Super leckeres Essen. Leider immer recht voll. Innen sehr laut & voll.

Glassplitter in Sushi!! Im Sushi fand ich einen Glassplitter. Nach meiner Reklamation wurde dies ziemlich lässig abgetan: ist halt reingerutscht.

Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt und einmal Avocado Maki und Baked Roll Avocado bestellt ich Ware jahrelang dort regelmäßig zeitweise einmal in der Woche und noch nie graue Avocado bekommen die gammlig schmeckt. Ich habe angerufen und es hieß das muss mit dem Chef geklärt werden es wurde nicht zurückgerufen dann wurden die Makis auf Nachdruck nachgeliefert allerdings nicht die Bakt rolls die wirklich schlimm aussehen also nochmal angerufen und es wurde einfach unverschämt aufgelegt. Also bin ich hin um das zu klären es hieß man könne nicht stornieren man solle mit Lieferando klären tja wenn zugestellt geht das nicht. Man wollte mir weis machen das die Baket Rolls wegen dem frittieren so aussehe. Ja sorry so sahen sie 4 Jahre lang NIE aus zudem total unverschämt NIE WIEDER

Das Ambiente im Best Friends in Würzburg ist sehr schön und der Service war während unseres Besuchs freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Sushi konnte mich allerdings nicht vollständig überzeugen. Das Hähnchen und die Lachshaut waren etwas trocken und einige Rollen sind auseinandergefallen, da sie nicht ganz sauber gerollt waren.

Der Service war nett und die Inneneinrichtung schön. Das Essen war nur mittel gut.

Mitarbeiter und Essen war gut, anzumerken ist nur, dass in meiner Sushirolle ein Fussel war und die Deko auf meinem Teller leicht beschmutzt war (relativ unhygienisch),eine Sushirolle hat gefehlt und der Burger schmeckte leicht nach Fuß

Vorspeise gut, sushi sehr enttäuschend Service sehr unfreundlich, kein Danke, kein Tschüss, nichts.

Katastrophe!! Haben bestellt und mussten 1,5stunden warten. Das Essen hat natürlich auch danach geschmeckt. Der Reis von dem Sushi ist auseinandergefallen und die hühnersuppe hat nach Wasser geschmeckt. 50€ umsonst

Waren vor einiger Zeit hier und fanden es gut. Heute hier gegessen und ich muss sagen nicht mehr so gut. Haben das SushiMenü gewählt. Die Früglingsrollen, waren billigste Fertigware. Das Sushi war damals besser, jetzt waren ein Teil der Sushirolls nicht geschlossen, schlampig gearbeitet. Geschmacklich in Ordnung. Wie gesagt kein Vergleich zum letzten Mal. Man wartet am Eingang, zur Platzzuweisung, dann kommt jmd und zeigt auf den ganzen Außenbereich Wenn sich die Leute an einen grossen Tisch gesetzt haben, werden sie verscheucht und sollen sich an einen kleineren Tisch setzen. Warum nicht gleich den Tisch zeigen. Ambiente okay. Service okay.

Schönes Ambiente, zum draußen sitzen und ein bisschen ein kleiner Rückzugsort in der Innenstadt Würzburg. Auswahl auf der Karte gut, preislich etwas gehoben. Hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt und das Personal war super freundlich

Wir haben hier einen fantastischen Abend verbracht. Das Sushi war frisch und absolut lecker, das Ambiente ist wirklich wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kellner – er war super nett, aufmerksam und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ich war schon oft hier und bin begeistert. Das Essen ist köstlich, die Bedienung herzlich und freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und authentisch. Im Café steht ein großer, blühender Baum. Es sieht toll aus. Man merkt, dass viel Liebe zum Detail in die Gestaltung gesteckt wurde. Ein wunderbarer Ort für ein gemütliches und leckeres Essen. Ich kann einen Besuch nur empfehlen.

