If you like Turkish cuisine, this is definitely the place for you. The waiters are very friendly and serve you a meze plate and homemade bread. This quality is very rare to find. The main course was an Adana plate which also tasted outstanding. We were then served Çay, which was still fresh at that time and, above all, of a very high quality. I've been to a lot of Turkish restaurants, but offering such quality, especially on a Saturday around midnight, is simply the league of champions! A lot of Turkish restaurants should learn a thing or two, as only 2 or 3 other restaurants in North Rhine-Westphalia can keep up. Anyone who is ever in Bergisch Gladbach should definitely stop by here.

Very pleasant ambience. Service was very accommodating. Food was also very tasty. The grill plate was a delight.. the starters were not spared. Flatbread, cheese and zarziki as well as spicy ones. The 3 breads were free for 3 strong men. Just the right thing for 3 strong men... the ambience as well as the service from the boss were very pleasant...definitely always recommended if you want to have a nice meal and imagine yourself in the flair of Turkey. Bedtime mode is very important here I'm already looking forward to the next time

You can eat well on site, but unfortunately the quality of the service has deteriorated extremely.

I wanted to order by phone and was told on the phone that it would work better via WhatsApp. I ordered a mixed grill plate with fries, which was clearly visible to everyone, but unfortunately the fries were forgotten, which can happen to anyone. The service afterwards was a shock, they replied after 10 minutes and offered me a Coke or fries on the house with my next order. Sorry, I should have eaten the fries by now. At Beyoglu, the quality of service has deteriorated greatly.

The food tasted good. However, there were some organizational deficiencies that clouded my overall impression. I was initially told a delivery time of 45 minutes, but the order only arrived after 65 minutes. This delay was annoying and should be better coordinated in the future. Another problem is the outdated online menu. The prices on the website did not match what I ended up paying. I had to pay 7 euros more than expected, which I found to be incorrect. An update of the prices on the website is urgently needed to avoid such misunderstandings.

(We had dinner there with my wife at the weekend. We initially waited 15 minutes for the menu until the waitress finally asked us if we had already ordered. Then the order was accepted. As a starter we ordered soup, which was also hinted at but not served. The main course came immediately. In the end the table was not cleared or the tea we requested was not served. No recommendation)

I've eaten here a few times, the food tastes really good, but I was there again on the weekend. My friends also recommended it and took it with me, but unfortunately they were disappointed, all the orders came one after the other, we all had to eat one after the other. I got my food last 20 minutes later!! Tables in front were served gravel!!!

It's not a very big place, but it makes me feel like I'm in Turkey. The portions are very large and satisfying and delicious. I recommend anyone who happens to come by to visit.

It was better than many kebabs I have eaten in Turkey. We ordered kelle paça soup, chicken soup, lahmacun for 4 people and mixed kebab for 2 people. They were all very delicious and satisfying. We were stuffed to the brim. We finished with kunefe. Even my wife, who is from Antakya, gave full marks to kunefe. The staff is very kind, the service is fast 👌💕 This restaurant, which we visited again after 1 year (May 2024), was still the same in terms of taste and service success.

It was the first time there and certainly not the last time. The large starter platter is really big and the flatbread served with it is simply delicious. For the main course we had the Dürum with chicken. Very nice restaurant at reasonable prices.

Good day, I happened to be there for an appointment and was hungry. Such a gem RIGHT at the train station. Great interior design, great food, even sublime. 4.50 for a Turkish pizza with salad. Homemade, fresh, fresh salad. Simply brilliant and highly recommended. !!!

All the orders came one after the other, we all had to eat one after the other. When I got my food last, they said they had to deal with suppliers. Tables in front were served gravel. The table was not cleared and no tea was offered.

Best Turkish Grill Restaurant! Top! Always fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, the prices are now extremely exaggerated. A pity. Even though everything has become more expensive, €4 more for a plate of food is really no longer fair.

Very dissatisfied . If I couldn't give a star, I wouldn't give a star. Delivery took too long, the food (the fries) were already cold and inedible. The fries weren't seasoned, the rest of them were too. The price was more expensive than expected, i.e. the supplement costs an extra euro but you are not informed of it, you pay extra for delivery costs and you are not informed of it, there is no invoice statement. Identical order was placed not long ago with a cheaper price. Portions, much smaller and very inedible. Packaging damaged, sauce and oil leaked. Store space has declined significantly. Unfortunately we are very disappointed about this.

I've been here before. Everything tasted good back then. This time I was here during Ramadan time. Unfortunately, the food wasn't the best. I ordered lentil soup, chicken skewer and lahmacun. The soup was cold, the chicken was too dry and the portion was too small and the lahmacun was crispy but tasted like cardboard. A friend ordered Künefe for dessert. It came without syrup. Overall we were full but the taste wasn't what we (8 people) expected.

The food was simply great and the service was really nice too. I thought it was particularly great that the staff and the boss wore suits, as that is often the case in Istanbul. The atmosphere was also very nice, just like in Istanbul. It was a great meal and we will definitely come back.

Absolutely great. Very nice restaurant and beautifully decorated. And the food, which is what it's all about, is fantastic. The side bread alone is great. And the rest of the menu is also very good. You definitely have to go there.

Great food, great service. Sometimes we go and sit but most times we pick up take away. Always delicious, particularly the grilled lamb dürüm kebab and the mixed appetizer combo. Even our picky eaters are happy. Recommend highly. Sometimes quite busy so its a good idea to reserve a table.

