The young server was incredibly nice, very efficient and quick, very friendly and attentive. The food (2 x Pho) was very tasty, although less spicy than expected.

Good food, good service – what more could you want? The only downside is that the food could be more robustly and subtly seasoned; then it would be perfect.

It's a bit pricey, but it tastes good.

The food was absolutely delicious, there were no long waits, and while the staff was small, they were efficient and very friendly. A few seats in the front entrance area can be a bit chilly in winter when the door is constantly opening.

The food was delicious, and there was even a choice between extra chili (the green kind will definitely make you cry, it burns twice!) and chili sauce. The service was exceptionally friendly. Lots of vegan options, and especially the lunch specials were very reasonably priced. I'd gladly come again!

The table right by the entrance wasn't the best, but it was okay. The service was good and they were proactive. However, something went wrong with the order. The soup was quite bland, and the beef meatballs were missing. But it was without coriander, as ordered. The mojito was rather tasteless and weak, with hardly any mint flavor. The ambiance was nice. The restrooms could have used a good dusting. All in all, it was good, but there's still room for improvement.

The service was very friendly, a bit noisy when you first enter the room through the curtain, but it's fine in the back. The food was fantastic. From the appetizer to the tea to the main course, I was very pleasantly surprised by everything.

A lovely little restaurant; the food was very good. We were slightly overwhelmed eating with chopsticks, but it worked out thanks to the vegetables, which were cut into bite-sized yet large pieces. The drinks were also excellent. Regarding the service, I'd like to mention that we received a friendly welcome and were served quickly.

The food was delicious, and the service was friendly. After an hour and a half, we wanted to order dessert. We were told they were out of dessert, and two minutes later the waiter brought the bill. We assume the initial statement about dessert was a lie. Scheduling table reservations so tightly is difficult enough as it is; after all, guests should have a good time. While this was communicated during the reservation process, being asked to leave like that is unacceptable. It seems that revenue is more important here than long-term customer loyalty. A shame.

I always enjoy coming here; we've always received very attentive and friendly service, whether at lunchtime or in the evening. It's always very busy in the evening, so there can be longer wait times, but 20 minutes is perfectly acceptable. The food is freshly prepared and always delicious.

Even though the food was good, we were very disappointed. First, it took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks, and then, after the starter, we were informed that two main courses were unfortunately out. It can happen, but the replacement order still arrived at the table together. When we wanted to order dessert to finish off the meal, we were politely asked to pay because the table had been booked again after only two hours. This is unacceptable, as we weren't informed of this either during the online reservation or when ordering. Overall, a no-go, and we won't be eating there again. What a shame!

We stopped in for lunch while passing through. The many good reviews lured us in. The vegan red curry and the vegan rolls before it were both excellent. We received a friendly welcome, even with our dog. A definite recommendation!

This is truly the Vietnamese cuisine we've been missing in Würzburg. Unfortunately, we only recently discovered "Madame Nguyen"! We made a reservation by phone and experienced the best customer service. This "guest-centric" attitude continued in the restaurant, with all the staff. The food: Exceptionally good! Sound-reducing materials in the dining room could improve the acoustics. Again and again!

After a day of meetings, I want to eat something soupy. The beef is super big, great!

Good vegetarian and vegan options. After a few days of bread, cheese and cheese-bread, I mean pizza. Coming from Aus, I’ve really enjoyed it but it was time for a break and the papaya salad and veg Bun Bo Hue hit the spot. Really decent serving size and I couldn’t finish. Only comment was salad was on the sweet side and while the soup was not spicy for my taste. Would be nice to have super extra spicy 🌶️ option. Great service good atmosphere with outdoor seating.

We were always big fans of the green papaya salad – we tried it again for the first time in ages, and we were very disappointed! We searched for the green papaya in vain among the carrots and onions, and the sauce also lacked flavor. A real shame, and unfortunately, no longer authentic!

We came here quite often in the beginning, but now we hardly go at all. The food is quite good, but after a few visits, the variety is lacking. The atmosphere is okay, nothing special. A big drawback is the service. We were unlucky to have the manager, who is unfortunately very unfriendly; the other service staff are okay. There was one mistake during the takeaway service (the wrong dish or something forgotten). That shouldn't happen!

Probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The waitress was kind to speak in English so we could understand, the food came quickly and it was all flawless. Great veggie and vegan options as well.

