.....unfortunately you have slacked off a lot, some dishes are completely different than before....most recently the betel nut rolls that were previously on the menu were only served as seaweed slices and actually as a zucchini plate with rice... .if it stays like this we won't eat there anymore. Prices were also increased and the quality was poorer, which is a shame

Great concept. We always enjoy eating there. The vegan dishes taste great. Short waiting time. The conditions sometimes seem a bit unfriendly or boring...

I've been there several times so far and have always enjoyed it very much. The food tastes good and was always delivered quickly 👍🏻.

Food: was good and tasty. In terms of price, it's on the higher side. Service: slaps the card on the table at the beginning, you don't feel valued as a customer. I've seen better before. Ambiance: it came on and the same techno song played on a continuous loop for at least 15 minutes (the song played for 2). Our request to turn it down was not even addressed. At some point the song was finally changed. Furnishings rather simple.

This restaurant with its extensive vegan menu was an unexpected stroke of luck! The service was very friendly, the food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long.

The food at Chay Viet is without question terrific. The vegan duck and vegan chicken are particularly recommended, the breading is crispy and the side dishes always taste delicious. That's how it should be given the steep prices. It's really very expensive. Which would be okay given the special food, but then you also expect great service. The waitresses have never been particularly nice, but when we were there recently, the way we were treated was not only unfriendly but downright disrespectful. Disparaging looks, eye rolls, annoyed exhalations with every word we said, even though we didn't have any special requests but simply ordered and paid normally (even if we did, that would still be the last thing, for paying so much). Of course we didn't get a goodbye either. If you don't want to let the bad mood of the employees spoil your delicious meal, you should eat somewhere else.

Vietnamese coffee is very tasty. The #4 Canh dua and #6 Fried Rolls starters were excellent and I can only recommend them. The presentation of the food is appealing. The service was friendly, but the wrong dish was understood and served and only after asking twice was the correct one brought. We were almost done with the rest. Women's toilet is quite narrow with the door.

Absolutely amazing vegan food, whole menu with many options. Besides classics like soups and tofu, they serve vegan chicken satay, vegan duck with rice and vegan shrimps. We tried 3 different dishes and they were all amazing! Highly recommended!

A vegan Asian restaurant in Würzburg? And vegan duck too? We just had to try it. And we were not disappointed! I'm not vegan myself, but I'm enthusiastic about it. That's why it's relatively easy for me to compare it to "classic" cuisine. We both had the vegan duck with rice and peanut sauce. As a starter there was vegan shrimp. The differences to traditional preparation were only marginal. If I hadn't known, I probably wouldn't have noticed it until I was halfway through the plate. The most noticeable difference with the duck was that it wasn't as fatty. A clear plus point for me personally. I recommend Seitan as a replacement. When it comes to shrimp, I prefer tapioca starch. So if you want to persuade skeptics to eat vegan food, you could be successful here. The staff was very friendly. But the atmosphere was more like a fast food restaurant. Please don't be deceived. I would love to go there again if I was in Würzburg again!

Insanely delicious! Admittedly, I actually got lost, I was guided by Google images and the general rating and only saw on site that it was a purely vegan restaurant. I had the vegan chicken in peanut sauce and loved it. The food is fresh, crispy and absolutely delicious! I would definitely go there again!

I actually always enjoyed going there to eat, but on my last visit the price-performance ratio was no longer right. The food was pretty tasteless and too little, the waiter was extremely unmotivated and needed to be cleaned up again. Everything seemed a bit neglected and quite careless. A pity

If you're looking for a tasty alternative, this is the right place. Food tasted good, was fresh and there were no long waiting times. Price performance is ok. The vegan duck was definitely good to eat, but the vegan shrimp were a little better and tastier.

The food is not for everyone. But as is well known, taste can be debated. The vegan chicken skewers tasted very good, but the vegan duck had a rather indefinable taste. I don't have to have it again. Conclusion! If you want to try vegan food like I do, you should stop by.

Wasted potential to establish yourself as the Asian top dog in Würzburg's vegan scene... because the food tastes good and the portions are very generous. BUT: The service staff is unfriendly, unmotivated and seems overwhelmed. I reserved a table in advance and asked over the phone for a seat at the window, which was guaranteed to me. They didn't know anything on site and were seated elsewhere, even though there was still a large table by the window available at the back. Since the restaurant wasn't overly full, they could have at least offered this. The staff speaks to each other in a foreign language (and laughs) in the presence of the guests. Absolute no go! Danger! The cook stood in the open kitchen and coughed loudly over and over again as he prepared the food. Absolute no go here too! Anyone who is sick should stay at home and not stand in the kitchen sniffling and panting. The toilet situation is terrible. Unfortunately, this only suggests sad things about the restaurant's hygiene concept.

