Das Broeding ist für uns ein Slow-Food-Restaurant par excellence. Die drei Slow-Food-Prinzipien „gut, sauber und fair“ werden hier wirklich gelebt. Die Gerichte sind wunderbar, die Zutaten saisonal und regional – das schmeckt man! Auch der Service war durchweg herzlich, kompetent und professionell. Wir haben das Menü im ruhig-grünen hinteren Garten genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight war die alkoholfreie Weinbegleitung: kreativ, überraschend und perfekt auf die einzelnen Gänge abgestimmt. Dafür ein großes Kompliment!

„Es ist nicht nur der Wein, der spricht; es ist auch das Ambiente und die Menschen.“ Es kommt nicht oft vor, dass man in einem Restaurant Ruhe und gleichzeitig eine verspielte Atmosphäre spürt, aber dem Team von Broeding gelingt dies mit Bravour. Viele Restaurants können gut kochen, aber es mit Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit, Neugier und Begeisterung zu tun, ist eine seltene Kunst. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants fiel uns die charmante (eine gestreifte Säule, die sich auch auf der Speisekarte wiederfindet) und durchdachte Einrichtung auf (schalldämmende Elemente sind dezent an Wänden und in der Nähe der Fenster angebracht). All das wäre jedoch nichts wert, wenn die Speisekarte nicht genauso gelungen wäre wie die Einrichtung. Die Weinbegleitung ist ein absolutes Muss: Die Weine und alkoholfreien Getränke übertreffen alle Erwartungen und runden jedes Gericht perfekt ab. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass unsere Wachtel vielleicht 30 Sekunden länger auf dem Herd lag und dadurch einen Hauch von mehliger Konsistenz bekam, obwohl sie ansonsten zart und saftig war. Die Rote-Bete-Mille-feuille war recht angenehm, bis eine Beurre blanc ihre erdige Süße mit einem reichhaltigen, samtigen Abgang abrundete. Und obwohl mein gesamtes kulinarisches Erlebnis im Steireck in Vienne eine ganz andere Liga war, zeigte das Wildgericht im Broeding gleichermaßen Subtilität und Bravour; es erfordert viel Können, Sellerie so köstlich wie Pfifferlinge zuzubereiten. Mein Favorit des Abends war der absolut hinreißende Käsegang. Ich hatte nicht genau genug gelesen, also wiederholen Sie nicht meinen Fehler und analysieren Sie diese Beschreibung sorgfältig: „Ziegenkäse mit Rotkohl-Baiser und Senfkaviar.“ Was ich als einfache, aber raffinierte Käseplatte interpretiert hatte, wurde völlig auf den Kopf gestellt, als eine meisterhafte Nachbildung eines gefüllten Eis serviert wurde. Würzig-scharfer Senf durchdrang den cremigen Ziegenkäse mit genau der richtigen Würze, während knackig eingelegter Kohl und eine knusprige Kruste das Bild abrundeten. Das allein wäre schon genug gewesen, doch ein erstaunlicher, 30 Jahre alter Sherry – knochentrocken – setzte ein wie der durchdringende Ton einer Sopranistin über einem Chor. Auf dem Papier war der Sherry interessant, wenn auch etwas rätselhaft. Doch sobald sich die milchige Süße der Käse-Gurken-Kombination mit dem Wein verband, ergab alles Sinn. Das allein ist schon Grund genug für einen Besuch. Mehr als genug. Doch vom ersten Moment an, als wir Platz nahmen, versprühte Gottfried eine mitreißende Energie und Begeisterung für Speisen und Getränke, die das einfache Essen zu einem fesselnden Erlebnis machte. Die Liebe zu diesem Essen, seinem Team und seinen Gästen ist so spürbar, dass sie nicht nur Ihre Aufmerksamkeit, sondern auch Ihre Zuneigung verdient.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Hervorragender Service. Exzellenter Wein. Hervorragendes Essen. Ein wirklich toller Ort für einen schönen Abend.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Abend im Restaurant Broeding verbracht und unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert. Das Essen, der Service, das Dessert, die Weine und die alkoholfreien Cocktails waren allesamt fantastisch. Besonders angetan war ich von der sorgfältig zusammengestellten, hochwertigen und köstlichen Auswahl der alkoholfreien Cocktails! Ein wirklich besonderes kulinarisches Erlebnis zum Geburtstag meiner Frau. Das Personal war erstklassig, kompetent und freundlich. Die alkoholfreien Getränke waren absolut fantastisch – eine wirklich einzigartige Ergänzung zum durchdachten und köstlichen Menü.

