HotPot Fu 富春园火锅 in Düsseldorf

Wir waren an einem Wochentag zum Mittagessen dort, und das Restaurant war nicht überfüllt. Der Besitzer war freundlich, und die Bedienung war recht schnell. Das All-you-can-eat-Angebot kostete 26,90 Euro pro Person, inklusive alkoholfreier Getränke. Die scharfe Brühe für den Hot Pot war recht einfach und geschmacklos; man muss sie selbst würzen, da es eine Selbstbedienungstheke für Dipsaucen gibt. Insgesamt war das Essen recht reichhaltig, mit frischem Gemüse, aber die Meeresfrüchte und das Fleisch waren tiefgefroren. Außerdem gab es als Dessert einen kostenlosen Teller Wassermelone.

Der perfekte Ort, um mit Familie oder Freunden ein leckeres Essen zu genießen. Riesige Portionen von hervorragender Qualität zu einem sehr fairen Preis.

War ganz ok. Man hat uns leider gar nichts erklärt, vermutlich aufgrund von Sprachbarrieren. Am Eingang stand ein bisschen etwas zum Hotpot, allerdings haben viele von uns das erste Mal Hotpot gegessen, da hat man sich etwas allein gelassen gefühlt. Das Gemüse und die Brühe waren lecker, reichlich und frisch. Das Soßen und Beilagen Buffet sah etwas alt und eingetrocknet aus, wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt. Die gebratenen Nudeln aus dem Buffet haben nicht mehr gut geschmeckt. Fairerweise, der Preis war wirklich preiswert. Das Restaurant war zwar relativ leer aber wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die Kellner uns ab einem gewissen Punkt nicht mehr da haben wollten. Alles in einem wars ok!

Gutes Essen, die Ambiente einfach, aber authentisch, wenn man mit den in China vergleicht. Die Neulinge müssen erstmals herausfinden wie funktioniert's. Erstmal fragen welche und wie viel von Getränken inklusiv sind. Zusätzlich bezahlbare Komponente sind sichtbar gemerkt. Ergänzendes Büfett gehört auch zu AI. Etwas mehr Zeit mitbringen als in normale Restaurant. Fazit immer wieder gerne !

Super leckeres essen, dazu all you can drink & eat. Sehr nette Belegschaft, entspannte Atmosphäre, sauber und leckeres Bier. Würde ich in Düsseldorf wohnen wäre ich jede Woche mindestens einmal da!

Das Essen ist gut, das Konzept ist für HotPot m.E. sehr gut, da man so recht viel probieren kann. Es ist eine authentische Atmosphäre, wer es romantisch mag, geht lieber woanders hin. Man kann aber sehr gesellig mit mehreren Personen dort Essen. Den Service habe ich als aufmerksam empfunden und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt

Der Laden war mal cool. Die haben jetzt ein Zeitlimit für das All-u-can-eat. Leider stand das nirgendwo und es hat einem auch keiner gesagt. Wir hatten darauf hin eine friedliche Diskussion, haben bezahlt und wollten gehen. Ein andere Gast fragte uns dann, was sei, da kam der Kellner hinterher und gab uns direkt Hausverbot. Es gibt zum Glück viele Alternativen. Bedauerlich, für mich persönlich hat der Laden eine Bedeutung.

Das HotPot Fu bietet ein preiswertes Hot-Pot Erlebnis mit Getränke-Flat. Im Großen und Ganzen kann es es, dank der Vielzahl an verschiedenen Zutaten, welche man bestellen kann, empfehlen. Allerdings war ich persönlich von einer der beiden Brühen überhaupt nicht angetan - sie schmeckte meiner Meinung nach etwas ranzig. Das Ambiente läd nicht wirklich ein und mag, besonders mit Blick auf andere lokale Hot-Pot Restaurants, manch einen Düsseldorfer abschrecken. Wir waren aber für das Essen dort und deshalb hat es für mich persönlich keinen Einfluss auf meine Gesamtbewertung.