Very authentic shop. The pide you get for mezze is really great! Always freshly prepared especially for each customer. I really can't complain much about the store. They know what they're doing there and do a damn good job. Had mezze with Mercimek and then Lahmacun, every single dish was very tasty and above all authentic, just like you know it from home. I can recommend it to everyone! In terms of price it is a bit more expensive but definitely worth it 👍

For a long time an excellent address both for ordering and for eating on site. Unfortunately we've had bad luck with the last few orders and it's steadily declining. The last order was a complete disaster: Menu selection (1 star): The website doesn't work and you can't view a map or find any other information due to serious security issues. We therefore ordered with the last available card from 02/2023. Ordering process (1 star): Online ordering non-existent. An order was refused over the phone and we were told to order via WhatsApp, which we don't use for good reasons. Luckily our guests used Whatsapp and so we were “allowed” to order. Delivery time (4 stars): Was OK. Delivery & price (1 star): We ordered 3 main courses and a pizza, according to the menu the value of the goods was €49.70... We ended up paying €63. We can't understand this because neither an invoice nor an order overview is provided as standard, and we couldn't clarify this directly because the driver only spoke French. The disposable packaging (reusable packaging was not offered or does not seem to be available at all??) was not properly sealed and as a result the grease was dripping out everywhere. We were then able to clean the hallway and the kitchen. Quality (3 stars): The quality was objectively mediocre, even significantly lower compared to the quality we know from before: We didn't receive a piece of bread with the three main courses, which was usual in the past. The pan dish “vegetable pan” was excessively greasy and hardly seasoned at all (poorly too). We had to add more seasoning, which has never happened to me here before. Previously we were able to dip the delicious, aromatic oil into bread after eating, but this time it was just tasteless fat. The minced lamb skewer was ok, but the taste was significantly less than what we were used to. As always, the salad was soggy because the sauce wasn't delivered separately. The pizza was "okay"... The portions have become a little smaller, which is ok on its own, but combined with all the other shortcomings, it's no longer good. All in all, this is probably the last time we've ordered here. No price transparency, poor (ordering) service, lousy packaging, declining quality. A pity.

In One Word, Perfect. It is one of the rare restaurants that I go to regularly with my family and loved ones and where I can order via WhatsApp. Their bread is fresh and they bake it themselves, And Many of Their Dishes Are Delicious. I Recommend Without Considering Violence.

My family and I love this place. It’s one of our favorites in Bergisch Gladbach. The food is beyond delicious. The meat is rich in flavors and tender. My favorite desert is Künefe. You gotta try it next time. The service is always attentive and kind. We highly recommend this place.

Der Kellner mit tätowierten Armen und ohne Haare gab barsche Antworten und behandelte mich nicht einmal wie einen Menschen, geschweige denn wie einen Kunden. Es ist eine Schande, dass ein Restaurant wie dieses solche Leute beschäftigt.

Phenomenal Turkish Restaurant. Nice outdoor seating, food from the charcoal grill on display. Service flawless, food arguably the best of its kind, beats hands down these street kitchen and fast food ones in Cologne. Portion size, American, as in insane. We had the starter platter and then grill platter, plus a small salad. This would have comfortably fed 4 adults. Minor point, they allow smokers on the patio. Will still be back, should I be in the area. Yay! Update: we came Back and everything was consistently great. Outstanding food, again. Great service. Glad I am not vegetarian.

Waren dort essen, bis auf einen Kellner war der rest unhöflich, nur weil es voll war. Wenn ihr nicht hinterkommt dann nimmt nicht soviele leute rein! Dann war noch das fleisch nicht durch musste zurück wieder auf den Grill, und weil es so überfüllt war hatte man kein Platz mehr sich zu bewegen. Danke aufjedenfall für den ungelungenen abendJeder wollte nur noch gehen. 3 sterne für den Service gehen an den Kellner. Eigentlich gibt es viel zu schreiben noch…aber macht eure Erfahrung auch natürlich selber.

Ein wunderschönes Restaurant, das man sogar blind, nur mit der Nase finden kann. Dieser herrlichen Duft weist einen direkt in ein unscheinbarer Restaurant, dessen äußeres nicht auf das innere vorbereiten kann. Der Geruch von guter Küche und Kamin umarmen einen beim eintreten. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Was immer bestellt wurde, wurde schnell, heiß und mit einem Lächeln serviert. Das Essen war ein wahrer Genuß. Die Karte ist überschaubar doch dafür wohl durchdacht. Vom Geruch verführt hab ich den Grillteller genommen um alle Köstlichkeiten mal probieren zu können. Nun werde ich beim nächsten Mal wieder vor Entscheidungsproblemen stehen, da alles auf diesem Teller auf seine Art überzeugen konnte. Von meiner Seite aus ein absoluter Tipp für jeden.

Der Service war sehr langsam. Wir haben lange gewartet bis unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde, bis das Essen kam, bis wir erneut Getränke bestellen konnten, bis wir bezahlen durften. Das Essen war lecker! Die Tische viel zu eng gestellt und man muss sie verschieben um aufstehen zu können. Damit war das Ambiente kaputte. Wir wollten 1,5 Std essen gehen und waren 3 Std da, weil wir soooo lange auf alles warten mussten. Schade!

Stets ein netter und zuvorkommender Service. Vorrangig und besonders vor Ort aber auch bei Lieferungen nach Hause. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und es ist immer wieder ein Genuss.
