Service und Ambiente sind super. Das Essen war nicht gewürzt, bei einem Sauerbraten erwarte ich anderes.

Gerade wieder einmal hier gewesen. Was soll ich sagen. Vom Anruf für die Reservierung, der Empfang, den Service und natürlich das Essen jedes Mal wieder 5 Sterne. Weiter so 🙂

Wir sind am Samstag spontan um 15:30 Uhr zum Mittagessen gegangen.Ausser uns 3P.war 1 Tisch 6P.und eine kleine Hochzeitsgesellschaft noch anwesend.Trotzdem schien die Bedienung gestresst und hat sich entschuldigt dass auf Sonderwünsche nicht eingegangen werden kann!? Das Essen war hervorragend und sehr lecker!Preis/Leistung super! Kann auf alle Fälle mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfohlen werden!

Wir waren an einem Nachmittag vor Ort, das Restaurant war komplett leer. Der Service zu Beginn war freundlich, die Bestellung wurde zügig aufgenommen. Bestellt wurden Getränke sowie ein Zwiebelrostbraten (29 €). Nach etwa zehn Minuten kam das Essen: ein Beilagensalat und ein Zwiebelrostbraten, der bereits beim ersten Eindruck enttäuschte. Das Fleisch war sehr dünn geschnitten und komplett durchgegart. Geschmacklich entsprechend trocken. Ich habe dies direkt angesprochen, die Servicekraft reagierte verständnisvoll und gab die Rückmeldung an die Küche weiter. Kurze Zeit später wurde ein neues Stück serviert – leider das genaue Gegenteil: außen kurz angebraten, innen nahezu roh (blau). Auch das wurde reklamiert. Auffällig war, dass der Koch trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung durch den Service nicht selbst an den Tisch kam. Stattdessen erschien ein Serviceverantwortlicher, der erklärte, ein Zwiebelrostbraten sei „immer dünn“. Dass die Garstufe (medium) dabei trotzdem getroffen werden sollte, schien keine Rolle zu spielen. Als Ersatz wurde ein Rumpsteak mit Bratkartoffeln und Kräuterbutter angeboten. Auch dieses Gericht war qualitativ unzureichend: das Steak nahezu roh (deutlich unter der gewünschten Garstufe) und die Kräuterbutter noch mit gefrorenem Kern. Die Beilagen wirkten insgesamt lieblos zubereitet. Nach erneuter Reklamation wurde mir vom Service vorgehalten, man habe „wegen mir“ bereits drei Fleischstücke zubereitet. Diese Aussage empfand ich als unangemessen – insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund, dass die Zubereitung wiederholt nicht den gewünschten und üblichen Standards entsprach. Wir haben letztlich nur die Getränke bezahlt und das Restaurant verlassen. Fazit: Ein insgesamt sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Fehler können passieren – der Umgang damit entscheidet. In diesem Fall fehlte es sowohl an handwerklicher Qualität in der Küche als auch an professionellem Umgang mit Kritik. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen

Sind sehr Nett erfüllen besondere wünsche obwohl es nicht in karte steht. Wir essen meistens Hänchenscnitzel schmeckt top auch Nachspeise Schokoladenmous sehr Lecker

Köstliches Essen! Wir sind von der Autobahn abgefahren, es war ein 5-minütiger Umweg, der sich aber absolut gelohnt hat.

Spontan Freitag Abend zum Essen vorbei gekommen. Super leckeres Essen, was nicht lange auf sich warten lassen hat. Leckeres und super gekühltes Bier. Sehr aufmerksames Servicepersonal. Macht weiter so.

Geburtstagsessen zu viert. Sehr sehr lecker. Junge Frau hat uns immer ganz toll bedient. Und der Nachtisch, Speziell für uns ,war mit so viel Liebe hergerichtet. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍🍺🧆😋

Heute 3 Gerichte „to go“ bestellt - absolute Weltklasse und nachhaltig verpackt! So geht Gastro - bei der Qualität gerne 10% den Preis erhöhen, kommen immer wieder!

Sehr schmackhafte, grosse Portionen. Gute Speisenauswahl. Sehr nettes, aber nicht aufdringliches Personal.