Es gab zwei Kellnerinnen, eine ältere Dame in Schwarz und eine ausländische Kellnerin, die nur sehr schlecht Deutsch sprach. Sie waren extrem unhöflich und hatten keinerlei Manieren. Kunden kommen, um Geld auszugeben, nicht um schlecht behandelt zu werden. Wenn Ihnen dieser Job nicht gefällt, überlassen Sie ihn doch bitte jemandem, der ihn mag!

Ein toller Ort, köstliches Essen, fantastische Atmosphäre. Ich war dort während des chinesischen Neujahrsfestes. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Leider hatten wir im Hotpot Fu in Düsseldorf eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Während unseres Besuchs ist ein Stück gefrorenes Fleisch auf den Boden in der Küche gefallen. Ich habe bewusst beobachtet, was damit passiert – und es wurde anschließend einfach wieder auf einen Teller gelegt und an Gäste serviert. Das hat uns wirklich schockiert. Wenn so mit Lebensmitteln umgegangen wird, möchte man ehrlich gesagt nicht wissen, was sonst noch hinter den Kulissen passiert. Zusätzlich befand sich in unserem Fleisch ein Haar. Währenddessen brachte uns der Herr (vermutlich der Besitzer) zwar einen neuen Teller, jedoch ohne wirkliche Entschuldigung oder Einsicht. Außerdem wurden benutzte Teller und Gläser einfach am Ende unseres Tisches abgestellt, direkt neben uns. Das ist hygienisch und vom Service her absolut unangebracht und unangenehm. Auch der Service war überwiegend sehr unfreundlich. Bis auf ein bis zwei Mitarbeitende, die freundlich gelächelt haben, wirkte das Personal lustlos und schlecht gelaunt. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Das Ambiente war ebenfalls enttäuschend – keine angenehme Beleuchtung, keine dezente Musik, insgesamt keine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Insgesamt war es für uns eine sehr unangenehme und enttäuschende Erfahrung. Die beigefügten Bilder zeigen zudem, wie das Fleisch verpackt war. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Ein wunderbares chinesisches Hotpot-Restaurant. Das All-you-can-eat-Angebot ist sehr preiswert. Alles war köstlich. Außerdem war es tadellos sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Düsseldorf kommen wir ganz sicher wieder!

Das Essen und der Service war gut. Alles was wir bestellt haben war sehr lecker. Das Lokal hat den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle, trotzdem hat es Spaß gemacht.

Wir waren Gestern da,5 Personen darunter ein Kind. Der Chef der einzige der auch richtig Deutsch kann und uns bedient war sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit dafür noch ein ⭐️von uns. Das Essen bzw die Brühe war zuerst sehr Scharf das wir alle an Heulen war😂Ubd dann haben wir die Brühe gewechselt. Aber ein ⭐️ Abzug bei 5 Personen ist bei der Bestellung nur 3 Garnelen dabei,wie sollen wir das Teilen? Auch die Tofu Haut die ich Bestellt habe ist nicht dabei,es gibt keine Rindfleisch(die eigentlich zur Hotpot gehören). Preis für 26,90€ inklusiv Getränke ist voll in Ordnung. Die Chinesische Bedienung in Schwarz gekleidet mit ne Rote Schleife um den Hals,sollte mal mehr Lächeln,ihr Gesichtausdruck können Gäste verjagen.

Wir wurden super herzlich vom Eigentümer empfangen obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten und es wurden uns schon Getränke angeboten!! Essen auch richtig lecker und authentisch!! Kann ich jedem empfehlen mal mit Freunden vorbeizukommen und das All-you-can-eat-and-drink auszukosten!! 🥘🥬🇨🇳

So stelle ich mir die Chinesische Küche vor, viele Asiatische Gäste. Lecker, interessant, guter Einstieg in die Hot Pot Küche.

