Good food, OK atmosphere. Nothing special, but nothing bad to say either. The price is reasonable.

Super delicious, one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever visited. Beautifully presented and truly delicious. Huge selection. Super nice location and a great spot in Würzburg. Only 4 stars for service (but it's always busy, which is stressful for the staff).

The ambiance is very special and incredibly beautiful. I felt very comfortable. The owner was super friendly, attentive, and the food came very quickly. The sushi was delicious. Parking is available on the street in front of the restaurant. I hope my review was helpful.

We (two people) spontaneously dropped in on a Sunday lunchtime and were immediately offered a seat (even without a reservation). The staff is super friendly, and the food (we had an Asian salad with tofu, chicken curry, and a sushi platter) was truly delicious. The price is completely reasonable.

Three girls ;-) in Würzburg out and about. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, otherwise we would have liked to sit outside. The staff was very friendly. The menu selection was extensive. There are cheaper prices until 4 p.m. All three of us were very happy with the dishes we chose. The other guests' dishes also looked delicious. Very good value for money. We would happily recommend Best Friends. We'll be back and try the sushi. :-)

We ordered sushi worth over €120 over the phone and picked up the food. The taste was okay, and the staff there were friendly. But the order wasn't complete; the baked bananas and two sushi items were missing. This is absolutely outrageous. I have no trust in them and will definitely never come back.

I've been there three times in total, once on-site (everything was fine), but the two times I picked up food, it was really lacking in quality, which is a shame. The food was okay.

Service was very fast and friendly, and the food arrived quickly, even though the restaurant was busy. The teriyaki sauce was a bit too sweet for me personally, but otherwise, the food was very good, as were my companions. Nice atmosphere, and there's also the option of sitting outside, weather permitting. There's a bit of background noise, however, as the restaurant is quite popular. The basement restrooms are more reminiscent of a BDSM dungeon, but the restrooms were very clean.

I've been to this restaurant a few times. The terrace is very cozy, and the ambiance inside is lovely. The food comes quickly, and the service is super friendly. Unfortunately, the sushi was disappointing: The tuna tasted like it had been thawed several times, the shrimp was tasteless, and the soy sauce was way too salty—it overpowered the entire flavor.

The food is very good and the prices are great. The service is friendly. If it's busy, you have to chase after the payment. The outdoor location is a bit noisy due to the proximity to the train station and the surrounding streets. A major drawback: No card payments accepted, only cash.

We order here regularly because the food usually tastes very good. Unfortunately, the service is getting worse and worse. Despite the stated delivery time and the fact that you can choose the desired delivery time, the food NEVER arrives on time. Some time ago, it used to take 15 to 20 minutes, which is acceptable as a gesture of goodwill. Now, however, the food is only delivered about an hour after the stated time, and it's cold! No one informs us of the delay, and when we call (25 minutes after the actual delivery time), we're told "the order is already on its way," which, considering the distance of 7 km, even if you make several deliveries at once, doesn't make sense. The food here costs too much for an extremely late, cold delivery. It's a shame! We'll think twice about ordering next time...

The staff is very friendly. Service is simply excellent.

Four of us ordered food for delivery and had to wait 90 minutes for the food to arrive. We called three times during that time. Nobody knew anything for sure, and when they did, they said the delivery person would be right there. That wasn't the case. When we asked why it took so long (I had taken two orders with me), the delivery person said there was a traffic jam on the route and he was stuck alone on the Berliner Ring for half an hour (no one can tell me that). He also said he was a normal driver and wouldn't lose his license, and asked if we wanted to make him out to be a liar. The route is only about 6 km long and would never take an hour and a half. We didn't get a call, nor did we offer compensation. The food, especially the spring rolls and the fried sushi, was already soggy and cold. The avocados were brown. For what we had paid, that was unacceptable. The store shifted the responsibility onto the delivery person, and the delivery person shifted the responsibility onto the store.

It tastes delicious. The staff is always friendly. We visit the restaurant regularly.

Definitely a definite recommendation. My niece celebrated her birthday there, and we were all very impressed by the fast, friendly service and the selection and quality of the dishes.

