Was die Küche betrifft, sind die Gerichte einfach großartig! Jedes Gericht ist perfekt zubereitet und mit Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die frischen Meeresfrüchte und die leckeren Desserts. Wir waren mit der Qualität des Essens und des Service sehr zufrieden.

Our regular restaurant for almost 7 years. We are incredibly happy here. The food is great, the service is also very good and the ambience is simply great. We really enjoy coming here and having a carefree time with delicious dishes. Simply recommended!!

Wir hatten uns zuvor über Tripadvisor informiert und entschieden uns für dieses Restaurant. Die bisherigen Empfehlungen stimmen zu 100%. Wer griechisches Essen auf höherem Niveau genießen möchte ,ist hier genau richtig. Wir fanden es lediglich etwas schade, dass es keinen schönen Außenbereich gibt. Aber gut, es ist wie es ist. Weiter so !!!

A big recommendation for Ingolstadt Village visitors. This was our second time there. I love the ambience, especially the small auditorium with the glass roof. Also a very nice interior and great experience. We were greeted with a handshake and the food was also excellent. I can recommend it to everyone.

We were there last Saturday. Food: The food was good, but not exceptional. I had a starter plate for €15 and had to pay extra for the bread. In the end it was €18.50 for 3 creams, a piece of pepper and a bit of seafood (just small rings with carrot) with bread. The main ingredient was the creams. We were very surprised that there was no bread included. All of this was out of proportion for the price. Above all, the menu said “highly recommended”. I wanted more variation and got much better starter plates from other Greeks. Not a great experience, rather disappointing. The mango spritzer I ordered was colored water and had nothing to do with a spritzer. Ambiance: We sat outside. The atmosphere outside is quite simple and loveless. Tables lined up in the pedestrian zone. The interior is much nicer. Service: Super nice service. Nothing to complain about. We got Ouzo very late, only after hours of paying.

By far the best Greek restaurant in Ingolstadt! The food is great, so are the employees, and especially the boss. So, if you really want to eat well, especially Greek, then I recommend this restaurant. It is recommended for both children and adults.

A very nice Greek restaurant with a pleasant backyard atmosphere. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious, on the table quickly and filled you up. The lunch menu was reasonably priced. PS: If you like large salt and pepper shakers, you will be happy here. 😊👍

Actually I would give it 5 stars. The food was far too small for the price. Taramosalata had no taste at all, I would have had to chew on cotton wool. The bread for the taramosalata was charged extra at 3.30 euros. Despite a complaint, the taramosalata and bread were charged. No bread was served with the food for the others at the table. The next time we are in Ingolstadt we won't stop there again.

We went for dinner in February '24. The food is very delicious and have a good portion. The prices are a bit high but okay for this quality. The employees were very friendly, but unfortunately a bit overwhelmed. We had to wait a long time for the second drinks (even had to reorder because they forgot). We can still recommend the restaurant (be sure to reserve in advance!).

Restaurant "Poseidon" won my heart. The food is fresh and very tasty, the staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable with great music. Today, with my family, I celebrated my birthday. We were all very pleased. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Starters were way too overpriced and the quantities were way too small. Two spoonfuls of tzatziki cost almost 6 euros. We had a starter platter for 4 people for around 50 euros. Total disappointment, as 2 pita breads with a bit of spread, a seafood and tomatoes. We saved ourselves spending another 3-4 euros per loaf. Bread hardly costs anything... I made the mistake and ordered the chicken breast pan with cheese-cream sauce (I was hoping for more). I haven't seen such a loveless dish in a long time. At the end there was a bit of meat in a monochromatic bath of cheese-cream sauce... As a previous speaker wrote: completely overrated.

