Great, delicious food. From various meats, to salads, to buns, different spreads, ljutenica and cream, without any complaints. The homemade brandy is also commendable. And the owners are real hosts. It's not the first time we stopped by, ate and had a good time, and it certainly won't be the last.

As a former Chef myself I have to say my first time at Balkan Grill was first class, service was fantastic, staff were all so polite, welcoming and happy. The food was fast to the table and cooked to perfection, I simply cannot fault Balkan Grill. 10 out of 10.

It was tasty, but oh well... Getting a mixed plate consisting of two small cevapcici, a minced meat steak, a thin sausage, a small slice of bacon and a few fries for 14.50 euros is just way too expensive. There was also a 0.33 liter cola for 4 euros. In total I paid 18.50 euros and the price-performance ratio is really bad. The taste is okay, but definitely not worth the money.

We had the Toplica plate for 4 and we were allowed to take the rest with us. It was super tasty and tasty and the meat was freshly grilled. The salads are crunchy. There was free ketchup for the kids and we also got dips. There is also Rakija and Kuvana rakija, so hot rakija (like mulled wine only with rakija for 4 euros) is really good and you should try it in the cold times. The atmosphere is super authentic and there is something to discover everywhere. The hosts are super nice and accommodating. Speak Serbian and of course German. Always my pleasure!

I went to the Balkan Grill for the first time last night. And I have to say I was super, super positively surprised. Very, very nice hosts and a great menu. The prices are also completely ok for Nuremberg. And the drink prices too. The only thing that isn't so great, but the restaurant can't help it, is the parking situation. I'd love to come back.

I think the food is good, but as the prices have increased, the portions have shrunk. Very very little salad, there was a lot more a few years ago, and the “kajmak” seems like a simple tzatziki to me. But overall the best in the southern part of town

Super restaurant with good food, mostly specialties with meat. Homemade brandy and homemade beer and wine. Warm home atmosphere and pleasant staff. Fast service and normal prices. Reservation is recommended because it is usually full. I recommend it to all gourmets.

A very nice restaurant with really friendly staff. The food is excellent, we and our children really enjoyed it. The portions are just right. We drove almost an hour for this and it was really worth it. See you next time.

This evening we were guests there for the first time with our dog and luckily we had made a reservation. We were courteously seated and served. The food made us completely happy. The plates are a feast for the eyes and for the stomach anyway. Price performance correct. We will definitely make the journey from the northern part of the city again

Not the only one in the area, BUT definitely the best Balkan grill in the southern part of the city. If not even in Nuremberg. Fresh, delicious Balkan specialties. The Toplica record really packs a punch. In the photo the variant for 4 people. This will definitely feed 5 to 6 people. Additional plates will be charged at 2 euros. I think it's fair and it's transparently labeled as a robber's plate on the menu. And please note that no card payment is possible. My conclusion is: definitely worth it 👍🏼

Came from Erlangen to kiss a door. You could inform your coustomers that you have Vacation and that you're closed. Such a shame!

Unfortunately, the restaurant failed to note its vacation time. According to Google it is open. So I walked there for half an hour in vain. We will also be crossing the store off our "to visit" list.

It's just a holiday for the grocery store. All dishes are absolutely authentic with 100% taste. Not a single false note from the kitchen. Starting with the freshest kajmak, Shopska salad and ending with a compliment from the establishment - a portion of excellent plum brandy. Friendly smiling staff, and, what, in my opinion, the most important thing is the complete absence of kitchen odors.

It was raining at the moment, so the dry places outside were already occupied. Rustic, unobtrusive furnishings in the restaurant. The service was quick and very friendly. The portions are decent and visually appealing. The meat and side dishes look and taste fresh. However, the taste is very neutral. At the end there was a schnapps.

They have a seat for small children, they are very friendly with children. The owners of the restaurant are Serbs (I think), they also serve you. They are very welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious, very varied, and fresh. Balnica cuisine is the best!!! 5 stars for service, reception, food and treatment. For the atmosphere 3 stars, that's how I went everywhere, I think that in Germany there is a problem with the music in restaurants, it could have been played slowly, so that I could no longer hear the person at the next table clapping and what is he talking about🙈😊✨

A small but authentic restaurant with top Balkan cuisine. The innkeepers are very friendly and accommodating. We always order the Balkan plate and it is divine. The only negative point is the lack of parking spaces around the restaurant.

