Alles bestens, das Essen ist sehr lecker, es fehlt an nichts und das Personal ist wirklich unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren letzten Freitag zum ersten Mal hier, aber sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal.♡

Großartig, ich habe meine Zeit dort bei beiden Besuchen sehr genossen.

Immer und immer wieder aufs Neue eine tolle Erfahrung! Wir kommen hier gerne hin, um einfach in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre, ohne Druck, leckeres Essen zu kochen. Die Auswahl ist super, tatsächlich jedesmal gewohnte Lebensmittel auch mit guter Qualität. Man könnte an dem ein oder anderen Meckern, aber für den Preis finde ich das gesamt Paket überaus stimmig! Auch die alkoholfreien Cocktails haben es mir angetan und mittlerweile fehlt mir auch nur noch eine Sorte zum probieren.

Die Zutaten waren nicht besonders frisch und die Atmosphäre war düster. Obwohl ich spät abends dort war und reserviert hatte, würde ich das Restaurant nicht empfehlen, wenn man Wert auf hochwertige Küche legt. Die Preise sind auch nicht gerade günstig.

Sehr enttäuschender Besuch.. Wir hatten für vier Personen reserviert, bekamen jedoch einen viel zu kleinen Tisch, obwohl größere verfügbar waren. Ein Umsetzen wurde ohne echte Begründung abgelehnt. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist jedoch der Grill: Trotz hoher Stufe funktionierte er praktisch nicht. Das Fleisch wurde auf Backpapier gegart und war selbst nach fast 2 Stunden innen noch roh –das ist absolut inakzeptabel! Auch die Fleischqualität ließ stark zu wünschen übrig (billig wirkend, ungleichmäßig geschnitten, geringe Auswahl). Hinweise unsererseits wurden vom Service ignoriert, der Kellner reagierte unprofessionell und ging kommentarlos weg. Für den Preis von rund 40 € pro Person ist die Leistung in keiner Weise angemessen. Definitiv kein Besuch, den wir wiederholen werden.

Ein nettes Hot-Pot-Restaurant mit einer guten Auswahl an Brühen und einer schönen Terrasse. Wir waren zu viert dort, der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Am Wochenende war es recht voll, daher empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Wir bestellten sowohl BBQ als auch Hot Pot. Die Variante mit vier verschiedenen Brühen schien uns am besten zu gefallen. Die Auswahl an rohem Fleisch wirkte anfangs etwas klein, war aber letztendlich ausreichend. Die Gemüseauswahl war gut, die Fischauswahl etwas begrenzt, aber man wird auf jeden Fall satt und kann am Ende gut essen. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl.

Absolut unhygienischer Laden. Stickige Luft, Tisch fettig…. Etc. Der Kellner war absolut bemüht aber leider total überfordert Weile er alleine war

Katastrophe. Restaurant ist dreckig, das Fleisch ist das günstigste was man bei der TK Sektion bei Metro finden kann, wir haben Magen Darm beschwerden seitdem wir gestern da waren.. Sie haben uns ein alter elektro Grill aufgebaut, weil die Tische mit integrierten Grill besetzt waren. Bei Stärke 3 hat es kaum funktioniert und bei Stärke 4-5 war es zu stark und sogar das Backpapier ist leicht angebrannt. Wenig Auswahl an Sachen, die Schilder bei dem Fleisch waren alle durcheinander, sodass man nicht wirklich wusste was was ist. Service war gut. Kellner waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, deswegen 2 Sterne. Für den Preis absolut nicht wert und wir kommen nie wieder!

