We always enjoy coming there. The burgers are really made with love and always have the same quality. The staff is very attentive and does a good job. The atmosphere is very relaxed, atypical for a burger joint but perhaps that's why it's a bit special. 5 stars absolutely deserved🤤😄🙏

I'm here for the first time and I have to say that ambience is the best. It's pleasant and really nice to eat here. I ordered a cheeseburger with homemade fries and soda. Fries crispy and delicious. Lemonade was cold and refreshing. Cheeseburger juicy and tasty. Service was very good, the waitress welcomed us openly and happily and explained everything and answered all our questions. Very mindful.

We spontaneously went in and ordered a cheeseburger and the Poutine Juarez – both were really tasty! The burger buns were nice and fluffy. Even though it was busy, we didn't have to wait long and the service was super attentive and friendly. We'd love to come back :)

Hello everyone, I was there with the whole family last weekend and as a burger lover I would like to add my two cents. Although there was a lot going on and all the tables were occupied, we were greeted at the door by a stable and nice gentleman and were offered the next available table. I found that to be pretty strong and much better than going in and hanging around yourself. TOP. We got a table relatively quickly. The ambience inside was really cool with trees that looked like cherry blossom trees to me. It was a tiny bit too warm inside, but I think that had more to do with the full capacity. It wasn't really bad either. Despite being at full capacity, we were served quickly. The menu offering is what you would expect from a burger joint. The children had nuggets with fries like in the pictures. I always have a certain standard for nuggets, and that's McDonald Nuggets. And no one has ever gotten to them before but I have to say the nuggets in this restaurant were by far the best nuggets after McDonalds, so they were pretty strong. (When I talk about nuggets, please don't confuse them with chicken fillets.) Me and my queen decided on the spicy cheeseburger. The burger was really strong. For me as an "alibi hot eater" the spiciness was perfect. My wife likes it really spicy, so it was a little too mild for her but you can probably fix that with extra jalapenos. For the general average, the spiciness should be ok. What made me very happy was the consistency of the patty in the cheeseburger. It was somehow "grainy" and had good roasted aromas. I'm not a professional but it felt like a smashburger. For me, the eating experience in the mouth is at least as important as the taste. I really liked the grainy nature of the patty. We had garlic fries with it. I hadn't eaten anything like that before and wanted to try it. I think the idea is good, but something was missing for me. I would have liked the garlic to stick to the fries more. Maybe with oil etc. But it wasn't bad. Just try it out, it could be that I just have no idea. The rest was great. If you are local, the store is recommended. LG

Heard a lot about good burgers, was happy that we finally made it there and unfortunately it was a total failure!! Nobody can do anything about the 20 minute wait in front of the shop, but after two tables had left the shop with a stroller, the lady with the glasses said that there was no room for us and that we would definitely need a high chair. I said no and explained that my daughter could sit in the stroller (just being a guest and being more cooperative than the employee is a joke!). The lady then said that the buggy still didn't fit in. After I replied that space had just become available, she started screaming "we should just let her finish the fuck!", everyone in the cafe opposite stared at us, it was extremely uncomfortable, humiliating and a complete failure. NEVER AGAIN!

After the five of us waited in front of the door for 20 minutes, during which two families each went out with a stroller, the lady with the short haircut and glasses remembered that there was no room for a stroller!!!! Incredibly unfriendly, petty and discriminatory. If you want problems instead of solutions in a meal, you'll be fine with a "good hunger" at GuteBurger! It's a shame and a shame for Bochum...

Great atmosphere, really pretty with the sakura flowers. Service excellent, nice service and the food came super quickly! Food perfectly cooked, super tasty, absolutely recommended.

This burger spot offers friendly staff and fresh, daily ground beef patties, but falls short in other areas. My cheeseburger came in a fluffy sesame bun. The patties are made of daily ground beef, which is nice. They are smashed, but for no real reason as they lacked the crisp edges that define a smashed burger, leaving it literally flat and unremarkable. Despite their claim of using ONLY local quality ingredients ("Bei uns beziehen wir ausschließlich Zutaten von lokalen Anbietern, die sich durch ihre erstklassige Qualität auszeichnen"), this does not seem to extend to everything on the burger. In fact, their cheeseburger sauce was a standard Danish remoulade and they used store-bought-tasting pickles, resulting in a sweetness that made the burger taste more like a hot dog than a classic burger. The decor is pseudo-Japanese with cherry blossoms, calligraphy and so on. While it looks nice, it feels out of place given the menu's focus on burgers and poutine, there are no options for katsu/ebi/teriyaki burger versions one might expect. During my visit on a Monday afternoon, the restaurant seemed understaffed with only one woman serving and one guy preparing the food. Nonetheless, the service remained friendly, though visibly strained. Overall, the shop feels a bit lacking in concept and would likely struggle against serious competition in the area, but it has good potential if they stay true to their claims and improve the quality of all their ingrediets.

The ambience is very nice. Some artificial trees can be found in the restaurant and the atmosphere is calm and relaxed. The service was great. Very attentive, friendly and simply top. This is how you want to be served. The food came quite quickly and the portions are large enough. The homemade fries are really tasty, thick and crispy. The burger is good, but I've had better ones. All in all: super nice location, great service and good food.

