The tables are dirty. The toilet is so dirty that there isn't even soap in the toilet. Zero hygiene, zero politeness.

For me it's the best kebab shop in Heidelberg and it's right in the middle of the city. We eat here often, and I like the large kebab plate best, with salad and flatbread.

We ate there and discovered a hair + the order was wrong even though I mentioned it twice (it was just about the side dish). Staff is very unkempt. When I confronted the waitress about a hair appearing in the food, she just said "OK, thank you." Simply incredible.

I ordered a kebab box with beef. Order was ready in 5-10 minutes. The kebab box only contained meat, fries and sauce. I only know kebab box with salad, which left me a bit disappointed. The meat was strange and sometimes tasted like lamb, which was very inappropriate and spoiled the taste. It was also extremely expensive. It could have been served better and cleaner if it was to be sold in a tourist town like Heidelberg.

Kebap portions are generous, one is enough for two people. In addition, its pomelo is also delicious!

Un lugar muy céntrico , comida rápida y de buena calidad . Precios razonables comparado al resto de restaurantes de la zona que son más elevados . Aquí está genial . Sus camareros a pesar no dominar nuestro idioma . Hicieron amablemente por entendernos ,buen servicio , buenos horarios . Los recomiendo . .

The doner kebab here is amazing😋

We chose Döner Box and Lamahun. Doner box: Meat was cold and some of it was dry, fries tasted really good. Lamahun was initially burnt and we complained about it...as a replacement we were given a freshly prepared version that tasted edible. In general the price-performance ratio was not right.

The location is great. Doner kebab is very delicious. There are lots of other options too. Like pita pizza, lahmacun, falafel... halal certified but there is alcohol (it was a negative for us). There is also still water. The owner is Turkish. It's nice to order in Turkish. It also employs Turkish students. Greetings to my fellow genetic engineering student.

We were a little hungry shortly before closing time and ordered a portion of French fries. €4.50! We've never had such bad fries. They actually tasted like raw potatoes. I can't recommend anyone to eat there at all.

Jackals... I wanted to pay with the credit card that I use without any problems in Germany, France, Spain and the Netherlands, but they said that they could not accept payments with cards from Turkey (!) and that they did not have an agreement and told me that I could pay in cash. Of course I did not :)) The doner bread they had prepared was just left in their hands to make. What they were working on was distressing for them...

They are very rude, I definitely do not recommend them.

There were chairs in front of the toilet. We wanted a small kebab and got a large one and also paid for the large one. The meat was fermented and the sauce was bad. He screams all the time. Not recommended. We paid money for that

Even though we ate outside, the host told us that smoking was prohibited here. My sucuk pizza was only topped with three slices of sucuk that were cut into small pieces, my husband's plate of kebab had fries placed under the meat so it looked like more. Were definitely the first and last time here. Unfortunately not recommended

There was a picture of the menu, so I went in with confidence. It cost 13 euros for visa and coke, the taste was good and there was a toilet available.

Good pizza / pide at a fair price in a top location. We are here in the heart of Heidelberg's old town. This means that many mediocre restaurants are simply extremely expensive. Yufkas Kevap makes the difference for us here. We enjoyed a delicious pizza at a fair price outside in the sun. Of course, this is not a fine dining restaurant. Simply good food at a fair price.

We had dinner here, but we found the döner box less tasty. Soggy fries and we missed the spicy taste. In our opinion too many vegetables.

For a decade, we have been a cult contact point for, among other things, pizza, kebab, pide, kebab plates. Nice, stable crew and guys. Always tastes great. Considering the tourist masses and the location right in the heart of the old town, it is natural that work is carried out under high pressure given the high demand, but this never came at the expense of quality. Fun, friendly and familiar/family-friendly atmosphere, and even patient in the face of often impossibly behaving, occasional post-party "adults" late in the evening and late at weekends. Chapeau for that too and can only be recommended!🙌🏼

A very bad experience in this place. I asked for things that never came to my table. Instead, they gave me food I hadn’t ordered and when I tried to change it the waiter started laughing. Moreover, the yufka I ordered was the worst I’ve ever tried. Raw bread and very little sauce. Horrible experience.

I wish I had read the comments before, usually I would have looked, but when the kids were hungry, I had to. Employees are treated very rudely and scolding. We tried the wrap and served doner, but we didn't like it. Sometimes, even if we didn't like it in the local place we went to, we would say that the employees were polite and the place was clean, but I don't have anything positive to say about this place. There is an incredible toilet smell inside, passers-by enter the toilet and it is not cleaned, so the smell comes in. Also, the prices are expensive. There are a few more places selling Turkish doner kebabs further down the road, they seemed cleaner and more spacious. When you see this place, ignore it and continue.