Achtung, hier richtig anziehen. Wir waren dort als es draußen knapp an 0 Grad war. Das ist ein Restaurant mir Korean BBQ, das bedeutet es wird am Tisch gegrillt. Wenn ich richtig gezählt habe gibt es drinnen 8 Tische an denen gegrillt wird. Drinnen. Wie das nun mal ist beim Grillen ist, bringt das entsprechend Rauch mit sich. Das schafft die Beste Lüftung nicht. Also sind die Türen nach draußen auf. Wir haben das nicht bedacht und uns den Hintern abgefroren. Außerdem sollte man die Rauchbelastung einplanen. Lieber eine Jacke tragen, die in die Waschmaschine kann. Zuerst wollte man uns in den Außenbereich setzen, der ist aber nicht barrierefrei, weshalb man uns dann doch nach Innen gesetzt hat. Nach draußen sind erstmal eine kleine Treppe mit Geländer und dann 3 Stufen ohne Geländer. Wer das nicht mit Teller in der Hand schafft sollte am Besten direkt für drinnen bestellen. Wir hatten Glück dass drinnen noch Platz war. Draußen sind zwar Heitzpilze aufgestellt, mir war das aber dennoch zu kalt am Fuß. Daher wieder: entsprechend kleiden! Ansonsten war das alles gut. Die Servicekraft hat alles vorbereitet und erklärt wie das alles funktioniert. Es wurde auf einer mit Backpapier verkleideten Metallplatte gegrillt. Zwischendurch wurde das Papier auch getauscht. Zusätzlich zum Grill hat jeder noch einen Topf mit einer Suppe der Wahl in dem das klassische Hot-Pot gemacht wird. Das Gemüse und auch das Fleisch sind am Buffet enthalten und werden selbst geholt. Wir haben schon mal nur Hot-Pot gegessen und da wurde jede Beilage einzeln berechnet wodurch das schnell viel kosten kann. Das ist hier im Buffet nicht so und der Betrag ist daher echt günstig! Also für das was man da alles essen kann ich der Preis echt unschlagbar! Wir haben für 2 Personen mit jeweils 2 Getränken 80€ bezahlt. Und die haben da wirklich grandiose Eistees die wie Cocktails aussehen. Diese waren auch nicht zu süß, sondern genau richtig. Ich war begeistert! Den Punkt Abzug gibt es also nur für Kalt im Winter und dafür, dass das Buffet im Eingangsbereich steht. Das war ein bisschen doof, wenn die Leute die darauf warten platziert zu werden da im Weg rum stehen.

Dieses Lokal kann man ruhig mal besuchen, die Auswahl an Fleisch und Gemüse ist auch ziemlich groß, hab mich aber eher aufs Fleisch konzentriert. Der Grill ist zu empfehlen und die Getränke schmecken auch sehr gut aber ziemlich süß, was für mich kein Problem war

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat sogar eine Soße für uns zubereitet. Es gab eine schöne Auswahl an Gemüse, Fleisch und Meeresfrüchten. Jeder hatte sein eigenes kleines Töpfchen mit einer Brühe seiner Wahl. Wir hatten Kimchi- und Pilzbrühe, beides war sehr lecker.

Ein empfehlenswertes Hotpot- und Grillbuffet in Düsseldorf. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sorry, ich habe keine Fotos gemacht, ich war hier essen. Ich empfinde es als Upgrade gegenüber dem mongolischen Essen beim Chinesen. Im Hotspot wird gedünstet und am ebenfalls im Tisch integrierten Grill gegrillt. Lediglich das Holen der Waren stört die Gemeinsamkeit. Ich persönlich hätte mir nicht mehr Roheare wünschen können und auch die Nachtischauswahl war gut.

We had reserved a table. The place was packed, and since the ingredients for the hot pot and barbecue were right by the entrance, it was a real bottleneck. It took ages before a waiter even noticed us, and in the meantime, we were blocking the way of other customers. Finally, because there were no free barbecue tables except outside, we were just "parked" at any old table. Then, for about 20 minutes, absolutely nothing happened. Several other customers paid, but their tables weren't cleared. We weren't even asked if we wanted drinks. We ended up leaving. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.

A huge selection, everything fresh, and I would have given the service 10 stars. The owner is incredibly sweet and friendly. And she makes absolutely delicious mocktails!!!

We've now been to the Hot One restaurant twice. It was always absolutely delicious, and the selection of ingredients is simply fantastic. The homemade lemonades are amazing. The staff is nice and friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend it with 5 stars. We even come all the way from Heinsberg for this wonderful experience. It's really worth it.

We went there yesterday as a married couple for the first time. Everything was explained to us very clearly how it works. There was a wide selection, from vegetables to meat, so we took our time and tried our luck...we'll definitely be back👍

Great experience! We went there spontaneously on a Saturday afternoon and got a table without having to wait. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was truly delicious! A large selection, and the ambiance was lovely. It's also very child-friendly. We'll definitely be back :)

I found HOT ONE with table-top grilling. I was allowed a table to myself, and they constantly checked on me to make sure everything was okay. A very pleasant experience and almost a reason to come back to Düsseldorf. Many greetings to the HOT ONE team!

The people there are also really nice and the place has a nice ambience. definitely worth the money for us as we were craving hot pot and grill too much. they also had ice cream (green tea, vanilla, and sesame) which are all good! This was my first time at a hot pot and Korean BBQ restaurant, and it was really fun and delicious. Everyone was allowed to choose a broth, which was then brought to them, and they could get the fresh ingredients and sauces themselves from the buffet. The selection of vegetables, noodles, seafood, and meat was huge. They even had teokbokki (not sure if I spelled that correctly 😅). The meat was partially marinated and also very tasty. My only criticisms are the lack of labels for the sauces and the very meager selection of desserts (only low-quality ice cream from a 2-liter package and sesame balls). They could definitely offer more.

