Wrap or bread, you can have whatever you want inside; meat döner, chicken döner, salad, onion, sauces... I preferred meat and chicken döner mixed in bread. I got a pretty heavy portion. I wasn't sure about the taste of the chicken döner, it didn't appeal to me much, but the meat döner was nice. The employees were Turkish and naturally very cheerful, helpful and humorous. They helped me choose the flavor I wanted.

Absolutely legit. So much meat and super fresh salad, sauce was crazy good, but thr bread is the standout here, so soft AND Crunchy on the outside.

My first and probably last time. The kebab, the sauces, etc. didn't taste good. The ketchup based "hot sauce" was too sweet. Ultimately a mass product that you can get more authentic and better on almost every corner. Certainly still ok for in between, when things have to go quickly.

Top Ayran is on offer. Normal kebab highly recommended. Dürüm is unfortunately more of a disappointment. Very small role with little content. I can't recommend it. Fries are well seasoned but taste like they have been sitting around for a while. Hence mixed feelings after the visit. But I would come back for the kebab.

They use old frozen meat from the previous days, you can see them taking out small frozen blocks of döner and throwing them on the grill. It smells terrible, and honestly, I don't know how this place passes health inspections... It's absolutely unhealthy for your stomach. Sauces? Terrible. Portions? Very small. The only thing that is bearable is the bread, but that doesn't make up for the rest. And the staff? Unfriendly and they barely communicate. I am considering writing to the headquarters, because my compatriot Podolski does not deserve such poor quality. I don't recommend it. 🚫👎

I don't know where the 4.8 rating came from, but this is the worst kebab I've ever eaten in Germany! The meat is oversalted, there's not enough sauce, the pita bread is thick and it wasn't even heated up. I highly don't recommend this place, and 10 € for that...

Totally bad and absolutely not recommended. The Mangal Döner at Heumarkt in Cologne is a total disappointment. The bread was extremely dry and hard. The taste was absolutely of the lowest quality and it was simply unpleasant to eat. But that wasn't all - the kebab was far too small, especially for the price you pay here. You immediately notice that savings are being made wherever possible. The filling was rather sparse and had little flavor. All in all, I felt like I wasn't really getting anything good for the money. The service wasn't particularly friendly either. I really can't recommend this kebab shop - there are definitely better alternatives in Cologne for what's on offer here. Very disappointing, I can only advise against this store and will definitely not be coming back. 1 star is way too much.

We tried the Döner and we really liked it, it was crowded the time we went so the meat was not well grilled, however it was really tasty. We paid 22€ for 2 Döner and 2 drinks.

Sauce was good, fresh, but the quantity was small for 8 euros. It wasn't possible to sit and my German wasn't fully understood;) a lot of hype.

It would be wrong to compare it with doner kebabs in Turkey. The way it is done and its content is different. Even though I ate chicken, the meat seemed different than the ones in Turkey, more artificial. It tasted good and had plenty of content. The owners were attentive and offered tea as well.
