This ramen restaurant is completely overrated. The reception is disastrous: No Visa or Mastercard payments accepted, only German cards. The prices are exorbitant for clearly frozen products still in frozen containers. The supposedly halal meat isn't certified.
Taste: A torture for anyone with a modicum of taste. Even ordering "not too spicy," it burned my mouth and the dish had to be remade.
Takeout? You have to pack the food yourself... I've never experienced anything like it 😂
On top of that: I had diarrhea for two days after eating it and will be seeing a doctor to have it checked for possible bacteria.
In short: A disastrous experience from start to finish, absolutely unworthy of the good reviews.
This was our first time eating at eatsu, and I have to say we were thrilled with the bowl and the bao!
Very fresh and delicious.
The salmon bowl is especially recommended.
The sushi, however, wasn't great value for money.
Still, 5*****
I got the last cold bits from the second kebab skewer instead of fresh meat from the one next to it... or maybe a mix of both. I wasn't even asked what I wanted on it, even though I was standing right in front of the counter. The fries were good, but I'd rather go somewhere else soon.
The delivery time was abysmal; instead of the confirmed 60 minutes, it took 120 minutes. When we asked 70 minutes after ordering, we were told, almost rudely, that it would be there in 15 minutes. When we asked again 30 minutes later, the answer was even more rude, saying it would be there in 3-4 minutes, but then it took another 20 minutes.
We were glad the driver didn't just throw the food out the door; he was far from friendly either.
The packaging was so oily that we had to open it in the sink.
About the food: we often eat Indian food and have to say, it was too bland and cold for us.
We ate at the B&B as a family today. The food was absolutely delicious (fresh, good ingredients, especially the burger patties).
The service was very friendly and prompt, and the ambiance was modern and stylish (the chairs are very comfortable). The only minor drawback was the smell of grease due to the open kitchen.
Highly recommended!
The place is a bit confusing to me. The ambiance is beautiful and gives me the feeling of a restaurant. However, it's just a chicken fast food restaurant. I find the concept a bit odd. The food is okay, but nothing spectacular. The sauces are quite tasty, but they'd be better packaged in small dipping pots. I also miss a clear menu and perhaps ordering kiosks. The employee was unfortunately very unintelligible and alone. When you come to this place for the first time, you're a bit lost.
