I ate the best kebabs I have ever eaten in Europe here. I have never eaten such delicious, tender meat even in Turkey. The waiters inside are very respectful and professionals in their jobs. They did their best to make you feel special. I now have a favorite restaurant. I will come to this restaurant from the Netherlands without hesitation. Turkish cuisine with German service quality has made this place amazing. The service quality was perfect. They have many variety of food and drink. They even offer Turkish tea at the end of our food. We enjoyed the restaurant very much. Barrels at the entrance look awesome. If you are on a date or soecial occasion you will not regret. The hygene at the restroom was neat by the way. Chic, upscale restaurant with very friendly and attentive waiters. The food came relatively quickly and the taste was just perfect (chicken skewer + mixed grilled lamb plate). We haven't eaten so well in a long time, we'll definitely come back when we're in Duisburg.

The exterior and interior appearance was very neat and beautiful, we were fooled by this, we went there, we waited for the food for 45 minutes, we were able to have a spoon of the appetizers, it was very bad, as if they had sprinkled the whole salt shaker on the meat. I definitely wouldn't recommend you to be fooled by the good reviews and go there. They charge a separate fee for the sauce. They mix the ready-made sauce and serve it. There wasn't even any mushrooms in the mushroom sauce.

I'm not from North Rhine-Westphalia. Unfortunately, everything in Germany has developed to the point where people just want everything quickly - both the guests and the restaurateurs. Our food culture of taste and enjoyment is being lost. Instead, there is just the same thing everywhere. To eat... Grilled to perfection, Ezo very tasty. Ambiance: Very nice. Not too kitschy, casual. Price/performance ratio: At first glance it seems expensive, but it's not. There's quality and love in it. Fish is definitely too cheap. About the service...The sticking point. Training definitely needs to be done. You can tell that some of the staff take themselves more seriously than the guests. Everything happens too quickly. Without guests, every restaurant closes at some point. Conclusion: Such real restaurants are very important and deserve to exist. My recommendation: Also address other target groups (Germans, etc.) Have a weekly changing recommendation card Reduces the size of the map Have an influencer evening with competitions. Do sensible marketing Such a beautiful restaurant deserves nothing other than to be full every evening.

I have to revise my rating. We were guests today to break the fast. We are there with great anticipation. Unfortunately we were completely disappointed. In the end a bill of over €450 plus tip was passed across the table (8 people) and the service was subpar. At the end we were told something because we waited half an hour for tea and had to make the service aware of it. The next table with alcohol had full service. Tables are sometimes preferred here. That doesn't work! The soup arrived very lukewarm and barely hot. The portions were very small. The feeling as a guest this time was not good. Anyone who calls up such prices must also adjust the service accordingly.

We ate there yesterday and everything was really beautiful. The ambience was just so pleasant, the music in the background wasn't disturbing at all, on the contrary it was easy to enjoy. The food was served well and was delicious. But I would definitely give the most points to the service. Every single employee was totally friendly and incredibly polite. We had a wonderful evening. Went there for the first time yesterday for our anniversary. My husband was blown away by the steak. A steak has never tasted so great. The food was just great. Also the dessert 🤌🏻 All I can say about the service is very nice, friendly employees. We were served very well and quickly! The food also came very quickly. Had very short waiting times. I can heartily recommend the restaurant.

I would like to share my experience at this restaurant as unfortunately it was anything but positive. We traveled from Stuttgart to Duisburg specifically to look at some evening dresses and were looking forward to having something good to eat afterwards. We went to this restaurant after a recommendation but the result was disappointing. Even though we hadn't made a reservation and came spontaneously, we were greeted with unfriendliness. We got a table for four even though there were five of us. When we politely asked if we could sit at another table, we were treated very disrespectfully by a member of staff. He told us we should be happy that we even got a place. This type of treatment was simply unacceptable. The restaurant area was almost empty, with only two tables occupied, and yet we didn't feel welcome. The lack of hospitality really spoiled our evening. I therefore cannot recommend this restaurant. Customers should always be treated with respect because after all, the customer is king.

