseldorf, then all credit to them on how good their ramen tastes. We were a group of 2. For starters, we ordered the Chicken Gyoza and then for the mains, Tan Tan Spicy Karage Ramen and the Tan Tan Spicy Veggie Ramen. The Chicken Gyoza were good but you can easily get frozen ones from the supermarket and do it yourself at home. Good but nothing incredible. On to the mains, the Tan Tan Spicy Karage Ramen came with 2 fried Karage, 2 slices of chicken and a light assortment of complementary vegetables. Putting it together, it was pretty good. All the ingredients came together nicely. Do take note it might be a little spicy if you usually don’t eat any spice at all. For those who do eat even some spice, it’s fully palatable. Overall, no frills, get your ramen and get out. Be prepared to queue during busy meal time hours. I would come back if I’m craving for a decent bowl of Ramen.

Great, can definitely be recommended! A cozy and clean restaurant. The service is great and very friendly! The food is wonderful. Not too crowded. Super tasty ramen and great service. Vegetarian starters are also offered, which are highly recommended. We were lucky and didn't have to wait long for a table. You can also sit outside - the location isn't particularly idyllic ;) but the delicious food is worth it!

We love going to Takumi Chicken & Veggies ♥️ It's one of our favourite restaurants! It's the perfect balance for me and my partner, he favours veggie to vegan and I like chicken. The ramen is so delicious, the staff is always friendly, nice and accommodating. The restaurant may be small, but it's definitely cosy. You definitely share the big tables when the restaurant is full, but I think that's totally ok. If the weather is nice, you can also sit outside 😊. You should definitely be able to speak English so that you can communicate well. I also recommend arriving before opening time, as it can get full quickly on busy days and you definitely have to expect a wait. Card payment is definitely possible here and you can also collect points via the Piggy app.

Very good Japanese ramen shop with the best food! We really loved it and the atmosphere made us feel like we were sitting in a ramen shop in the middle of Japan!

The food was wonderful. There were four of us and we had 2 vegetarian ramen and 2 with chicken. All very tasty. Unfortunately it is always full and you cannot make a reservation. We were lucky and got a seat straight away, but there was a long queue later. Rightly so, because the food is really good. Unfortunately, it feels very rushed due to the small space, but the large selection of vegetarian dishes makes up for that if you want to eat authentically Japanese.

Large selection of various ramen for meat lovers and vegetarians. The starters are also excellent, the mala gyoza in particular are a culinary delight! We have never left there hungry and never dissatisfied. The staff is super friendly and always trying hard, despite the high volume of guests. It's also common that you have to wait in line at the door before you can enjoy the food, but it's worth the wait! Although it is always very well attended and of course brings with it a certain amount of noise, that doesn't change our image of Takumi. We came and still come back regularly and never get enough. A great shop with great food! Our favorite restaurant when it comes to ramen!!

At the very beginning the waiting time was very limited. However, when we arrived at our seat, it took a long time until we were served. It also took longer than usual between the time we took our order and the moment it was served. Nevertheless, the food was without exception great.

Fair amount of vegan options. (A rarity amongst the Japanese ramen restaurants in the city) Very friendly personnel and delicious food. A sesame ice cream in the end is highly recommended.

I live in Düsseldorf and I've never had a bad experience here! The food is always delicious, the waiters are super nice and the music is sometimes traditional Japanese, sometimes just good pop music. Today we even got a free beer, and when we accidentally got regular miso instead of the tempura miso ramen (which, by the way, has never happened before in the last few years that I've been eating here regularly), it was no problem clarify at the checkout and we only had to pay the cheaper price. So all in all, a clear recommendation!