Delivered exactly what I was hoping for: flavor, comfort, and authenticity. I tasted the pho bowl, and it was incredible: the broth was deeply aromatic. I had the chicken curry, and that dish was pure comfort food. Rich, creamy, flavorful, and with just the right amount of warmth and spice. The portion size was generous without being overwhelming, perfect for a cozy dinner. A special mention goes to the lady who served us, she was extremely kind and helpful, walking us through the menu and explaining the dishes with patience and a smile. Would definitely come back!

The atmosphere in the restaurant is modern, cozy, and very inviting. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and always in a good mood – you immediately feel welcome. Sehr nette Atmosphäre und super Bedienung. Wir hatten jeweils eine Bowl und die bbq Spieße. Leider bestand die Bowls so gut wie nur aus Nudeln und kaum Salat. Die Saucen dazu waren sehr lasch und teilweise zu wenig. Die Frühlingsrollen dazu waren aber lecker und der Tofu auch sehr interessant. Die Spieße waren geschmacklich gut, aber leider sehr trocken. Daher keine große Empfehlung

The food is really excellent - for me the best Vietnamese restaurant in Würzburg. The prices are sometimes a little higher than in other restaurants, but you definitely get something for your money. The dishes are authentic, delicious and reflect the house's high quality standards. The drink selection is also excellent. The atmosphere is very pleasant, you immediately feel at home. The service is extremely friendly and the service is quick. Clear recommendation!

I would like to give it five stars based on the dishes, but unfortunately I can't ignore the dingy atmosphere in the dining room and toilets. Crumbled plaster from the walls at table height has probably been collecting on the floor for a long time and the cobwebs on the lights etc. are not from the last few days either. I really liked the extremely attentive service, with good knowledge of the dishes and gluten-free and flavor enhancer-free versions, and I tolerated everything very well. Thank you very much at this point! If the acoustics were better (incredibly loud despite the small number of guests) and the cleanliness was at a good level, I would happily dine there again.

It was soooo delicious, special and authentically seasoned and wholesome. All employees were extremely friendly and relaxed, even though it was very busy. There was also the option to order something special for children. That was very helpful. Full recommendation!

Good Vietnamese restaurant in Würzburg. We had the Pho Bo and the Bun Bo Hue - the latter tasted very aromatic and delicious. The Pho was spiced up a bit with flavor enhancers, so it wasn't as aromatic as you would expect. All in all, we were very happy that there was a good Vietnamese restaurant in the city with such a wide selection of dishes! 😊

I was here for dinner today with my husband. We both had the veggie bowl and were unfortunately disappointed with it. It consisted of around 90% rice noodles. We would have liked more vegetables, but unfortunately the coriander was completely missing. Two years ago there were even more vegetables in the bowl... The woman who served us was super friendly! We felt very comfortable with her.

very nice although because they were so busy tonight it took a little while for us to finally get our phó. they took into consideration when i asked for less noodles and more greens in my phó so they are quite understanding of dietary restrictions. although the food was good, i noticed that it wasn’t fully authentic vietnamese food but instead a bit westernized which disappointed me

We received a very warm welcome and had a very, very tasty meal. We had both vegan and non-vegan duck and it was a delight in every way. The benches were a bit uncomfortable for us, but that's just a passing point. It is really highly recommended!

Endlich hatte ich mal die Zeit und Musse dieses Vietnamesische Restaurant in Würzburg zu besuchen. Ich wurde freundlich empfangen. Das Getränk wurde unverzüglich von der sehr netten Bedienung an den Tisch gebracht. Auf das Essen musste ich etwas warten, was bedeutete das es frisch gekocht wurde, zumal das Lokal gut gefüllt war. Ich hatte die Garnelen mit Gemüse und einer extra Soße . Alles war sehr lecker zumal ein Silvaner zu diesem Gericht gut geschmeckt hat. Den einzigen Kritikpunkt, den ich anbringen muss, ist, dass das Gemüse für meinen Geschmack noch sehr knackig roh war. Ich mag es halt schon ein bisschen angebraten, was nicht bedeutet, dass es keinen Biss mehr haben darf. Das werde ich dann bei meinem nächsten Besuch kommunizieren.

The atmosphere is cozy. Service is very good. However, it is not Vietnamese authentic food at all. I order Bún chả ( numer 54) and it is completed different with Vietnamese bún chả. The noodle is a little dry and the sauce ( fish sauce) is quite sweet. There are 2 types of grilled pork. The round one is pretty dry. If it is called Bún Thịt Nướng, it will be more right.

Very very tasty food! Pho Chai - vegetarian soup with rice noodles, vegetables and tofu was extremely tasty, plenty and fresh! The service was very courteous and friendly, the atmosphere was appropriate and nice. Prices are also reasonable and appropriate for the quality. Overall, the restaurant is highly recommended!