Wir waren an einem Samstag Abend im HotPot Fu essen. Es war voll, aber wir haben trotzdem noch einen Platz ergattern können. Trotz einem voll besetzten Restaurant war der Service gut und zügig. Das Ambiente könnte schöner sein, hat uns aber keineswegs gestört. Irgendwie hatte es auch einen gewissen Charme. Kleiner Tipp: es wäre hilfreich eine kurze Anleitung für neue Gäste zur Verfügung zu stellen oder die Gäste zu fragen, ob sie das Prinzip kennen und im Zweifel zu erklären. Zusätzlich wäre eine kurze Karte über die im All-you-can-eat enthaltenen Getränke sinnvoll. In Summe hatten wir einen tollen Abend mit leckerem Essen und werden definitiv wiederkommen

Service ist ok, wenn auch selten mal etwas unaufmerksam. Essen ist aber großartig. Wer HotPot nicht kennt: stellt es euch als Fondue mit Suppe statt Öl vor, in welcher ihr die verschiedenen ingredenzien gart und dann in eigens zusammengemischte Soßen taucht und schließlich esst. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert.

When it is cold outside, nothing beats a hotpot. At this restaurant, we did not focus purely on meat but ate lots of vegetables to catch up on our fibres and vitamins. Soup was simple but ingredient especially prawns and vegetables are very fresh. Surprise food is the steam bun, which is fluffy, soft and nice, which according to staff is hand made.

We were very satisfied with the selection and quality – all-you-can-eat and drink with soup/broth and additional food to order, plus a small buffet with sauces and dips, fried noodles, dumplings, fruit for dessert, and ice cream. I really can't understand the reviews about the service. Both the owner and the young waitress on Saturday were very friendly, always answered our questions politely, and we felt very comfortable!

Saturday evening here: wait time for food was almost 45 minutes – understandable with a full house. Less understandable: the portions were suddenly on "diet mode," as if the kitchen had spontaneously launched a calorie offensive. Dear team, next time I'd prefer normal portions – I'm not going through withdrawal. 3 stars because it tasted good, but unfortunately only half the usual amount.

Extremely unfriendly service! The owner didn't greet us or even speak to us. She just placed our drinks on the table and stared at us, completely rude. She clearly didn't care. We will never go there again! The woman simply put our hot pot down without saying a word and made us feel like she couldn't care less! Go to a different hot pot place! The service was simply terrible. We were waiting with four groups in total, but somehow the Chinese group that arrived last got a table first. The waitress was particularly unfriendly – ​​she spoke to us in an aggressive tone and simply addressed me as "du." Her German was so poor that we couldn't even understand how to order. The waiter (apparently not a native German speaker) was also very rude. He tried to clear our plates even though we were still eating. When I said we were still eating, he simply "threw" the plate back on the table. Honestly, I wondered how this restaurant even still exists. When we were paying, the manager probably came over, but he didn't ask if we needed the receipt and left immediately after we paid. When we didn't leave a tip, he looked totally surprised. You tip for good service – not automatically. If I had tipped here, it would be an insult to waiters in other restaurants who are really friendly and professional

Really busy place this time but great

This is absolutely the worst hot pot restaurant I've ever been to! The soup base is completely flavorless, and the food is completely stale! The tripe and tofu puffs are inedible! The seasoning is indescribable! I doubt the owner of this hot pot restaurant has ever had hot pot before. The service couldn't be worse! The waiters are incredibly unfriendly! The entire place is dimly lit! This owner probably doesn't want to be in business anymore and doesn't care about his customers at all!

I called to make a reservation, but they didn't specify if it was Fuchunyuan. Then, the first thing they said was how many people were there, and then they just hung up. Was that just a simple excuse for me?

Absolutely fantastic shop. Great prices. Wide selection of both drinks and food. Only the service was a bit lackluster. But I would definitely come back.

Too many filling side dishes and the soup was very watery. Definitely too expensive for the quality. Better to go somewhere else. The shrimp tasted old and fishy. The ambiance was a bit dark and not very nice.

So, I don't understand the good reviews. The waiters didn't explain to us how their all-you-can-eat system works. The dishes we checked on the menu didn't arrive in full, and we constantly had to ask for new dishes and drinks two or three times, almost as if they were trying to prevent us from ordering more than once. The staff also came across as rather unfriendly; we tipped anyway and didn't even get a "thank you." The food was okay. The price/performance ratio was also good, but the service was unfortunately disappointing.

