We always visit here when in Köln. The beer selection is excellent and there's always a lovely atmosphere. Really enjoyed the curry nuts as a snack too. They also serve wine!

I enjoy the beer and the staff but there is something about the place that doesn't make me want to stay. Maybe it's the uncomfortable chairs and table? Or maybe add some music? I don't know, it's just missing something in the vibe.

The food cannot be rated. There isn't one. The location is great, great chilled out decor, good old board games and a strong selection of beers. The 5-tasting board with a selection of 15 types of draft beer costs 14 euros. That's fair. We'd love to come back

A very nice big bar with a cool terrace. Every Wednesday there is a language cafe (social melting pot) to meet people from all over the world! Just amazing!

A nice little craftbeer place that has a very good selection of beers on tap and in their fridges. The place has some board games to enjoy with your beer, and the overall atmosphere is busy in the later evenings. Reservations are recommended if you want a seat. Otherwise, you will be standing as it can get very busy. Overall, if you enjoy craft beer, then this is a recommended stop.

Contrary to the position on maps, not in the middle of a hole with construction fences around it, but next to it (entrance from the south). Solid range and comparatively fair prices.

Looking for special craft beers? This is the place. Visited several times. Very friendly staff. Great location, great atmosphere (be sure to try the roof terrace) and a very nice selection of beers on tap, but also in the refrigerated counter.

We ask bar tender to recommend. He said everything. not kind and no air-conditioning, no food. when we ask them to go on the 2nd floor, He said closed, but other German people go upstairs, maybe 2nd floor is not allowed for Asian.

Bad service with incorrect information about bar usage. Can't give a recommendation. I can only say that everything is good. It could be that he didn't know anything about beer. Really disappointed. Not good for tourists at all. Don't go. I wouldn't recommend.

Great choice of interesting beers, a good selection on tap plus some really good bottles. Thee was a lot of construction going on next door when we visited so it looked like it was closed at first but walk around the block to find it. It's worth it.

Several fridges with an excellent selection from around the world along with a deep dive into German specialties. The large terrace and upstairs bar makes it always feel comfortable. No food. You have to visit it once, great atmosphere

This small family runned brewery is the most coziest, nicest, friendliest and nerdiedt brewery I have ever visited. The staff will go out of their way to please you. The place is so clean and the toilets are too! They even have women hygene products in their toilets (such as tampons, liners, deodorant, mouthwash and hairspray). I have never seen so neat toilets before! The beer won't disappoint you if you like beer. Oh, and don't mind the renvation, they are defenently open, you just have to walk around the house (a little detour if you come to the closed site). I will defenently reccommend you pay this place a visit, it deserves it! I would actually give it more than a 5 stars if it were possible. So make sure to put this on your bucket list!

We had an event with 24 people there for 1 1/2 days and it was really fun. The people are super nice, friendly and also spontaneous if you want something that wasn't agreed upon. In the evening we had a burger buffet, which was really tasty and extensive. During the day there were homemade sandwiches and a great fruit basket that was really well prepared. All in all, a great place to celebrate, have a different conference and/or just hang out. Not to forget the 90s game in the evening, which really rocked! Keep it up!!!

A good place for craft beers. Wanted to try the upstairs terrace but sadly closed for a private event on our visit. Had to knock one star off for the strong smell of drains around the bar area although this could have been a one off on our visit I wouldn't let it put you off.

Our search for crafted beer in Köln got us here and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and they suggested what we could try and we loved it. We played card games and had a great time here. Full marks for the beer, service and hygiene.

My favourite beer bar in Cologne by far. Every time I come here I have a good time, the atmosphere is cosy, and the staff is always great. I rated the food 3/5 because it's not something they do in-house (there's no kitchen) and therefore not always available. But when it is, it's very tasty (pies).

Fantastic little craft beer bar, tucked away from the madness of the main shopping streets. Very enticing selection on tap, with flights available. Bottle selection is quirky, but surprisingly far reaching and exactly on target in terms of quality. Do stop in if you are able, and especially if you are exhausted by Kolsch.

A particularly large selection of beers and the best thing is if you sit outside you have a beautiful view of Cologne Cathedral

Für Bierliebhaber ein Muss bei einem Besuch in Köln. Schöne Atmosphäre, eine sehr gute Auswahl an unterschiedlichsten Bieren und eine immer wechselnde Auswahl, insbesondere durch die Tap Takeover von unterschiedlichen Brauereien, sodass sich die Bierstile auch immer schön abwechseln bzw. für jeden etwas dabei ist.

Ich war ja jetzt länger nicht dort und muss sagen, dass der Laden echt eine tolle Entwicklung genommen hat. Es gibt viel Auswahl und auch endlich alkoholfreie Getränke auf der Karte, sowie gratis Wasser aufm Tisch. Etwas was ich früher immer bemängelt habe. Weiter so! War super, auch wenn mich das letzte (sehr leckere) Bier gekillt hat. 🙈
