We spontaneously visited on a holiday and got a nice table inside. It was naturally busy, which meant service took a little longer at times, but that's understandable given the number of guests. The food was delicious; there were four of us there and we tried a variety of dishes. The Greek specialties like gyros, souvlaki, and suzuki were particularly tasty; the meat wasn't dry and was well-seasoned. The tzatziki is homemade and has a pleasantly light garlicky flavor, not overpowering. The reason for only four stars is the price of our starter and side dish. In my opinion, this wasn't justified for the beans in tomato sauce and the potato slices. The portions were very small considering the dishes cost €7.10/€9.50. We all enjoyed our meals very much, and we can recommend the restaurant. The price of the side dish/starter is the only criticism. We will definitely be back!
There simply can't be enough stars for this place, it's simply MAGICAL!!! Everything here is made with love and passion. The food is an absolute dream, no matter what you order, it's an absolute work of art! Every drink tastes amazing and is absolutely creative! The staff are so warm and accommodating and the service is simply top-notch! No matter how busy it is, they never seem stressed and always have kind words ready and take the time to make small talk with the guests! The ambience is inviting and radiates warmth. Everything here is made with love! Our absolute favorite in Nuremberg and highly recommended! Thank you so much for making every visit unforgettable!
Been in Germany 5 years and this was by far my favorite place to eat, food is amazing service is wonderful, beer is good and sitting outside is very relaxing while enjoying your meal. I recommend the chicken curry hits the spot everytime✨
Extremely long wait – over an hour for food for a salad and a bowl. Very loud atmosphere. Overall, the food was OK but nothing special. Very disappointing.
Very accommodating. Friendly. Spontaneous. There's no rush when you want to eat something right before closing time. Everything I've tried has been delicious.
The quality has been consistently high for years, but I feel like the large burritos have gotten smaller.
I once thought it was a mistake and thought I'd accidentally put a small burrito in the bag. But when I ordered a large one the last two times (as always), the burritos were unfortunately just as big, or rather "small."
The selection is great! Especially recommended for vegans and vegetarians, as the veggie products are really good compared to many other restaurants or snack bars.
All the employees I've met there over the past few years have always been really nice.
If the store were open on Mondays, I would eat there much more regularly. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit perfectly with my work situation.
The "Dolce Vita" in Wittenau is more than just a restaurant – it's an invitation to escape everyday life and take a little break in Italy. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you're greeted by a warm atmosphere that invites you to linger. The ambiance is cozy and authentic, perfect for a relaxing evening for two, with friends, or family.
What truly sets the "Dolce Vita" apart, however, is its outstanding cuisine. Every dish I've tried so far has been a delight. Whether it's the crispy pizza from the stone oven, the homemade pasta with its diverse sauces, or the fresh fish and meat dishes – you can taste the passion and quality of the ingredients in every bite. The wine selection is also excellent and perfectly complements each dish.
The service is always attentive, friendly, and courteous, without being intrusive. You truly feel welcome and well looked after as a guest here. The staff is always ready to offer recommendations or answer questions.
``` For me, the "Dolce Vita" in Wittenau is an absolute must for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine and wants to enjoy an evening in a pleasant atmosphere. It's a place you'll want to return to again and again.