Es ist immer wieder eine erfreuliche Erfahrung bei Broeding zu Gast zu sein. Die Essenqualität und der Einfallsreichtum der Küche ist sehr gut. Allerdings solle die nur verbal mitgeteilte "Wasser-flatrate" schon auch ausgepreist sein oder noch besser einfach gratis. Wenn man annähernd 200€ pro Person bezahlt, wäre es eine schöne Geste, wenn zumindest das (stille) Wasser (aus der Leitung) nicht auch noch mit 9€ auf der Rechnung stünde. Die Karaffe zu füllen und die Wassergläser zu spülen sollte jetzt nicht so der riesige Aufwand sein und in vielen Ländern der Welt - wo das Wasser nicht trinkbar aus der Leitung kommt - ist es eine Selbstverständlichkeit nichts für Wasser zum Essen zu bezahlen.

Das Lokal ist eigentlich gar nicht so hübsch eingerichtet aber lasst euch nicht täuschen, dahinter steckt soviel. WEINGÄSER (Wow) Essen auf Top Niveau. Eine Weinauswahl (SENSATIONELL) Natürlich nicht alles für den kleinen Geldbeutel. Die Harmonie von dem Menü 23.1.26 war der absolute Wahnsinn. Ich bin selber Koch aber diese Kombi von Fisch und Fleisch und die Aromen dazu Perfekt. DANKE an euch und euer Team. Wir haben erstklassig gespeist. Sowohl der Service als auch Ambiente und das Menu haben alle Sterne verdient, die man hier geben kann. Jeder Gang ein Hochgenuss in Slow-Food, der überrascht und in jeder Hinsicht positiv erstaunt. Leider nicht in der Preislage, die wir uns wöchentlich leisten können, aber wir hatten auch etwas ganz besonderes zu feiern. Besondere Beachtung verdient die Nicht-alkoholische Speisenbegleitung! Wahrlich eine Offenbarung! Der Kreativität scheinen hier überhaupt keine Grenzen gesetzt zu sein. Endlich fühle ich mich als Nichttrinkerin wirklich ernst genommen und muss nicht mit Kindergetränken oder Wasser vorlieb nehmen. Ich hoffe, dass diese Entwicklung Schule macht! Wir waren uns alle einig, noch nie in einer so entspannten Atmosphäre so gut gegessen und getrunken zu haben!

Jedes Mal, wenn ich hier essen gehe, werden meine Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern weit übertroffen. Atmosphäre & Konzept Schon beim Betreten spürt man die besondere Stimmung: stilvoll, reduziert und dennoch einladend. Die Einrichtung wirkt durchdacht, ohne aufgesetzt zu sein, und schafft ein Ambiente, das gleichermaßen entspannt wie edel ist. Das Konzept des Hauses ist klar und konsequent: Es gibt immer nur ein Menü, das saisonal wechselt und sich an den besten verfügbaren Produkten orientiert. Fine dining at Broeding is a true delight. In addition to an imaginative and delicious menu, Broeding wins my heart with its non-alcoholic beverage pairings. You'd hardly find such unusual and lovingly prepared drinks in a restaurant. We highly recommend everyone to skip the wine pairing and try the non-alcoholic one instead (but don't get me wrong, the table next to us was absolutely thrilled with the wine pairing). We wholeheartedly recommend it; we look forward to our next visit.

Fantastic! Food, wine, service—everything is just perfect here! We've known the Broeding since 2020. Our first stay was the last evening before the lockdown (a wonderful evening with champagne on the house, thanks again for that ☺️). Since then, we've enjoyed a dinner with wine pairing on every stay in Munich. And it's always a perfect evening!

