The portions are large and the food tastes excellent. The pavilion is comfortable, and the staff are all attentive—what more could you want?

We enjoyed a lovely warm, sunny seat outside. All the tables were occupied. The service was friendly and prompt, with good dining recommendations. The food selection is good. We had the small and large appetizer plates, farmer's salad, lahmacun with salad, and pide. We also had bread and cheese on the house, and Turkish tea after the meal. Everything was delicious and plentiful. We would gladly come back.

If you love Turkish food, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, I only had a farmer's salad, but it was dressed with pomegranate syrup and was very tasty. I'll try the lamb chops in the winter. To finish, I had Turkish tea, which I found very tasty.

I highly recommend this restaurant. It tastes great, and the portions were also very generous. There were two of us, and we were very satisfied.

I highly recommend this restaurant. I was there recently for a while and left feeling very satisfied and positive. The service staff are very friendly and attentive. We had various dishes such as Adana, chicken skewers, and pide. Until the main course arrived, we were served meze, and everything was delicious. The meat was juicy and well-seasoned. We ate on the terrace and felt like we were in Turkey. See you next time, and keep up the good work!

A beautiful and cozy restaurant with great and friendly staff. Here you could drink the cold Ayran. Drinks, food, bill - everything came quickly and served to our complete satisfaction. We'd love to come back next time.

The establishment is pleasantly designed and offers excellent seating for families and individuals. The menu is diverse and cannot be compared with other restaurants. The waitresses are very friendly and helpful. The food tastes excellent and is freshly prepared.

I've loved food for years, everything is always delicious. However, I noticed that there has been a little less on the plate for some time now and I think that's a shame. If you come with 2 people, there is a flatbread and 2 dips, which is great. However, if you come to 4 people there is only 1 flatbread and 2 dips. I don't think you should save on bulgur and rice because of 2-3 spoons more, nor on the flatbread and dips if there are more people. I heard that one waiter was no longer there because he was very pushy and annoying, but everyone else was super nice.

I used to really enjoy going to this restaurant, but unfortunately it has clearly deteriorated in some respects. The food still tastes very good – luckily nothing has changed. What has changed, however, are the prices and portion sizes. The prices are now quite high, and unfortunately the portions no longer really correspond to the price. Unfortunately, when it comes to service, it is often chaotic. Although there seem to be a lot of service staff there, they often seem overwhelmed. You wait a long time for the drinks or even to be able to pay at all. Even when picking up orders, there is often confusion. It's a shame, because the food is actually great - but because of the points mentioned, I come much less often these days. Hopefully the service will improve again soon.

Always happy and has been for years. We were there regularly even before the complete renovation and the opening of the terrace. We always feel comfortable there and always look forward to the delicious flatbread and the pastes that are served at the start. Unfortunately, prices have risen sharply in recent years. But there is always plenty of staff available to serve you and restaurants have become more expensive everywhere. In our opinion one of the best Turkish restaurants in the region.

On the recommendation of a friend, we ate here for the first time today and it definitely won't be the last time! The atmosphere is pleasant and the food is really great.😊 The staff is very accommodating and friendly👍👍👍

It used to be nicer. Most of the waitresses are emotionless and sometimes very unfriendly. The food is becoming less and less but more and more expensive. You have to look for the meat in the lamb skewer or you can order without salad, then you might be lucky and find a piece of meat. The grill plate for 2 people now costs almost as much as the one for 3 people not so long ago and the amount on the plate is not even enough for one person. Sorry, we really enjoyed being with you but unfortunately everything has to come to an end. Then it's better to go one door further...

Service and ambience top Food okay but rather average

Adana kebab was extremely salty, and the hot sauce was also incredibly salty. I can't understand why so much salt is used. However, the quality of the meat was good, especially the lamb shish kebab was very delicious. If the salt ratio was more balanced, the dishes could be much more delicious!!!

This is a well-known restaurant in town, and I had a good experience overall. I’ve noticed that Turkish restaurants in Germany usually have great customer service, and this one was no exception—they were very attentive. I went with my brother and mother, who is vegan. As a starter, they brought out some bread, and we asked if it was vegan. It wasn’t, but the waiter went out of their way to bring a different kind of bread just for her, even though it wasn’t part of the standard offering. It might seem like a small gesture, but in Germany, where customer service is often lacking, it really stood out. The food itself was tasty, adding to the overall positive experience.

Had dinner there recently. I'm very disappointed to leave there again. The food is only average at best, and the portions are getting smaller and smaller and the prices are significantly higher! Only receive an invoice upon request. Absolutely no more recommendation!!

