Good establishment. Everything is very tasty. The only thing is that there is no air conditioning inside. Therefore, it is not very comfortable inside in the heat. Although there are fans.

We go to Beefhouse every week because the burgers there are simply the best – we're always happy to come back. Unfortunately, on September 12, 2025, at 6:30 PM, we had a very disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly. When we pointed out that one of the burgers was still raw, the only response we received was, "I don't know." After a while, we did get a new burger, but the way they reacted was not acceptable. The fries were also lukewarm – for us and for another person after us. Instead of showing understanding or solving the problem, they denied that the fries weren't warm enough. In the end, the other customer left angry, which was completely understandable. It's a shame, because the food is generally great, but this kind of service shouldn't happen. We hope things improve in the future, as we would really like to continue coming regularly.

The food is good and the ambiance is very nice. The only downside is that the price is a bit high for what's on offer.

Great restaurant. The food is excellent and the staff is fantastic. I was accidentally served the non-vegan version of the broth, but they quickly noticed this before I finished eating and informed me. It makes me feel good about my next visit, knowing I can rely on the award. We all make mistakes, and being able to admit that is great. See you next time!

Wonderful Balkan platter and fantastic desserts :)

This was our first time eating at eatsu, and I have to say we were thrilled with the bowl and the bao! Very fresh and delicious. The salmon bowl is especially recommended. The sushi, however, wasn't great value for money. Still, 5*****

I treated myself to a super delicious kebab. Perfect, definitely again.

We went for a walk in the evening and it was already after 8 p.m., we still wanted an ice cream and were immediately served in a super friendly and courteous manner, great service and the ice cream was delicious too!!!