We chose this restaurant as our extra special last meal of the holiday. We are both so very glad we did. All the staff we interacted with were very welcoming and knowledgeable. We didn't know when we booked, but all the staff spoke excellent English with us as well. The tasting menu was superb, with extra dishes that weren't on the menu too. Every dish was so well thought out and very tasty. I wouldn't normally request any meats to be cooked "well done", this was done for me due to being pregnant. The veal still melted in the mouth and tasted divine. The skin on the trout was perfectly crisp, while the trout itself remained succulent. My partner loved the paired wine menu as well as opting for the cheese dish. Each wine was explained to us and complimented his dishes well. The gentleman who created all of my alcohol free drinks is simply outstanding. The drinks were so much more special than any other alcohol free options I've tried so far. Wow. Thank you so much.

What an experience! From the very first moment, everything was perfect: The food was not only fresh, but also tasted of the highest quality – you can taste the quality of every single ingredient. The creative combinations and attention to detail on the plate are particularly noteworthy. The wine selection is excellent and presented with great expertise. Every drop was perfectly matched to the dishes and wonderfully rounded off the taste experience. The service? Simply fantastic! Friendly, attentive, but never intrusive – exactly as you would expect. We were truly disappointed. Tastes differ, but for half the price, you could have eaten and drunk like royalty at a good Italian restaurant in a cozy atmosphere. The origin and quality of the products used can be as good as they come, but if the food on your plate doesn't really whet your appetite, it doesn't really leave you wanting more. The ambiance isn't very intimate or comfortable, with no (quiet) background music, and you sit rather hard on solid wood chairs with thin felt cushions. A candle, at least. The atmosphere was simply unpleasant for me and us – but once you've ordered x courses and are looking forward to the evening, you don't want to leave right away. Service: very friendly for drinks at one point, but otherwise very busy. The menu selection was completely chaotic at the beginning. Instead of presenting us with various options and explaining possible mix-and-match options, we're supposed to figure out the menu system ourselves so we don't end up getting something we don't want? The food, in particular, was presented by a young gentleman: he rattled off the food in a completely listless and barely understandable way, and we had to ask several times what exactly it was. I come here because everyone here is as passionate about food as I am (and I'm paying several hundred euros for it?)? Maybe we just had a bad evening, but we can't begin to explain the good reviews - we certainly won't be coming back anytime soon. An expensive, somewhat stressful evening. What a shame :(

We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door and the food, service and depth of knowledge about the wine and vineyards was a pleasurable bonus. One of us was not drinking alcohol and the range and quality of the carefully crafted non-alcoholic drinks was very special. Months of effort and care went into the ingredients and they were delicious. We will be going back the next time we are in Munich.

The concept of a daily changing menu without a menu card won us over – simple, well-thought-out, and focused on the essentials: culinary delights of the highest quality. You don't just feel like a guest, but truly welcome – with a keen sense of personal service, without any intrusiveness. An absolute highlight for us was the non-alcoholic beverage pairing – creative, surprising, and perfectly matched to each course. This demonstrates genuine passion and craftsmanship that is rarely found in this form. In short: a place that impresses with its simplicity, depth, and genuine hospitality. My friend's family is from Styria and is very wine-loving – the sommelier clearly surpassed them with his knowledge. We'll definitely be back!

Este es un excelente restaurante de comida lenta para comensales individuales o grupos. Hubo varias cosas que destacaron: 1 . Los dos servidores también eran expertos en las bebidas que servían. Conseguí los maridajes sin alcohol y cada bebida fue sacada por la persona que hizo la bebida y que me proporcionó explicaciones detalladas del proceso. Todas las bebidas sin alcohol eran únicas, incluyendo una hecha de heno tostado especial y manzanas y estaban tan cuidadosamente maridadas como los excelentes vinos. 2 . Nos animaron a disfrutar de una cena lenta. Después de cada curso, se nos preguntó específicamente si nos gustaría hacer una pausa antes de que el próximo curso saliera. Mientras estábamos fuera después de las 2. 5 horas, vimos a varios comensales optando por ir más despacio. 3 . Los comensales solos son bienvenidos. Esto es algo que recordaré si vuelvo a Munich por mi cuenta por trabajo. 4 . Tarifa plana razonable para el agua (espumosa o quieta) - - Creo que era solo 3. 50 euros. Sólo tengo unas pocas críticas menores. El pan que se sacó estaba bien, pero no del mismo calibre que el resto de la comida. Las migas nunca se quitaban del camino. Y la granita que vino antes del postre era un poco dura en textura (lo que hace que sea difícil de comer). Pero estas son pequeñas críticas para una deliciosa comida de cuatro platos que costó 300 euros para dos personas.

