Der vegetarische Burger war richtig lecker und die Portion absolut ausreichend. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen

Super Burger mit guten Pommes in freundlicher Atmosphäre. Die Burger sind geschmackvoll und interessant gemacht. Update vom 15.07.2026 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein rundum perfekter Restaurantbesuch! Schon beim Betreten hat uns das stilvolle und gemütliche Ambiente begeistert – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wohl. Der Service war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen war einfach hervorragend: frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität und frische Zutaten gelegt wird. Für uns hat einfach alles gestimmt – vom Ambiente über den erstklassigen Service bis hin zum ausgezeichneten Essen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können Eskinivvach jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Wir hatten hier zu Abend gegessen, anlässlich unserer Teamfeier. Die Bewertung schreibe ich aber aus privater Sicht. Es war ein toller Abend, wir waren ü 20 Personen somit hatten wir unser Essen vorabbestellt. Sehr schnell hatte jeder von uns sein Wunschgericht vor der Nase. Üppige Portion, sehr lecker und auch fürs Auge schön angerichtet. Ich würde jederzeit wieder vorbeikommen und lecker essen.

Einfach nur lecker diese Burger. Wir sind schon länger Kunde bei Eskinivvach und kommen auch gerne immer wieder. Geschmacklich top. Update 2026: Die Qualität hat leider sehr nachgelassen. Ganz ehrlich? Wenn ihr hier noch nicht wart, habt ihr Burger-technisch einfach was verpasst. Die Soßen sind der Hammer und drumherum passt's für mich einfach! In der form hab ich das vorher noch nicht gesehen. 👍🏻 Service 10/10. Das man an der Theke bestellt und sein Teller halbwegs selbst abräumt, finde ich persönlich nicht schlimm. Kenn ich aus vielen angesagten Bürgerläden. Also: ich und auch meine Freunde kommen immer wieder gerne! 👍🏻

Wollte heute mal wieder einen Burger zum Mittag leider muss mann da auf McD ausweichen. Schön wären frühere Öffnungszeiten, vielleicht nur Freitag. Da könnte man zu Mittag an der Arbeit bestellen. Leider fahre ich Abends nicht extra 15km für einen Burger nach Eschwege. Ihr seit gut aber es gibt auch nix neues bei euch und dann geht es nur noch hin wenn es passt. Leider nicht mehr so oft. Früher war das besser. Heute endlich mal im neuen Restaurant essen gewesen. Das Essen wie immer super lecker und das Personal super freundlich. Besser gehts nicht. Aber Das Ambiente könnte besser sein, sieht aus wie in der Systemgastro. Das Alte war viel cooler und gemütlicher. Passte mehr zu Homemade. Vor ein paar Jahren nicht mehr da gewesen, aber immer noch gut. Qualität des Essen ist immer noch Spitze. Preise sind wie bei den Anderen auch gestiegen. Sie halten sich aber noch im Rahmen. Will man einen billigen Burger sollte zu McZ, wer einen will der auch noch schmeckt sollt hierher gehen. Alles klein aber fein. Nur das Essen ist üppig. Weiter so.

Tolles Ambiente. Sehr leckere und vorallem grosse Burger aus regionalen Produkten.

Wir waren heute zweimal dort, weil mein großer Sohn nach dem Schwimmen noch einmal Hunger hatte. Beim ersten Besuch hatte ich mich über die sehr kleine Portion Süßkartoffelpommes gewundert und deshalb später noch einmal nachgefragt. Das Personal hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und meinte, es müsse ein Versehen gewesen sein. Als Entgegenkommen habe ich sogar noch einen Burger aufs Haus bekommen – das fand ich wirklich sehr fair. Der Burger und auch das Kindermenü waren lecker, insgesamt besser als bei McDonald's. Fehler können passieren, entscheidend ist, wie damit umgegangen wird – und das wurde hier sehr kundenfreundlich gelöst. Kommen gerne wieder.

Hervorragende Handgemachte Burger(keine Industrie TK-Ware), aus Lokalen Zutaten einfach lecker. Extra Bacon setzt allen Burgern die Krone auf. (Klingt wie ein Werbetext ist es aber nicht, es ist meine persönliche Meinung.)

