I went to Burger Boss with a friend and our impressions were entirely positive. The place looks tidy and modern, and you can order flexibly either at the counter or directly at your table. The menu is clearly laid out and it's easy to find your way around. We ordered two set meals. I had the triple cheeseburger with curly fries and a Fritz Kola, and my friend had the Boss Beef Burger, also as a set meal. The food arrived after about ten minutes; everything looked fresh and was lovingly prepared. I particularly liked how crispy the curly fries were and how delicious the burgers were. The server was a young man, very friendly and open to conversation. This made the visit even more pleasant. Even though the place was quite busy, everything ran smoothly.

Extremely friendly staff, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. It's also clean. The only thing I have to complain about is the seating. Still, nothing tragic. I can only recommend it.

The taste is really good! Unfortunately, it took a long time for the burgers to arrive (about 50 minutes from the time we sat down), and the interior decor is too plain, or rather depressingly black-on-black, for my taste. The prices are okay, but on the higher side.

Super tasty food, the service staff think for themselves. Burger was ordered without mayo, then it was pointed out that there were traces of homemade mayo in the homemade sour cream and asked if that was a problem. I thought it was really good, with sour cream you don't expect certain ingredients, e.g. raw egg.

I thought I was in burger heaven, but it was Burger Boss. I love burgers, always have and have eaten countless burgers...but a few days ago I was there for the first time and this burger place put all the other burger places in the shade for me. I met a really nice team, a great atmosphere, a very simple and beautiful menu with no frills, a clean toilet and an absolute taste experience. I've been there twice this week. We really like eating burgers and today it really blew us away. Freshly baked rolls, crispy bacon, homemade sauces and the juicy pattie result in an excellent taste. Only the music was a bit loud. But the burger and the fries, simply unbeatably delicious.

Burger Boss is always a 5 out of 5 when it comes to burgers, the meat is delicious and the way you want it, whether well done or medium, simply delicious. The vegetarian versions can also be recommended. My favorite burger is the peanut beef, with grilled banana and peanut butter, sounds strange but tastes great, so try it! There are deductions for the music being too loud for me, I would like to be able to have a normal conversation, but unfortunately that doesn't really work here. Unfortunately I don't understand the trend, but since the burgers are good, I'll just ignore it

We got a table that had just become available on a Friday evening and without a reservation. The order took a reasonable amount of time. The meat patty was well done because I forgot to order it medium, but it didn't affect the quality or taste at all (it was just drier). My colleague praised the vegan burger. Curly fries and regular fries were also very good. Despite the loud music, you didn't have to shout while talking, which may be a testament to the well-calibrated Sonos speakers. Small points of criticism are the lack of paper towels in the toilet and the forgotten instruction about frying the patties. I would love to eat there again if I was in Kassel again.

Great little burger joint. We were there a while ago (summer 2024) eating burgers with fries and can only say good things. As a hip-hop fan, it was of course very cool that Oldskool hip-hop played throughout the entire stay and that in combination with the modern furnishings and the extremely friendly staff (who explained all the ordering options to us in a calm, friendly and understandable way) made for a very pleasant, cool stay. The fries were very tasty and so was the burger. My burger was a bit dry, but that could have been due to my choice of burger, as I only had a "normal" burger. The fries or the burger weren't anything special either, it's fair to say that. But both were above average and very tasty. I hope it remains a shop that stays with us in Kassel for a long time. It was really delicious and praise again to the employee who served us. He was super cool/casual, really competent and was very friendly/polite.

I then ordered a Chilli Chesse Burger with classic fries I made the first mistake by biting into the grilled red peppers, which were really tough, so I can't say whether it's really the best in Kassel, but it's really very tasty, juicy meat and rolls with the delicious fries that I had eaten for a long time despite them thick, perfectly cooked on the outside, crispy on the inside, juicy, perfectly salted with a delicious mayonnaise sauce, all in one an enjoyable meal that was super tasty and very filling, plus top service, friendly and accommodating Top address in Kassel when it comes to food (not fast food) because the quality is very high.

You have to go in like in a snack bar and order the food and drinks. Unfortunately this is not signposted anywhere, which is why we sat outside for 20 minutes before we went in and asked. It might be a good measure to put this out there. It's also a shame that there are no menus on the tables, they are inside. We were visiting Kassel and at some point we were hungry. We then decided on BurgerBoss. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Some complain that their meat wasn't cooked the way they thought it would be - a sign on the counter says we're welcome to let the staff know how we'd like the meat cooked. Points are deducted for the music that is way too loud (you can hardly have a conversation) and the toilet that is difficult to access (impossible for wheelchair users). Otherwise, the food was great (didn't shake my world - but it was of a high standard and top quality) and the price/performance ratio was also ok.

The store is very dark and the music takes some getting used to….not mainstream but hardcore RnB hip hop rap…… Anyone who likes it will feel comfortable there... And there was a real drag in the store... It was really cold in there...

I ordered a Boss Burger menu and it was fantastic, one of the best burgers I've ever eaten.

Unfortunately it has gotten worse since my last visit in 2019. Burger buns not even remotely crispy, but dripping moist from the sauce. Burger meat was no longer hot. Fries good. Music in the restaurant is very loud and rather disturbing; Not a relaxed atmosphere but rather hectic.
