The food wasn't fresh, so I don't know any Chinese food, we were really dissatisfied. The service was very moody and unappealing, the service should actually be there to put you in a good mood and appear inviting, but unfortunately this was not achieved here. Last but not least, the ambience is not prestigious and sophisticated, there are no design elements or plants, and the smell is not really welcome.

It's affordable and tastes pretty good. The boss and waiters are super nice. They even brought me a fan because it was hot. It's so rare here. The people are so nice.

The staff is very attentive and very careful. And you get very tasty, unlimited good quality food and unlimited soft drinks for your money.

We became aware of this restaurant some time ago and wanted to try hot pot here. However, we were a bit put off by numerous negative reviews. Today we finally got there and were pleasantly surprised. The person is very friendly, if a bit reserved. You are served quickly and they always ask if you have any other wishes. The mushroom broth is a bit bland, but can be individually flavored with sauces and the parts of the meal. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are large and you can help yourself to a sauce bar. You can also find a few side dishes and desserts there. For €24.90 including drinks you really can't complain. Small drawbacks are the toilets and the somewhat outdated furniture.

We were there with a group. Since I had a death in the family, I didn't want to eat anything, just drink something. Nevertheless, the "waiter" (probably the owner) urged me to order the buffet. Even when I reminded him again of my personal situation. When he brought the drinks he grabbed my shoulder and said "still in a bad mood?" Although I had a lively conversation with the person sitting next to me. During the group photo he left me out of the picture “as punishment”. Our place was smeared with beer and fish liquid. Nobody bothered to give it a quick wipe. In any case, the other waitress, an overwhelmed lady, changed the toilet paper rolls every now and then without washing her fingers afterwards. And then handed out food and bowls. If you like certain microorganisms in your food, this is the right place for you! Finally, a “soup” was prepared in front of the whole group, using the leftovers and the napkins. But as I said, my personal favorite was the waiter. By the way, my girlfriend was very unhappy with the food. The question is also whether you have to burn gas on the tables for hours in times of gas shortages. Maybe so, but not for an extremely dubious establishment. Conclusion: Unprofessional. Atmo like in an airport hall. Hygiene dangerously poor. And by the way: Far too expensive.

Interesting restaurant where you cook your own food in a pot.

We visited a hotpot shop that reminded us of our experiences in China. The food was good and there was plenty of choice for meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans. Fans of spicy or light dishes will also get their money's worth. At just under 25 euros per person, including non-alcoholic drinks, the price-performance ratio is fair. The staff were friendly, if a little stressed, and cleared up quickly. The only drawback: there were no aprons to protect clothing and the tea, which cost extra, was only made from tea bags and not fresh.

The staff is very rude. The whole restaurant smells wether you like it or not. (The smell is annoying at times) The show you fake respect which is more annoying than the smell of the food. Takes very very long time.

Well what can I say? A disaster: no one speaks English so you don't understand how it works, the menu is untranslatable even by Google Lens so you don't understand what you're ordering, the food is bland and the stove they put in front of you is hot and rather annoying. Did I already say disaster? Disaster.

Very attentive service. The multiple staff members came to clear the table of cluter and refill our drinks. We made a mess when an egg slipped out of hand and cracked into a slimy puddle. The waitress who happened to be walking by was patient about it. All meat cuts are fresh. The prawns are great, too. The muscles are ln the stale side, but still okay. The sauce station, where you build your own dip from various sauces and condiments, is well stocked. Over all, great value and great vibe. Be warned, cooling is done by fans. No air con.

To this day I cannot understand why we had to suffer here. The quality was really bad and the horrible mold stains really pissed me off. I really want to cry even though I know no one cares.