Four of us and a baby happened to eat there because the place looks so interesting from the outside, we thought we might like it too, unfortunately it was a big disappointment, none of us four liked the food at all, even though we all ate something different and everyone said we left hungry, we left our plates full and just wanted to get away!! We won't be going there again!! Unfortunately, what they offer there doesn't taste good anymore!! The sauces tasted so sweet that we couldn't eat them!!

Dirty tables. Cutlery and dishes weren't clean. I touched the bottom of the table and ended up with dust, "dirt," and old soy sauce on my hands. The tables were sticky. Not again. The music was also very loud, making it impossible to have a pleasant conversation at the table.

This is without a doubt one of the best Asian panasia sushi places in the city

Ordered for 7:15 p.m., arrived an hour early. The food was ice cold until 7:15 p.m. when the person eating with us arrived. When I was told that I didn't order for another hour, the answer was "Well, it's here now". I was annoyed for €25.

Super nice ambience, huge selection of diverse dishes and very nice service. It was quick and tasted very good. The prices are very fair, the ingredients are fresh and prepared with love. I'll definitely be back!

Sushi was ok, but you can get better for the price. The meat from the curry and the pho was far too dry. The curry sauce was tasty, but the pho was a bit disappointing. We also ordered a dish with egg noodles, homemade soy sauce and beef. Considering that the food was literally swimming in the sauce, the pasta wasn't cooked through and was even uncooked on the surface! Overall the restaurant is okay but there is definitely better.

This is by far my fav sushi place in Wurzburg ! the outdoor seating area is super nice and inviting and the portions are huge. anything i had from the menu was just amazing, can't wait to go back there.

I've been ordering online and picking up the food myself for a long time. However, it has recently no longer been possible to pay on site. Unfortunately, my card is not supported on the website. After many unsuccessful attempts, I now prefer to order somewhere else where the online ordering process is more customer-friendly. I've already called and ordered over the phone, but unfortunately you don't get a 15% discount - even though you don't eat on site. It's a shame, because I actually like the sushi there best.

I'm honestly very disappointed, I haven't eaten such bad sushi in a long time. Sushi rice was a mush, the consistency of salmon was similar to a pickled product, kind of mushy. Tempura shrimp inside was very tough and dry, the sauce was 80% sugar. Starters and drinks were ok, service ok, half-hearted.

Mega rude. It only started with the waitress talking to us stupidly when we said that we still had to see what we wanted to order for food. Then we had to wait forever to pay, even though another waitress said several times that we wanted to pay. A 10 cent tip was not enough and we got it back with the statement “Here’s a 10 cent tip for you”.

Unfortunately, after visiting it several times, I can only say that it is mediocre. Ambiance etc is very important. But the rest is not according to the price. Service is also different, hence a maximum of 3 stars. The amount of food is also not appropriate.

The food was excellent. Super fresh and flavorful. I was somewhat annoyed that the usher insisted on seating me at a table in the middle of the outdoor area. My request to sit at the edge was dismissed. There were still several free seats there.

We ordered "duck crispy" with rice🤦‍♀️😱. We got very little duck, but in addition to the rice, a huge mountain of grated white cabbage, without dressing. Absolutely not edible!!! Tables, menus and chopsticks are dirty, toilets are dirty and an imposition!!!! It's a disgrace to charge such prices!!! Never again!!! Shame about the money!!!

Difficult. Despite reservations, we had to wait outside for 30 minutes in 0 degree temperatures. There was some tea, but it didn't warm my feet either. Inside we sat in a place where it was freezing cold all the time because the door wasn't closed. The main course came 2 minutes after the starter...so I had to decide whether to let the starter or main course get cold. This causes stress when eating and gives the impression that nothing is being coordinated here. The guest should be looked after and the next course should only come when the first one has been eaten. Shortly before dessert we were asked if we could sit somewhere else because a larger group was coming. Likewise the couple next to us who were eating their main course. Being disturbed while eating is an absolute no go!! This is all about profit. The guest is not treated like a guest, but rather like a financier that you want to get rid of quickly. But the taste of the food was really great! Unfortunately the rest completely failed for me.