Das Essen im Best Friends Restaurant hat gut geschmeckt. Die Gerichte kamen schnell an den Tisch, waren optisch schön angerichtet und preislich absolut fair. 😋 Auch die Servicekräfte waren freundlich, aufmerksam und flott unterwegs, wodurch man sich direkt wohlgefühlt hat.☺️ Das Ambiente ist Geschmackssache – für meinen persönlichen Eindruck war es etwas viel Dekoration beziehungsweise etwas zu eng gestaltet. Trotzdem insgesamt ein gutes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.✌🏼

Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker! Wir kommen gerne hier her. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls toll. Insgesamt ein toller Ort um Essen zu gehen!

Ich habe den Bao Burger mit Süßkartoffelpommes und als Vorspeise Wantan. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt! Kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen. Ich habe auch das Sushi probiert und ich finde es ebenfalls sehr lecker. Es war wenig los in dem Restaurant. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es zu Stoßzeiten sehr eng ist. Trotzdem top! Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam :)

Essen ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gibt ein paar Gerichte z.B. Curry und fritiertes Sushi (wem es schmeckt) die in Ordnung sind, den Rest kann ich nicht empfehlen. Nettes Personal, Sitzgelegenheiten mit Rückenlehne sucht man hier aber vergebens. 2/5

Sushi, Super Lecker, hatten zu dritt 90€ bezahlt inkl Getränke, alle satt geworden, hervorzuheben sind die frisieren Sushi.

Bedienung sehr freundlich. Der Schichtführer hat uns umgesetzt (2 Personen), da er unseren Tisch und einen weiteren Tisch neben uns zusammenschieben (auch für 2 Personen) wollte um Platz für eine Gruppe von 4 Personen zu machen. Wir wurden um ehrlich zu sein dazu gedrängt den Platz zu wechseln. Ist ein No-Go aufgrund von Profit den Kunden, während des Essens umzusetzen. Echt ein tolles Restaurant, aber der junge Schichtführer muss noch viel dazu lernen. ;)

Habe dort bestellt, Essen war über 50 Minuten wegen verschiedener Lieferstationen unterwegs und komplett kalt. Nie wieder

Essen war lecker. Allerdings mussten wir wie 20 weitere Gäste trotz Reservierung bei 6 Grad 30 Minuten vor dem Restaurant in der Kälte warten, ohne dass absehbar war, wann wir an einen Tisch dürfen. Als uns dann ein Tisch zugewiesen wurde, wollte uns die Bedienung auf einmal wieder vor die Tür schicken und uns noch länger warten lassen. Egal wie gut das Essen ist. Geht leider garnicht.

Ich war total begeistert! Ich hatte gestern meinen Geburtstag dort (vielleicht erinnern sie sich ja noch an mich), und die Mitarbeiter waren so nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war fantastisch und sah toll aus, und die Einrichtung ist wunderschön. Ich hatte Glück, dass ich zur richtigen Zeit da war, bevor es so voll wurde. Im Best Friends gibt es das beste Sushi in Würzburg, der Laden hat echt was drauf!! Aber nicht nur Sushi, die asiatische Küche ist exquisit vertreten und auch die riesige Getränkeauswahl schmeckt!

Wir haben mittags dort gegessen. Das Restaurant wirkt authentisch, nur die Supermarktmusik stört. Wir haben zu zweit 4 Vorspeisen gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war frisch und sehr lecker. Der Service war schnell und freundlich. Ohne die Musik wäre es perfekt gewesen.

Ich war einmal vor Ort im Best Friends essen und war damals wirklich begeistert. Das Essen war sehr lecker, auch wenn das Lokal leider ziemlich vollgestellt ist – teilweise sitzt man Rücken an Rücken mit anderen Gästen. Heute habe ich den Lieferservice ausprobiert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Essen sehr schnell ankam. Leider war ich vom Sushi diesmal enttäuscht. Die Avocado war deutlich überreif und eher breiig, die Mango dagegen noch hart und unreif. Außerdem schien ein anderer Reis verwendet worden zu sein – sehr grobkörnig und er hat nicht gut zusammengehalten. Viele Rollen sind beim Anheben auseinandergefallen.

