Bread very thin Little meat but good sauce

For €7.50 it wasn't good for a kebab. Generally no taste Doner sandwich half empty, Doner sauce with sweet taste (sugar) & red cabbage doesn't belong in a kebab. Too bad.

We had Lahmacun and a delicious kebab box. The staff prepared it with huge grins and with love. That's exactly how it tasted. It won't be the last time I eat here🤤😋.

The customer service here was very poor. The older lady at the counter was rude and unhelpful. On top of that, I noticed employees handling food without gloves, which raises concerns about hygiene.

Pathetic taste…me and my friend came here on visit from Frankfurt. Lamachun mit fleisch which i ordered and pay more….They served me simple lamachun and charged me more.

One of the best Kebab options in Heidelberg's City Center. Well placed in the middle of the Hauptstraße, it is open until very late for take out and the staff speaks English. The Kebab itself is very well served and complete, the French fries side comes in quantity and together it makes for a full meal. Recommended!

The kebab is ok, but the staff is inauthentic: I know the difference between veal and chicken and also between a new and an old skewer!! Please just stay honest when you are asked something and want something, you either do it correctly or not at all!! There are better ones, not recommended!!

The kebab didn't taste like anything, it was just far too unseasoned and the vegetables had no taste either. But the bread was homemade and that gets you a point 👍🏻

The employees are not nice at all, they talk like they are giving orders. They put a little meat between the dough and the rest is salad. We were not satisfied at all and will never drink water from there again.

Best Döner you can get and a perfect lunch or late night ending to your night on the town. I used to come here often when I lived in Heidelberg and Kebab Haus was on my must-visit list for my recent visit back.

Ate the best lahmacun here today! Absolutely great, came here on a recommendation and was more than thrilled. The staff is also absolutely friendly and accommodating.

The kebab is one of the best rotisserie in Heidelberg. I asked and was offered a selection of veal and chicken and was free to choose. The lahmacun with rotisserie meat was by far the tastiest lahmacun I have eaten. Like the bread and the yufka, this is freshly prepared in the oven. In addition, the service is very friendly. Especially the lady at the oven! Always happy 👍🏽

I LOVE THIS STORE! This is the best kebab shop in all of Heidelberg! Fresh and delicious food. Incredibly friendly and lovely staff. In the middle of Heidelberg and simply perfect for small or large appetites. No matter how many guests there are, the quality of the food never decreases. No matter what time you show up, you will always receive a friendly welcome! My personal favorite dish: Lahmacun with kebab meat and garlic sauce :p

I had the worst kebab I've ever eaten in my life. There was very little kebab in it. Under no circumstances should you give your money to such places.

There is no service at all and they treat customers very aggressively. We went as 3 people, there was no place to sit, the woman working there barely gave us a seat, I do not recommend it at all.

Have eaten here twice while in Heidelberg. The bread is baked fresh. The vegetables and sauces are fresh and flavorful. Have enjoyed a plate of food the first time and grabbed a Turkish Pizza to eat while we walked the second time. The gentleman who served us was very helpful and nice.

Their service was very bad and they put very little doner, just like putting it in a doner between bread, and we bought the doner kebabs and asked them to make a package. I asked if I could ask you to put the Pommes and the doner in the same place while making the package. The answer he gave me was you keep quiet, don't get involved, brother, I will make it and when we come and sit down, you will come and drink your order yourself. They said you can give it to me, there is nothing in a place like this, the waiter comes and takes your order, I mean, I didn't like it at all and my family had just come from Turkey, I thought I'd take it to them, I wanted to try the doner kebab in Germany, even those tasted bad, and the salads, the tomatoes that were left over from the day before, were all wilted, it was bad 👎 👎👎👎👎 so I don't prefer any place over you 🤮

Although the Kebab House is in a good location, it by no means justifies the very high prices. I find 8€ for a kebab to be very bold. Location or not. I have to say the ambience is really the last of the last. Uncomfortable chairs, everything seems very run down and dirty. The toilet floors were wet and supplies were sparse. The waitresses behind the counter are extremely loud and speak to the customers at a very high volume and a lot in their native language, which isn't a big deal but can be extremely tiring for someone who doesn't understand the language. In addition, guests keep coming in to buy drinks, which are simply served in front of you. It's just chaotic. That was the last time we went to this diner.

We ate doner, the meat content was low, the taste was not bad, but I think it was below the average doner taste. Toilets were dirty and there was no soap.

Digga, otherwise it's okay, but I just got a really thin kebab for €7.50, with little meat, a lot of cabbage and a slice of tomato. It just gave me a stomach ache. I give you a good rating for the times you fed me, but I'm never coming back.

You never expect to find good food in a tourist area. But this little Turkish joint proved me wrong. The food tasted just like any local Turkish restaurant in a big city. Everything was made fresh, especially the bread and the pizza. Food is made from scratch. Prices are reasonable too.

The food was incredibly delicious and the staff was very attentive and friendly. It may be the best Döner I have ever eaten in Germany, it is very satisfying and I can say the same about delicious tea. In short, if you ever come to Heidelberg, I would definitely like you to come here.