Este pequeño restaurante es la perfección, una verdadera joya. Tuvimos una de nuestras mejores cenas aquí. Tienen un menú fijo y pedimos el menú de 3 platos, entendiendo que podríamos añadir cursos adicionales si así lo deseamos. Tenían vinos encantadores, y seleccioné de sus botellas abiertas, con servidores expertos asesorando. El primer plato fue un pastrami en rodajas finas (el menú cambia cada semana), que nos encantó. Segundo, una ternera que se derritió en tu boca deliciosa. Luego un limpiador de paladar de un sorbete de albahaca/menta/lima (increíble). Postre de un donut amigo que nos hizo sonreír. El personal era encantador y humano. Uno de los dos mejores lugares donde cenamos en Munich. Elegimos Broeding ya que entendíamos que a los lugareños les encantó y fue para los amantes de la comida (muy cierto). Bravo, restaurante Broeding. Nunca olvidaremos lo de anoche.

We ate there at the weekend. Super great! Excellent food, excellent wine pairing, excellent service! The absolute highlight was the 'non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment' to the meal. We couldn't say whether the wine drinkers or non-wine drinkers had it better.🥰Definitely a place to come back and we wish this restaurant and its team continued success.🍀

Pro: Very good food and top service. Exceptionally good non-alcoholic wine accompaniment that we have never experienced anywhere else. Cons: Chairs are too uncomfortable in the long run, the ambience should be more chill in terms of lighting and acoustics: it is still too bright and too loud when the restaurant is full. Given the culinary level and price level, this should be improved.

We were a group of 6 people and treated ourselves to the 5-course menu with non-alcoholic drinking accompaniment. The food was a poem, especially the lamb for the main course. But the drinks were an experience - homemade drinks, with detailed explanations of what is included and how the drink is made. Really very good drinks with interesting stories. Of course, all of this comes at a price, but it is also worth it. We will certainly do this again.

The service was fantastic, extremely competent and very attentive. The food was very tasty, very sustainable approach - everything is processed from animals. Menu changes every day, you have to eat it. This means you learn a lot of new things, but it doesn't always suit everyone's taste. The light in the restaurant was very bright, there was no candle or flower at the table, you have to like this clean style. All in all a successful evening, with a good selection of wines.

Good food at fair prices. The schnitzel was crispy and tasty, and the side dishes were fresh. The waiter was a bit stressed, but still friendly. The furnishings are not super modern, but they are comfortable. I'll definitely come back.

This was my first time at a restaurant in this price-point, and I was definitely not disappointed. I had the 3-course menu and the food was absolutely delicious, perhaps one of the best meals I've ever had. You can really taste the freshness and the flavour combinations were out of this world. The friendly and knowledgeable servers were the cherry on top. Highly recommend for a special night out!

I have eaten here 2 times before and this time I was disappointed. Food was ok, nothing really out of the ordinary-but the service was a complete disaster, we had to repeat things and orders, they told us things that were not true: like if you have more courses the size of the dishes is smaller, which wasnt true as we compared with table next to us, the lady kept ibsisting on getting me a non-alcoholic drink even if I said 4 times I am fine with water....wont be back;

Great place. Wines are focused on Austria and are of high standards. The food is also of the highest quality. Local and seasonally you are offered the best. In a nice atmosphere with a focussed and knowledgeable team. Worth driving to Munich for!

We had dinner at Broeding a week ago. The menu actually deserves more than 5 stars! The atmosphere was very pleasant and the whole team is very friendly and extremely personable! Extra requests were also responded to in an absolutely courteous manner. Not to be forgotten is the excellent wine selection. All in all, Broeding is an absolute top restaurant that is a pleasure to visit!

