Sehr gutes Fleisch kann man hier essen in uriger Atmosphäre. Service ist freundlich und schnell. Für jeden Fleischliebhaber sehr zu empfehlen.

Waren zu 7 da. Sehr schnelle Bedienung und das Essen war eim Traum. Sehr fleischlastig was uns allen sehr gefallen hat. Große Portionen und normale Preise.

Ausprobiert und immer wieder gerne. Alle super freundlich. Die Platte für 2 ist eine Herausforderung, denke da werden auch 4 satt wenn man "normal" isst...

Äußerst unhöflich! Sie machten sich darüber lustig, dass wir unseren Hund mit auf die Terrasse genommen hatten. Wir durften uns hinsetzen und bestellen, nur um dann zu erfahren, dass sie ausschließlich Bargeld akzeptieren. Wir stornierten die Bestellung und gingen. Verschwenden Sie nicht Ihre Zeit! Schrecklicher Service!

Kurz gesagt, Plata für 4 Personen ist top... Qualität, Preis, die Zubereitung ist kinderleicht und vor allem ist es im Gegensatz zu anderen Grillgerichten überhaupt nicht kompliziert. Mein persönlicher Favorit... Die Pfannkuchen sind nach dem Grillen perfekt, hausgemacht wie alles andere... Ich bin rundum zufrieden und komme gerne wieder... Ich bin froh, dass ich dort war, es probiert habe und komme gerne wieder...

Große Portionen und wirklich sehr lecker. Dafür sind die Preise in Ordnung. Die Räume sind nett dekoriert, aber insgesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wen das nicht stört, wird bestens bedient und da gibt's nix zu meckern.

Ein wunderschönes Familienrestaurant in Nürnberg, spezialisiert auf Balkan-Küche 🍽️. Es ist ein familiengeführtes Restaurant, und die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Balkan Teller mit Balkan-Rum sehr genossen. Für Vegetarier empfehle ich den Hühnchen Teller (mit Reis). Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön und das Restaurant ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet 😍. Sehr empfehlenswert, da es vom Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof aus leicht zu erreichen ist. (P.S.: Das Restaurant verfügt auch über eine Toilette.)

Four of us dined at the Bslkan Grill after making a reservation, our first indoor dining experience. It was very clean and attractively decorated, with tables that accommodated 2 to 10 people, all offering comfortable seating. The service was very fast, friendly, and attentive. The food and drinks were excellent, and the prices were definitely reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely return.

Well, I was there with my two daughters. The service was terrible... a bit expensive. Then there was the food. You can tell it's all frozen. We paid 68 euros for some bad service and the food wasn't very good. I don't recommend it.

One of the best restaurants in Nuremberg. Warm family atmosphere, delicious food and pleasant service. I recommend the Balkan plate (for 2-4 people) with cevaptici, pljeskavica and other delicacies. If on the weekend, it is better to book a table in advance. The place is popular. I recommend.

The cevaps were very tasty, the djuvec rice was a bit unseasoned but OK. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was just like it used to be (no offense intended), and the price was perfectly reasonable.

Great Balkan grill with good food

September 10, 2025 - 6:30 p.m. > We were here for a birthday party. We ordered the grilled platter for four people. Unfortunately, the wait for the food was a very long 72 minutes. The plate was beautifully presented and looked good. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm and no longer hot. The taste was OK and average, but not something that would make a repeat visit worthwhile. It simply lacked the Balkan flavor I know and expect. In terms of ambiance, the restaurant is tastelessly mixed and stalely decorated. Unfortunately, not worth a second visit for me.

We went to Balkan Grill today. Easy to reach by public transport and in a lovely, quiet location. Service was attentive and drinks came quickly. The food was fantastic and came quickly despite the tables being occupied. The meat was juicy and the Chevapcici were grilled very well. The Ayvar was a poem and fit perfectly. You could taste that the rice itself was made fresh. We sat outside and enjoyed the evening sun. A real tip!

Anyone who appreciates Balkan cuisine is in good hands here. Delicious and very rich food at fair prices. The service is friendly and just nice. Conclusion: I would love to come back.

Great, delicious food. From various meats, to salads, to buns, different spreads, ljutenica and cream, without any complaints. The homemade brandy is also commendable. And the owners are real hosts. It's not the first time we stopped by, ate and had a good time, and it certainly won't be the last.

As a former Chef myself I have to say my first time at Balkan Grill was first class, service was fantastic, staff were all so polite, welcoming and happy. The food was fast to the table and cooked to perfection, I simply cannot fault Balkan Grill. 10 out of 10.

It was tasty, but oh well... Getting a mixed plate consisting of two small cevapcici, a minced meat steak, a thin sausage, a small slice of bacon and a few fries for 14.50 euros is just way too expensive. There was also a 0.33 liter cola for 4 euros. In total I paid 18.50 euros and the price-performance ratio is really bad. The taste is okay, but definitely not worth the money.

We had the Toplica plate for 4 and we were allowed to take the rest with us. It was super tasty and tasty and the meat was freshly grilled. The salads are crunchy. There was free ketchup for the kids and we also got dips. There is also Rakija and Kuvana rakija, so hot rakija (like mulled wine only with rakija for 4 euros) is really good and you should try it in the cold times. The atmosphere is super authentic and there is something to discover everywhere. The hosts are super nice and accommodating. Speak Serbian and of course German. Always my pleasure!

I went to the Balkan Grill for the first time last night. And I have to say I was super, super positively surprised. Very, very nice hosts and a great menu. The prices are also completely ok for Nuremberg. And the drink prices too. The only thing that isn't so great, but the restaurant can't help it, is the parking situation. I'd love to come back.

I think the food is good, but as the prices have increased, the portions have shrunk. Very very little salad, there was a lot more a few years ago, and the “kajmak” seems like a simple tzatziki to me. But overall the best in the southern part of town

Super restaurant with good food, mostly specialties with meat. Homemade brandy and homemade beer and wine. Warm home atmosphere and pleasant staff. Fast service and normal prices. Reservation is recommended because it is usually full. I recommend it to all gourmets.

A very nice restaurant with really friendly staff. The food is excellent, we and our children really enjoyed it. The portions are just right. We drove almost an hour for this and it was really worth it. See you next time.

This evening we were guests there for the first time with our dog and luckily we had made a reservation. We were courteously seated and served. The food made us completely happy. The plates are a feast for the eyes and for the stomach anyway. Price performance correct. We will definitely make the journey from the northern part of the city again