Unfortunately I have to change my old rating from below to 5 stars. I have never felt so sorry for a review in my life. But that has to be the case. We came to the birthday dinner and were greeted warmly including a birthday greeting. After 20 minutes our drinks were taken and after another 50 minutes they arrived. In between we reminded three times and the wrong drinks came. After a total of 2 hours, our food (admittedly fantastic as usual) arrived. There was no apology, explanation, etc. throughout the evening. After requesting the invoice (I explained the circumstances and asked for something to be changed in the invoice), a birthday song with delicious cake was delivered to the house - a very kind gesture. Unfortunately, the invoice that arrived at €160 didn't show a single cent discount. There have already been enough court rulings with a 30% discount on the total bill in equivalent cases. We described the case again and the waitress apologized for the first time in the evening. Of course they can't do anything about it themselves, they're extremely overwhelmed, but the guest can't do anything about it even less. In short. A discount would have been more than appropriate here, including free drinks for me, a voucher, whatever. We tipped €10 because of the fantastic food despite the unfortunately very friendly but overall catastrophic service today. PREVIOUS RATING An absolute highlight. A great dinner in a pleasant, authentically Greek atmosphere, which is nevertheless kept modern. The food itself is very tasty. What is absolutely worth highlighting, however, is the extremely friendly and courteous (but not intrusive but rather natural) service! Across the board, attention is paid to a lot of little things, which ultimately make a big difference. From filleting to the table, personally greeting each guest, the wait staff feeling ready at all times, to small gifts on special occasions. Considering the service, the quality and the ambience, the prices are quite humane and fair, which even seem quite cheap in comparison. Absolute recommendation!

The food is good, but way too overpriced. The portions, especially for the mixed starter plate, are very small, and the side dishes are also too few. We were charged four times more for a bottle of wine... The boss was very nice and tried very hard. In my opinion the restaurant is too overrated.

We made a reservation for 8 p.m. and got our table at 8:30 p.m When we asked whether we would get an ouzo as compensation, the owner asked us whether we wanted to stay or go. Therefore only 1 star for the service and not recommended.

The visit to Poseidon was a big disappointment. I had been there for years and remembered it differently! We had reserved a table for several people at 6 p.m. The waiter came to our table for the first time 45 minutes later to order the drinks. It took another half hour until we got the right drinks. To order our food we had to ask the staff twice if we could order because it was now almost 8 p.m. So almost 2 hours later! And even then there were a few things missing that didn't arrive. The food itself was tasty, but very manageable portions for expensive prices. Conclusion: that was the last visit to Poseidon! There are significantly better ones in terms of service and price/performance

The food is good, unfortunately they forgot us for 1 hour before we could even order. They forgot the drink for my girlfriend, no way to catch the attention of a waiter, when I went to the owner (maitre?) He was extremely impolite and invited me to return to my place with a gesture of the hand

As a couple, after shopping in Ingolstadt, we looked for a Greek restaurant and decided on Poseidon. We immediately noticed that there was a very hospitable and pleasant atmosphere there. We were warmly greeted and offered a very nice table without a reservation. The service was extremely friendly, quick, attentive and agile. We were also impressed by the selection and quality of the food. It is also worth mentioning that the dishes are prepared tasty but not too greasy for a typical Greek restaurant. That's exactly what impressed us. I chose the Mykonos plate and first had warm feta from the oven in a tomato-garlic sauce with garlic bread. At the end we were allowed to choose an alcoholic digestive drink at the house's expense (from Bailys, Metaxxa to Ouzo, etc.). The Bailys came with ice cubes, the Metaxxa was poured flambéed. Show included. Please keep it up, we'll be happy to come back!!!

Eins muss ich hier kurz loswerden, ich war schon bei fast jedem Griechen in Ingolstadt aber keiner ist so gut wie das Poseidon. Der Service ist unglaublich, man wird persönlich begrüßt mit einem Hände schütteln und wird zum Tisch gebeten. Das Fleisch war überragend! Die vorspeißen nicht zu würzig aber dennoch genau auf den Punkt genau getroffen. Kommst gerne wieder! :)

Sehr schlechter Service, da man für ein Löffel Tzatziki (das im Gericht mit dabei sein müsste laut karte) eine halbe Stunde warten mussten, Hauptgang war dementsprechend kalt, ein Getränk haben wir erst gar erhalten nach Bestellung und zum Schluss nach der Beschwerde haben wir nicht einmal alle Ouzo's bekommen. Wir hatten unsere Weihnachtsfeier da - Essen war gut und lecker. Der Service war zwischendurch ein wenig am Schwimmen, man brauchte 3 Versuche für ein Spezi. Aber bei über 20 Mann kann es mal vorkommen. Das Bier war nicht immer voll aber dafür der Ouzo sehr lecker. Eine rundum gelungene Feier - Danke dafür.

