I don't know what I expected, but THAT wasn't it. I ordered through Wolt and it took less than 15 minutes from my order to delivery. The shawarma platter is easily enough for two people and the portion is huge. The food was super warm, the yogurt was perfectly seasoned, as was the meat, and the bread was very crusty. The vegetables tasted fresh and the pickled cucumbers were sooooo delicious - you normally only get them in Arabic shops. Very authentic! Gladly again.

best shawrma ever you can enjoy in this region. update 02.07.2023 I would like to point out that the quality of the shawarma chicken is declining. i get disappointed when the Arabic restaurants doesn't keep on the same, where they started from. there will be days where you are really satisfied from the meal and other days where you whole day get ruined because of the lack of sticking to the required standards. i am writing this because i know the owner cares and i know he will be reading this. i know it is challenging to continuously deliver the same good taste every day for long terms but i know restaurants in Mannheim which are more than 7 years old and today they offer the same taste and quality like (Katik) which is not my taste style but they still keeping on! this place (Feinschmecker) used to deliver a delicious food and hope that it will not get ruined by the time, like some of the Arabic restaurants. i will have to remove one star for now and would love to return it back in the near future. Update 24.02.2024 i give the restaurant again 5 stars for the food.