Not again! Waitress completely dubious and unsympathetic. At the beginning we were given a plate of starters, although there is usually always a free small starter anyway, then we waited over an hour for our food, which was okay but already cold and not particularly nicely presented. Then several times while eating I was told if everything was okay, which was just annoying. Instead of at least giving the drinks on the house to make at least a little bit of amends, we were harassed with further excuses when we were paying. The store was also relatively empty.

Not so good anymore! The delivery service is really very disappointing! I ordered a dish for over €20 and ordered fries for an extra charge, but all I got was a meat skewer. When I called I was told it was busy that evening and I should just let them know the next time I ordered and I would get my fries. The next time I ordered I asked them to leave out the stuffed grape leaves and swap them for börek cigarettes. When the delivery arrived I was told that the börek cigarettes were out, so I got more of the filled grape leaves instead, but I still had to pay the full price.

Very nice restaurant. Unfortunately, our food was cold, there wasn't enough meat, it wasn't cooked properly and we had to ask several times about individual little things that had been forgotten. This can be done even better. We will do another sample in the future and see whether the service has improved.

Personal opinion. Food very tasty! Service for the amount of waiters underground. Were only there for the fourth and last time. Taken a seat and the table was dirty. Has been fixed. Getting a card Waitress stood next to the table for almost 3 minutes to take the order. Order with starter and main course. Captain's starter didn't come and was canceled. Then it came, unfortunately I think it's bad to give something like that back. 10 minutes to answer a question for a new drink. So rather better kebab snacks. Ambiance like a train station lobby The table next to us was served perfectly and there were also Turks who could communicate. I have the feeling that there are double standards here. Unfortunately it's a shame but if you're disappointed by 4 times 3 you just eat somewhere else.

I went there a few years ago with a friend and children. I've been a regular customer ever since. We enjoyed it. There is an inside and outside area. The service staff try their best to accommodate everyone during peak times! Children are also welcome!

A very popular restaurant in the city, and after seeing the reviews, we decided to give it a try. Now we understand why it's so highly rated. We'd give it 10 stars if we could! The food was excellent and arrived relatively quickly, and the service was top notch. We'll definitely return when we visit the city again.

If you like Turkish cuisine, this is definitely the place for you. The waiters are very friendly and serve you a meze plate and homemade bread. This quality is very rare to find. The main course was an Adana plate which also tasted outstanding. We were then served Çay, which was still fresh at that time and, above all, of a very high quality. I've been to a lot of Turkish restaurants, but offering such quality, especially on a Saturday around midnight, is simply the league of champions! A lot of Turkish restaurants should learn a thing or two, as only 2 or 3 other restaurants in North Rhine-Westphalia can keep up. Anyone who is ever in Bergisch Gladbach should definitely stop by here.

Very pleasant ambience. Service was very accommodating. Food was also very tasty. The grill plate was a delight.. the starters were not spared. Flatbread, cheese and zarziki as well as spicy ones. The 3 breads were free for 3 strong men. Just the right thing for 3 strong men... the ambience as well as the service from the boss were very pleasant...definitely always recommended if you want to have a nice meal and imagine yourself in the flair of Turkey. Bedtime mode is very important here I'm already looking forward to the next time

The food tasted good. However, there were some organizational deficiencies that clouded my overall impression. I was initially told a delivery time of 45 minutes, but the order only arrived after 65 minutes. This delay was annoying and should be better coordinated in the future. Another problem is the outdated online menu. The prices on the website did not match what I ended up paying. I had to pay 7 euros more than expected, which I found to be incorrect. An update of the prices on the website is urgently needed to avoid such misunderstandings.

I wanted to order by phone and was told on the phone that it would work better via WhatsApp. I ordered a mixed grill plate with fries, which was clearly visible to everyone, but unfortunately the fries were forgotten, which can happen to anyone. The service afterwards was a shock, they replied after 10 minutes and offered me a Coke or fries on the house with my next order. Sorry, I should have eaten the fries by now. At Beyoglu, the quality of service has deteriorated greatly.

I've eaten here a few times, the food tastes really good, but I was there again on the weekend. My friends also recommended it and took it with me, but unfortunately they were disappointed, all the orders came one after the other, we all had to eat one after the other. I got my food last 20 minutes later!! Tables in front were served gravel!!!

(We had dinner there with my wife at the weekend. We initially waited 15 minutes for the menu until the waitress finally asked us if we had already ordered. Then the order was accepted. As a starter we ordered soup, which was also hinted at but not served. The main course came immediately. In the end the table was not cleared or the tea we requested was not served. No recommendation)
