The service staff is very friendly and helpful. Personal recommendations are available upon request. The portion sizes are very generous, and you'll feel completely full. The interior is very quiet, and the music plays softly, but not too loudly, so you can still have a conversation. The wooden chairs might get a bit hard for longer periods, but that's a matter of taste. The table size is sufficient for groups of 1-4 people. The lighting is pleasant. Card payments are only accepted for amounts over €20.

We love this restaurant so much. We've eaten here so many times, and we really enjoy it. The food is delicious and authentic. The staff is very friendly. Every time we've been there, we've always been asked about how the food tasted and felt. We always come back 😘

I use to love the noodle soup at this place but I went the last three times the quality and the consistency of the taste just wasn’t there anymore …each time it was the similar issue that they put too much noodle that can’t even taste the soup anymore…even when ordering different noodle soup…or the umami of the soup flavor is not there …I’m not sure what happened but over all I still like this place but I’m just not sure if I can recommend to friends anymore if the consistency of the taste is not there…it’s a hit or miss when I go there.

The banh mi here is simply heavenly! 😋 I was back yesterday after my trip, and everything was just as wonderful as the first time. I think they even have two branches. The team is always great—and I didn't have to wait long. Always a great choice to fill you up and feel happy! And the best part: The employee even complimented my beautiful eyelashes—made my day! ✨

The spicy fish noodle soup here is 90% delicious, similar to the one in Vietnam (without the accompanying vegetables). So I've been here 3 times. The first time I came to eat, the owner was very enthusiastic and welcoming. The second time, I met a waitress with a sullen face like a chopping board, looking disdainful and didn't want to come back, but because of the food, I came back a third time and it was still the same waitress. Still with a sullen face like losing the rice book, ruining the taste of the food. I probably won't come back to the restaurant again. The owner should take a look and remind her. With that sullen face, she should go into the kitchen and wash the dishes instead of serving customers, ruining their enjoyment of the meal.

This place says it’s open till 10:30 and I travelled a long way to arrive. At 9:42 they said only to go orders. Really dissapointing. Please be clear on your times so customers don’t waste time travelling.

If you're vegan, look no further. If you're NOT vegan, look no further. I give the atmosphere a 5 because there aren't 6 points for the food. Highly recommended.

The waiter was young and not very friendly, also due to the fact that I don't speak German. Leaving aside the unpleasant service and the not very welcoming environment, the cuisine is exceptional and the dishes I ate were very tasty and well executed. I would return (maybe) just for the cuisine

The crab noodle soup is delicious, especially the grilled pork with betel leaves. The restaurant's special lemon tea is worth trying.

The food was truly underwhelming. I had a curry with vegetables and tofu. The vegetables were mostly carrots. There was hardly any curry flavor, far too sweet for my taste. The waiter had a cold and was putting his hand under his T-shirt. That's just disgusting.

Incredibly nice staffs, along with the well cooked and insanely delicious food. The staffs and chefs here are very welcoming and nice, had a pleasent experience. Will definitely come back! Ps: the Vietnamese in this Vietnamse restaurant is really authentic. Had food in Vietnam a while back and was craving for it, hence decided to give this restaurant a chance. No regrets, 10/10 service and a very authentic experience in the food.

Great food; always fresh and good portions. Quick service, however one of the servers gives back change with one euro or 50 cents less, even after already adding tips! I hope she is only just bad at math and not doing it intentionally. Otherwise definitely recommended spot.

Sanhok Wok&Grill in Neukölln offers classic Vietnamese dishes at fair prices and in good portion sizes - something that has unfortunately become rare in 2025. The service was friendly, the prices were very good and the portions were generous. In terms of taste, everything was absolutely fine and I will definitely come back. Card payment is possible from €20.

Absolutely horrible experience, we ordered and waited for 40 mins watching people come after us order and get their food and when I finally asked them where is our food they had actually forgotten our order and asked us again what we ordered… then pretended like they didn’t forget, then we waited for around 20 more minutes until we finally got the food and it was uncooked vegetables, tasteless fish, the pho noodle soup we couldn’t eat because it was burnt. Definitely not recommended, they lied about forgetting our order and then didn’t even apologise about it, we waited for around 60 minutes in total for 1 uncooked dish and 1 burnt dish.

First time trying an Asian restaurant and I had a very good impression in here. The waitress remembered all the dishes we ate last time we came and she speaks english very well, so in case if you cant speak German,they can serve you in english. I appreciate her honesty when I asked about the taste of the food, whether it was delicious or not, she always commented very honestly and humorously 👍🏻 The food is very delicious, especially the chicken skewers and crispy fried spring rolls. I will visit again next summer

We came across restaurant Sanhok by chance. Well attended, but still seats, so we went inside. Delicious authentic Vietnamese food. The best spring rolls we've ever had. As well as a rice dish and a noodle dish, both of which were delicious, crispy and full of flavour. And all at a very reasonable price. Huge recommendation from here

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant in Berlin, and I can confidently say it was the culinary highlight of my trip. Pork Banh Mi: The pork banh mi was absolutely outstanding. The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft and airy inside, providing the ideal vessel for the flavorful fillings. The pork was tender and juicy, marinated to perfection with a delightful balance of savory and sweet. Fresh vegetables added a satisfying crunch, while the cilantro and jalapeños brought a fresh and spicy kick. It was the best banh mi I’ve had, hands down. Crispy Chicken Rice: The crispy chicken rice was another standout dish. Each bite was a delightful textural experience, with the chicken perfectly crisped on the outside while remaining tender and juicy inside. The rice was fluffy and fragrant, and the dish was beautifully complemented by fresh herbs and a tangy dipping sauce. It was an unforgettable meal.