We got off work at 11pm, but the boss said around 10:30pm and started kicking us out, without prior notice. The excuse was a hygiene inspection the next day. Not wanting to waste food, I asked the boss what to do with the leftovers, and he expertly took them back to the kitchen. Would we fail the hygiene inspection if we skipped five minutes cleaning our table? I traveled all the way from Bonn to Düsseldorf for this, and I didn't eat enough at a buffet for the first time.

This was our second time there, always during Dokomi, and it has always been a highlight for us. We were really looking forward to coming back after our last visit last year, and it was perfect again.

I don't know how the 4.6-star rating came about. How much did the restaurant pay for these reviews? The buffet consists of toppings and a few sauces, simply disgraceful. They boast about the all-you-can-eat and drink buffet, but the only thing that makes sense here is to eat meat and get drunk, otherwise it's not worth it at all (PS: even that's not really worth it). The service isn't the best either. If you don't know your way around hot pot, you won't get any help. I've never experienced that before, and they could at least ask the customers whether they know anything about it or not. They also forced a huge plate full of all sorts of little things on us. The plate was partially emptied just so you didn't have to pay extra for the leftovers. There were seven of us and we got one hot pot, while others, who were six or five, got two hot pots. We also specifically asked for another table with two hot pots.

The food was delicious, and the owner was very accommodating, kind, and friendly. We can recommend this authentic restaurant to everyone.

Food took more than half an hour to arrive even though it was just frozen meat and veggies, which takes no preparation whatsoever. Kitchen and bar closes at 10 when the restaurant closes at 11, even though the food doesn’t require cooking?!? We could understand the food not being served, but closing the bar an hour before the restaurant closes was just an excuse not to serve us more beer. When we ordered more beer, the beer they gave us was literally half foam.. I used to really like this place and came here quite often. Now I feel like the owner cares more about the profits than then actual quality of the food and the satisfaction of the customer

Once a hotpot insider tip, today it's unfortunately rather lukewarm. Not even a year ago, the all-you-can-eat menu cost around €18.50, so for two people, including drinks, it came in at under €40. Great value for money, a good atmosphere, everything was fine. Now? Drinks are often forgotten, perhaps part of the new concept. The vegetable plate seems like it would have to feed three more tables, while the meat is already being noticeably cut down after the first round. All-you-can-eat feels more like all-you-may-get here. The ingredients often end up half-frozen and rather carelessly piled up. The broths are okay, but the waitress is so unfriendly that it would have cult status again if it were at least a bargain. The last meal was €57 for two people. For that money, you can get more flavor, better service, and a slightly warmer feeling elsewhere. Conclusion: Your money is better spent elsewhere.

At first, I was quite put off by all the bad reviews, but I wanted to give the place a chance and see for myself. Then it turned out that the reviews were absolutely justified. The staff were unfriendly; we often said thank you for things like a refill of the broth, and they never responded with a "please," but they simply left. They also always looked grim and never smiled, which gave you the impression that they weren't interested in their job at all, and it just didn't make you feel truly welcome. The highlight, however, was when I finished my glass of water and an employee came over and took it away without saying anything. At first, I thought she might want to refill it, but no! My glass was simply taken away without further ado, and I didn't get a new one. As for the food, it was okay, but it didn't look the freshest, and the next day, my friends and I had diarrhea. GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Not the best hot pot restaurant in Düsseldorf, but definitely worth it for the value! You get hot pot and drinks all inclusive for a really fair price! Particularly appealing is the opportunity to try something new/unfamiliar in small portions at no extra charge. You order using a ballot paper on which you check off what you want. Then, as usual, the ingredients are brought to your table raw to cook. There are several soups to choose from for the hot pot. Depending on the day and time of day, it can be quite busy. A bit of a negative for me is that all the raw ingredients are served on a single plate, sometimes lying in a thick layer of broth (meat, seafood, and vegetables all mixed together...). However, since everything is then cooked in the pot, I'm sure it's just German hygiene paranoia. So far, I've always been able to enjoy it without any "aftereffects" and will definitely come back.

