Very good food and some of the best service I've ever experienced. Every now and then, you fall victim to the restaurant's popularity and don't get your food right away. You just have to live with that – the quality and friendliness make up for it!

We passed this restaurant on our way home from an eBay purchase, and I've rarely seen such a welcoming and beautifully decorated restaurant. The food was beyond delicious, and the portions were very generous, especially the large pizzas. Prices were very fair, and the service was more than satisfactory. I'd be happy to eat there again, despite the almost hour-long journey.

Never had such a bad meal. 1. Waited an hour for the food to arrive. 2. Ordered pasta with cream sauce and fillet tips, yuck...that wasn't sauce...that was water...the taste was indefinable, it had nothing to do with cream sauce. 3. My pasta with mushrooms in tomato sauce was just canned mushrooms, the tomato sauce was water...and too salty, too. The waiter asked if it tasted good...to which my answer was: No!! There was no reaction, not even a question as to why...sorry...but never again. Not recommended.

I found it very cozy, the music wasn't too loud, and the service was casual and friendly. The food was delicious, and the portions were just right. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the pasta was just what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant.

A cozy and pleasant atmosphere is provided both inside and outside. Very customer-oriented and attentive service, excellent food, and an exceptionally delicious espresso with a scoop of ice cream... A specialty worth trying. The chef himself is always in the thick of things. The evening, both culinary and the friendly and attentive staff, make it worth returning for again.

We ordered food to take away today. Food didn't taste good, wasn't seasoned enough. We are most disappointed with the garlic soup, which once tasted really delicious and now only tastes like cream or something similar. Very lame!!

La Fontana has made a name for itself over the 28 years. The boss and staff put their heart and soul into doing everything to make their guests happy. There is always a little conversation and jokes with the guests. Over the years we have been regular guests at La Fontana. No matter where we eat on the go, no one has been able to get the food from La Fontana. Just the fact that there is always a salad as a starter and bruschetta. Elsewhere you have to pay extra for the salad. That's a great service. .

Really a great shop, unfortunately we didn't get a free table during our visit, but we were greeted very friendly and they apologized several times for not having a free table, which I found really charming. We were then given two pizzas which I thought were really excellent. Otherwise, the shop makes an excellent, cozy impression, really small and fine, nostalgic, romantic and invites you to linger.

The food was great, the waiting time was reasonable and the service was extremely friendly! All in all, there's nothing to complain about :)

We have enjoyed coming here for years. The menu is varied and, in addition to pasta and pizza, offers many meat dishes and Italian delicacies. The dishes are always delicious and of the same quality. There is also a good vegetarian selection. We find the prices to be very fair. We are always warmly welcomed and lovingly looked after. Grazie mille!

Warm welcome, delicious dishes and nice ambience

Reserved a table for 8:00 p.m. by phone. Arrived at 8:00 p.m. No table free. We were then "parked" in the garden for 25 minutes without information or other. It was cold. Then we left again at 8:30 p.m. Questioning looks from the staff followed us. But no one spoke to us. We then went to Bistro Hanay. That was absolutely top notch.

I've always loved it when the bread is baked in-house at an Italian restaurant - a difference you can taste. Everything was fresh and balanced. We had caught a moment of great influx of visitors. That explains our waiting time, the staff handled the rush in a friendly and confident manner. I can recommend a visit, but not really the grappa at the end, but complaining about gifts is complaining at a high level again.

A nice place, cozy friendly staff, great service, beautifully decorated inside and out, invites you to linger, there are steps to get to the restaurant but the outside area is doable for wheelchairs without any steps, the toilet is very small and not wheelchair accessible .The price was great and the quantity was great. We ordered a table spontaneously, no problem, it was beautifully prepared upon request, even with flowers that were ordered.

Wir kommen immer wenn wir in der Nähe sind gerne vorbei. Es ist immer lecker, die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich. Wir haben uns noch nie unwohl gefühlt, auch nicht mit Kindern. Ganz im Gegenteil, auch diese werden immer freundlich behandelt. Ich freu mich schon wenn wir im Sommer 1 mal draußen sitzen können. An Wochenenden scheint es aber ratsam zu sein eine Reservierung vorzunehmen. Preis-Leistung ist hier absolut in Ordnung.