I heard many friends mention Fuchunyuan and they all said it was delicious. I tried it today and was really disappointed. First of all, the environment is quite cramped. The most terrifying thing is the service. Friends who don’t believe in evil can read the previous reviews of this store. Countless people mentioned this waitress. Everyone asked sincerely whether this person had such a close relationship with his boss that this kind of behavior could still keep his job. The specific manifestations include not giving a drink order, and being embarrassed when asking if there is any drink; at 2:30, he starts to repeatedly urge people, asking if we want more condiments, and wants to collect the condiments, and asks us to check out before we finish, and says that we do. Turn off the computer; the most frightening thing is that when it was three o'clock in ten minutes, she could justifiably kick us out, but she didn't. She walked to our table, still holding chopsticks, and there were several people in front of her. I said to the one who had finished the bowl of food, they were going to get off work. I? ? ? I really can't recommend anyone to eat here. The service was absolutely bad. We had reserved the table for 9 p.m. and received our food about half an hour later - we weren't even allowed to choose what we wanted for the hotpot (apart from the broth). A little bit of everything was simply presented to you, without taking into account whether you had allergies or not. Only from the second round onwards could you decide freely. The kitchen was no longer available after 10 p.m., so we couldn't even order a second round. Suddenly we were simply charged, even though people at our table were still eating. The food was literally taken away from us The service also wanted to charge us for green tea, which was already at the table before (!!!) our arrival. He even checked the surveillance camera and still wanted to get the tea The food itself wasn't very good either. The broth was tasteless. In some cases we couldn't even define what food we received because it was just slammed together on the plate. All in all a really bad experience.

The restaurant should be called Hot Pot Fu instead of Hot Pot Fu. Instead of a good broth we were served a tasteless foot broth. The “nice” lady didn’t understand a word. Both “allergy” and “no” were not understood. The broth was simply left for us and the lady left. You couldn't ask questions, although an introduction to the gas burner would have been helpful. Almost everything boiled over and we had to turn the heat down ourselves. Diluting the peanut sauce with a liter of water is also questionable. Tastelessness is probably overrated here. This was our first and last visit here and really not worth the money.

Super tasty, price/performance ratio is right. Very nice service who recommended a few things to us. Not everyone may like the decor, it's a bit spartan and can't compete with certain other hotpot restaurants nearby - but it's well worth overlooking because the food is better here.

I'm not a fan of Chinese cuisine, but I recommend this restaurant. The unique atmosphere, maybe because at that time the DRUPA fair was taking place in Dusseldorf and there were a lot of Chinese people in the restaurant, made me so enchanted by this restaurant :-). Very tasty food, nice service - especially the waitress from Ukraine and only one drawback - no air conditioning. The installed fans didn't help much, but I got a "+" for trying to get the air out! I recommend ! 👍

We were a group of 4 people the first time. At 15:00 there were few people, we chose a table ourselves. Unlimited menu, sauces, drinks and even ice cream for 24.90 euros. You definitely won't go hungry. Regarding the staff: one waitress was not very friendly, she didn't understand German very well. While the other is very nice, she told us everything and gave good advice. The food is delicious and there is a lot of it. We stayed here for 2 hours. Thanks to the food and the nice waitress, we left the establishment in a good mood. Everyone liked everything

Old Swede, what an incredibly bad service this is. Explanations of how something works here would have been enough, but nothing like that was available. The boss was just causing stress and just wanted to have an argument. I didn't even sit down and they immediately asked me stressfully if I had anything to drink. Have you ever seen something like this? Incredible. People like that make you lose your appetite. At least the food wasn't poisoned. Well, the meat was a bit rotten, but at least not everything was. Next time I'd rather eat at McDonald's because McDonald's is even healthier and the workers don't provoke you at all

I haven't experienced such bad service in a long time! Suddenly the waiter wanted to settle the bill while we were eating. Without an announcement, without a hint of a possible 'last lap'... I asked if I could have any more water. The answer was "NO"! I seriously didn't get any water!

I went with a friend and a waiter handed us a menu and kept looking grim. Xin paid a very expensive 55 euros, which cost about 26 euros per person. The vegetables and meat that were served were not fresh, and the shrimps were still overcooked and watery. After we finished eating, we had some left and my friend asked if we could take it away. A man said no because they asked for money to pack a bag for 5 yuan and he was dressed in black. His face looked like we owed him something and he was really speechless. Then we left and the waiter looked at us with a dead look. We left really embarrassed to say anything to those people.

I assume that the mostly positive comments come from people whose expectations are very low or none at all. I come from the health industry and have read comments beforehand because I personally attach great importance to other criteria for open dining and the concept when eating out. Unfortunately, these were not answered beforehand - nor were they fulfilled in the restaurant, even points that I take for granted in the catering industry. Apart from the fact that we were rushed while eating, I question the storage (cooling/washing) of the food and the serving of drinks. Especially when both are served open-faced. Not just because it was still heavy in the stomach and digestive tract for two days, even though it was vegetarian. I should have trusted my gut feeling in the first few minutes instead of hoping it would surprise me in a positive way. The intention is not to award any points in the criteria. I sincerely hope the company continues to work on it.

