It was very cozy, everyone was very friendly, and the food was excellent! It's a bit more expensive, but it was worth it! I would go back anytime :)

Well, it was my first time here and I have to say, in addition to the sauces, broths and food variations, I was also very impressed with the service. You could ask anything at any time. Help was always given straight away and everyone was very attentive and nice. I think it's so great that whoever you take the leftovers with you also gets a great bag and drink container as a gift.

We were guests here for the first time today and were completely satisfied! The ambience is really nice and even though the store is really huge, the volume is really moderate. Ordering via the tablet was extremely easy and everything was clear and if there was a question, the friendly staff were quick to help. The broth and ingredients you order are brought to the table really quickly and then you can get started straight away. You only get the sauces yourself at a small “bar”, as you can see in the pictures. It was great fun, the food was delicious and sociable! Really a great experience, I can only recommend everyone to try it out :)

It was my first time having a Chinese hot pot and what an experience! The place is super nicely decorated, the very friendly staff explained nicely. You order on the tablet your broth (up to 3 different ones) and then get all the things you want to cook in it, from a large selection of meat, seafood and many vegetable and vegetarian options (tofu, rice cake, etc.). They have an amazing "make your own dip sauce" bar, with some examples in case you lack inspiration. Love it. Bonus: a bunch of cute cat robots sometimes bring to the dishes and can sing you happy birthday song 😁

OMG this was so good 🥰😍 We got the triple broth for 2 persons and various meats, noodles and vegetables. It was perfect for a first time, totally recommend the place. They've got also a great ambiance and a cute serving robot.

This was the worst food I have ever tasted in my life. That tom yum soup tasted like heated up orange capri sun. Absolutely disgusting aftertaste. The meatballs taste like absolutely nothing and had a slimy consistency. All in all very overpriced and overhyped. Damn was that food bad.

My wife and I both had upset stomachs the next day. The ingredients looked fresh, but the broth was probably full of flavor enhancers or old. The food was also way too overpriced. Just under €50 per person. For the price, I'd rather eat an Argentinian steak in the future.

I always go to Paris to eat Xiaolongkan, and now they also have it in Dousé. The quality is really good! Every dish is fresh and plentiful, and nothing is too bad. This was our first time eating hot pot and we felt very well looked after. There's a huge selection of dishes, but don't underestimate the quantities. I personally don't eat much spicy food and found the red, mild broth extremely spicy, so be careful. We liked the tomato broth best. Unfortunately, the simple beef and chicken weren't as tasty in terms of consistency, but otherwise everything was great!

This is quite good Chinese restaurant in Düsseldorf. As me, a one who loves to eat vegetables too much, this place is perfect place for me where ordering hot pot with various kind of topping. The taste is similar taste that I eat Chinese food in Vietnam, eating hot pot in a cold weather is great. Good atmosphere, good service and strong wine with very tiny glass.
