An unforgettable hotpot experience! If you love hotpot (or want to try it for yourself), this is the place for you! The delicious aroma hits your nose as soon as you walk in. The selection of fresh ingredients is impressive, from tender meats and crisp vegetables to homemade specialties. The broths are the star of the evening: aromatic, perfectly seasoned, and available in several varieties, so everyone can find their personal favorite. I particularly liked that you can adjust the spiciness to your liking. The service is super friendly and patiently explains how the hotpot experience works, even to beginners. The cozy atmosphere makes you want to sit and enjoy it for a while. Conclusion: This is where quality meets warmth – my new favorite place for hotpot!

An absolute success in every respect, both the food and the ambiance inside. The service is also absolutely fantastic. It was our first time there, and it was our first time trying hotpot. The staff took plenty of time to explain everything to us, and even if we had any questions, there was always someone available to answer them. It won't be the last time we go there.

The ambiance was truly stunning. I've never had such a delicious and relaxed meal as here. You can easily order ingredients via the tablet, which you can then cook and prepare in a pot full of your own chosen sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A bit confusing. I found a piece of plastic in the sesame sauce bowl? It's the kind you see on socks when you buy them, and I didn't realize it until halfway through. I'm also baffled: how did it get in there? Also, the sesame oil comes in a can, so it's a bit hard to control the amount. The sesame sauce wasn't thick enough, and the sesame oil was a bit too creamy and oily. But I really liked the crispy pork; they didn't do anything wrong.

The food was delicious, and orders placed via tablet arrived very quickly. If you visit the restaurant on a Saturday, you absolutely must make a reservation. The only drawback was that the tables are too low, and you can't fit your legs underneath them. The benches weren't great for your bottom either. I'd also say that the restaurant's prices are on the higher end.

This Restaurant is probably one of the best in Germany. All the servers are fast, kind and polite. They have a wide range of food to choose for your hotpot, which is also really high quality. The decorations are Chinese themed and are gorgeous and cozy. I would recommend making a reservation beforehand, so you don’t have to wait so long.

The BEST hot pot in Dusseldorf. What a comfort it is, to eat such hearty meal in Europe. Servers are very friendly, broths are all really flavorful. Even their Mala soup surpassed my expectation cos it is that good and authentic. My go to restaurant for sure.

Great surprise. Parking: not easy to park in the street, so I recommend going to a paid parking. It is in the little Tokyo neighborhood, easy access by tram, bus or walking distance from the center. Service: excellent. All the waitresses were helpful, friendly and English speaking. Accommodating and willing to explain whatever was needed. You can order via the tablet. Very easy and intuitive. Otherwise, the staff will do it for you. Atmosphere: beautifully decorated. From the outside, you would not guess that it is a nice, cozy restaurant. Food: amazing. You order a soup, which would be the base of your made - customized hot pot. You could choose one, two or three different soup flavours. From mushroom, bones, spicy, etc. Afterwards, other ingredients (which will go in the soup), can be ordered. They have many sauces to choose from. You can mix ingredients for those sauces; making your own chili oil, ginger sesame sauce... The dim sum was absolutely fantastic. The egg fried rice as well. Everything was fresh and with the right good quality. I'm impressed by this place. It deserves the rating and the fame. My advise is to call and reserve, since it is normally full.

I drove all the way from the Netherlands, and it was truly worth the trip. The hot pot base is authentic and incredibly spicy, instantly awakening your Sichuan soul with just one bite. I especially have to praise their signature drinks: Xiaolongkan Dragon Tea. The iced lemon drink and bayberry pudding are sweet, quenching the spiciness, and refreshing without being greasy. They're the perfect hot pot accompaniment, and you won't find them anywhere else. A true surprise! 💁‍♀️The service is also impeccable. The staff are always smiling, refilling soup quickly, and welcoming you warmly. Whether you're a first-time customer or a returning customer, you'll feel cared for. The hot pot is sizzling, and my heart warms too. From the ambiance to the flavors, from the service to the details, every detail is thoughtfully crafted. A solid six-star rating!

My wife and I spontaneously made an appointment for that evening, and we immediately got a confirmation. As always, it was a lovely evening with a fantastic selection of different ingredients. Anyone who wants to try hot pot should definitely stop by. :)

Well, if you like MSG, you've come to the right place. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is poor. The soup is flavored hot water, which is refilled. The ingredients you order are rather "cheap" but sold at a higher price and relatively tasteless. You can then go to the "sauce bar" to get MSG sugar, ready-made canned sauces, and a bit of fresh garlic, coriander, and leek for the right flavor. This also costs €4 per person. The whole thing, including 8 drinks for 4 people, a few noodles, unidentifiable meatballs, and vegetables for €13, comes to €165. Pretty cheeky.

We decided to eat here for a girls' night out. The tomato soup base is highly recommended for those who don't like spicy food. The homemade lemon iced tea also impressed us across the board, especially the cute packaging. The staff is very attentive, courteous, and always friendly. We will definitely be back.

It was my first time eating hot pot. I reserved a table, and upon arrival, we were shown to a separate VIP area. It was quiet there, and the table was extremely large. I definitely recommend it for first-timers, as you'll definitely overorder ;) The tables downstairs are smaller and it's noticeably louder. The staff is extremely friendly and extremely fast! The food is of good quality. I highly recommend it.

This was a completely new concept for us. You can choose from various broths, then use a tablet to select meat and fish to cook in the broth, along with a selection of side dishes. Either the staff brings everything to the table, or a robot does it. You can choose where to sit. There were four of us and we opted for a kind of temple where you can sit comfortably around the hot broth with some privacy. It's best to book well in advance.

Something special that you rarely get.

The classic hot pot with mushroom soup as a base is highly recommended and tastes excellent. The side dishes offered were consistently of high quality. The service from the staff was very friendly and attentive. Furthermore, the entire environment, including the restrooms, was very clean. It is recommended to moderate your order initially and reorder as needed, as the soup is continuously refilled. Should there be any leftovers, you can easily pack the food and take it with you. A practical bag is also provided to prevent food waste. #nofoodwaist. For the information of our Muslim colleagues: This product is halal-certified and therefore safe to eat.

It was my first time trying hotpot, and I have to admit: At first, the concept of preparing your own food in a tabletop hotpot took some getting used to. But over time, you realize that's exactly what makes it so appealing—it's more of an experience than just a meal. The staff were super friendly and explained to us right away how to make a good sauce, which was a huge help. The food itself was top-quality, with a good range of spices—but yes, the table inevitably gets a bit chaotic over the course of the evening. If you like hotpot (or are open to trying new things), you should definitely try it—just be prepared for a bit of cramped space if you're tall.

The food was incredibly delicious. Our orders were generally completed super quickly, and it was great, albeit expensive. You should make a reservation early enough, though. Two stars deducted for service because the scheduling here wasn't very good. You call to see if there's availability and get a no. You call again the next second and there is, but no, there were no calls from anyone else in between. When we were supposed to be seated, we had to wait forever until our table was finally ready, and we weren't called for ages, so we waited 20 minutes. We asked how long our table would take, and they said it was already occupied because we'd supposedly been called a long time ago and they couldn't find us. (We were sitting right in front of them.) Then we had to wait a bit longer before we were allowed to serve. Everything after that was, as I said, top-notch.