I've been to this restaurant twice. The food was very good both times. The service was just awesome. Very friendly and very attentive. The starters were on our table within 10 minutes. The main meal was waited until we gave the order ourselves. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed. The sanitary rooms are incredibly clean. On our second visit we had live music. The volume was pleasant, not too loud. The prices are a little higher here, but I think it's reasonable for this restaurant. Please stay that way and don't raise the prices. We had a bottle of Raki 20cl and a bottle of Raki 35cl.

We felt a little too watched. Could very well be due to the fact that the staff didn't have much to do as the restaurant wasn't very busy.

We actually just wanted to sit and relax and eat something comfortably. Then we came here and it was almost too fancy for us “normal people”. There was a grand piano behind us and we had the entire restaurant to ourselves 😅 We each ordered a pasta dish and what can I say? It was the best pasta dish I've ever had (and I've had a lot of pasta 😅). The staff was super friendly, the food was incredibly good and the prices were high but fair. Unfortunately, we were just passing through and won't be coming back any time soon, but if we happen to be in Duisburg again, I'm looking forward to the pasta dish 😋

We went there for early lunch and it's really amazing!! The service is so professional, the main course is a dream! The künefee didn't quite suit our taste, but it wasn't bad, we ate it up. 2 people, main course, bedside table, 1 bottle of water, latte and paid €70! Sure, it's a lot more expensive, but there's something for every wallet! We'll be back!

Surprised to find such a restaurant here in Duisburg. Staff is very friendly and pay just the right amount of attention to you. The plates are well prepared and plenty full. Bit heavy on the sauce but it is all freshly made. The house wines are amazing!!! So just give it a try 😀

One of the best Turkish restaurants, fine cuisine I would say. Was here for the third time, always a pleasure. The lamb skewer is simply awesome, I drive 100km for it 😋

I was just at a restaurant with a group of ten people and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the customer satisfaction. Even though the restaurant had several free tables, we were told they had no room for us as a group. It was frustrating to see the waiters refusing to push the tables together to sit together as a family. It's disappointing that the restaurant seems to place more emphasis on the decor than on customer satisfaction. Unfortunately I can't recommend it because it's more appearance than reality.

DISAPPOINTMENT. We came for iftar with 5 people, they were told that the salad would be distributed as a treat, but the salad did not arrive, the cost of the lentil soup is 8.50€, there is not much to say. We were told that stuffed mushrooms (i.e. mushrooms with cheese) would take a long time, but we ordered mashed potatoes and were told there would be no left after an hour. It took exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive, and when the food was almost finished, the salads that were supposed to come first arrived. I think the portions are small and they don't use any spices in the kitchen. Unfortunately, no matter how much we added them later, the food had no flavor. They said that it was delayed so much because it was Ramadan, we did not wait for the food to arrive exactly at iftar time, but there is no explanation for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the fact that the place and atmosphere are so nice is not enough for us to come again.

The atmosphere is very nice and the restaurant itself is very clean. I had to wait a good 50 minutes for the food, even though we said loudly and clearly that we wanted to break our fast. Then we got our lentil soup, which is even more delicious at a snack bar than there .then we got our main courses. I ordered rum steak but it was fried, mine was raw with droplets of blood, which I of course sent back to fry. But it came back raw. Shortly before the end, the cold starter also came and was cooked Didn't taste good. My Cola was the tastiest thing at the whole table. The employees were all unfriendly and one was very cheeky. Thank you for the cruelest evening meal.

I had dinner at Hanzade with my whole family. We were served extremely friendly and courteously. The child-friendliness must be particularly mentioned. We have never experienced something like this in "German" locations; children were perceived as more of a nuisance, but not so at Hanzade. We always enjoy coming back.

Nice restaurant, design, calm and great atmosphere, worth a try

We drove an hour to Duisburg to eat here. We made reservations and wanted to change the number of visitors to avoid being turned away over the phone. Apparently we didn't call and didn't have a reservation. On the phone they told us that they had no space and couldn't push tables together for us. They were of no help to us and the one hour drive to Duisburg was free. So the service is not trustworthy. People are not respected here. Very unfortunate.