A really great restaurant with original Serbian character! The rooms are very well maintained, clean, rustic but not old-fashioned! You immediately feel at home here, the staff is quick, friendly and always smiling. The food is also really tasty. There are large portions for the prices. The cooking is fresh, nothing here looks like it comes from a can! You can only pay in cash here, but that's not a big deal in my opinion! The Balkan Grill is a real insider tip in Nuremberg!

Never been able to eat there, went there four times and wanted to eat lunch every time. Although it was open on the internet. Went there twice now, each time around 1:50 p.m. and both times they said the kitchen was already closed🤣😂🤜🤛Well we'll never go there again, just a ridiculous shop.

An absolute insider tip! The small restaurant is very attractively decorated and was always full when we arrived. A good sign of quality. Even though I couldn't decipher many of the dishes and ingredients because of the foreign words, I was overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff and the taste of the food. For that reason alone I will come here more often. For €44, the two of us had a feast with drinks and a few schnapps.

Vorab, Essen, Service etc... sind alles 1a. Das man aber auf Grund der MWST Änderung von 7% auf 19% nun die Preise zb. vom Balkan Teller von 35 EUR auf 45 EUR erhöht sind nicht akzetabel.

Wir haben dieses Lokal durch Zufall entdeckt und haben insgesamt sehr gut gegessen. Die Portionen waren sehr gut und alle Tische waren besetzt oder wurden sofort wieder belegt. Auffällig waren die zahlreichen Bestellungen für 2- 4 Personen, die durchgängig nicht bewältigt wurden. Beim nächsten Nürnberg Besuch sind wir wieder da.

Great balkan food. Ajvar and kajmak not as good as in the balkan countries (where we go often) but we really enjoyed it. Its almost like home away from home.

Ein kleines leckeres Restaurant im der Südstadt. Wir saßen zum Essen im Außenbereich. Es war klein aber fein und ruhig. Das Essen wird schnell serviert. Es schmeckt wunderbar und frisch. Der Service ist sehr fürsorglich, ob alles passt. Gerne wieder 😊👍🏻

Immer wieder gerne hier! Ein muss sind, der gebackene Feta, verschiedene Fleischplatten und zuletzt der Mocca mit Palatschinken!!!

Wir sind hier schon seit Jahren mehr oder weniger regelmäßig zum Essen. Und das nicht ohne Grund. Bisher bestes Balkan-Essen, das wir kennen. Bei gutem Wetter sitzt es sich schön im Außenbereich.

Das Essen war ok. Wartezeit akzteptabel da wir darauf hingewiesen wurden. Warum 2 Sterne? Weil Essen gut war Nicht gut ist Die Cheffin/Bedienung ist ziemlich agressiv fast unverschämt. Geht auch Kinder agressiv an. Für 2-3 Leute die was trinken wollen ist es keine Kneipe, aber 6 können sich besaufen, die trinken nicht 1-2 sondern 10 Runden Mehr Freunlichkeit, ein Lächeln, dem zahlendem (über 200€ Rechnung) Gast etwas ausgeben..das ist Balkan Die sind weit davon entfernt

Meiner Meinung nach eines der besten Restaurants in Nürnberg!!! Super leckeres Essen, ob die Salate oder das Fleisch, auch das Brot ist wunderbar. Es gibt auch gutes Bier und natürlich einen hervorragenden Slivovice für die Verdauung. Die Besitzer sind auch extrem nett und freundlich, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, geborgen und geliebt. Jeder Besuch ist eine Freude für den Gaumen und für die Sinne.

Ein Besuch ist zu empfehlen. Alles bestens. Danke 👍

Überragende und mehr als authentische Küche. Man betritt entweder den schönen Biergarten oder das Lokal und fühlt sich sofort in den Urlaub versetzt. Stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, so wie man es landestypisch gewohnt ist. Das Essen ist absolut bombastisch und kann es jedem nur empfehlen der diese Art Küche schätzt. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Sehr sympathische Gastgeberfamilie, perfektes Restaurant für alle, die Grillplatten lieben. Die Cevapcici werden noch selbst gemacht. Im Sommer kann man schön außen sitzen. Ein tolles Restaurant mit leckerer serbischer Küche.

Wer die Balkan-Küche schätzt ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Leckeres und sehr reichhaltiges Essen zu fairen Preisen. Der Service ist freundlich und einfach nur nett. Fazit: Ich komme gerne wieder.