Wir sind spontan zu zweit vorbeigekommen, durften direkt an der Theke bestellen und hatten einen schönen ruhigen Tisch bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle stets freundlich und wirkten als würden sie gerne dort arbeiten. Die vegetarische Auswahl ist super und schmeckt hervorragend, man kann auch problemlos Extrawünsche angeben. Es gibt auch vegane Crispy chicken Wraps die ich unbedingt noch probieren muss. Das es mehrere vegane Soßen gibt find ich ebenfalls super. Geschmacklich hat wirklich alles überzeugt. Obwohl mehrere Grüppchen von 2-5 Leuten ebenfalls im Restaurant waren, war die Wartezeit geringer als erwartet. Man konnte sich problemlos unterhalten und verstehen, das Ambiente war sehr gemütlich und einladend. Für die Qualität sind die Preise absolut in Ordnung. Wir waren abends da und hatten kein Problem gegenüber einen Parkplatz zu finden. Hier komm ich gerne wieder hin! :)

Hatte bei meinem ersten Besuch einen Meltet Cheese Burger war total lecker. Bei meinen zweiten Besuch hatte ich einen Natural Chicken Warp war sehr lecker und prall gefüllt. Immer einen Besuch wert 👍🏻

Preise erscheinen im ersten Moment höher als erwartet aber es ist definitiv ein Erlebnis und mehr als Preis Leisgungs stark. Komme definitiv wieder!

Uns persönlich hat es nicht geschmeckt. Der Preis ist definitiv auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Man sitzt so nah aneinander, dass wir das Gespräch vom Nachbartisch genauestens mithören konnten & sie haben sehr leise geredet. Es hat sich angefühlt, als wären wir zusammen da gewesen. Es war auch unheimlich laut im Restaurant, obwohl kaum Leute da waren & alle in normaler Lautstärke gesprochen haben. Zum mitnehmen okay, aber nochmal vor Ort würde ich tatsächlich nicht essen. Für den Preis & ohne Service würde ich empfehlen eher in andere regionale Restaurants zu gehen, wo der Preis gerechtfertigt ist

Hier bekommt man die besten Burger im Werra Meißner Kreis. Egal ob Burger Raclette zu Silvester oder die Burger im Restaurant ...immer sehr lecker.

Wir haben Essen abgeholt, das richtig lecker geschmeckt hat. Selten einen so geschmackvollen Burger gegessen. Nur mussten wir recht lange auf die Zubereitung warten.

Einfach leckeres Essen, die Burger und die Fritten sind super. Preis ist jetzt nicht günstig, zahlt man aber gerne wenn es frisch ist und einfach lecker schmeckt. Service hat halt nur vier Punkte, weil man sein Essen an der Theke bestellen muss, ist aber völlig in Ordnung. Der neue Laden ist schön, ist aber auch noch Luft nach oben. Darf man halt nicht mit einem hippen Burgerladen in der großen Stadt vergleichen. Aber für Eschwege schon toll gemacht. Können sich andere Läden in Eschwege durchaus eine Scheibe abschneiden. Leute, geht nicht zum golden M weil ihr da mehr für das Geld bekommt. Hier bekommt ihr Qualität die länger satt macht und vor allem besser schmeckt. Die Qualität schlägt meiner Meinung nach gerade beim Essen die Quantität. In dem Sinne, probiert es mal aus.

Die Burger sind gut, Service leider nicht vorhanden. Obwohl neben unserer fünfköpfigen Gruppe nur zwei weitere Gäste im Lokal waren, mussten wir unsere Bestellung an der Kasse abgeben. Die Burger kamen zwar recht schnell, allerdings war es dem Personal trotz der wenigen Besucher nicht möglich das Essen für unsere Gruppe annähernd zur gleichen Zeit zu servieren. Sonderwünsche werden aufgenommen, dann aber nicht umgesetzt. Ohne Service passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für mich leider nicht. Schade!

Wir waren in einer kleinen Gruppe da und einfach nur begeistert! Besonders in Erinnerung ist uns die Bärlauch Mayo geblieben. Insgesamt waren aber alle Soßen sehr lecker, bekommt man sonst nirgends so. Burger waren durchweg alle super, sowohl mit Rind als auch Hähnchen. Aber auch Pommes, Zwiebelringe & Nuggets waren super. Auf extra würste sind Sie auch noch eingegangen. Wir werden öfter kommen, da auch der Service von A-Z sehr nett war. Schönes Lokal - Weiter so. :)

When I ate at Eskinivvach with my family, the food was absolutely delicious. The burgers were juicy and served hot, and the fries arrived piping hot too 🍔🤤. The service was very friendly and attentive. Plus, the atmosphere was very cozy; you immediately felt at ease. ☺️