Was here once for a burger. It was a really “good burger”. The employee was very friendly. The price is also completely ok. Unfortunately, the fries were more than salty, apparently the chef was more than in love. Ambience is typical of a fast-food restaurant. The problem is the bison burger without bison meat. Could be misleading marketing...

We were there on a busy Saturday, but we were lucky that there wasn't a line yet and after 2-3 minutes we were shown to our seats (you wait in front of the door until you are assigned a seat). We were then able to order quickly. First of all, the food was delicious, the fries, mayo and the burger were fantastic. Unfortunately, the service was the problem and we're not talking about the friendliness here, nothing to complain about here either: 1. Ordered iced tea, got a coke, 2. Our bill was "activated" at the other table and had to be canceled and we were asked if we wanted cash could pay (we had some, so we promised it, although it's not understandable why you can't re-enter the order, but I'm not an accountant either) 3. Burger explicitly ordered without tomato, of course received with tomato. - I complained about the latter and the boss/manager came to the table. When asked whether you should eat the tomato at the table or in the kitchen, I answered that I only pay for my fries and the drink. Only then was it insisted that a new burger (without tomato) and the whole thing be prepared quickly (because the accompaniment was almost ready). I was skeptical, but I'm glad I did it because the bison was incredibly tasty. We, or rather our companions, were even allowed to eat the other burger for free. There was still no tip because my patience would run out if I made three mistakes, but that was definitely just an isolated case. I'll try it again when I get the chance and adjust the review if necessary. (The photo shows the burger with tomato, I didn't take a photo without it)

Ambience is perfect. The service was very polite, very reliable and quick. The shop owner is very polite and has everything under control when the shop is full. We recommend the double cheeseburger with extra samurai sauce 9/10 and for vegetarians the vegi burger 9/10. I can't recommend the homemade soda, rather a Fritz Cola. Otherwise great and definitely worth a visit.

I've been here several times and the food has been great every time, as has the service.

No dogs allowed inside. Outside tables not clean. Pay in advance without receipt. Despite 30 degrees, no water for the dog Truffle burger without truffle flavor.

Went there on Saturday evening and luckily reserved in advance... The food was okay, but unfortunately nothing more. The garlic fries were far too greasy, the patties on the burgers were too salty, and the truffle mayonnaise on the corresponding burger was completely tasteless. The service was very willing, but - like the kitchen - could not cope with the number of guests. A long queue in front of the restaurant, nothing was cleared outside for a long time; Inside, at times only four people had their orders on the table, even though the store was full. It's a shame - everything could be better and there's real potential being wasted here, but for the price we can e.g. B. You really can eat better in other burger shops that also decorate with trees.

The burgers are very tasty, but today I found the fries to be very dry.

Today I ordered a burger menu with the Bad Bison, garlic fries, BBQ sauce and a drink. According to the menu, everything sounded promising, and the plate also looked very good when it arrived. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the taste of the burger. The burger tasted below average. The fries tasted good, but the sauce was not balanced and tasted like one or two ingredients had been overdosed. I paid €20, which is what you can expect for a high quality burger menu, the price/performance ratio wasn't right at all. Maybe the simpler cheeseburger tastes better or suits my taste better, but considering the price I probably won't eat here again.

After our shopping tour, we stopped here for lunch. A great restaurant! We really liked the atmosphere and lured us in! ☺️ The young woman from the service made sure that we really enjoyed our time there. The food was very tasty and the drink recommendation suited us really well. A successful stay, highly recommended as an end to shopping or a short break 😉

Definitely worth a visit, delicious burgers, nice staff and fast service, the garlic fries deserve their share of garlic. It was nicely furnished and the print was clean. Ambience: I'm not a fan of artificial trees but everyone has to decide for themselves.

The order (cheeseburger with homemade fries (sauces cost €1.6 extra)) came quickly. Unfortunately, the fries were extremely greasy, some of the salt content was at the level of swimming pool fries and some fries tasted like rancid fat. Unfortunately the burger was only carried by the sauces. The burger bun didn't taste like anything, the bullete sometimes had a not-tasty aftertaste. Unfortunately I have to say in conclusion that I won't eat there again.

We discovered the shop by chance while strolling and got a craving for burgers. We weren't disappointed. The burgers were really tasty. The homemade fries were also very good. Overall, I found the selection of food and drinks to be balanced. I found the prices to be fair. The service was also very good and the atmosphere was good. Equipped with modern equipment, our order was digitally transmitted directly to the kitchen by the service. The food was also surprisingly quick. My only criticism is that the service should also take a look at the drinks every now and then. I had a spicy burger, so I wouldn't have minded a second Coke. However, the point of criticism is not worth deducting a star, as I could have made myself noticed. I am happy to recommend the GUTEBURGER.

We discovered the good burger shop by chance in Ruhr Park. First of all I have to say one thing. The burgers taste good. Fries work like this. I've eaten better ones. In terms of taste, it's something between upscale and the zero eight fifteen chains you know... I don't want to name any names! I also like the way they let customers in. It's definitely well organized. The service staff were always helpful and appropriately friendly. What bothers me is the price... but now everything has become so expensive. Everyone accepts it.... Oh well.