Schönes Lokal, gemütlich/rustikal aber hell eingerichtet. Service sehr freundlich und flott. Von Braten, Burger, Fisch, Salate, vegetarische/vegane Gerichte und auch Süßspeisen ist für jeden etwas auf der Karte zu finden. Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und dafür ist der Preis auch völlig angemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gibt von Montag bis Freitag ein "Abo" Essen, das Mittags verbilligt ist und mit täglich wechselnden Speisen, Für jeden ist etwas dabei, auch Vegetarier werden berücksichtigt. Mittwochs gibt es immer Schweinebraten, das Fleisch butterweich. Die Bedienung ist sehr zuvorkommend. Im Sommer gibt es einen herrlichen Garten. Zu jeder Jahreszeit, zu jedem Feiertag, gibt es eine typische Dekoration, - mit Herz gestaltet.

Essen (Cordon Bleu) war sehr gut. Super nettes und aufmerksames Personal.

Wir waren Teil einer größeren Gesellschaft und wurden hervorragend bedient. Das Essen war sehr gut. Man kann das Restaurant auch mit Hund (groß oder klein) besuchen.

Ein hervorragendes Restaurant. Ich habe im letzten Jahr Hunderte von Restaurants besucht, und Herrmann gehört definitiv zu den besten. Ich hatte Kürbissuppe als Vorspeise und geschmorten Hirsch als Hauptgang. Beides war ein Genuss für Augen und Gaumen. Das Personal war herzlich und professionell, die Atmosphäre gemütlich und gleichzeitig einladend. Zum Abschluss des Abends trank ich noch einen Cappuccino, aber alles an diesem Restaurant und den Menschen dort war einfach wunderbar.

Both lunch menus were very good. Cozy restaurant, friendly staff, parking opposite the inn, highly recommended.

The steak tartare, roast beef onions, and apple fritters are brutal; they always taste great at Herrmann's. The prices are truly justified for the quality, which is often unavailable, and the portions are very generous.

A rustic inn. The food is very good and plentiful. Excellent value for money.

Good local food, plenty of outdoor seating. Smoking is allowed on the terrace which you might want to consider.

High price range, but completely justified

A truly fantastic restaurant. Excellent service, and the food is truly impressive. It tasted wonderful. If I'm ever hungry again, I'll definitely have to go there.

A typical German restaurant with a classic atmosphere, featuring lots of wood and well-arranged, comfortable tables. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and fast. The menu is quite varied, with typical local and international dishes, beautifully prepared and presented. The espresso is perhaps the only flaw; it tastes more like German coffee than espresso, but perhaps the local clientele prefers that.

We celebrated our civil wedding in the restaurant's beer garden. Communication with Hansi beforehand was absolutely straightforward, and all our requests were accommodated. At the reception itself, we had a beautifully decorated area in the beer garden, the service was very prompt and courteous, and the food, as always, was excellent.

Super friendly staff, delicious food, and a lovely beer garden! I had a cheeseburger with fries, and my wife had ratatouille with feta and rosemary potatoes. Both highly recommended.

The food was very tasty. They offered lunch menu with one vegetarian meal and one meal containing meat. It was also possible to order from their regular menu. The staff was friendly, however, they did not speak English very well. The menu was only in German.

The food was very good, the service was also excellent, but unfortunately, they don't serve any light wheat beer. A Bavarian beer garden without a light wheat beer? - sorry, but that's just not possible.

Yesterday, we ordered two cordon bleu and a fried chicken salad for pickup for the first time. I was greeted very politely on the phone. When I got home, the first thing I was impressed by was the lovely packaging of the food. The meat was delicious, cooked in the pan. The fried potatoes had a good flavor but could have been a bit more mushy. The salad was fresh and crispy, and the chicken was tender and crispy. Thank you very much, and see you soon 🌻!

A super nice beer garden, a very cozy atmosphere, and very attentive staff. The food was truly delicious (veal liver and Camembert burger, dessert: creme brulee and chocolate mousse). Great selection of good wines!

The Herrmann Restaurant impresses all around: The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making you feel immediately welcome. The schnitzel is truly first-class – crispy, juicy, and perfectly prepared. The home-style cuisine offers a lovely selection of classic dishes that are fresh and delicious. The ambiance is pleasant, with good lighting and a lovely outdoor seating area. The ample seating ensures that you'll always find a spot. The drinks menu is also excellent – from refreshing drinks to accompanying your meal, there's everything you need. For me, it's an all-round harmonious restaurant that I'm happy to recommend.

Hermann is a restaurant with a beer garden on the outskirts of Regensburg. Food: The dishes are delicious. Classics like the schnitzel are excellent and perfectly reasonable in price. Some dishes are slightly on the higher side, but the quality is also very good. Service: Very friendly and fast service. Atmosphere: The dining room has a classic design, in my opinion, and you feel at home. The beer garden is also very nice in the summer. We always enjoy coming back.

