No card payment. Nothing more needs to be said about this. The food was okay. 90% frozen and deep fryer. The facility has its best days behind it. The service (boss) was extremely on the ball and friendly.

We were there last night and I have to say it was very nice. The staff were very friendly and the drinks and snacks came very quickly. The atmosphere is beautiful.

We were there with three people and reserved a table for 8 p.m. When we arrived there was no table available. We were seated at the bar and because we had to wait a little longer, we were given a Prosecco - which we thought was very nice. Once at the table we placed our orders. Among other things, two sushi rolls with the request that they be given without cucumbers. One came without cucumber, the other with cucumber. We complained about one roll and the waiter said he would replace it, it would take about 5-10 minutes (the mood in his face clearly visible). It took longer. My husband and I had meanwhile finished eating when our daughter received her sushi roll. My husband ordered another roll (without cucumber) for himself and our daughter to share. (When we placed our order, we asked if we could reorder Suhsi as needed - of course, no problem! - the waiter said (that's 8:30 p.m.)). The sushi roll was served, but again with (!) cucumber. We complained about the role again. Then they said that the roll would be taken off the bill, but there would be nothing left to eat. The kitchen closes at 9 p.m.! We then wished the kitchen a nice evening, ordered the bill, drank our bottle of wine and left the restaurant, partly hungry, and we refused the hot drink as compensation. We have never experienced anything like this before! If reservations are accepted at 8pm, I think the kitchen should be open later. By the way, our table next door received their food shortly after the waiter said that the kitchen was closed. When serving at the neighboring table, the waiter placed the empty water bottles, dip bowls, etc. from the neighboring table on our table, in front of our daughter's seat. Not so nice when the table is used as a storage area.

My father and I were warmly welcomed by the innkeeper and his colleagues. We were seated courteously and informed in detail about the situation of the food. We were allowed to order drinks directly and were able to make our decisions quickly from the clear menu (only highlights). We got our drinks, ordered our food and we started straight away with a starter soup that was really incredibly tasty! During this time we were asked whether everything was okay and the whole team was present. We watched the place fill up and everything was peaceful. The hosts had tables throughout the restaurant, some with larger groups, and had everything under control. The main course came quickly and we enjoyed it very much! Afterwards there was dessert and a double espresso. The dessert was also magical and the espresso is deep black, has a strong crema and an intense taste! The innkeeper concluded this visit with us and we will come back again. An absolute insider tip! Our visit lasted less than an hour and we were able to capture and experience so many beautiful things. We wish the entire team nothing but the best and really appreciate their kindness and care! The food was very tasty. The meat was really top quality and tasted perfect. Likewise the pizza. The service was very nice and tried hard, but there is still room for improvement.
