Am Kebabstand ist es sehr laut und die Leute schreien.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, deshalb gibt es dafür ein paar Pluspunkte. Leider war der Service eine große Enttäuschung. Während meines Besuchs fragte ein Mitarbeiter oder der Chef einen anderen Gast, ob er Japaner sei. Als der Gast antwortete, dass er Chinese ist, sagte der Mitarbeiter „Ching Chang Chong“. Das ist eine rassistische und respektlose Aussage gegenüber Menschen asiatischer Herkunft. Der betroffene Gast wies höflich darauf hin, dass man so etwas nicht sagen sollte. Statt sich zu entschuldigen, gab es jedoch weder eine Entschuldigung noch irgendeine Einsicht. Am liebsten hätte ich beim Service 0 Sterne vergeben. So ein Verhalten ist in einem Restaurant absolut unangebracht. Jeder Gast sollte mit Respekt behandelt werden – unabhängig von seiner Herkunft. Ich habe sogar darüber nachgedacht, den Vorfall den zuständigen Behörden zu melden, weil ich so ein Verhalten nicht akzeptabel finde. Aus diesem Grund kann ich den Service leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Wenn sie denken das ihre Döner Geschäfte so stolz ist lächerlich.

Ich habe in diesem Restaurant rassistische Diskriminierung erlebt. Ein Mitarbeiter in weißer Kochkleidung und mit weißer Kochmütze fragte mich zunächst, ob ich Japaner sei. Ich antwortete, dass ich Chinese bin. Daraufhin sagte er mehrmals „Ching Chang Chong“ – auch noch einmal, als ich bezahlt habe. Diese Aussage ist eine bekannte rassistische Verhöhnung asiatischer Menschen. Ich fühlte mich dadurch wegen meiner Herkunft beleidigt und diskriminiert. Ich bin in dieses Restaurant gekommen, um einen Döner zu kaufen, und nicht, um wegen meiner Nationalität verspottet zu werden. Rassismus und Diskriminierung haben in einem Restaurant keinen Platz. Ich werde dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen und kann es unter diesen Umständen nicht weiterempfehlen

Alles schmeckt sehr gut, vor allem der döner.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Uns wurde gesagt, dass Kartenzahlung mit unserer Karte nicht möglich sei, aber das stimmte nicht. Es wirkte, als wollten sie nur Barzahlung, was sehr verdächtig war. Als wir nachfragten, sagten sie nur, sie seien „nur Mitarbeiter“. Fragt unbedingt vor dem Essen, ob ihr mit Karte bezahlen könnt. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Very bad experience. We were told that card payment didn’t work with our card, but that wasn’t true. It felt like they only wanted cash, which seemed suspicious. When we asked about it, they said they were “just workers.” Make sure to ask if you can pay by card before ordering. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Sehr leckere Gerichte, schöne Vielfalt, für jeden was dabei. Preis Leistung Verhältnis sehr gut.

Leider wirklich nicht gut gewesen, unfreundlicher Service und das Essen war nicht besonders gut.

Döner (Hähnchen) war ungenießbar, Fleisch ganz trocken, Brot auseinandergefallen, lieblos belegt. Habe 3/4 leider in den Abfall geworfen.

Sie bieten einen qualitativ hochwertigen Service und eine große Auswahl. Ich wünsche Ihnen weiterhin viel Erfolg.

War dort einen Döner essen, Fleisch ist ok leider waren bei mehreren Döners 1-2 Knorpel im Fleisch. Alles in allem aber in Ordnung.

Ich war hier mit Familie, Freunde und Kollegen hier. Super leckere Gerichte und höfliche Angestellte. Einfach nur Hammer 🤤👍🏻 Mehr brauch ich nicht sagen. Bin hier nun auch mit Kumpels wiederkehrend. Einfach nur lecker 😋

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, sehr leckerer Dönerteller mit Reis und Salat und das Dönerfleisch schmeckt besonders gut🏅👏

Grillteller geholt für 25€ jeweils 1 stück an fleisch viel zu klein portion und geschmacklich nicht überzeugt da war auch dönerfleisch aber max 50 gramm! So besonders war es nicht aber paar knorpelstellen gehabt.