Ich war neulich mit Freunden im Eskinivvach und war total zufrieden. Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön und gemütlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Burger haben super geschmeckt – frisch, saftig und sehr lecker. Auch die Pommes und die Soßen waren richtig gut. Der Service war super freundlich und schnell, alle waren total gut drauf und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Ich würde ja gerne noch mehr Sterne vergeben- jedesmal wenn wir dort essen gehen (oder abholen) schmeckt das Essen unglaublich gut! Preis-Leistung überzeugt hier wirklich und man schmeckt die Frische! Auch WENN mal was schief geht- das Personal ist immer super freundlich und versucht zu helfen! Kann ich jedem empfehlen, es lohnt sich! PS- auch als Team/ Gruppe kann man super hier essen!

Super cute! Super delicious! I want more! Who hasn't been there? Train toilet out of order. The train's been standing still for a few minutes. Quickly search... Becker to the station toilet... closed. And then running around, starting to panic, and then...! A glimmer of hope! That's it! Relief in sight. A quick glance because I only have my phone... but there's a card reader! So I order and head for the toilet. Then... Visa doesn't work! Oh dear! But no problem for them! I got the fries for free! I'm going to tell Santa about this. We won't forget it. Apart from that, the restaurant is nicely decorated, and they've provided freshening-up areas in front of the toilets! Everything feels open and airy, and you can even see into the kitchen! As an autistic person who has worked in a commercial kitchen and knows how unfriendly things can sometimes be there, this is always a great help in making me feel comfortable. I felt comfortable during the short time I was there. Oh yes. The fries! Super delicious. I unfortunately had to share! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Perfectly salted and seasoned. A real treat! I can highly recommend the fries there. I'm very picky about food. You often find dark spots or less-than-perfect ingredients. But not a single piece was left here! Quite the opposite. Now I want more. If we ever drive that route again, we'll come back, and then as a couple with plenty of time!

We recently visited the restaurant as a couple and were quite disappointed overall. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio was completely off. The fries were okay, but the meat in the burger was tough and a bit chewy. It was a real shame, because the buns and sauces were actually delicious and had the potential to make for a good burger. The service was particularly disappointing: even though it wasn't busy, we felt practically ignored. We had expected much more and probably won't be coming back.

Unfortunately, disappointing. I ordered the special offer burger meal. The non-alcoholic wheat beer was supposed to be brought to my table, but it hadn't arrived even after 10 minutes. So I went to the front myself and politely reminded the server – these things happen. After about 25 minutes, the burger finally arrived 🍔 – but with the explanation that the fries would be served later, as they were being freshly fried. Unfortunately, the burger was only lukewarm, and by the time the fries still hadn't arrived, I had already finished my burger. I handed over my tray and said that I didn't want the fries either. Honestly: Burgers and fries should be served together. It wasn't particularly busy, so that couldn't have been the reason. The burger itself tasted really great, but overall, the experience was disappointing.

The location of the new location is perfect for passing through. The prices they're asking for these days (generally in restaurants) are really a bit of a stretch; €21 for a burger, fries, and a drink is a statement. Everything tasted great. The sour cream burger with a Hesse connection—that's a cool unique selling point! The interior of Eskinivvach completely lacks any connection to Eschwege and your offerings. You should definitely do this to enhance the experience and bring the name to life. There's still plenty of space on the walls for city views, pictures of your history, etc.

A very well-kept little burger joint whose ambiance is more reminiscent of an internet café, which we really liked. You're greeted warmly, all the staff are very friendly, and the service is excellent. The burgers we had were very good and offered excellent value for money; we'd be happy to come back :)

We had a great evening "ENJOYABLE JOURNEY OF THE TASTE" in conjunction with Holle's GIN TASTING.

Previously located in the city center, in a very small space. Today, it's located on the outskirts with plenty of space. The burgers are delicious and varied.

A very nice atmosphere. Super friendly service. Very clean. And the burgers are just the right size and taste amazing! I was especially surprised by the fresh vegetables and the burger bun. A meal costs about €22, which includes a drink. I recommend this place to every burger fan.

So, if you like tough patties and very prominent pickled onions on a burger with cold buns at overpriced prices, I warmly recommend it. The taste is really no surprise, not a highlight, rather disappointing. The fries are okay. The service is extremely friendly. Everything would have been perfectly fine, but the prices are disproportionate. We had three different burgers and were full three times, but we would have been full even after three Big Macs. We would have paid €81 for three people (three burger menus including a side and a drink, plus two extra sides) in a restaurant, too... perhaps there would have been no disappointment.

