Die besten Restaurants in Hamburg

So wow. Where should I even start? This was one of, if not the, nicest restaurant visit I have ever had. (If you can even call it a restaurant) The place is really small with 8 seats, so reservations are required, but I put this experience above any fine dining restaurant I've ever been to. You come into the restaurant from the Reeperbahn and you immediately find yourself in a different world. The sushi chef and the service are incredibly warm. The boss comes to you, asks about your preferences, tells you about his work and you notice that this shop radiates authenticity and true craftsmanship. I've never eaten sushi like this before. It is simple, authentic Japanese sushi because the sushi chef completed 10 years of training in Tokyo and you can tell with every bite how incredible effort was put into this food. From fish to rice. Everything was magnificent. This is not your typical restaurant visit. This is a pleasure. What made this experience truly unique was the way the waitress treated the guests as described above. I've simply never been able to experience something like that in Germany. It was perfect, every expectation was exceeded, I wish the team all the best and I'll be back. Best regards

Very good cuisine with a very good price-performance ratio. The only strange thing is that there is no drinks menu when you ask. Accordingly, you get something for price x. Unfortunately the service is a bit inexperienced and the atmosphere is like a simple trattoria. If you love it, this is the right place.

Were really excited about the wolf cub. The food, the wine and the atmosphere were to our complete satisfaction. It's great to see how creatively you can work with local products. There is only a two star deduction because we booked through OpenTable and ordered the 4-course menu with wine accompaniment for €109. However, when the bill came, they asked for €125 per person. When we asked the friendly waitress about it, she pointed out to us, after consulting with her manager, that they had had new prices for three days and that they would now apply. In this case, we would have liked a note at the beginning of the dinner or a small concession in the form of an aperitif or something similar, because it was after all €30. Unfortunately, the evening had a bit of a bland aftertaste due to the lack of flexibility in the service. The way the feedback was subsequently handled was also very disappointing.

The food is delicious and relatively expensive for a city center lunch... unfortunately the waitress isn't a restaurateur and isn't that pleasant unfortunately:( he ruins the fantastic cooking skills with his behavior... it's just a shame

Super leckerer Kumpir, gehen dort so ist hin eigentlich. Seitdem der junge Mann dort arbeitet geizt er Mega mit den Portionen. Man zahlt schon für ein Kumpir so viel dann noch so eine kleine Portion, wenn er da ist gehen wir nicht hin oder hoffen er macht unser Kumpir nicht.

We were here twice, once for the enchiladas and once for the taco party and guys, it's just as delicious as everyone here writes! Be sure to drink water with it, especially at the taco party, as it is of course a little greasy, but it is so worth it. We'd love to come back as long as it's still possible.

The food was delicious, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. I didn't like the atmosphere: far too dark and everything was very old.

2 years ago it was a top restaurant, you had to wait to get a seat and the prices were normal. You could buy fresh fish outside. There has been no outside sales for almost a year now and there are hardly any guests in the restaurant. When we saw the prices we knew why. The fish platter for 2 people has been increased enormously. It's a shame, we were usually there once a week.

Insgesamt keine Empfehlung für die Pizza Margherita und Pizza Napoletana. Viel zu teuer, Geschmack durchschnittlich. Die Pizza Napoletana kommt nicht napoletanisch sondern als normale Pizza Marinara. Auch die Getränkepreise eher hoch. Atmosphärisch sehr hektisch, keine Frage nach Dessert/Espresso etc. Haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt, auch wenn die Pizza durchschnittlich lecker war