Wir haben dieses Lokal gestern besucht und hatten ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Die Atmosphäre war gemütlich und einladend, die Angestellten freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Essen war einfach köstlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

5 Stunden vorher bestellt, 2 Stunden gewartet, 4 mal nachgerufen, nach 2,5 Stunden kam ein Teil der Bestellung - kalt, gammelige Avocado, zu wenig Sojasauce und ein "Geschenk", das roch und aussah wie ein schiefegegangener Rausch mit Erdbeerlimes und Linsensalat! Auf ein Drittel der Bestellung warten wir immer noch! Nachtrag: Wir haben uns sehr geärgert, aber die Entschuldigung und Rückerstattung des Geldes war höchst anständig! Danke!

An sich ein ordentliches Restaurant, das Sushi schmeckt ganz gut ist aber nichts besonderes. Das Restaurant von innen ist sehr eng und man sitzt sehr nah anderen. So nah das man alle Gespräche des Nachbartisches Links oder Rechts mithören kann. Ausserdem geht alles sehr schnell man hat das Gefühl die Servicekräfte wollen einen sofort wieder rausschmeissen um den Tisch neu zu besetzten. Ich war mit meiner Familie dort und 25min nach Ankunft haben wir das Lokal wieder verlassen. Wir hatten Vor- und Hauptspeise, für gemütliche Restaurantgänger ist dieses Restaurant nicht geeignet, für Personen die einfach nur schnell an vernünftiges Essen für einen fairen Preis kommen wollen ist dieser Ort hier perfekt.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und sehr leckeres Essen. 🤗😋🍴 Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Auch gut, wenn man kein Sushi mag, da es diverse andere asiatische Gerichte gibt.

Der Service war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Der Laden war wahnsinnig voll und eng bestuhlt (mir persönlich zu eng). Das Sushi war sehr lecker, das Curry hätte mehr Soße und dafür weniger Salat (als Deko auf'm Curry) vertragen.

I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at Best Friends! 🥰 The atmosphere is beautiful and very cozy; you immediately feel welcome. The service was outstanding, and you can tell they pay attention to detail – they even adapted my order very kindly. The sushi is delicious, with a wide selection of nigiri and maki. I ordered a mix of fish rolls and regular maki, and it was more than enough to fill me up and allow me to savor every bite! You can tell they pay attention to the quality and presentation of every single piece of sushi. Definitely a place I'll be returning to, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious sushi in a pleasant atmosphere. *I'm a girl with a headscarf 🥰 thank you*

I was really pleasantly surprised; friendly, fast service even though it was quite busy. Had a bun nem tofu and ginger tea. Both were excellent.

Ordered for delivery and waited two hours. The food was cold, and the price was unjustified for the quality. My complaint was ignored.

I love this place, great sushi, kind service. But I think the music in the inside seating area is a bit too loud for a restaurant.

We went to the restaurant spontaneously in the afternoon, were assigned a table, and the staff were friendly. No wait to order and the drinks were brought quickly. The starter consisted of 5 spring rolls, which we ate between the two of us. We hadn't even finished the starter when the main course arrived: crispy roasted duck with fried noodles and vegetables. Pure disappointment! The noodles were bland and, in my opinion, not fried, the vegetables were almost non-existent, the duck had cooked fried onions, and the noodles only traces of vegetables. The duck lay on top of the noodles, 1/3 of the plate was a large lettuce leaf with raw vegetables on top, no dressing, just space filler, and a small bowl of sweet and sour sauce, which I thought was ready-made from a bottle. Since I can't eat large portions, I was worried I wouldn't be able to finish it, but this portion was too small even for me, which wasn't a bad thing; in terms of taste, any Asian takeaway can do better. In my opinion, a lot of things here are prepped; no one could have prepared the food as quickly as it arrived. €15.90 for a piece of deep-fried duck and a handful of lukewarm spaghetti with a side salad is too much. Better to go to an Asian snack bar and get proper fried noodles with vegetables for half the price, where you can see how it's stir-fried in a wok and not pre-cooked fried onions on top.

Very delicious food! I had the chance to try the duck with egg noodles in homemade soy sauce, and the crunchy rolls as an appetizer were also delicious! Service was friendly, though they cleared the table a bit quickly. Nevertheless, I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again!

Super delicious, one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever visited. Beautifully presented and truly delicious. Huge selection. Super nice location and a great spot in Würzburg. Only 4 stars for service (but it's always busy, which is stressful for the staff).

