Very good food, the service was very friendly and competent.
Unfortunately the restaurant is closing soon, but definitely go and enjoy the great food and the ambience 👍
I absolutely recommend it. Onassis is the best Greek restaurant you'll find in Munich and the surrounding area. The cuisine is very authentic, and every dish is always seasoned and cooked to perfection. The menu includes classics as well as traditional Greek dishes, making it difficult to choose. Fish dishes like the grilled calamari are among my absolute favorites. The service is very attentive and courteous—and the entire team is incredibly hospitable and super friendly, making every visit feel very familiar and special.
The pizzas are usually great, but the pasta, especially the sauces, are unfortunately often bland/boring - I have to say, I can make them better at home 🤷🏼♂️
The service is usually very friendly and attentive, but the atmosphere in the shop is, in my opinion, very uncomfortable - I never feel truly at home there. For me, it's more of a "eat it and then leave" feeling 🤷🏼♂️
A pizza tip is the Pizza Zarillo - my favorite 😊
Super delicious food. The service was very hectic. As soon as a plate was empty, it was practically ripped from the table and carried away at lightning speed without even asking if you could take it with you. It felt like a train station. The drink bottles, on the other hand, remained lined up on the table until just before you paid. A meal you ordered would be completely forgotten.
We sat outside in a heated tent. Plastic tables and chairs with simple seat cushions (they could use some updating; they weren't the prettiest or most comfortable anymore).
All in all, I've eaten better there.
