You can't complain about that. We were treated more than just friendly. The food was great. Prices are reasonable for the ambience and service and food. We'll be back. A little tip. Try the warm sake. I didn't know it was so delicious. I'll drink it again when I'm there.

Presentation and quality of the food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. We really liked the atmosphere and the fact that we could take our dog with us was an extra plus point.

Unfortunately it was far too warm. It took the service staff a very long time just to take the order and everyone was extremely overwhelmed. The food we ordered had a strange aftertaste. All in all, unfortunately a bad experience.

From the moment we walked in, we was greeted and welcomed. We loved the food, ohhhha and their Mojito was just so delish! Everything we had was good and on point. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Mr. Heng was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, quick to attend to our request and always, always had a smile on his face! He made sure to take care of our girl ans that was a major plus for us!

Sushi was okay but not the best I've ever had. Drinks were good, but what disappointed was the service. It took almost 20 minutes after being seated for someone to ask what we would like to drink. It was our anniversary and I'll say, overall it was good but it wasn't worth the money.

Very fast service, very tasty food and very friendly service always make a visit to Cocoon an experience. Our highlight is the deluxe grill plate for two, meat, seafood and fish prepared with a lot of love.

This restaurant is one of the best Asian restaurants I've been to so far. The food tastes excellent and is presented very nicely. The eye eats accordingly. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant is very nicely and comfortably furnished. A place to eat excellently and feel good.

Unfortunately, the vegan sushi selection is not yet fully developed, but you can have all vegetarian dishes adapted accordingly. I'm looking forward to real vegan versions. The reception in this restaurant is excellent and you feel very comfortable. The interior and lighting are very comfortable and the service is always very friendly. Even if you just pick up your food for a short time, you will be provided with a drink here. Overall, highly recommended.

Food was far too little for the price, you can forget about getting full The taste is more interesting than tasty, I would rather go to a normal Chinese snack bar, at least it tastes good there. We wanted to finish our drinks in peace and had reserved the table for a long time, but as soon as we had eaten we started to get stares asking us to leave. The highlight was when we had to take the fortune cookies long before paying and everyone could read the look that we didn't need anymore. Once and never again. Ambience was fine

The food is very good, the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, what bothers me is the unfavorably overloaded decoration. This could be reduced a lot for some dishes. On the one hand, this would make handling easier and also relieve the workload on the staff because the plates are much lighter and cleaning is not so time-consuming.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Amberg, the food is so tasty and fresh. The staff are friendly and all speak English (the menu is also in English. I visited twice this trip once with business colleagues and once with a friend, both times were amazing. Well worth a visit and a little different to the normal meat heavy Bavarian restaurants.

Today I came there with my girlfriend. It was great, the restaurant was nice, and the food was delicious.

Yesterday's visit to "fine Asian cuisine". However, it was anything but fine. At the beginning you were told loudly that you could only stay here for an hour and a half. Absolute impudence in my eyes. So you immediately felt like you were in mass processing, which means anything but "fine" - I can also say that harshly about McDonald's... Starter: there was nothing to complain about here... Main course: was a little too much in my opinion, but you can't complain here either. Dessert: Also good. The food was good. Unfortunately, there is also another massive point of criticism that massively disrupted our ambience. I don't understand why you can pick up food here and you get a place where you have people running back and forth next door to pick up your food all the time, so the noise level was high! There was a queue of 8 people waiting to pick up their food, next to our table where you actually want to enjoy your meal in peace! In addition, the waiters also passed by. It didn't meet our expectations and we will avoid this restaurant in the future. Good idea, bad implementation! Looks really good -> Interior is great, staff is nice but sometimes overwhelmed, but the ambience suffered the most because of the people who picked up their orders.

Absolutely wonderful made reservations for 2030 got there early was seated by 2010. Food was fair priced an just delicious. Would highly recommend for a nice quiet date night or special occasion

The food in the restaurant was excellent, the atmosphere was very appealing and the music was appropriate. Unfortunately the tables and space were a bit too small. The biggest drawback, however, was the disappointing service - extremely unfriendly, not attentive and not helpful. This greatly affected my experience, even though I generally appreciate the store. A pity.

Mega!! I come here with my girlfriend about 4 times a year. There's no reason it doesn't fit. We just want it to stay special. We always eat sushi because it simply tastes the best. This is where I got to know and love it. I don't eat sushi anywhere else except here. We will keep coming back!! We recommend.

One of the best Chinese in Amberg.

The food and ambience was good. I was just disappointed that the soy sauce was watered down. It was watery and also showed fatty eyes. I mentioned it but was denied and ignored. ☹️ Too bad

Sehr tolles Ambiente. Das Essen ist sehr gut und zur Mittagszeit bekommt man zusätzlich zum Essen noch eine zufällige Nachspeise. Die Portionen sind für ihren Preis absolut angemessen.

Hab einmal mit ner Freundin hier bestellt und abgeholz, ging alles super und schnell. Kam dort an und der erste Eindruck war nur Wow. Personal mitunter das freundlichste was ich bisher erlebt hab, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr entspannt. Gerade für Dates etc sicher perfekt dank der wirklich gemütlichen und warmen Atmosphäre SEHR Empfehlenswert 💯💯💯

Update 2024: weiterhin unangefochtenes Sushi Restaurant Zu Feiertagen bekommen die Gäste ein Geschenk: Muttertag Sushi Stäbchen, Valentinstag eine Rose, Neujahr eine Flasche japanischen Wein (oder Schnaps?) Super Idee und super Service!

Super, Wahnsinn, Mega, das beste was Amberg an Sushi zu bieten hat einfach unglaublich, toller Laden, super Atmosphäre, tolles Ambiente, Personal super freundlich und nett, Speisen Auswahl super, von Vorspeise über Hauptgang, Dessert, und verschiedene Cocktails alles dabei, alles super frisch, toll zubereitet, sehr schmackhaft und super angerichtet, sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Beste asiatische Restaurant in dem ich bisher war & eins neiner Lieblingsrestaurants. Der Service ist mehr als super - an Geburtstagen wird der Nachtisch richtig schön angerichtet & auch gerne ein Geburtstagslied angemacht. Das Essen ist mehr als gut, besonders die Fischgerichte. Das Ambiente & die Atmosphäre sind ebenfalls super! Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