By far the best Asian I've ever tried and I've tried a lot of them. The food is so incredibly delicious, the people are always friendly and the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere. I've only been there during my lunch breaks at work, unfortunately I live a long way away, but now I come here every now and then in my free time because it's so delicious!

It was my first time eating Vietnamese noodles and I had to come back for more. The restaurant provides food that looks delicious and tastes good.

The food was incredibly delicious! We had a pho with beef, summer rolls with shrimp, banh bao with vegetable filling and a homemade iced tea. The food was very fresh, light and healthy. We can highly recommend Sanhok and would be happy to come back.

I ordered a chicken udon, it was very good, the food came fast and the waiter was kind. Prices are on average, it delivers what it promises.

Wanted to eat here with some friends today. I can't eat gluten. When we ordered I was told that the stated allergens for the food were incorrect and there was gluten in every food except one. This was a very disappointing experience and I cannot give it more than one star.

Hier sehr lecker gegessen. Wir waren an einem Sonntag ohne Reservierung da und haben trotzdem einen Tisch für drei Personen für 1,5 Stunden bekommen. Die Auswahl ist groß und ich habe mich für die Fire Bowl entschieden mit Mango, Avocado, Edamame, Tomaten, Sushireis, Ingwer und Rettich. Die Zutaten waren frisch und die Portion extrem groß. Der flambierte Lachs hätte noch gewürzt sein können. Einziges Manko war, dass die Gerichte für alle nicht gleichzeitig kamen und ich auf mein Gericht etwas länger warten musste während die anderen schon Essen hatten. Die Pho einer Freundin kam mit Koriander obwohl sie ohne Korriander bestellt hatte.

Bezahlbar, tolles Essen, nette Leute.

Ich habe zum zweiten Mal dort Sommerrollen versucht und bin zum zweiten Mal enttäuscht. Sie sind lose gewickelt und bestehen quasi nur aus einer (eher bitteren) Salatblattmischung (Radiccio, Eichblattsalat). Kaum andere Bestandteile - ein trauriger Ministreifen Möhre, in 4 Rollen insgesamt ein Minzblatt, sonst keine Kräuter wie z.B. mehr Minze oder Koriander, ein schmaler Tofustreifen. Dafür 9 € gezahlt (4,50€ je 2 Rollen). Mach ich nicht noch einmal. Sommerrollen gibt's andernorts deutlich leckerer und auch günstiger. Und den Salat kaufe ich dann lieber pur für 1€ noch was..

Habe lange nicht mehr so lecker vietnamesisch gegessen! Alles frisch, große Portionen und günstige Preise. Top!

Wenn man Öffnungszeiten ab 11:30 Uhr anbietet, sollte das Personal spätestens um 11:00 Uhr mit der Arbeit beginnen und nicht um 12:15 Uhr den potentiellen Gästen mitteilen, dass noch kein Verkauf ist. Das ist ein unmöglicher Service👎👎👎

Sehr gutes Essen und dafür preiswert. Man sitzt aber sehr eng und es ist recht laut.

Das Restaurant liegt sehr Zentral, ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Preise sind unschlagbar. Die Gerichte wie Vorspeisen, Hauptgang bis zu den Dessert, war einfach 1A. Man sagt nicht ohne Grund ,,Das Auge isst mit‘‘. Jeder Gang wird liebevoll hergerichtet und serviert außerdem schmecken tut es wunderbar.! 🥰 Das Personal ist sehr nett und erfüllt einem jeden Wünsch. Das Ambiente ist unglaublich, super Musik, gute Stimmung und die Getränke (wie Tee, Wein, Cocktail...) sind mega lecker 😍. Ich kann es nur jeden weiter Empfehlen einen Besuch bei Sanhok zu machen.

Waren heute wegen einem Konzert in Berlin und haben hier gegessen. Ich hatte Reisnudeln mit Ente. Wow, einfach nur lecker. Frisch gekocht mit viel Gemüse und saftig, krosser Ente zu einem mehr als fairen Preis. Verbesserungspotential bei den Toiletten, aber das Essen ist 1A.

Wirklich tolles Essen und die Portionen sind riesig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service. Kompetent, freundlich und auch kinderfreundlich. Komme sehr gerne her und kann die Bowl mit flambierten Lachs empfehlen.