Geschmacklich war es für uns kein Highlight. Sehr helle und laute Atmosphäre. Ein Esslöffel Petersilienwurzelpüree zu einem mehr als doppelt so großen, geschmorten Kalb war als Sättigungsbeilage wenig. Unserer Meinung nach stimmte Preis/Leistung leider nicht.

The fact that they constantly tweaked the dishes throughout the week, so no two nights are exactly the same shows the level of commitment that has versions of flavors that complement each each other and way that was possible. The wines we had were ones you’ve never had before, rare, and one case not even made anymore and they were incredible. Pairing them with each dish- next level.

El servicio era muy amable, y la comida encantadora. El maridaje de vinos fue increíble y nos expuso a vinos que nunca habíamos encontrado anteriormente. El mejor mousse de chocolate que he probado. Das war eine gute Idee, denn es war ein wirklich in jeder Hinsicht großartiger Abend: Freundlicher Empfang, angenehme Atmosphäre, kreative schmackhafte Gänge und eine unterhaltsam zelebrierte Weinbegleitung. I don’t know how to explain how incredible Broeding is. From the impeccable food to the perfect wine pairings, everything was remarkable. Just walk in and let them bring you on an amazing experience. Absolutely earned the Michelin rating - no hype here, just amazing food and wine!

During my recent trip to Europe, I had the pleasure of dining at a remarkable restaurant in Munich that completely exceeded my expectations. Despite not having a reservation, it felt as though fate led me to one of the best meals of my life. On our first night in Munich, we were warmly welcomed by Michael, who provided us with an exceptional private dining experience. He was attentive to our every need, even coordinating with the talented chef to adjust the menu according to our dietary preferences. Michael’s professionalism, humor, and overall attentiveness made the evening truly special. The owner, who was absolutely charming, also took the time to check in on us, ensuring that we were thoroughly enjoying ourselves. As for the food, it was simply outstanding. The restaurant features a rotating menu, and although I’ve dined at other top establishments, including Michelin-starred ones, this experience stood out. The meal was not only exquisitely fancy but also incredibly flavorful. By the end of the evening, we all agreed that it might just have been one of the best meals we’ve ever had.

On July 19th we had the pleasure of dining at Broeding in Munich and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. This evening deserves a solid 5 star rating! Culinary Experience: Broeding is known for its outstanding cuisine, and our 5-course meal was simply outstanding. Each course was a flavor explosion, carefully prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menus change daily, which guarantees the freshness and creativity of the dishes. Every dish was a work of art on the plate. Wine selection: Another highlight was the wine selection. The wines were perfectly matched to the individual courses and came mainly from Austria. The sommeliers at Broeding know their craft. The wine accompaniment was the icing on the cake and rounded off the culinary experience. Service: The service at Broeding was first class. The staff was attentive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We felt we were well looked after from start to finish and our every wish was fulfilled immediately. There is no unnecessary booth magic, but the focus is on the cuisine and the products - and you can feel that in every moment. Ambiance: The ambience at Broeding is cozy and stylish. The restaurant is located in an unassuming building, but as soon as you enter you are greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is the perfect place to spend a special evening, be it a romantic dinner or a special occasion. Overall, our evening at Broeding was an unforgettable experience that we can highly recommend to every foodie. Broeding proves that great cuisine doesn't need showmanship, but rather impresses with quality and passion. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We were unfortunately disappointed with our dinner at Broeding. We informed the restaurant in advance that one of our party of 3 does not eat fish and expected to receive delicious alternatives - he got bland Tofu and Radicchio course - as a meat loving non-vegan was disappointed.

Broeding is always worth a visit; Everything is just right here: the cuisine, the wine pairing, the service. Not exactly cheap, but still a pleasure.