An absolute disaster. It started at the entrance. Two friends and I wanted to try hot pot. It was our first time and an immediately bad experience. We had made a reservation in advance and waited at the entrance. When, let's say, Asian customers arrived after us, we were initially ignored, even though the person at the entrance had seen us before. Then, when we were invited in, we sat at the table for at least 20 minutes without knowing what was going on. Then we were finally asked if we wanted a drink, and our drinks arrived very quickly, and shortly after that we finally received the slip to order. We got our hot pot and it was "all you can eat." The empty plates, on which the ingredients were presented, were simply cleared away without a question about seconds or anything else. We asked twice if we could get another slip for another portion, but nothing. Neither drinks nor food. We didn't feel like asking again and were fed up with waiting. When it came to paying, things went very quickly. The entire atmosphere was simply unpleasant, and it gave us the feeling that they were trying to get us out as quickly as possible. Of the one hour we spent in the restaurant, we spent more than half of it waiting to be served, or rather, not served. We paid just under €90 and left hungry, driving to McDonald's. The food itself wasn't bad, but for us, the value for money was outrageous; we could have gotten a filling dinner at another restaurant for almost two. An absolute disaster. Never again.

All vegetables tasted like disinfectant, side dishes were too oily and the quality of beer was the worst. However, kimchi and meat bun were good. But my friends went there with me said the hot pot was delicious, so it might be a matter of my preference…

It was obvious again that she was trying to push us out. Some people stay longer and eat accordingly. Especially in groups. If your employee has any problems with that, she shouldn't be working in an all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant. 3. I don't have to tell anyone that it's absolutely indecent and, above all, disrespectful to just throw your plate on the table. Especially on purpose. If it had been an accident, they should have at least had the decency to Excuse me. So I can assume she was annoyed. After she turned off the gas stove, she, of all people, came with our plate and asked us if it was the one we ordered. After answering the question with a "yes," our plate was simply thrown onto the table. The second, third, and fourth incidents all happened on the same day. I'm happy to mention the date: it was May 26th. On that day, her employee was dressed entirely in black, in case the HotPot Fu team is interested, and they might want to convince their colleague that they shouldn't treat customers that way. 4. I don't speak Chinese and don't want to accuse anyone of anything here, but sometimes the context helps to at least begin to figure out what was said. So: after she asked us if that was our order and the plate was thrown down, and you could tell the employee was obviously in a bad mood, she said something in Chinese. In an annoyed tone. So I'm assuming we were either insulted or she was simply cursing. Both scenarios are an absolute no-go in the restaurant industry. If you value hospitable service, you're in the wrong place as long as this employee is working there. And by the way, dear HotPot Fu team: you should think about how large portions should be, especially when serving groups. The first plate is large, but after that, each ordered plate gets smaller. How do you think it's appropriate to give a group of three people only two shrimp balls? That shows where you've ended up, and that's not the only example. So, dear reader of this long review: if you value hospitable and appropriate service, I would think twice about coming here, especially since you won't be able to avoid running into this employee. And dear HotPot Fu team: A response to this review would underline your transparency and professionalism. But I highly doubt one will happen.

Very interesting restaurant format. You cook for yourself. You choose a list of ingredients and cook. I liked this format when I was in Vietnam. The price already includes food and drinks. You can order vegetables, fish, seafood and THREE types of meat. Drinks include beer, water, and cola. I recommend visiting this restaurant format at least once.

It almost seemed like we were a nuisance – no interest, no effort, not even a modicum of attention. The food itself was actually okay, but the behavior of the staff made the entire visit extremely unpleasant. At the end, we were practically kicked off the table with a curt "So." – a conclusion that only underscored the whole experience.

This was a solid 3 Star experience for me. I wished that the waitress would look at our table more, so that we did not felt ignored.. But the price in this establishment for the quantity of food makes it good again.. fresh vegetables, decent sauce station It was a unique experience after all.

As foreigners, we had a lot of fun here - especially because it was amusing to see how some German guests were sometimes overwhelmed by the peculiarities of another culture. But seriously: HotPot Fu is a great all-you-can-eat restaurant with truly unbeatable value for money. There is an incredible amount included in the packages on offer and ordering is straightforward and easy. The staff is very friendly and always tries to help - even if there may be small communication problems here and there, a solution is always found. Overall, an authentic, warm experience that we can definitely recommend!