Bleib mal bitte bei der Wahrheit in deiner Antwort. Wir waren vor 19h da und haben uns an den Tisch gesetzt, den ihr uns zugewiesen habt. Von da an wurden wir ca 40 Minuten ignoriert während alle anderen Tische bedient wurden, inklusive derer, die nach uns gekommen sind. Wir haben mehrfach versucht, eure Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen. Sogar die Menükarten mussten wir uns selber holen. Als ihr dann irgendwann doch zu uns gekommen seid, hatten wir keine Lust mehr zu bestellen und hatten uns gerade eine Alternative gesucht und sind dann gegangen. Was hättest du denn an unseren Stelle gemacht? Wie viele Sterne würdest du dir denn geben für den Service? Und Verzeihung, dass wir am Tisch saßen und "gequatscht" haben. Ich wusste nicht, dass man bei dir im Restaurant nicht reden darf, wenn man nicht bedient wird. ps: Es gibt auch wirklich keinen Grund, hier persönlich zu werden. Danke. pps: Das stimmt so einfach nicht. Die Bedienungen kamen erst an unseren Tisch, nachdem sie uns über eine halbe Stunde ignoriert haben UND andere Tische bedient haben, die deutlich NACH uns kamen. Da haben wir uns nicht willkommen gefühlt und uns entschieden zu gehen und das der Bedienung auch mitgeteilt. Und dann sind wir auch gegangen. Für das Erlebnis gibt es halt einen Stern für den Service von mir. Deine Reaktion hier bestätigt mich in meinem Urteil.

Grottenschlechter Service, nach Zuweisung eines Tisches für 2 um ca. 18:50 Uhr mussten wir uns selbst die Menükarten holen. Danach wurden wir trotz mehrerer Versuche, die Kellnerinnen zu uns zu rufen und eine Bestellung aufzugeben, mehrfach ignoriert. Stattdessen wurde in den folgenden mindestens 30 Minuten direkt neben unserem Tisch abkassiert, alle Gäste, die nach uns kamen und direkt neben uns saßen, zuvor bedient. Als wir dann nach 30-40 Minuten endlich gefragt wurden, ob wir bestellen wollen, ist uns der Appetit ziemlich vergangen. Wir saßen natürlich nur aus Spaß im Restaurant, um den anderen Gästen den Platz wegzunehmen... Schade!

Solide vietnamesische Speisen und Getränke. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Speisen ohne Koriander zu bestellen. Tische stehen recht eng.

Good restaurant with a large menu and options. We live around the corner and like to eat here and order takeouts fairly often. The service is usually very friendly and polite, they are open to speak English. We like the udon with chicken or beef, it has fresh vegetables. I can recommend to try the juices, they are very tasty and nice combinations. Portions are usually quite big and it’s fair price. When we’ve order takeout I got the impression portions are smaller maybe due to the containers. They have table outside but we always choose to seat inside as the street is quite busy. Inside area is nice however it can get a bit noisy when the place is more busy.

Unglaublich leckeres Essen und super Service! Ich bin beruflich in Berlin und frage daher immer gerne das Personal im Restaurant, ob sie etwas empfehlen können. Der Kellner hat sich Zeit genommen und mich gefragt, was ich denn gerne mag (Nudeln oder Reis, Fleisch oder Vegetarisch…) anschließend hat er mir das Tempeh BBQ mit Rindfleisch (V11 mit Rind; steht zwar nicht so in der Karte, machen die aber trotzdem) empfohlen. Ich habe selten so lecker gegessen!!!! Ich werde hier definitiv wieder herkommen und kann es jedem empfehlen!

Arrived around 14:45 and the place was nearly empty. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for a menu. Kombucha tasted like juice and the Bettleblatter were filled with mashed tofu, which was pretty raw and flavorless. Then, a heap of unseasoned rice noodles. This place is awful. 20€ wasted.

Perfekt 😃 Die Bewertung muss 100 Zeichen lang sein. Ja wie beschreibe ich jetzt perfekt? Es ist das zweite Mal wo ich hier essen darf und fliege seelig wieder hinaus. Auch die Getränke sind toll.

Solid place with plenty of options. Bahn mi was the standout dish here, with well marinated pork, fresh vegetables and a tasty bun. The udon noodles with crispy duck were ok, I liked the duck but wasn't impressed with the noodles and vegetables. Finally, the crab soup with pork "dumplings" was... weird. My girlfriend left more than half of it and focused on the far superior bahn mi instead. Fair prices, friendly atmosphere and alright service. Might come back for a quick banh mi snack. [Edit] I'd like to address the restaurant's response. First of all, I don't consider myself an expert in Vietnamese food but I actually visited Vietnam last year and tried a few of their dishes in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. I tried Bun Cha in both cities, the broth with pork pieces inside. Of course, the dish we tried in Sanhok Wok&Grill was a very different version. The reason I called it "weird" was because I found the taste strangely unpleasant (and so did my girlfriend who is much more fond of Vietnamese cuisine than I am). That said, it's possible that other people will find its combination of flavors interesting, as some people in the comments clearly have.