Hier passte wirklich alles! Herzlicher Empfang und sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Exzellentes Menü, serviert von wunderbar freundlichen Menschen. Eine perfekte Weinbegleitung vom Sommelier bestens präsentiert und erläutert, genau wie man es sich wünscht. Alles war einfach hervorragend, auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Haben gestern bereits das zweite Mal unseren Hochzeitstag dort verbracht. Sowohl die Menüauswahl als auch die exzellente Weinbegleitung werden uns mit Sicherheit wieder dorthin führen! Der Service ist zuvorkommend, unaufdringlich, hochprofessionell. Der Sommelier ist ein echter Kenner mit Leidenschaft für sein Gebiet und die ausergewöhnliche experimentierfreudige und absolut schmackhafte Küche wird uns noch lange im Gaumen nachklingen. Vielen Dank für einen weiteren besonderen Abend, der uns noch lange im Gedächtnis bleiben wird!

The fundamentals are all there, beautifully prepared locally sourced food, surprising but beautiful flavour combinations, outstanding service and a relaxed stylish dining experience. What elevated it was the effort to accommodate our party at very short notice when the restaurant was fully booked and to find ways to adapt to our guests dietary requirements. We only tried the 3 course tasting menu which left none of us hungry but I am keen to try the full 5/6 course next time, Highly recommended

We took a five course menu with wine pairing. Amazing choice of wines, knowledgeable staff and delicious food. The only thing that was missing for me is a bit of creativity in flavours, but all in all - very good.

Eines der besten Restaurants in München. Von uns favorisierte Besuchszeit ist im Sommer im lauschigen Innenhof. Die Wein- oder auch alkoholfreie Begleitung des Menus ist die eigentlich herausragende Leistung dieses Restaurants. Perfekt zum Essen abgestimmte Getränke sind hier Pflicht. Der Service ist nur mit Sterneküche zu vergleichen. Dies trifft auch den einzigen Kritikpunkt: Das Preisniveau orientiert sich an Sterne-Restaurants, 2022 haben die Preise weiter angezogen. 200 Eur p.P. sind inzwischen schnell überschritten. Wem das egal ist, macht hier definitiv nichts verkehrt.

Fine dining in Neuhausen! Passing by on a residential street, you’ll never expect such a lively and fine restaurant behind the unspectacular house facade. What can you expect? A 5-6 courses with tasteful dishes and accompanying wine. The interior is simple and plain, the service is courteous and friendly. The restaurant is lead by two Austrians, therefore you’ll get exclusive Austrian wine of Austrian wine-growing regions there. The 6 courses menu started with a steamed veal wantan with chicory and radish. The wantan had an incredibly delicate taste and the lightly fried chicory was a bit smoky which matched perfectly. The taste of the dish was rounded off with an intense peanut/nut paste and a crunchy seaweed chip. It followed with a filled zucchini blossom with chanterelles and verbena. Not just beautiful for the eye. Everything was perfectly coordinated. It tasted incredibly tender. Afterwards we had Rainbow trout with parsley root and lemon verbena. The main course was a top dish of Poltinger lamb with smoky peppers, onion confit and filled eggplant. Incredible tasteful and served with a strong red wine. The Alpine cheese from Affineur jamei with figs and brown bread in-between was a light course and made you already curious about the next dish. The crowning glory of the evening was an almond cake and white chocolate mousse with plums. The accompanying wine was always matched perfectly to the nuances of the different flavours. All in all a great dining experience! Important: If you want the menu served with accompanying wine, you’ll need to ask for that on an explicit way, otherwise you just get any wine served which doesn’t really match with the dish. Tip: Come and have the smaller 3-course evening meal (limited stay until 7:30 p.m.).

Wir sind immer noch völlig begeistert von dem herausragenden Abend hier. Ein kleines, feines Restaurant (unbedingt reservieren!) mit stets einem Menü des Tages im Angebot. Unbedingt die Weinbegleitung dazu genießen - ein absolutes Gedicht (und die begleitenden Infos und Geschichten zu jedem Wein einfach toll)! Die Speisen waren wunderbar präsentiert, von exzellenter Qualität und geschmacklich hervorragend. Das gesamte Team haben wir als unheimlich engagiert empfunden - alle waren mit sehr viel Passion bei der Sache. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

We did the chef tasting menu.. Didn't even read what was on it and definitely was worth it! Some of the items served together we thought would be strange but everything was really good flavours blended well! Thanks chef. They serve Augustiner here in a nice wine glass.