I've been here several times and it's always been delicious. The price of 24.90 including drinks (including beer) is unbeatable. The ambience was enhanced by the new sauce counter. Otherwise, the shop is visually nothing special - very inconspicuous compared to other hotspot restaurants. But that doesn't matter because you're actually concentrating more on the food than on the surroundings anyway. The food is brought to the table, so unfortunately there is no influence on the portion size, which means that something is left over and thrown away. But the order comes very quickly. The rest of the service, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Even though you have a reservation, you are often looked at crookedly, as if you had never gotten in touch - if you don't make a reservation with the boss yourself, you are virtually non-existent. That's why they were thrown in front of the door after an hour's drive. The service staff are sometimes quite unfriendly and inattentive, giving Karen's diner vibes, you are sometimes forgotten or have to fight for a long time for attention. Luckily I'm not that picky about this, otherwise I wouldn't come back every time - after all, I come for the delicious food and the great price, not to make friends with the service staff. All in all it is worth one or more visits.

As the saying goes, it’s not that hot pot is unaffordable, but that Fuchun Garden is more cost-effective! The self-made hot pot is very cost-effective and tastes great!

Very authentic Chinese atmosphere. Friendly service. We'd love to come back! The only drawback: there were no larger dinner plates or rice on offer. There was only small bowl. The boss is from Northeast China, he is enthusiastic and generous, and his favorite is hot pot, steamed buns and fried noodles! The only thing that bothers me is how can such a good store have such a waitress? She is still Chinese. Didn’t the boss pay her a salary? I didn't want to give a bad review, but I ordered the hot pot buffet and thought it tasted terrible, so we decided to check out and leave without finishing the first three dishes. But when a middle-aged waitress saw how much we had left, she immediately started ignoring us. After we talked about paying the bill, she took away half of our remaining dishes and said, "There are so many left." Then she stopped serving us. I even whispered to her that I was sorry. We sat and waited for a long time and she ignored us. My friend later went to the front desk and asked her to pay again, but she ignored her and left until a foreign waiter called out another Chinese man from the back kitchen to pay us. With such a temper, I suggest you go home and be a princess, not a waiter.

Hotpot Fu is a classic for Düsseldorfers and it's most worth going here. About 25€ for all u can eat and drink (free beer!) and everything is always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is always very nice and chilled. I've already visited most of the other hotpot restaurants but now I only go here because it's simply the best.

Strange menu idea! If you like shredded meat and salad in hot water. Sauce buffet a single "mush". Bad service. Stinky air. If you like it...please...

HotPot like at home. Lots of Chinese eat here. Good and inexpensive all-inn. But you won't find organic here. If you just want vegetables... no problem.

Complete disaster... It's not okay and it's not normal what happened yesterday... First we come in and aren't even greeted, then we order drinks but they never arrive. Getting a death stare from the waiter because you ordered food... I asked for a larger plate, the waitress didn't hear the question until the end and said no, so it was a complete mess. It smelled like a puma cage. No introduction received as to how it works. Got steam on your face, thought to be a cosmetic treatment. Ventilation doesn't seem to be working. Afterwards, the lady didn't want to let go of the card machine while entering the PIN. The ice cream costs more than a kidney. At the end I didn't even get a goodbye. I would prefer not to give a star at all

It was far too warm, the food was frozen and from old guests. The bowls looked dirty and still had disgusting stains. The restaurant was way too warm. Service was unfriendly and in the end they took me back in because they didn't properly check what drinks I had bought

This was our first time here and it is a very nice restaurant. If you love hotpot, this is the place to be. It's definitely worth it. For me personally, this isn't necessarily my favorite meal, but I have to say it was delicious. We were still brave and ordered European spicy, after I tasted it it was clearly way too spicy for me. So if you can't eat spicy food well, stay away!

It is my absolute favorite restaurant. We will never be disappointed. Food is fresh and delicious. The broth is great. In my opinion (and my friends too) the best hotpot shop in Düsseldorf. Prices great!!

Super well ventilated, clean toilets. But we didn't get everything we ordered. 2 to 3 things were missing each time. And the sauce counter was a disaster... (unclean). We're not going back.