I was looking for a place with two small children where I could get delicious food as quickly as possible. It has a modern ambiance, but not a proper restaurant with table service, but rather an ordering counter. Drinks can be taken from the fridge, and there's also a coffee machine on site. The burgers we ordered were brought to our table and were truly delicious. The staff is very friendly and even accommodated special requests. However, it's not your typical "I'll sit there with friends all evening" restaurant.

Great burgers, but unfortunately, the prices are no longer reasonable. I really like the taste of the burgers, but significantly more than €20 is simply not reasonable these days. The competition offers similarly good quality for about €8 less.

A special burger! I really enjoyed it overall. The only thing that could be better is the location.

Even after the move, the quality is top-notch and the staff super friendly. The price-performance ratio is at least adequate, tending towards good. Menus can be customized, and customer requests are readily accommodated, even at no extra charge. The seating inside is really great, and the terrace outside is okay, although the street seating (possibly only during the opening hours) wasn't great. We'd be happy to come back when we're in Eschwege.

The best burger I've ever eaten. The burgers look just like the pictures and taste fantastic. This burger joint is unrivaled.

Once again, it's delicious. The service is pleasant, friendly, and attentive. And what also pleases me is that the Eschwege dark beer is nice and cold and available here. Very cozy. I'd be happy to come back.

We've always been very satisfied. This time, as always, we specified that there should be no peppers in the food. The person then tasted the salad and assured us there was no peppers in the salad. But when we ate, we did have peppers in the food (green peppers). My throat was swollen despite taking the tablets, and the movie trip I had already booked was also canceled. If you don't know what's in your food, you should say so so you can order something else. The evening was ruined. 47.00 euros for the meal, 26 euros for the movie, and on top of that, a stomach ache and a doctor's visit.

We've been eating the delicious burgers at Eskinivvach for years when we're on vacation in ESW. After our first visit after moving to the new location, we have mixed feelings: The burgers and fries are consistently very tasty and of very good quality. That should be the case given the higher price range. It's nice that they now offer stoneware plates instead of plastic! The premises are large and bright, but some things (open electrical outlets on the stairs by the window, missing baseboards in the restrooms, the untidy area around the terrace...) still seem makeshift and uninviting. We were irritated by the behavior of the (service) staff: Our orders were taken in a friendly manner, but with a lot of questions. There were five employees behind the counter for a total of four guests in the restaurant. After serving guests, the staff used the time for intensive cell phone use, loud private conversations, and often accompanied by copious yawns. We didn't really get a comfortable atmosphere. It's a shame, but of course we'll give it a second chance and come back anyway.

I lost my appetite as soon as I ordered; the service was absolutely rude. The burger quality was poor (the bun was soggy and the meat was quite dry). The price/performance ratio was completely unacceptable in my opinion. Conclusion: Never again!

Burger waren wie gewohnt gut und das Personal freundlich, alles sauber. Leider wurde die Location von der Sperlinggasse in die Bahnhofstraße verlegt. Vergrößern hat seinen Preis und damit ist für mich, der ursprüngliche Charme verloren gegangen. Die Akustik im Innenraum könnte überarbeitet werden. Vom coolen "Indieburgerladen" in der Seitengasse zum Mainstream, schade.

From the very beginning, there was a lack of friendliness. I still wanted to place my order for 15 meals. Unfortunately, the store doesn't accept cash, as they apparently can't give it out after a whole day of operation. They only accept physical debit cards, which I haven't had since I opened a Knax Club account. The lecture that no one in the world would accept my payments was a bit intrusive for someone who has never traveled further than a 50 km radius. I was also discriminated against because of my purple wallet and my difficulty paying. The store hates high earners and refused to accept any payment options. Extremely rude. McDonald's likes high earners and even accepts the black Amex.

We ordered something online for pickup. Our order was already ready when we arrived at the restaurant. However, we had to wait another 20 minutes before paying because of the queue. They should change the system for people who order food online for takeout in the future, because our food was completely cold...

Our order was prepared incorrectly. When we complained, we were told "what a big mouth we were." They were too busy. They couldn't redo the order. Excellent service, we'd go back anytime...