Hervorragende und liebevoll gestaltete Gerichte, sehr aufmerksamer und zu keiner Zeit aufdringlicher Service, exzellente Weine und immer eine schöne Geschichte vom Sommelier dazu, wenn man sie denn wünscht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Großartiges Essen in sehr entspannter Atmosphäre. Selbstverständlich etwas teurer, aber wer sich mal was gönnen will und dabei auch noch Regionalität und Kreativität der Köche und Produzenten unterstützen will, der ist hier an der richtigen Adresse!

Das Bröding ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit einer tollen Weinkarte. Der Service war sehr gut. Was uns allerdings überhaupt nicht gefallen hat war der Schanigarten. Da kommt leider wenig Stimmung auf. Eine Tischdecke würde den Tischen gut tun.

Food was awesome and absolutely fair for the price. The wines are amazing and the stuff is really great. Location and stuff remembers me to Berlin or Lyon, not the typical Munich way, more relaxt and the garden behind is fantastic! Perfect for a business talk or a romantic dinner!

Immer noch eines der besten Restaurants in Neuhausen, wenn nicht sogar in München. Sowohl das Essen als auch die kompetente Weinberatungen sind ja top. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der lockere Umgang trotz des hochwertigen Essens und der super Wein Auswahl.

Great place for a fine dining experience in Munich. On a weekend break and decided to experience a finer dining restaurant on the Saturday. Small/cosy place, staff very friendly and knowledgable. English menu available. The food speaks for itself. More affordable fine dining than the actual Michelin starred restaurants and would definitely return. Different menu daily/weekly.

Mehrere Gerichte waren sehr gut. Der Service ließ aber erheblich zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten einen ganzen Gang nichts zu trinken, während die Sommeliers Gläser geputzt haben. Obwohl ich das Besteck so hingelegt hatte, dass ich noch nicht fertig war, nahm mir einer von Ihnen ohne zu fragen den Teller weg. Das sind gravierende Minuspunkte, die in einem Lokal dieser Art nicht passieren dürfen.

Had the 6 course degustation menu with wine pairing. The different courses were individually exquisite and were all nicely complemented by the wines. The quality of the food and wine was according to the highest standards, and everything was delivered with a short explanation of what was being served. Perfect experience, we will definitely go again!

Pésimo servicio desde la recepción al lugar, la comida fue horrible y mas que mediocre, el servicio súper lento para 6 tiempos tardaron más de 3hrs (prácticamente 35min de espera por cada platillo)

Great service, we went for the 6 course meal with wine service and thoroughly enjoyed it. The meals were plenty individual and interesting while the choices of wine fit perfectly and were well presented. Simple decor and meal descriptions not overdone.

Sehr gutes Restaurant, definitiv gehobene Liga! Ich hatte vorab ein Veganes Menü bestellt. Die Gänge waren hervorragend.

Immer wieder ein Erlebnis! Wir haben so viele Restaurants mit gehobener Küche bereits getestet - ans Broeding kam mit Abstand keines davon heran! Meine beste Freundin und ich schenken uns nichts mehr zum Geburtstag sondern gönnen uns jährlich das tolle Broeding-Erlebnis. Das Essen ist grandios und hat uns bereits mehrfach mit Zutaten überrascht, die wir eigentlich nicht mochten und in den Kompositionen aus der Küche völlig neu entdecken durften. Sowohl die Weinbegleitung als auch die alkoholfreie Begleitung sind ein absoluter Genuss, somit verzichtet man selbst als Fahrer auf rein gar nichts.

Nach etlichen Jahren mal wieder im Broeding. Insgesamt eine wiederum tolle Erfahrung. Sehr leckeres Essen mit einem mal etwas anderen Geschmackserlebnis. Sehr aufmerksamer Service mit einem wunderbar erklärenden Sommelier Matthias Hegele. Das Menu ist für alle gleich, aber es wird höflich nach Unverträglichkeiten oder Vorlieben gefragt. Gerne wieder.