Completely vegan Asian menu in great quality, very tasty. The vegan meat substitute creations are interesting - I don't normally need them, but here they are in an unusual form: I like the crispy breaded "chicken", the shrimp are not my thing. Try out! Always exciting, always good. And: they can be crispy!

An exceptional Vietnamese restaurant conveniently located on the lower Juliuspromenade, with two entrances. It offers a varied menu with almost exclusively vegan dishes. The main courses (and the original coffee, which as usual takes 15 minutes to prepare!) taste delicious and are also deliciously prepared. The vegan shrimps don't taste like seafood, luckily they just look like it. What is very special is the tea made from roasted red rice.

We wanted to try the food because of the reviews, but it was ok food. It lacked flavor unfortunately. I am comparing it to Vietnamese food that we have eaten around the world, so this one was very German/Asian food. It did not have the Vietnamese authentic taste. We really wanted to like it more…

Super leckeres veganes Essen, nette Kellner*innen und tolles Ambiente. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch in Würzburg wert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir mal wieder in der Stadt sind.

Insgesamt nett eingerichtet, sehr große Auswahl und natürlich eine ware Freude für Veganer:innen. Der junge Mann hat uns freundlich bedient. Kritik: - Essen günstig -dafür qualitativ eher ein etwas besserer Imbiss -nehmt doch wiederwendbare Stäbchen.... - beim würzen ruhig etwas offensiver vorgehen Insgesamt würde ich bei Gelegenheit nochmal vorbeischauen. Besonders der Seitan ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten hier Teamabend. Wer vegan mag für den eventuell ok. Für mich war das gefakte Fleisch von der Konsistenz einfach nur labrig und schmeckte nach gar nichts.

Ich habe das Essen hier genossen. Super fand ich, dass nicht an den veganen Schrimps gespart wird. Service war auch gut nur das Ambiente war nicht ganz so gut. Es hat etwas gezogen und die Einrichtung ist schon etwas abgenutzt.

We were here for lunch during our short visit to the city. One of the best vegetarian vietnamese restaurants I have ever had. The whole place is good and the service is good too. Coming to the food they have a wide range of food selection too. We tried two varieties of pho. The flavors were top notch. All the ingredients used were fresh and tasty. The portion size is also good and sufficient. We ended up with Vietnamese coffee and absolutely loved it. Please reserve the table before you visit and definitely recommend it.

Das Chay Viet Tadilen ist schlicht eine Offenbarung in Sachen veganer Gastronomie! Die enorme Vielfalt des Angebots ist jedes Mal eine Herausforderung, sobald man die Speisekarte in der Hand hält. Und dabei ist wirklich alles, alles lecker! Ich hätte nicht für möglich gehalten, wie köstlich vegane Garnelen sein können. Tipp: man probiere sie in den Sommerrollen mit der hausgemachten Erdnusssoße.

Insgesamt gutes, authentisches Essen mit sehr natürlichem Geschmack. Optisch sehr ansprechend. Hätte für mich noch etwas besser gewürzt sein können. Mir ist auch alles ein bisschen zu Tofu-lastig und vegane Shrimps, Hühnchen oder Ente benötige ich nicht. Preis-Leistung in Ordnung gewesen.

Lieblingsrestaurant - sagt wohl alles :) Jede/r den ich bis jetzt mitgenommen habe, egal ob vegy, vegan oder "Fleischfresser" war begeistert. Draußen sitzen ist an der Straße nicht ganz so schön, geht aber auch. Innen ist es schön eingerichtet. Einmal quer durch die Karte und alles war bis jetzt lecker. Preis Leistung ist wunderbar.

Als vegan lebender Mensch empfinde ich tiefe Entspannung, wenn ich eine Speisekarte studiere und freie Auswahl habe, weil einfach alles alles alles vegan ist. Vegane vietnamesische Küche! Wir hatten ein Reisbandnudelgericht und die gebratene "Ente" mit Kokosmilchsauce. Es war beides sehr lecker und gut scharf (wie wir es bestellt hatten). Von der "Ente" aus Seitan waren wir positiv sehr überrascht. Sie war echt gut zubereitet und hat richtig gut geschmeckt. Wer vegan essen möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Service war auch gut.

Essen war okay, aber geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Die Toiletten waren sehr dreckig und nicht geputzt, das ist ein no-go für mich in einem Restaurant.