Three girls ;-) in Würzburg out and about. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, otherwise we would have liked to sit outside. The staff was very friendly. The menu selection was extensive. There are cheaper prices until 4 p.m. All three of us were very happy with the dishes we chose. The other guests' dishes also looked delicious. Very good value for money. We would happily recommend Best Friends. We'll be back and try the sushi. :-)

I've been there three times in total, once on-site (everything was fine), but the two times I picked up food, it was really lacking in quality, which is a shame. The food was okay.

We ordered sushi worth over €120 over the phone and picked up the food. The taste was okay, and the staff there were friendly. But the order wasn't complete; the baked bananas and two sushi items were missing. This is absolutely outrageous. I have no trust in them and will definitely never come back.

I've been to this restaurant a few times. The terrace is very cozy, and the ambiance inside is lovely. The food comes quickly, and the service is super friendly. Unfortunately, the sushi was disappointing: The tuna tasted like it had been thawed several times, the shrimp was tasteless, and the soy sauce was way too salty—it overpowered the entire flavor.

Service was very fast and friendly, and the food arrived quickly, even though the restaurant was busy. The teriyaki sauce was a bit too sweet for me personally, but otherwise, the food was very good, as were my companions. Nice atmosphere, and there's also the option of sitting outside, weather permitting. There's a bit of background noise, however, as the restaurant is quite popular. The basement restrooms are more reminiscent of a BDSM dungeon, but the restrooms were very clean.

The food is very good and the prices are great. The service is friendly. If it's busy, you have to chase after the payment. The outdoor location is a bit noisy due to the proximity to the train station and the surrounding streets. A major drawback: No card payments accepted, only cash.

We order here regularly because the food usually tastes very good. Unfortunately, the service is getting worse and worse. Despite the stated delivery time and the fact that you can choose the desired delivery time, the food NEVER arrives on time. Some time ago, it used to take 15 to 20 minutes, which is acceptable as a gesture of goodwill. Now, however, the food is only delivered about an hour after the stated time, and it's cold! No one informs us of the delay, and when we call (25 minutes after the actual delivery time), we're told "the order is already on its way," which, considering the distance of 7 km, even if you make several deliveries at once, doesn't make sense. The food here costs too much for an extremely late, cold delivery. It's a shame! We'll think twice about ordering next time...

The staff is very friendly. Service is simply excellent.

Four of us ordered food for delivery and had to wait 90 minutes for the food to arrive. We called three times during that time. Nobody knew anything for sure, and when they did, they said the delivery person would be right there. That wasn't the case. When we asked why it took so long (I had taken two orders with me), the delivery person said there was a traffic jam on the route and he was stuck alone on the Berliner Ring for half an hour (no one can tell me that). He also said he was a normal driver and wouldn't lose his license, and asked if we wanted to make him out to be a liar. The route is only about 6 km long and would never take an hour and a half. We didn't get a call, nor did we offer compensation. The food, especially the spring rolls and the fried sushi, was already soggy and cold. The avocados were brown. For what we had paid, that was unacceptable. The store shifted the responsibility onto the delivery person, and the delivery person shifted the responsibility onto the store.

It tastes delicious. The staff is always friendly. We visit the restaurant regularly.

Definitely a definite recommendation. My niece celebrated her birthday there, and we were all very impressed by the fast, friendly service and the selection and quality of the dishes.

Four of us and a baby happened to eat there because the place looks so interesting from the outside, we thought we might like it too, unfortunately it was a big disappointment, none of us four liked the food at all, even though we all ate something different and everyone said we left hungry, we left our plates full and just wanted to get away!! We won't be going there again!! Unfortunately, what they offer there doesn't taste good anymore!! The sauces tasted so sweet that we couldn't eat them!!

Dirty tables. Cutlery and dishes weren't clean. I touched the bottom of the table and ended up with dust, "dirt," and old soy sauce on my hands. The tables were sticky. Not again. The music was also very loud, making it impossible to have a pleasant conversation at the table.

This is without a doubt one of the best Asian panasia sushi places in the city
