Great tavern. Very cozy with candlelight, a lovely owner, and very cheerful and friendly service. Beer is served chilled in a stoneware mug. Anyone who remembers the Druid from back then will be surprised 😁🥰 (The 3 stars weren't intentional; I made a mistake.)

Update 2025 Now 50 arrivals since 2012 – we are still thrilled with the atmosphere and the feeling of well-being we've achieved. We really like the new rooms (Nature). We admire the dedication with which the staff and Mr. Poth carry out their tasks during this challenging time (constantly full hotel and adherence to the COVID-19 regulations) – always friendly, courteous, and helpful. We were looking forward to cheese spaetzle, and after several attempts in Füssen, we finally found authentic, homemade, and flavorful spaetzle. Despite the restaurant being packed, the staff were friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thumbs up!

The food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff was so stressed and overwhelmed that they were getting in each other's way and serving the food was completely chaotic. We only received one of the two appetizers, but the salad was served twice. It took us over an hour to finally get our food. This hectic atmosphere made it difficult to feel comfortable, which was a real shame.