WORST service in the city of Heidelberg. Very rude customer service. Will serve you the wrong order and then quarrel with you in a loud voice to prove that you were the one who is absolutely disillusioned. Amount of salt used in the food is enough to give you high blood pressure and heart problems. Even the red sea is less salty than their schwarma meat. Even though one of the guy over there speaks English, they always refuse to speak/understand any English at the first go. They always try their best making fun of you in Turkish, will make comments about you among themselves, point fingers at you while you are literally standing infront and trying to order. When they are finally done, you might get the order. It almost feels like you are paying them to bully you infront of other people present. Haven't seen such uneducated, illiterate and lowly cultured behaviour even in the shady banhof areas of Berlin or Frankfurt. Absolutely Avoid visiting the place if you are a tourist or student with little grasp of Deutsch. I recommend to visit sahara or mahmood instead, which is actually better and a lot more friendlier.(for god's sake even eating at Subway is better that being mistreated).Both of the restaurants are in hauptstrasse, Heidelberg.

Absolut durchschnittlicher Döner, wenn nicht sogar etwas darunter. Geschmacklich okay aber etwas fade. Für die wirklich äußerst teuren Preise sollte man mehr erwarten dürfen.

Mitarbeiter genervt wenn man Karte zahlt, falsche Sauce bekommen und wurde gesagt "nächstes mal schneller sagen". Pomdöner war gut, aber nicht beste. Plastik Gabel zerbrach sehr schnell. Preise sehr teuer (8,50 für Pomdöner). Würde es machen wenn es keine Alternative gibt, wenn möglich weich ich in Zukunft aus.

Ich war bei dem Dönerladen yufkas kebap Pizza. Das Essen hat mir relativ geschmeckt aber was mir nicht so gefallen hat war der Service.

Yemekleri vasat bir işletme. Çok bir tat alamamıştır. Hizmet ve müşteri ile iletişimlerinde sorunları var. Sanki onlara mecburmuşum da başka yer yokmuş gibi hissettim. Çocuklar çok acıktığı için bırakıp çıkamadık ta. Ne lezzet, ne hizmet. Hiç gerek yok. Mümkünse önünden bile geçmeyin.

Also Essen war voll gut. Aber die Pizza bekomme ich auch in Mannheim mit 4x freundlicheren Personal. Warum seid ihr so drauf, Jungs? Ihr könntet doch auch einfach nett sein?! 😅☺️Nicht ganz nachvollziehbar.

Für mich der beste und leckerste Döner, den ich seit langem gegessen habe. Alle Zutaten wirkten sehr frisch, keine Übelkeit nach dem Essen 😄, das Brot war richtig richtig gut, die Soße superlecker und das Fleisch war auch gut. Das einzige was mich etwas gestört hat, war die Unfreundlickeit eines Mitarbeiters dort. Er war doch sehr mürrisch. Sollte mal einen Döner dort essen, dann wird die Laune bestimmt besser. 😂

Um ehrlich zu sein verstehe ich die schlechten Bewertung gar nicht. Wir hatten einen normalen und einen vegetarischen Döner, alle Zutaten waren frisch und beide Döner extrem lecker. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Self-Service. Bestellen im Laden, Getränke im Kühlschrank, Besteck nicht vergessen. Flaschenöffner hängt an Schnur neben der Kasse. Kleiner Laden mit wachsamen Großväterchen. Das Essen war sehr gut (anfangs), so nach ner dreivirtelstunde ging es mir nicht mehr so gut. Es war ein kurzes Wiedersehen. Schade.

Donner box tasty, more then enough for one person. A lot of meet, fries also very good. The plastic fork was useless 😁 after 3-4 bits with it, start to use you're fingers.

The quality of the food is so low and when you ask to change something their response was like if you don’t like the door is there you are free to go . If I could I can give them minus rate . And because you did this to me during Iftar time it made me feel extra disappointed.

Ein Restaurant, das Halal-Speisen serviert. Ich bestellte eine Romana-Pizza, war aber später überrascht, dass die Zutaten Schinken enthielten. Wie ist das?! Halal-Essen kein Schinken, kein Alkohol .

Wenn man etwas richtig richtig schreckliches essen möchte, ist hier der beste Platz. Hayatımda yediğim en kötü pizza. Resmini çeksem atom bombası zannedersiniz. Elemanların sürekli belaltı Seviyesiz sohbetler de cabası.