Quality of ingredients is good. Have to fill in a form at the beginning of the meal to indicate what food you prefer and this is per table and not per person. The quantities of 1 serving of each item selected is set per table and not per person. The less items you check the less you can eat. The only item unlimited is hotwater for the broth.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times and was mostly satisfied. The food is tasty and the prices are cheap. However, sometimes it is necessary to wait outside even with a reservation, which can be annoying. The service varied depending on who was serving us. We were always satisfied with the young staff. The older employee, for example, could barely speak German, which probably led to some orders not being taken correctly or being forgotten.

In this restaurant the fondue is the specialty. In addition to the drinks (soft drink and beer), you get the Chinese fondue for a flat rate. You can choose between a wide variety of vegetables, meat, fish and seafood.

It's really delicious. There are also garland chrysanthemums, which I thought I couldn't eat in Germany. I don't drink alcohol myself, so I don't know, but I think it's a very good price for all-you-can-drink beer and all-you-can-eat food for less than 25 euros. We've been here several times, and the service staff seemed to have remembered us and welcomed us very warmly. I'll visit you again.

Bon restaurant de fondue à volonté. Les sauces sont à confectionner soi-même. Il y a pas mal de choix de viandes, crustacés et légumes. Par contre, c’est difficile d’avoir l’attention des serveurs donc difficile de se faire resservir!! Bon rapport qualité-prix!

Lekker eten voor zeer weinig geld. Grootte porties. Je betaald slechts 23,50€ voor Unlimited eten en drinken. Zeer zekers de moeite waard om daar langs te gaan. Reserviert tijdig het is er giga druk..

Wir sind früher nahezu wöchentlich dort gewesen, nach dem Besitzerwechsel ist der Laden eine Zumutung. Mit dem Preis ist auch der Service und die Auswahl gesunken. Letzten Monat wurden wir und auch weitere Gäste gebeten, bei einem nahezu leeren Lokal den Laden zu verlassen. Wir allerdings wurden sogar während des Essen vom Inhaber gebeten, zu gehen, weil die Tische alle reserviert seien. Nach einer empörten Diskussion, sagte er, wir müssten uns allerdings beeilen mit dem essen. Nach 2 stunden wurde der Laden auch nicht voller. Das war unser letzter Besuch in diesem Restaurant. Keine Empfehlung!

Tolles Essen, natürlich lauter wenn das Restaurant gefüllt ist. Überall dampft es aus dem Hot pot. Service bemüht, etwas Geduld sollte man mitbringen.

Typisches chinesisches Restaurant mit Hotpot, aber auch Gerichten von der Karte. Der große, dicht an dicht mit Tischen voll gestellte Raum ist für uns etwas ungewöhnlich aber typisch. Darum sieht man auch viele chinesische Gäste. Die Karte hat etliche typische chinesische Gerichte, die zum Entdecken der chinesischen Küche einladen. Zu jedem Gericht gibt es ein Foto. Der Hotpot kann als "1 Topf" oder "2 Topf" bestellt werden. Es gibt verschiedene Brühen, so dass auch Nichtscharf-Esser etwas finden. Man kreuzt auf einem Zettel an, was man als Zubehör haben möchte. Diese Karte ist umfangreich. Nachbestellen ist jederzeit möglich. An einem Büfett stellt man sich dann noch seine Soßen zusammen. Normale Getränke wie Pils, Cola, Apfelschorle sind im All you can eat Preis inklusive. Die Verständigung mit dem Personal klappt mit Gesten ganz gut. Anders ist es schwieriger. Aber alle sind freundlich. Achtung, es ist zu den Stoßzeiten und darüber sehr sehr voll.

Euer Essen ist super ! Ehrlichgesagt sogar besser als früher! Aber die ältere Kellnerin heute Abend mit dem schwarzen Zopf ging gar nicht , und hat uns mit ihrer unterschwellig aggressiven Art den Abend auch echt kaputt gemacht. Wenn sie Menschen nicht mag , ist das okay. Sie sollte jedoch vielleicht den Job wechseln. Mir wurde mein ganzes Leben noch nie so klar in einem Restaurant vermittelt, dass wir doch besser nachhause gehen sollen, weil wir unerwünscht sind. Echt schade um das leckere Essen.