Bedienung war nich auf die Menge vorbereitet. Dadurch musste länger auf Getränke und Essen gewartet werden.

Wir hatten eine Weihnachtsfeier im Restaurant. Eigentlich hätte ich auch 5 Sterne vergeben. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen war auch sehr gut. Leider wurden die Biergläser nicht bis zum Eichstrich befüllt. Da fehlten schon teilweise über einen Zentimeter. Das geht überhaupt nicht, zumal eh die Bierpreise stark angestiegen sind.

Poseidon war schon immer für gutes griechisches Essen bekannt. Nach einem kleinen Durchhänger wieder absolute Spitze! Sehr saftig und sehr lecker. Ein Top Service der keine Wünsche offen lässt! Auf jeden Fall wieder! 👍

Eigentlich würde ich 5 Sterne geben, da das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam war. Essen war auch in Ordnung… Leider kann ich nicht akzeptieren das wenn man was scharfes möchte und dann was sehr scharfes bekommt, das mit 4€ berechnet wird …ist ein no go.!!! (Oder, muss ich hier auch für Salz bezahlen, wenn ich Salz möchte). Dann sollte das von der Bedienung erwähnt werden das schärfe was kostet.

Sehe gute service aber Portionen zu klein um satt zu werden.

Trotz nicht Reservierung, kümmerte man sich sofort trotz vollem Laden um uns und machten einen Tisch bereit. Toller Service, freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr leckeres Essen und tolles Ambiente. Gerne wieder!

Dieses Lokal haben wir eher zufällig aufgesucht weil wir eine Alternative zur ortsüblichen Schweinsbraten-Würschtl-Knödl-Küche suchten und waren positiv überrascht. Anstatt eines der üblichen blau gestrichenen, mit Gipsfiguren und schauderhaften Wandgemälden ausgestatteten Standard-Griechen-Restaurants in denen es gerne nach Frittenfett riecht, fanden wir ein Restaurant vor, das von den Räumlichkeiten bis zu Kleidung der Angestellten durchdesignt ist. Der Empfang war herzlich, der Service aufmerksam und das Essen erstklassig. Anspruchsvolles Weinangebot. Wir waren zweimal dort und von den Lokalen in Ingolstadt, die wir besuchten hier am besten zufrieden.

Gastfreundschaft wie in Griechenland. Ein Stück weiss/ blaues Kulturgut in Ingolstadt. Empfang, Essen, Getränke waren alle top! Der Wein, griechenlandüblich, zu warm, aber die Dekantierflasche wurde schnurstracks auf Eis gelegt und dann war der Rotwein super. Sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant, wo wir sehr gerne wieder hingehen. Jassu und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Also ich bin gerade im Restaurant Poseidon Ingolstadt zum Essen geschäftlich mit meinen Geschäftspartner und ich kann euch nur sagen das Essen sensationell kann ich nur weitergeben. Dessert kann ich auch sagen von allerfeinsten selbst gemacht und ich muss ich dazu noch sagen das ist ein familienbetrieb is und ich kann die jeden empfehlen her zu kommen. Ich komme aus München und ich werde zu 100 % wiederkommen.

Ausgezeichnetes Essen. Service und Bedienung waren sehr professionell und engagiert. Ein aussergewöhnliches Erlebnis, wo man gerne wieder mal hingeht. Grosses Kino. Alle Menü‘s waren geschmacklich und auch fürs Auge hervorragend.

Ich war 25 Jahre nicht mehr in diesem griechischen Restaurant, aber trotz Pächterwechsel hat sich an der Qualität im Vergleich zu früher nichts verändert. Mein Pitta mit Zaziki als Vorspeise und das Gyros als Hauptgang war geschmacklich einfach perfekt! Danke an den Koch :) Das Servicepersonal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Auch hier … eine glatte 10 ! Danke an das tollte Poseidon Team, ich habe den Abend in alle Richtungen genossen.