Today I ordered from BestFriends again after a long time because I worked until 7 p.m. and wanted to end the evening relaxing with my partner. It's not just today that we know it's Valentine's Day. It's understandable that it sometimes takes a few minutes longer. No problem. I'm the last person to complain about this. BUT! I ordered at 7:22 p.m. The app told me it should arrive at 8:49 p.m. I waited until just before 10pm for my food to arrive. For your information: the store closes at 10 p.m.! Called 60 times in 30 minutes until someone answered the phone. No compensation, no extra goodie or anything else. Just the statement “yes, 200 orders today, it could take a long time, but we will ship out soon”. It can't be true, you have to be prepared for it on days like this and if you already have so many orders that the restaurant is full, then you stop taking orders. Either I keep up or I don't. Unfortunately you have lost me as a customer...

Very nice location, the employees are always polite. Fast and tasty, we now go there once a month because it is local and simply never has a large selection and every dish also tolerates special requests and is implemented very well. So all in all 5/5 stars, a deduction because the situation with the employees is currently getting on my nerves, you call to make a reservation, no name is entered and you can only get a place with discussion. Too bad...

I wait more than 2 hours for my food!!! If you then try to call to ask where my order is, you will either hang up or not answer the phone. It's a shame to run a store like that and take people's money out of their pockets. I'll never order from them again and would advise against it.

The sushi was very tasteless. The mango in the sushi was way too hard. The wonton soup tasted like Maggi and wasn't convincing either.

The food is very good and beautifully presented, but the rooms are very narrow and crowded, unsuitable for comfortable sitting and conversation, very drafty and cold as orders are constantly being picked up. That was our impression on Saturday between 6 and 8 p.m. Dessert was also very tasty.

Very basic food. For the average German with no expectations, it's certainly worth a trip, but if you're expecting authentic Vietnamese food, you shouldn't be too disappointed. We had the Pho and the Bao Burger. Both dishes were very one-dimensional and Germanized, nothing that you couldn't recreate at home with a little effort. The kimchi was particularly negative, as it looked more like a German coleslaw than kimchi. The soup was uneventful and the meat was a little tough. The waiter was regularly at our table, even though we were sitting in a back corner, but was neither particularly friendly nor particularly unfriendly to us.

Best Friends Today, despite having a reservation, we had to wait outside for 30 minutes at 0 degrees until our table was available. Unfortunately the table was next to the entrance door, so it felt cold every time the door was opened. And many guests came. The menu is clear and practical, very full of dishes, so you can quickly lose track. Today's starter is number 14, summer rolls with scampi (4 pieces). Unfortunately, the rolls stuck to the rice leaves so tightly that they tore when I tried to separate them. Too bad. The main menu today is the 152.0 BUDDHA MIX (8 Avocado Baked Roll, 8 Little Buddha I.O., 6 Kappa Maki). I can really recommend the avocado baked, very tasty. The Kappa Maki today had a very neutral taste, you could only taste the sea tank. The Little Buddha's rice was very dry, probably made at lunchtime. All in all OK with room for improvement. “Best Friends” you can do better than that.

Waited a whole 2 hours for the food to be delivered!! Correspondingly cold and no longer tasted good! The driver doesn't bring the food to the door but simply puts it in the elevator in the building, cheeky! Will never order there again!

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine at the highest level! Every dish was fresh, aromatic and full of flavor - we especially loved the Pho. With the attentive service and warm atmosphere, it is a perfect place for connoisseurs. Absolutely recommended!

With a reservation we got a place straight away, without a reservation there may be a wait. The staff is very friendly and everything tasted very good.

We came in, were seated at a table at the back with the children, everything was fine, but the employee who was sleeping at the table with extremely loud cell phone music was rather unpleasant. The dishes, especially the sushi, have extremely deteriorated in taste and presentation. Was our last visit!!!

Sushi looks good, but tastes really terrible. When I go to Aldi I eat better sushi…. My girlfriend and I had stomach cramps afterwards... gave it several chances but won't come back.