We stopped in for lunch. Interesting restaurant. There is a courtyard. The service is good, but apparently only one waiter knows English. There is no menu in English, a translator will help))) Everything was brought quite quickly. Everything was delicious, except for the pasta in my dish, it was just nothing))) The entrance to the toilet is very interestingly decorated, there is also a mother and child room. The atmosphere is cool, old people play games, relax, drink wine. I recommend stopping in if you are nearby.

I love it here. The menu changes constantly. The service is on point and precise like a Rolex. You can see that everyone has a professional understanding of their profession. The men in the waiting room, in particular, always impress. Today we had the Cordon Bleu with fried potatoes 10/10, my wife had the homemade Obatzter 10/10. And I had parsley dumplings with a superb cream sauce and chanterelles and morels. Since I love the sweet potato fries here so much, I ordered them as well. 11/10. I come to Hermanns often. From Christmas parties to my regular family restaurant. We've never been disappointed. Keep up the good work. Great service and great food.

Looks good inside and out. Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to eat. But if you, as a single person, can't find a seat in the "beer garden" at 6:20 p.m., or are sent away because reservations are available from 7 p.m. onwards... Well, then you're probably neither a true Bavarian beer garden nor do you want to make money. It has nothing to do with hospitality. But of course: 1 person at 1 table certainly doesn't generate enough revenue. Nevertheless: In Bavaria, "Ruck Ma zam!" Not here. The restaurant industry is probably doing better than you think. The pompous "But the gentleman this" and "But the gentleman that" don't make the whole thing any more believable. "The gentleman" now takes his money elsewhere, gives a fat tip there, and is happy about it.

Herrmann and his team are an experience. The menu reads as if you could order everything. We opted for vitello tonnato and a Caesar salad with shrimp. The meal was an excellent treat. The leg of lamb, Wiener schnitzel, or Regensburger Pfanne: all sound wonderful. The restaurant is clean and discreetly decorated. In the beer garden, you can sit under chestnut trees. When it suddenly started to rain, an umbrella was brought to our table without being asked—that's service. We look forward to our next visit.

Located just a few minutes from the A3 motorway, the Herrmann Restaurant was the perfect place for us to unwind. The atmosphere is very friendly, the food was excellent, and the ambiance under the old trees was relaxing. We'll definitely plan a stop here again on our next trip in this direction.

We recently dropped in spontaneously. We had the Regensburger Winzer-Pfand'l (winemaker's pan) and the ratatouille, and for dessert, the Apfelkuchenrl (apple cake) and the homemade chocolate mousse. We were delighted from the first to the last bite! The service was also extremely friendly and attentive. For years, Herrmanns has been offering the highest quality at a truly reasonable price. 👍

Reasonable portions. The food is tasty. Prices are higher, but not high... delicious asparagus cream. Wiener schnitzel too. Delicate zander…. Great service. Waiting time 15-20 minutes for a family of 4 at 2:30 p.m. There are few guests at the tables. Advantage: Parking above the intersection for guests. Super close. I recommend it on the road, but when you enter the center to visit Raryzbone - it's better to look for something in the old town ;-).

On our way back from Passau to Saarland, we were recommended this great restaurant on Google. The service was very nice and accommodating and a delicious asparagus cream soup was served and by far the best Wiener Schnitzel I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Anyone who has something to criticize about the food here no longer has all their cups in the cupboard. We had 4 different dishes. Then 4x desserts (photos). One better than the other. The price is absolutely justified given the quality, which unfortunately is no longer available in many other restaurants today. The employees are very attentive, friendly and quick. Yes, delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere with attentive, friendly service

On Valentine's Day we spontaneously visited the Herrmann as a group of 5 (call them 10 minutes in advance, we came there and were given three large, lovingly decorated tables in different guest rooms to choose from). The food, from salad, meat, vegetarian main course to dessert, was of top quality and taste and was served in generous portions with an aesthetic appeal. We were allowed to order desserts a few minutes before the kitchen closed. Mr. Beyer is a very attentive person with impeccable manners and class. His service was excellent without seeming fake and basically what you would expect in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Marie was also a pearl in the service with her warm, loving nature. We particularly remember the generous, friendly nature of the staff and we look forward to our next visit to the Herrmann. Thank you!

Good restaurant with friendly and fast service. As a family with two children, we felt very comfortable. Perfect meat dishes. The vegetarian burnt mushroom dish was a sad outlier.