Reasonable prices and a great selection of different dishes to cook in broth or grill. The four of us had a great evening and will definitely be back!

This is a great spot for hotpot! I was really impressed by the variety of choices, meats, seafood, fresh veggies, and sauces so you can customize. The place has a lively, modern vibe and the staff were friendly. It reminds me of Asian hotpot experience.

Unfortunately, even a 12-year-old has to pay full price even though she doesn't eat that much. What we definitely missed was kimchi and rice. Otherwise, it was delicious and the staff was really great!

In the restaurant itself, there were often misunderstandings between customers and staff. The ingredients for the hot pot seemed mostly fresh. Unfortunately, it was much too warm. They only served small drinks, which I personally didn't like, especially given the warm climate. It was an "okay" experience overall, as the broths were quite tasty.

I recently visited a Chinese hot pot and Korean BBQ all-you-can-eat restaurant – and I can say with conviction: It was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed by the stylish atmosphere. The decor was modern with Asian design elements, the tables were clean and high-quality, each equipped with its own hot pot basin and built-in grill. Everything was perfectly prepared – you immediately felt welcome. The concept was simple but ingenious: You order via tablet and then get exactly what you want in small portions – served fresh and quickly. The selection was huge: high-quality beef, tender lamb, chicken, marinated Korean BBQ specialties, seafood such as shrimp, mussels, and squid, but also many vegetarian options – including mushrooms, tofu, glass noodles, fresh vegetables, rice, and dough products. The hot pot was an absolute highlight. I had a shared pot with two broths: a spicy Sichuan broth and a mild herbal broth. Both were intensely flavored and the perfect base for what was to come. It was great fun to add the different ingredients, let them simmer, and then refine them to taste with the homemade dips. I especially liked the fact that you could create your own dips at the sauce bar – with fresh coriander, garlic, sesame, chili oil, soy sauce, and much more. The Korean BBQ was also fantastic. The meat was high-quality, beautifully marinated, and grilled at the table. The smell, the sizzling, the communal grilling – it was a true communal experience. There were also delicious Korean side dishes like kimchi, pickled radish, sesame spinach, and spicy sauces. The drinks menu was well-stocked, and there was no shortage of desserts: there was mochi, various ice cream flavors, baked bananas, and small sweet snacks. Everything was lovingly prepared and served promptly. What particularly impressed me was the combination of quality, freshness, selection, and atmosphere. It wasn't a classic buffet with lukewarm food – everything here was prepared à la minute, hygienically, fresh, and full of flavor. And despite the "all you can eat" menu, not a single moment was wasteful or uncaring – the restaurant clearly pays attention to sustainability and the respectful handling of food. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic Asian cuisine, values ​​fresh ingredients, and enjoys sharing food with others. Whether on a date, with friends, or family – it's not just a meal, it's an experience. I'll definitely be back.

The food looked really promising and varied online, so we were really looking forward to our visit. Unfortunately, the selection on site didn't live up to our expectations. The food selection was rather limited, and most of the dishes didn't impress us in terms of taste. The quality of the meat, in particular, seemed rather subpar to me. Overall, I felt the value for money wasn't right. However, I would like to highlight the friendly staff, who were always attentive and immediately helped with any questions or requests.

There's a plentiful selection. The counter is fresh and clean. However, if you use the grill, you'll be busy tending to the grilling process, which can make conversation difficult. 😅 The atmosphere is a bit dark, and the rented grills mean there's little legroom, and the seating is rather awkward.

Super delicious food, fresh broth is always brought to your table, and there's more than enough to choose from in the refrigerators. The place looks nice from the outside, but when there are a lot of people there and the fans screwed onto the stairwell railing are turned on, it gets quite windy on your neck; perhaps they should switch to ceiling fans. Unfortunately, if you're not comfortable using chopsticks, the cutlery is hidden in a drawer, which you only find out about after asking several times—at least that's how it was in my case. The restrooms could use a cleaning more often.

I've been to Hot Pot One several times and have had a lot of fun every time. Due to the many different hot pot shops that there are in Düsseldorf, you always have variety - and here in particular there are ingredients that you won't find in other restaurants. The staff really tries hard and is friendly throughout. Even if it sometimes takes a little longer with a full house, the atmosphere remains relaxed and pleasant. Lots of choice and everything is fresh. The home-made broths were very well prepared. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Fazet price performance ratio top. We'd love to come back! Since everyone here prepares their own food, it's actually not fair to rate the food, but what I cooked together was good.

