In letzter Zeit ist kaum noch Auflage auf den Pizzen, gleichzeitig wurden die Preise erhöht.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. 👍

Sehr sauberer Laden, freundliche Besitzer und ganz leckere Döner im selbst gebackenem Brot. Schon seit drei Jahren gleichbleibende sehr gute Qualität! Kommen regelmäßig aus Eppelheim hierher.

Ich war wirklich positiv überrascht von diesem Dönerladen. Der Döner hat überdurchschnittlich gut geschmeckt – frische Zutaten, perfekt gewürzt und einfach richtig lecker. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Auch der Preis ist absolut nachvollziehbar und fair für das, was man bekommt. Gerade in der heutigen Zeit ist das keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr. Was aber besonders heraussticht, ist der Service: Das Team ist immer freundlich, aufmerksam und geht auf die Kunden ein. Man wird nicht einfach nur abgefertigt, sondern es wird sich Zeit genommen, ein kleines Gespräch zu führen. Die Mitarbeiter sind empathisch und schaffen es, einem das Gefühl zu geben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – hier stimmt einfach alles!

Leckeres, frisches Essen und schnelle Zubereitung. Alles hat gut geschmeckt, besonders der Teig war top. Der Laden ist sauber und das Ambiente angenehm – komme gerne wieder!

Schlechtester Dönerladen in Heidelberg. Ich habe ausdrücklich gesagt, keine scharfe Soße, trotzdem war der gesamte Döner komplett scharf. Mein kleine kleine Tochter konnte ihn deshalb nicht essen. Am Telefon wurde mir dann gesagt, ich könne nur gegen Aufpreis einen neuen Döner bekommen – obwohl der Fehler eindeutig beim Laden lag. Vor Ort wurde dann weiter diskutiert, dass ein Austausch für sie ein „Minusgeschäft“ sei. Sorry, aber wenn ich vollen Preis zahle und das Essen nicht essbar ist, erwarte ich entweder Ersatz oder Rückerstattung – und keine Diskussion. Service unterste Schublade, null Kundenorientierung. Nicht einmal einen Stern wert. Nie wieder.

Die Qualität der Speisen ist gut. Das Brot für den Döner wird selbst gemacht. Ich habe noch nie ein besseres Fladenbrot gegessen. Auch der Drehspieß wird selbst frisch zubereitet und das Fleisch schmeckt hervorragend. Das Restaurant ist sauber, nur der Innenraum könnte gemütlicher eingerichtet sein. Die Mitarbeiter sind größtenteils nett. Leider haben sie samstags geschlossen. Die Preise sind im Vergleich zu anderen Döner Läden wirklich fair und nicht übertrieben. Die Portionen könnten aber trotzdem etwas größer sein.

We came here because we were having trouble finding a halal döner place in central Heidelberg. And we're so glad we did. They make the bread themselves, fresh and warm. The döner is delicious. The staff is friendly. We even spoke with the chef, and he confirmed it was halal. We highly recommend it.

They are open until 9pm and at 7:30pm there are no more kebabs because they have run out of meat.

I came across Sofra Döner through Googling. And I have to say I'm very impressed. The kebab tastes absolutely delicious, the bread is homemade and everything is made with great care. The salad is very nicely cut, not roughly chopped like in other places. You have a good chat with the owner and everything is very clean. I'll visit Sofra Döner again next time I'm there. There's plenty of parking in front. It's definitely worth it.

The kebab is a joke, I was there once and the staff was unfriendly and I thought I'd give it another chance, this time. Unfriendly staff (store owner) and you hardly get anything for 7 euros!
