World-class pizza and pasta at the best price. I often come here during my break, and the food is always delicious.

Good pizza. A real Italian restaurant. Everything is self-service and cash only. The atmosphere is very homely.

I spontaneously picked up a pizza here today and was super happy. The service was friendly, the pizza was delicious, and the price-performance ratio was unbeatable. I will definitely eat here again.

Nice little shop with delicious food, fast service, and a manageable menu. Prices are kept low by cutting back on waitresses, but the food standards are high. My colleague and I left stuffed and satisfied with a €31 bill for pizza, two pasta dishes, and drinks. I'm happy to take my own dishes away for that. 😊👍

Whenever I go to Mannheim I must go eat there, because all their dishes are delicious and at a very good price.

No table service. Salad was mostly ham and what I guess was cheese.

Wow. An authentic piece of Italy in the heart of Mannheim. This pizzeria/tavola calda would look exactly the same at our favorite vacation spot near Ravenna, or in the Italian Alps. Or in... Milan? No frills, no pretentiousness, no fancy posturing, just an honest restaurant (with self-service?!) run by a passionate family business. A thousand times better than the other supposedly Italian restaurants in the area. For me, this is authentic dining for everyone, as the prices aren't exorbitant either. €10 for a pizza and a drink is totally fine! I'd be happy to go again. Alla prossima, ci revediamo! P.S.: I took the pizza and drink back to the hotel and didn't consume them there. Please note - cash only!

Perfect value for money! For €9.90, you get any pizza/pasta including a soft drink. The pizza tastes fresh and the portions are generous—what more could you want? It should be clear that the ambiance, located on the street and with self-service, doesn't compare to that of a top-class restaurant.

The dishes are cleared away there as standard. So far ok. But when you are then insulted in the most unfriendly manner for not placing a bowl for Parmesan cheese outside the plate... Friendliness there: non-existent.

It smelled wonderful and the pizza was very good. We just wondered how it was possible to offer a pizza with a drink for 9.90. When we looked at the ingredients we knew it. Cheap mush meat which was described as ham on the menu. We would also spend a few euros more for better ingredients. The atmosphere is, well, more comfortable.

Very great little cozy restaurant. You come in and are greeted warmly, with Italian music in the background. The food is super delicious. Hard to top. It's not expensive at all and it's a huge portion. Unfortunately I was only here for a visit. If I lived in Mannheim, this would be my favorite restaurant.

Simple Italian with a rustic atmosphere. Self-service, small tables with checkered plastic tablecloths, feels like you used to be on holiday in Italy. Packed over lunchtime. The food was really super fresh and very tasty. Price-performance ratio can't be beat. I had penne arrabiata. All dente, great tomato sauce, nice and spicy. Including a drink under 10€. I'll definitely be back...

Food very good and cheap, ambience a bit cramped.

Really unfriendly staff. I have been here several times and can attest that it was the same every time. I can understand when it's full that you're moody, but it's often been like that so far. You shouldn't run a restaurant if you treat customers like that.

Simple but very good food, cheap, you clear the table yourself, self-service was a bit unusual but you could eat cheaply and well! A must visit if you are in Mannheim.

As soon as you enter the pizzeria you feel like you are in a small Italian town. The aroma, the setting and the food give you a homely and caring environment in which you immediately feel at home. While you eat you can examine and enjoy the detailed interior design. There is very tasty food and good prices that make it worth visiting this pizzeria again and again!

Best shop for good Italian pasta! 8.90 for a huge portion including a drink. Afterwards you're really full :) sometimes, especially towards the evening, you have to wait a bit for a seat because it's always full, but it's worth it! I recommend the cheese pasta with penne pasta

The price-performance ratio is truly unbeatable, especially in this day and age. Despite the low prices, quality is not compromised here: the food is simply delicious! I've been there twice now and have been impressed each time. The staff also deserve special praise. Despite the rush, the employees always keep an overview and know exactly who ordered what. You can tell that people work here who really enjoy their job and care about their guests. La Focaccia is just a two-minute walk from Mannheim train station - ideal for anyone who wants to take a short break with good food. I can really recommend this place to everyone. The taste is great and you can't complain about the prices for a large portion of pasta or pizza plus a drink for under €10... Will definitely be remembered! The only deductions are for the location right on the street.

There is authentic Italian cuisine here. There is a selection of pasta dishes, pizzas and salads. A main course/salad including a soft drink costs 8.90. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. There is the option to eat inside as well as outside. The food tastes great, but my recommendation here is more the pasta dishes. There is also delicious coffee at a reasonable price, as well as tiramisu and cannoli. This place is perfect, especially for people who want to eat quickly, cheaply and well. Especially if you come from the train station or have to go to the train station (2min walk) All in all a great experience, I was there several times and would be happy to come back at any time. Very tasty lunch. €8.90 for pizza or pasta + drink is not only fair but unfortunately now a rarity, which is why I like eating here! I like going here, even though it's often very crowded inside in winter and there's a lot of foot traffic. The best way to get there is on foot or by train as parking spaces are very limited at peak times, especially at the main station. Despite everything, 5 stars are more than deserved. Thanks!

Craziness. Simply and without much fuss, you can get wonderful pizzas and spaghetti as well as non-alcoholic drinks at a sensational price. Dining takes place at small tables. You're happy to accept the almost non-existent service, and you won't kill yourself by removing the plates and bottles yourself.

Me and my family have been eating here for many years, for me there is currently no better Italian than La Focaccia, my 2 little daughters also love the food :) , the pizza 🍕 and the pasta 🍜 are a dream. I can 100% recommend it to everyone. The boss and all the employees are very nice.