We had a very nice experience at this restaurant. The waiters are warm and friendly, the restaurant is spacious and clean, and the tables are big enough to place a lot of food. There are a variety of appetizers in the buffet food area, and fried dumplings and sesame balls are my favorites. There is a wide variety of food in the fresh-keeping refrigerator, a large number of vegetables, and a variety of barbecues. The barbecue is especially delicious, especially the halal meat. The hot pot soup base has a variety of meat and vegetarian options. My idea is to add noodles and vegetables to get a delicious bowl of ramen. Hotpot and BBQ are done at the same table, rich and delicious. The restaurant has a large garden. You must sit in the garden and eat hot pot next time. We will definitely be back!

Everything was delicious so far, but unfortunately the staff didn't keep up with the refilling of the food... even when asked, it took a while for it to be refilled.

We were there yesterday evening, when we sat down we had to wait 15 minutes, then when we spoke to someone, someone finally came, we said that this was our first time and asked how the whole thing was going, unfortunately there was no help until the order came and it left again, we didn't know how to use the broth properly, how to mix certain things well, we just felt like we didn't know anything, so we tried it out a bit and quickly realized that we were doing a lot of things wrong, I think that Employees tried hard but weren't trained enough, it would also be nice if you had instructions on the table to really understand everything, unfortunately they weren't cleared away either, which is why we had to keep putting away our dishes ourselves. I don't know if this was wanted, but I didn't like it very much, unfortunately there was also little meat refilled for grilling, which I unfortunately rate as the biggest negative point, there was also a table with various spices that we couldn't use because there was no peanut sauce. I went home really disappointed and that was my last visit there.

Unfortunately not our thing. Celebrated my friend's birthday here after seeing a lot about hot pot on social media. Both had little idea what to expect, but were quite disappointed after we ate. We felt a bit left alone by the waiters, even though we said it was our first time here and needed help. Unfortunately, the buffet of vegetables and meat didn't look appetizing either. Some bowls remained empty all evening, a lot of the meat had thawed and was lying in a pool of water, which looked very unappetizing. The atmosphere wasn't comfortable either, everything smelled strongly of broth and fried meat. The homemade iced tea and lemonade varieties were tasty and refreshing, but not enough to change our impression. For €75 for two people, it's too expensive given the quality of the food. Neither of them would come back.

Five of us were there one afternoon and "only" decided on the hotpot - but that was more than enough. Personally, I already know the principle of the hotpot well enough; it was the first time for my companion. The small pots are an ideal introduction for hotpot beginners, the service was very courteous and helpful and the food was wonderfully tasty - the vegetable dumplings were my personal favorite. Even as a vegan/vegetarian you have an extremely large and satisfying selection here. The price is also completely okay, the offer is definitely satisfactory. I just find the pots to be a bit too small, which meant you had to wait a long time until the food was ready. All in all, a fabulous experience worth repeating!

The food was great and there was a large selection of meat, fish and vegetables. The sauce bar was also varied. We will definitely be going back!

We reserved a table for 6 people at 6:30 p.m. (a few days before, of course). When we have gathered everyone on site, the door simply stays closed. After 2 minutes an employee came out and said that the restaurant is closed due to technical errors. What a disgrace! Is it so difficult to inform you in advance either by email or telephone? I haven't been able to eat anything there yet, so I can't rate it at all.

Best Asian buffet in Düsseldorf, the method of grilling meat and seafood at your own table is simply sensational, with a make-your-own bowl option, I was impressed with the place, congratulations on the new method. It's always good to come here. Look, the experience is nice with the "soup" and grill and all you can eat. Even vegans can find something here. High-quality cuts of meat and mushrooms. Wide variety for what you can grill or boil, some stuff us Europeans might not be accustomed to. The fact that Koreans come here too speaks to me for its authenticity and quality. A Cute, albeit small outside area, too, though that's a summer only thing. Would recommend no bright colors for a top -> might be hard to get out any stains from the grilling 😅 Sometimes staff is very busy, but they do they're best to multi task. Just busy. They refill the soup if it gets too little, never had a single time running "out of soup" while dining there. It's a fun way to dine, be it with friends or on a date. Drinks are fine, maybe more than what one might be used to from other "Asian" restaurants. Alternative of non alcoholic drinks is good, too. And the fact you always have to dump something in the soup to boil, or turn on the grill is a fun way to keep everyone just a bit busy while having a conversation. If you bring kids, and they are rather......, kid like, there's also "just" spring rolls, chicken nuggets, and stuff like that. But also a wide range of noodles/Ramen. I have no idea how they stay in business because the price is quite fair for the good cuts of meat, variety of quality mushrooms, and other ingredients. Keep in mind the grill is an extra, standard is boiling only, but it's such a small bump in price it's like a no-brainer to go for grilling, too. Though if you have to watch your budget a bit, "soup only" is quite nice too. There is like 8 (maybe 10?) different kinds of soups to boil your stuff in. Would recommend lamb, mushroom , or beef soup. I like the spicy one, just keep in mind that the spiciness floats on top. Quite like the fried tofu cubes there -> they do soak in quite the flavor of the soups. Tgere is also desert, ice, fruit, and cake. Would recommend reserving, which is possible through their website. But always had luck never to be turned down before, ever. But it is a major city. If you come here during Japan Day, you'll likely have to reserve. The bathroom was always very well tended to, as in clean and high quality, despite the staff being very busy.