It didn't taste good, nor was it possible to sit comfortably inside. They pretend to say, “Come, eat quickly and leave.” They are impatient with children. Their reactions to children's voices were high, and the prices were also expensive to suit their tastes. It was too cold inside. In winter you had to wear a jacket.

The yufkas are absolutely exquisite, very well filled and of a very good size. You clearly won't leave hungry. In addition, the service was fast and very pleasant. If you are very hungry this is the right place.

Habe eine Yufka gegessen, für den ich 8,5€ Blechen musste… Etwas zu teuer wenn man mich fragt. Geschmacklich etwas über dem Durchschnitt, das Fleisch war zart, an Soße wurde aber leider gespart, sodass es ein recht trockenes Erlebnis wurde. Der Innenraum war recht klein, aber es gab genügend Tische zum Essen. Die Wartezeit war mit 5 Minuten noch ganz gut

Einer der wenigen Dönerläden, wo das Fladenbrot noch direkt frisch gebacken wird. Gleichzeitig nicht teurer als andere Läden in Großstädten, wo das Fladenbrot nur warmgemacht wird. Pul Biber kann man sich wahlweise selbst noch auf den Döner geben und ist schön scharf. Fleisch ist lecker und die Spezifikation zur Herkunft des Fleischs hängt aus. Für mich immer noch einer der besten Döner, die ich bisher probieren konnte. Ich kann gar nicht verstehen, warum der Laden bei Google aktuell nur so vergleichsweise niedrig bewertet ist.

Die Angestellten sind bescheiden und höflich, es schmeckt besser als andere Döner-Kebabs und das Lokal ist sehr sauber.

Sehr fettig, Belag sehr mager, nicht die typischen Zutaten (zumindest bei uns keine Tomate...) und für 7.50 kostet der döner sehr viel. War vorher ein okayer döner, nun aber merkt man sich und kommt nicht wieder. Bogen drum!

Wir fanden es toll, dass hier der Teig für die Yufka noch selbst gemacht wird. Das schmeckt man - der Teig ist nicht hart, sondern zart und saftig. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Etwas unterdurchschnittlicher Döner. Nicht besonders schlecht, aber auch nicht super gut. Was gut ist, dass es kein Hackfleischdöner ist, dafür waren die Brote sehr klein. Ich persönlich habe lieber die geviertelten Fladenbrote als die kleinen Runden. Mit dem weiteren Belag wurde zudem nur sehr sparsam umgegangen. Ich hatte den klassischen Döner im Brot, der hat 7,50€ gekostet. Geschmacklich war der okay, aber die Portion war schon recht klein und ich bin nicht satt geworden.

Sehr guter Döner in nicht so schönem Laden, dafür ist das Essen super, die Sauce lecker und draußen sitzen ist in der Heidelberger Innenstadt eh schön!

Fleisch war leider nicht durchgebraten und knorpelig. Keine gute Qualität.

Das Essen ist wirklich nichts besonderes, die Dönerteller sind für 12,50€ eher Mittel ausgefallen. Dafür sehr freundliche Bedienung und sogar Tischservice.

Auf Empfehlung gönnte ich hier mir einen SEHR schmackhaften Döner! Nach meiner Erkenntnis der Beste Döner in der Region HD-MA. Das Brot bereitet er frisch zu und insgesamt kann ich hier auch nur eine Note 1+ mit Sternchen geben. Zudem sind die Pommes hier einfach PERFEKT! So wie sich ordentliche Pommes auch gehören. 🥰👌

Bester Döner in Heidelberg. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Soße und Brot der Hammer. Gehe seit Anfang meines Studiums 2016 dort hin und wurde nie enttäuscht. Klare Empfehlung!

Kebab Haus has some hard working folks behind the counter turning out some pretty good kebab dishes on a consistent basis. Recommended for a quick bite after yet another long trip up to the Heidelberg castle. Almost everything you order whether on a platter or in a wrap end up tasting just as delicious. A definite cheap eat worth the trip. Recommended.

I got the doner teller which came in a massive portion and was very fresh and yummy. The restaurant is open till 1am, which was perfect as I was able to pop out for a midnight snack after working on a paper the whole evening. Most of all, the owner is very friendly and welcoming 😊 I left the restaurant happier than I had been when I came in.

Bester Döner, den ich je gegessen habe. Das Brot ist selbtgemacht und frisch aufgebacken. Die Salate und Soßen waren sehr frisch und lecker. In der Soße waren viele Kräuter und das schmeckte man sehr positiv heraus. Das Brot war sowas von frisch und Knusprig, ein Traum. Leider sah der Laden von außen nicht wirklich einladend aus, auch war die Bedienung etwas mürrisch und ungesprächig. Hier müsste man nachbessern. Aber das Produkt ist deutlich zu empfehlen!

Wir haben sehr sehr lange auf unser Essen gewartet... Der Mitarbeiter ist super unfreundlich gewesen und beim zahlen fiel dann auch die vollständig fehlende Hygiene auf... Er popelt und nimmt dann ein Brot in die Hand und so Späße! Nie wieder!!!!

Falafel-Dürüm ist schön saftig und einfach lecker. Wenn man "sehr scharf" sagt, bekommt man auch sehr scharf. Das ist selten. Top!