Crazy, finally a hotpot restaurant with cookers on the table, like in Taiwan or China. Fantastic and simply a must for everyone who likes spiciness and self-sizzle.

Honestly, pretty decent hot pot but felt like we were being screwed over when paying. We paid 90,40 euros for two adults,a 3 year old and a 6 year old. We were never given a price so we just had to trust them this is correct but it felt very high for me. On top of that they wouldn’t let us pay by card and kept saying the card reader wouldn’t let the transaction through but he wouldn’t leave the card reader alone and pretty sure it was him who cancelled the transactions, not the mention I saw someone else pay by card totally fine right before me. Due to language barrier I ended up letting it go and run down the street and get cash from ATM.

Was my first experience with hot pot. It was really fun, but the ordering process was a bit confusing at first. A short introduction would have really helped. The suggestions for the sauces were good and the food had nothing to complain about.

A nice experience, you can choose the soup base as well as meat, fish, vegetables and noodles to suit your taste. If fondue is too boring for you, this is the place for you. Ambiance is rather simple but friendly and authentic. Drinks included. Service was also great, super friendly. Top recommendation for everyone who doesn't need luxury. Great price, around 28 euros per person.

Very interesting and varied. Best as a small group of 5-8 people, then you can choose more ingredients, otherwise it will be very expensive. We always have a normal soup and a slightly spicy soup.

I went to Fuchun Garden today to review it. She should have that kind of personality, so she is not just trying to show off. (I chatted with her for a while, she is quite nice.) In addition, she is tall. Because I have to catch the bus back after dinner, the boss also enthusiastically told me the shortcut to the train station, and also explained some experiences of living in Germany... It was very tasty, it was our first time eating hot pot and we were really excited for 24.90 you get food and drinks all you can eat, great value for money, service was friendly and the quality of the food was also great. We would always come here again when we are in Düsseldorf.

Without explanation or instructions, you are given a piece of paper with ingredients and asked to tick what you want to order for the hotpot. The soups and the sauces all taste like nothing. It's loud, way too bright and you feel like you're at McDonalds. The waitresses are stressed and don't really listen. Once and never again.

Food overall OK. Unfortunately, service speaks neither German nor English passably and is unfriendly and inattentive. Toilets unusable. Cheap drinks from plastic bottles, unfortunately without carbon dioxide (cola, apple spritzer and water). Ideal for bargain hunters.

Hotpot and stir-fries are both good. I plan to go there for the New Year’s Eve dinner tomorrow too. I don’t know if the waiter everyone is complaining about is the one I’m thinking of haha. It was my first time eating hot pot and I actually always dreamed of eating hot pot because I love Asian food. But I found the food and service terrible. It was our first time eating there and we weren't given any help on how to use it or what to do. Also, the meat tasted very cheap. The only thing that was okay were the rice cakes and the shrimp. We were also told that the meat was halal for us Muslims. I hope that's true, as they hardly spoke any good German and that made me a bit insecure. On the other hand, my partner found the food relatively okay. I would say it's a matter of taste, but if you're more into trying hot pot from K-dramas, I wouldn't recommend the place.

The ambience in Hotpot Fu is appealing, but there is room for improvement in some areas. Unfortunately, the sauce counter seemed a bit unkempt, which somewhat spoils the overall impression. While the quality of the meat and fish products could be improved, the vegetable and pasta options were fresh and tasty. Overall, the food was okay, although the selection seemed reasonable for an all-you-can-eat concept. However, what significantly detracted from the experience was the service. Unfortunately, a waitress was not very customer friendly. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately asked about my drink orders without having the opportunity to sit down and relax. In addition, the service seemed uncommunicative, not very attentive and left the impression that she was uninterested in the well-being of the guests. The situation was particularly unfortunate when fruit was placed in the fire pot against our express wishes. I found this behavior to be inappropriate and unprofessional. Friendly and attentive service contributes significantly to the well-being of guests and also supports the restaurant's good reputation. I hope that this was an isolated incident, as previous visits to Hotpot Fu had a much more positive atmosphere.
