Very very tasty. So incredibly tasty and service very attentive and nice 😍 Well, to Nils down there, then stay at home, what you're writing here is simply self-dissatisfaction with yourself, you're just embarrassing.
Nice staff, very bad food. Pizza was very thin and dry, not enjoyable. When preparing the dough, the chef forgot to use yeast. Only tourists get lost in this restaurant, otherwise no one would go there a second time.
Dear operators teach the chef how to make pizza dough.
Overall a nice, good restaurant with friendly staff. Great attention is paid to order and cleanliness, which is very commendable. Price performance was also right. However, there were small drawbacks, for example that no special children's meals were offered or that you could not pay by card. The food was well cooked and prepared for us, but it was still a bit lacking for a full 5 stars.
Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. The food and wine were very tasty, and the breakfast was plentiful, but still a bit overpriced.
One minor drawback was that the bathtub grab bar was loose.
The hotel was in the heart of the old town and everything was within walking distance.
A definite recommendation.
Even though they explained the concept, the long wait is annoying.
After placing the order, I asked when it would be my turn and it turned out that you are randomly called by names (without numbers) listed at the top of the order form.
The menus I chose for the meal (Istanbul... and Chicken...) contained too much garlic.
Yes, maybe I'm fed up, but I think I'll try other methods next time. 😀
Now a Persian restaurant - unfortunately a total tourist rip-off. Food is bland, everything is 80 percent the same - it has to be done quickly. the boss is unfriendly and impatient, the main thing is that the customer pays and makes room quickly. Once and never again.
I had a fantastic experience at Heidelberger Schnitzelhaus! The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. The food was absolutely amazing — every dish we tried was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. You can tell the chef puts genuine care into every plate; such a humble and decent person too, which added a special touch to the whole experience.
Also, a big shout-out to the lovely girl at the reception — she was incredibly warm and friendly, making sure everything ran smoothly from the moment we walked in.
Definitely one of the highlights of my visit to Heidelberg. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic, delicious food in a charming setting
I had Mahmoud's cater a party – the contact was friendly and uncomplicated, and my questions were always answered very quickly. Even relatively last-minute changes to the menu were no problem, even though the group was small at under 20 people.
The food was delivered promptly on platters or in warming containers and was very tasty. I've also visited the snack bar itself frequently and was already familiar with the food. There were vegan appetizer platters and shawarma, both the latter and the vegetable spreads (hummus, paprika, baba ganoush) were very tasty, and the salads were fresh and equally delicious. I would have preferred the couscous salad to be a little less dry, but the combination in the bread with the other ingredients worked well. The quantity was plentiful. The bread tastes much better warm; with catering, you have to heat it yourself. From experience, I can also recommend the soups. I'd be happy to go again!
I rate establishments less and less, but this is a must for me. While staying in the charming city of Heidelberg, we stumbled into this establishment somewhat randomly. It's everything I love: simple, well-executed traditional brasserie cuisine, an impressive selection of cocktails at reasonable prices, and a pleasant atmosphere. It's definitely worth doing again and again.