Very nice Asian restaurant! I came here for a quick stopover on the train on the way to Austria for lunch and it was so good (miso soup with salmon) that I ate here again in the evening on the way back. Despite the restaurant being full, my meal (Thai curry with tofu) took less than 5 minutes because I said I had to leave in half an hour. But the other tables also only waited a short time for each order. The food was delicious, fresh and the drinks menu was refreshingly healthy and different (aloe vera tea with ginger, blue butterfly tea, etc). The service was super friendly, fast and yet relaxed! Thank you thank you thank you, I'll definitely be back! PS: The train station is 5-10 minutes away on foot, right at the end of the shopping street opposite the train station!

Wow, totally full on a Tuesday evening and still spontaneously managed to get a seat - luckily! My starters were great: light summer rolls with tofu plus extra kimchi with a pleasantly spicy spice. Afterwards I enjoyed the delicious chicken in teriyaki sauce (generous portion) - and so I almost couldn't finish the mochi ice cream... Delicious, delicious, delicious! I also find the interior/ambience very harmonious. The music alone could be a little quieter - and could also be a bit "Asian lounge-like" (or something similar). Thanks for the evening!

We were there on All Saints Day, got the large sushi platter, which was on our table within 10 minutes, we started pricking up our ears, the sushi then confirmed it.. unfortunately very dry and the ingredients were anything but fresh, as if they were plate had been there since the day before. In addition, the service was catastrophic, plates were cleared before everyone was finished and basically thrown out so that the next guests could get a seat, eating in a relaxed manner is something else. It's a real shame, I won't go there again.

For a Vietnamese restaurant I imagine something different, if I want sushi I go to the Japanese restaurant, and if I want Pad Thai I go to the Thai restaurant, the service is mostly of Muslim origin, but everyone as they please is not for me.

Had #38 warm rice noodle salad with chicken skewers today. The salad was ice cold and the chicken skewers were inedible, totally gristly and stringy. The answer to my complaint was that there was a lot going on in the kitchen today. It was also very drafty and cold.

The food was delicious and also good to take away. Unfortunately, the space at the door was sometimes very cold in autumn because the door was permanently open. In general, you could be a little friendlier and more concerned about your customers ☺️ Unfortunately, the path to the toilet is not lit at times and is a bit scary.

The food is also convincing across the board: the dishes not only taste excellent, but are also a real visual delight - artfully prepared, as you can see in the many photos on Google Maps. Anyone traveling in Würzburg should not miss the opportunity to stop off at Best Friends. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a stylish ambience.

Unfortunately the Pho Bo was very watery and hardly seasoned. No trace of coriander. This was more of a housewife-style noodle soup than a pho bo. Too bad!

If you want to eat quickly and well, Best Friends is the right place for you. No matter whether it's sushi or the classic rice. Pasta + meat or vegetarian dishes, everyone will find something to eat here. If you want to be on the safe side, you should definitely make a reservation or bring some time with you.

Friendly and fast service, even when the house is full, in a central location. The phở soup was delicious, but unfortunately without extea chili or extra bamboo shoots, as I'm used to.

Conveniently located, not far from the central market square. Atmospherically nicely designed outdoor area. Very friendly, helpful service (m/f), even the one who wasn't directly responsible for me. Only towards the end, when the waitress had left at the end of her shift, was the clique of young waiters more concerned/interested in talking to each other rather than the customers. I would still like to go back!

They have strange customs, my wife actually wanted to eat something there. When I entered the restaurant, I was approached by a waitress and asked to wait outside. He showed me a sign with this text. When I asked why we should wait here, I was told that the guests shouldn't sit where they want because they should sit where the service staff directs them. As foreign guests, we ask ourselves, is this normal here? We have never experienced such behavior on our travels!

Ordered delivery which ,after chasing, arrived 1hr 45min later! So way too slow for me. Starter was not v warm but main dish was ok . Quality wise we enjoyed food and can recommend it but not for delivery as they did not seem bothered about how late it was arriving. Maybe try agreeing delivery timescale if you do ! Cheers