23,50€ pro Person ist momentan der Preis. Das Lokal selbst ist eher eine große Kantine. Und ich weiß nicht, ob bei unserem Besuch einfach mehr los war als sonst oder Angestellte ausgefallen sind etc. auf jeden Fall saßen wir ziemlich lange rum bis mal jemand mit dem Bestellzettel kam. Dann wurde vom Zettel auch nicht alles gebracht, an der Theke war das meiste die ganze Zeit über leer und erklärt hat einem als Erstbesucher auch niemand etwas. Wir mussten andere Gäste ausfragen. Essen an sich war ok. Allerdings gibt es einen Punkt, den man unbedingt beachten sollte: eure gesamte Kleidung wird fürchterlich stinken, wenn ihr fertig seid 🙈

Meine Freundin und ich sind mittlerweile Stammgäste geworden, da es uns dort sehr gut gefällt. Preis-Leistung Verhältnis super, das Essen wie immer Top👍🏻 Gestern war es vom Service her leider sehr enttäuschend. Ich musste eine halbe Stunde auf mein Bier warten und es viermal ansprechen das wir gerne noch Brühe gehabt hätten. Normalerweise wird immer fleißig nach geschenkt sodass man auch entspannt essen kann. Die Bedienung wirkte sehr unhöflich und ignorierte unsere Wünsche. Der Chef hingegen ist immer sehr nett und bemüht. An Wochenende ist natürlich sehr viel los. In der Woche etwas entspannter.

The food was very good, I liked it more than more expensive ones. All you can it and drink - cheap, big variety of choices. I really enjoyed it. But Keeper….treats people not so nice. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I was very confused, because after we finished, keeper put all of the trash etc in big pot just in front of us, but did it very bit brutal, so a friend of my got some dirty clothes because of that and it felt like you are unwelcome there.

Also ich weiss ja nicht was die guten Bewerter gewohnt sind, geschmeckt hat es mir aber absolut nicht. Rind- Schweine- und Lammfleisch nicht voneinander zu unterscheiden (weder optisch noch geschmacklich), Hot Pot Brühe sieht aus (und schmeckt) nach Wasser mit Öl. Wer günstig in Massen essen und saufen will ist hier richtig. Wer erwartet was leckeres zu essen wird enttäuscht.

Der Service ist wirklich schlecht, man muss teilweise die Bediehnungen stoppen, um Getränke oder sonstiges zu bekommen, aber wenn man sich daran gewöhnt ist das Essen & Vorallem das all you can eat inkl. Getränke sehr gut & auch mal was neues im Umkreis

Wir hatten zum ersten Mal Hot Pot gegessen, somit fehlt uns der Vergleich mit anderen Restaurants. Die Zutaten die wir geordert haben waren alle in Ordnung, von der Brühe hatten wir etwas mehr Geschmack erwartet. Auf Getränke wartet man leider etwas länger.

Für den Preis, qualitativ der beste Laden. Dafür unaufmerksamer Service, laute und schlichtes Ambiente und unhygienische Standards.

Man kommt in das Restaurant und merkt direkt erst mal, dass etwas mit der Luft nicht stimmt. Auf den Tischen stehen Gasbrenner, die den Hotpot heizen, was für die Luftqualität nicht wirklich förderlich ist. Wär ja vermutlich nicht so schlimm, wenn es irgendeine Art von Abzugshaube geben würde. Das essen war mittelmäßig, die Brühen haben kaum Geschmack und der bestellte Tintenfisch war nicht wirklich gut. Der rest war soweit ok, jedoch dem Anschein nach nicht von hoher Qualität. Das "All You Can Drink" funktioniert für den Besitzer sicherlich ganz gut, wenn man nach dem zweiten Getränk einfach keine Getränke mehr liefert. Lächerlich sowas. Die Servicekräfte sprechen kein / kaum Deutsch und jegliche Kommunikation ist extrem rudimentär.

Große Portionen und leckeres Essen

Ich kam alleine rein und sagte freundlich „hallo“, die ältere Dame schaute mich böse an mit dem Wort „ Warte“ und wischt weiter den Tisch. Danach kam ein jüngerer man mit der Info, Kein Tisch mehr frei, ich dürfte nur 1h bleiben. Es sind über 30 Plätze frei ! 1 Stern zu viel, Customer Service ist ein Fremdwort hier.

Wer Ruhe will sollte von 12-15 Uhr hier hin gehen. Wir haben vegetarisch gegessen Gemüse war frisch, aber Nachtisch u.s.w lässt zu wünschen übrig