New, larger location. Located at the roundabout in Eschwege near the train station. Order at the counter and have your food brought to your table. You'll be satisfied even without the menu. Short wait times. A delicious selection of hamburgers, including meat grinder versions, is available. A beer garden is available. The taste is top-notch. Regional vendors are involved. Unfortunately, there's no pepper for seasoning. Parking is only available on the street, making it quite limited.

Very delicious food 😊 the best sweet potato fries I've ever had I have to deduct one star for service, though, because I only learned after asking that you have to order at the entrance 🙈 Unfortunately, there were no signs or instructions on the menu.

Amazing burgers... I've been coming to Eskinivvach for a few years now. I was a bit surprised that the place has a new location, but it's great that there's more seating available. My favorites are definitely the Dietemann Burger and the Hessian Schmand Burgen. Everything I've had there so far has been incredibly delicious. It's filling, too. Unfortunately, the place has become a bit more expensive than it has been in recent years. But for great quality, I'm happy to pay a little more.

A bit too expensive for my taste

If you like burgers, this is the place for you. We're happy to drive the 30km to eat here. Huge portions and incredibly delicious sauces on the burgers - we've tried them all - can only be recommended, and the fries are excellent. It's even child-friendly, with two high chairs available. However, you should reserve a table, as it can get crowded and you'll have to wait a bit, but it's worth the wait.

I think it's very positive that Eskinivvach uses regional ingredients. I really enjoy the Natural Fit Burger. The fries could have been homemade. Unfortunately, they were cut to very different thicknesses, which meant that some of the thicker ones were still raw inside. Unfortunately, I received the wrong sauce than I ordered. I understand that regional ingredients are a bit more expensive, but I find the prices high for self-service and bottled drinks without glasses or cutlery.

The burgers, fries, and dip were good, but I think the prices are a bit high despite the excellent quality. Service was very friendly and good. The ambiance (more like a chic waiting room) and especially the sound system could be improved. I found it unpleasantly loud, even though the place was only about half full.

Very, very tasty burgers and sides, as well as salads and drinks! We had a team meal yesterday, and it was fantastic... Unfortunately, I have to complain that our clothes smelled strongly of fries/burgers afterward, since they have an open kitchen. All in all, I'd still give them a thumbs up!! 😊

New place, same great taste! Eskinivvach Burger moved into its new premises on May 1st - and what can you say: the new start was more than successful! The new ambience is modern, urban and yet incredibly comfortable. You can immediately feel that a lot of attention has been paid to detail here - from the furnishings to the atmosphere. In terms of cuisine, Eskinivvach Burger remains true to itself: the burgers are still absolutely top class. Fresh ingredients, creative combinations and perfectly cooked patties – every bite is an experience. As always, the service was very friendly, attentive and relaxed - despite the hustle and bustle around the opening. It is impressive how confidently the team mastered the change of location. Eskinivvach Burger was already an insider tip, but with the new location it will finally become a permanent fixture in the burger scene. If you want to enjoy really good burgers in a relaxed atmosphere, you should definitely stop by!

The interior is spacious and bright, and the furnishings are very comfortable. For warmer days there is also the option to sit outside. The menu was and is the highlight with small but nice innovations!

Five stars + from me.... The food is so delicious, a pure taste explosion.... Fast food with a difference, everything freshly prepared with love from regional ingredients, including the fries of course! Regional fresh potatoes are processed here.... The entire team is super friendly.... The new restaurant on Bahnhofstrasse with its beautifully designed terrace is soooo nice!!!..... Accessibility is guaranteed, wheelchair users are also taken into account, because a ramp for the entrance has already been ordered..... Good luck 👌🍀😋

The burgers are good. But the meals aren't exactly cheap. I wish I could get the burger with a specific degree of doneness (e.g., medium), like in the US.

I ordered the Otto Normalburger and it was really juicy and tasty. The fries and the garlic mayo were unique. (unfortunately no pictures, it was too tasty)

Very cozy for a fast food place. There are proper dishes. You can sit outside and inside. Nice selection of Fritz drinks. We were there with several people. The different burgers were brought to our table at the same time. The burgers look great and taste world class. Extra requests will be taken into account. I was completely thrilled.

Mega tasty, regional burgers, there are always specials at Open Flair. We've been coming here for years and your burgers are one of the highlights of the festival!

A truly magnificent store, ideally located in the middle of the city center. The culinary delights served there are of the highest quality and demonstrate remarkable sophistication. The burgers in particular pleased my taste buds. However, I regret to say that the cheddar fries were a touch too bitter for my taste. The staff, however, was extremely friendly and made the stay in this establishment even more pleasant.