We were here for lunch with 8 people. The ingredients are all fresh and are grilled and cooked at the table. It's fun and healthy. The children had fun and ate a lot.

The only drawback: the warm starters were not labeled, but the employees were able to quickly provide information about the ingredients.

Super nice staff and amazing selection of meat and veggies! Everyone will find something they‘ll like. The kimchi and the beef soup were both delicious. Super fair prices as well. i‘ll be back for sure!

I personally didn't like the atmosphere that much. The food was okay for us. Not the best, but okay for the price.

First of all, it was my first time eating hot pot but I've eaten out several times before. To report positively - It was consistently delicious - Ingredients were well chilled - Staff friendly - Drinks also very good - Ambience was good - Cooking accessories/utensils were clean and tidy Negative - some dishes in the refrigerator were empty (for a very long time and were only refilled when asked) - The table wasn't really explained - Plates were sparsely cleared away - Drinks service, well (you can probably call it across the table, but it wasn't explained to us) - Unfortunately not everything is labeled (the sauces/toppings are missing labels - Music didn't fit the ambience Conclusion: Since the price/performance ratio is definitely right, I would recommend the store. But I would recommend a nicer introduction to new guests. If necessary, repeat the labeling (garlic, sesame, etc.).

Delicious, fresh ingredients for the hotpot. Lots of different sauces and spices, also very tasty. I particularly liked the large selection of seafood. The service was very friendly and helpful.

You can choose between just or hotpot (€27.90) or hotspot with BBQ. We decided on the combination version (€29.90) and definitely didn't regret it. There is a lot to choose from - which for the price is really unbeatable compared to the other all you can eat hotpots in Düsseldorf. There is also enough choice of vegetables if you go with vegetarians. So there's something for everyone.

Liked the restaurant and the idea The sauces, for example, were unfortunately not labeled and the gentleman who filled them couldn't tell which was which. The meat seemed fresh, as did the vegetables.

The food was great, the service was unfortunately a bit slow but overall it wasn't a problem. The food was authentic and delicious.

A great option to hotpot here in Düsseldorf. This was our first time doing it outside of China. Quality of the fish was good, nothing to complain. Chicken tastes great. Great assortment of vegetables and the ''sauce bar'' was just like in China. The original spicy broth was very good. However, the beef was very tough, pretty bad. Things to improve would be the service, only 2 waiters. It took us over 20 minutes to get the broth and over 30 to get the grill. The owners are very friendly, but you rarely see them. Also the hygiene could be better, especially when you look into the kitchen. And why does it also advertise as a Korean BBQ? Nothing K-BBQ about this place, only thing is the grill & soju. Maybe introduce some Korean items to honor it's Korean BBQ name or just name it a Hot Pot & BBQ without the K. It's great to have a hotpot experience here, however the experience is definitely not as good as in China.

Unfortunately, the team was completely overwhelmed. You had to wait forever to be served. The owners kept disappearing and the 2 waiters were really helpful and friendly and also apologized when we waited longer for our drinks. Nothing was refilled, we didn't even get a clean bowl to eat with at the beginning, probably because there wasn't time to wash dirty dishes. I wouldn't call the restaurant all-you-can-eat if there's simply nothing to eat other than food that's been sitting out all day. Unfortunately, what was there didn't taste like anything. The broths were also very little and tasteless. There wasn't even a message in the fortune cookie. And the whole thing for 3 people with over 100€ was simply excessive because after less than 2 rounds we were forced to leave. By the way, the prices on the Internet are not correct either, it is significantly more expensive. Wouldn't really recommend it to anyone.

The hotpot all-you-can-eat buffet was very good. Meat, fish, vegetables and all other ingredients were of good quality. The broth was regularly refilled and the staff was very friendly. The price-performance ratio is right. I can definitely recommend the restaurant.