We didn't make a reservation on a Saturday and were assigned a table after a short wait of 10 minutes in a queue in front of the door. It's well organized, the service is very friendly and the food is totally worth the wait. The burgers are in our top 3. The portion of fries is also huge, so you can share them between two people. We recommend the garlic fries. The price-performance ratio is also right here.

There are no good burgers here, but VERY GOOD burgers. Everything is fresh and deliciously prepared. The BBQ bacon burger in particular is fantastic and very tasty. The place is nice, clean and has a small outdoor area. Unfortunately there are no toilets here, only those in the shopping center. The service was very, very friendly and attentive. Also asked, among other things, whether you would like a glass or a straw with your Coke. Overall a first class service. Unfortunately, you have to pay immediately after ordering because too often customers left without paying their bill. The restaurant's approach is therefore understandable. But it's a shame for the tip and the service. There is a point deduction for the prices, which are quite high in relation to the portions. For the price, a burger could be a little bigger or the price could be €2-3 lower, after all it's just a burger. ;-) But overall everything was great and we will definitely come back.

Food 10/10 Burgers were perfectly seasoned and fried pattys nicely and not small. Homemade fries 1a with dill tasted really good. Prices a little expensive but not much maybe 5% less then it would be perfect.. Overall a great shop with a great atmosphere, they have fake cherry trees in there! It's really something new, it looks good. The lamps are perfect, generally a very nice shop and the food tastes very good.

I'm just a fan of really tasty burgers. If the burgers are also available in interesting variations that you can't find in every store - all the better! All of that was true at Guteburger :). The combination of the meat with the Camembert and the cranberry sauce was simply extremely delicious. The service was also absolutely top and was happy to advise me on my selection and helped me a lot in making a decision. In addition, small changes (the hot sauce could be replaced with Joppie sauce) were very friendly and implemented. All in all, a great experience, a great burger and an absolute recommendation from me 👍.

The burger tasted quite good, the poutine was impressive with delicious potato fries, but unfortunately the sauce was a bit flat on the finish. Still overall quite consistent. The homemade iced tea, on the other hand, was a flop and tasted like any conventional, fairly sweetened iced tea from the supermarket. Another point deduction is the steep prices. This is only legitimate if the quantity and taste reflect this. However, despite the good taste, the burgers are a bit mediocre at these prices and it is therefore difficult to say whether the prices are justified. Conclusion: Absolutely a positive experience. Solid.

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience during our visit to the restaurant. Even though we were there and waited for seats to become available, we were turned away by the staff. The justification that it is not possible to normally wait outside when the store is full seems questionable. Customer service and hospitality are important aspects for a restaurant and unfortunately these aspects were neglected here. Hopefully management can handle future situations better and ensure all guests are treated fairly.

Overall the food was tasty, however I accidentally received fries with onions instead of the normal fries I requested. After we were finished, the boss asked me if everything was okay and when I told the boss my concerns, he was extremely courteous and friendly. He immediately brought me new fries and even a cookie as an apology. The boss was not only nice, but also personable and brutally handsome. An all-round successful visit that I would like to repeat!

Food is completely Helal, even bacon. This was one of the best burgers I've eaten. Service staff acceptable, but the waitress with the headscarf was the best of all. Very friendly, there immediately if you need anything and hospitable. Always happy to come back

Der Hot Camembert Burger war unglaublich lecker. Laut Aussage der Servicekraft, handelt es sich bei den Burger um Premium Angus Fleisch in Steak Qualität welches täglich frisch Vorort gewolft wird. Die Pommes sind ebenfalls hausgemacht und werden täglich frisch zubereitet und das hat man wirklich geschmeckt. Sehr gemütliches Ambiente und nettes Personal Wir kommen gerne wieder vorbei auf einen guten Burger !

Den Veggie-Burger fand ich sehr trocken. Die Zwiebeln im Burger waren lang wie Spaghetti, sodass man sie beim abbeißen am Stück rausgezogen hat. Auch geschmacklich war der Burger kein Erlebnis. Noch nie war ich in einem Burgerladen froh, fertig mit dem Essen zu sein. Die Pommes waren schon besser, aber leider etwas zu salzig. Die Chili-Con-Carne-Poutine meiner Freundin war voller Gewürzgurken. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die da reingehören, jedenfalls schmeckte dadurch anscheinend alles nach Gurke. Einziger Lichtblick für uns in diesem Restaurant war also leider die Ausstattung und Anrichtung des Essens. Der Rest hat Verbesserungsbedarf.

Ideal für eine Rast bei der Shopping Tour durch den Ruhrpark. Waren am 29.12.23 dort. Es war sehr gut besucht. Wir tranken eine Cola und mein Mann hatte einen Burger Hot Camembert mit hausgemachten Pommes und Sour Cream und ich einen Veggi Burger mit hausgemachten Pommes und Sour Cream. Beides war sehr lecker. Der Name gute Burger passt. Die Servicekräfte waren alle sehr flink. Gerne wieder. 👍