Das Essen war eine Katastrophe die Mitarbeiter sind nicht mal in der Lage denn Fehler zu beheben

Wir waren zum Essen in diesem türkischen Grillrestaurant und können nur sagen:10 von 10! Wir haben einen Grillteller, Mercimek-Suppe, Kelle-Paça-Suppe und Lahmacun gegessen. Alles war geschmacklich einfach perfekt. Der Adana Kebap war sehr, sehr lecker und das Dönerfleisch hatte echte Premium-Qualität. Das Lahmacun hat uns besonders beeindruckt, es hat uns wirklich an die originalen Lahmacun aus der Türkei erinnert. Zum Nachtisch gab es Baklava, die speziell aus Mannheim geliefert wird, und eine selbstgemachte Künefe, die für uns das absolute Highlight war. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Personal. Obwohl der Laden wegen Iftar (Fastenbrechen) komplett voll war und viele Gäste gleichzeitig essen wollten, waren alle Mitarbeiter ständig am Rennen und trotzdem sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Besonders erwähnenswert sind auch die sehr fairen Preise – für diese Qualität und Portionen absolut top. Für mich gehört dieses Restaurant definitiv zu den besten im Raum Stuttgart, Eislingen, Esslingen und Göppingen, vor allem wegen des Geschmacks, der Fleischqualität und der Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Seit Jahren eine Institution mit einer konstant starken Qualität. Daher auch schon immer teurer als andere. Hat sich jedoch auch immer gelohnt. Das Team ist höflich und schnell, das Essen frisch und lecker.

Wir haben in der Kelepaça (einer türkischen Suppe) nach Fleisch gesucht, Ihr Hackfleisch-Pide (ein türkisches Fladenbrot) war altbacken, und selbst das Öl darauf war noch nicht geschmolzen. Trotzdem vielen Dank.

Best lentil soup around! This Turkish restaurant is impressive across the board, but the lentil soup is particularly outstanding – the best in the entire area. Aromatic, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Add to that friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I visited Hassan Usta in Göppingen and was served very kindly and courteously by the waiter Moustafa – truly attentive and helpful! The food was fine. Overall, a pleasant visit with good service.

Pure disappointment – ​​never again! I expected much more from this pie. Instead of a freshly topped, flavorful dish, I got a few sad, dry pieces of dough with barely any toppings. The sausage slices were sparse and flavorless, the cheese was bland and barely melted. The "tzatziki" (or whatever it was supposed to be) was carelessly slapped on and didn't save the overall impression either – on the contrary, it seemed more like a stopgap measure to add some flavor. A disappointment both visually and taste-wise. Absolutely not justified for the price. Not recommended!

We've eaten here a few times now and have been very impressed every time. The charcoal grill creates a wonderful barbecue flavor. The Adana is very well seasoned, and all the side dishes are delicious, too. The doner kebab plate is very large, and the meat tastes delicious. We'd love to come back.

Update: The knife was sharpened and used immediately to cut the kebab 🤨 You should at least wipe it down once beforehand to avoid metal splinters.

For the food I would even give the place 7 stars, the service was nothing special and the ambience wasn't either but the food more than makes up for it, so all in all the food was just WOW and the place a weak 7/10

Adana plate: Meat tastes like rubber. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated extremely. Rice was pretty stale. I understand if you don't always get it fresh, but it was very cheeky to serve something like that.

Iskender is truly the best thing I have ever eaten. I like to drive from Böblingen to Göppingen to Hasan usta.

Really disappointing. We got there early but waited forever for our food, while people who arrived after us were served much quicker. Really felt like we were last on the list. Especially at Iftar you don't want to wait an extra hour after not eating anything all day. I wouldn't recommend it.

The service is good, the food is good, but the trotters were left in the exam room, you can't eat the spices on the boracic table, it was not a normal spice, literally 7 types of spices were added instead of tomato paste.

Were there to break the fast. We had to wait a long time for our food and the soup and the main course were served together. But what was worst was that they didn't have any coffee!

I've been visiting Hasan Usta Kebab for years and am thrilled every time! I know it from the time when it was a small kebab shop and I find it impressive how it has developed. The kebab skewer is made by him personally - it is real Yaprak kebab as it should be. The service is always friendly and quick. No matter what you order, it comes to the table fresh and in no time. The rooms are spacious, barrier-free and offer seating both inside and outside in the smoking area. I particularly recommend the Adana Kebab plate: tender meat, accompanied by fresh salads, various dips and oven-fresh bread – simply a pleasure. For the perfect start to your meal, you should definitely try the Mercimek (lentil) soup. A clear favorite for all authentic kebab lovers. Here you go home full and happy.

For me one of the best kebabs ever. The meat is extremely tasty and the sauces are also very tasty. The freshly baked bread has a fantastic taste. All employees are extremely friendly. Therefore, I give a clear recommendation!
