Louis Brauhaus in Kreuzau

Wir waren am Sonntag dort das zweite Mal essen. Wir sind von weit her gekommen um jemanden im Ort zu besuchen und wurden eingeladen. Daher kann ich nicht viel zum Preisleistingsverhältnis sagen. Ich hatte das Rumpsteak mit Pommes und Salat . Die Pommes waren knusprig und haben gut geschmeckt, der Salat auch, hatte für meinen Geschmack zu viel Dressing. Das ist aber sicher Geschmacksache. Das Rumpsteak war zwar genau Medium gebraten, war aber trocken und hatte keine Kruste. Beim verlassen wurden alle gegrüßt, außer ich und meine Frau. Meine mutter musste noch einmal zurück weil sie etwas vergessen hatte und da wurde ihr auch der Grund mitgeteilt. Anscheinend hat sich der Wirt daran gestört, dass mein 10 Monate alter Sohn den Boden nicht sauber zurück gelassen hat. Nächstes mal sollen wir doch den Boden sauber machen. Ok?! Falls der Wirt das liest, ja kleine Kinder machen Dreck und wir haben versucht das so minimal wie möglich zu halten in dem wir zwischendurch so viel wie möglich wieder aufgehoben haben, ich habe aber kein Kehrblech für Krümel dabei. Es tut mir immer leid wenn meine Kinder etwas schmutzig zurücklassen, aber ich tue mein bestes das zu verhindern auch wenn es nicht immer möglich ist. Auch finde ich ehrlich gesagt nicht gut uns das nicht direkt zu sagen. Das hat uns den ganzen Aufenthalt vermiest.

Wir haben das Restaurant an einem Samstagmittag besucht. Überraschenderweise war keine Reservierung erforderlich, da das Restaurant zu Beginn unseres Besuchs vollständig leer war. Das Eifeler Schnitzel war geschmacklich hervorragend, ebenso wie das hauseigene Bier. Für fünf Personen belief sich die Rechnung auf etwa 130 Euro, was ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis darstellt. Das Personal war sehr nett und wir mussten nicht lange auf das Essen warten.

Super Service: nett, schnell, persönlich Tolles Essen, schnell zubereitet je nach Auslastung, toll serviert Ambiente ist mit dem großen Kessel im Gastraum wirklich hübsch und rustikal, passend zum Essen Wirklich top, wir sind mittlerweile bei einem Besuch bei meinen Eltern Stammgäste geworden…

Essen war okay, nicht besonders aber akzeptabel

Die Reservierung ging super per Telefon und als wir ankamen wurden wir freundlich begrüßt. +Punkt für das Hemd mit Zitronen drauf was der Barkeeper getragen hat. Die Gerichte waren schnell da, die Positionen in einer guten Größe und wir konnten den Hund mit reinnehmen. Das Essen war lecker und ich kann es nur empfehlen!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Burger waren sehr gut , Bier und Wein lecker. Das ganze zu angemessenen Preisen und freundlicher Bedienung . Wir haben draußen im Schatten gesessen und kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal.

Das Louis Brauhaus ist ein schönes Lokal mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist lecker und die Getränkeauswahl überzeugt ebenfalls. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr höfliche und aufmerksame Personal. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch, absolut empfehlenswert!

In Kreuzau kommt man am Louis Brauhaus nicht vorbei, das liegt zwar auch an der ausbleibenden Konkurrenz aber gleichzeitig an dem schnell etablierten Angebot. Das Louis Brauhaus zeichnet sich durch ein angenehmes Ambiente mit freundlichen Personal aus. Preislich ist das Essen definitiv im erschwinglichen Rahmen, Geschmacklich befinden wir uns beim umgangssprachlichen "Okay". Ein alleinstehungsmerkmal ist natürlich das Hauseigene Bier was man mal probiert haben muss. Alles in allem definitiv ein Besuch wert.

Wir hatten nicht reserviert und bekamen trotzdem noch einen Tisch vom Chef. Nette Bedienung, toller Service, gutes Essen. Himmel und Äd war ein träumchen. Wo bekommt man sowas leckeres noch? Alles in allem waren wir begeistert. War nicht das letzte Mal das wir hier waren.

Super Essen, immer wieder auch wechselnde Angebote, toller Service und nach einer Wanderung oder Radtour super um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Es gibt immer Saisonbiere! Hunde sind gern gesehen.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Nachmittag im Louis Brauhaus verbracht. Neben der regulären Karte gab es die Alpenkarte mit einigen Spezialitäten aus der bergischen Region. Das Bier war gut gekühlt und sehr lecker. Insgesamt stimmt hier einfach alles: das Konzept, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Qualität. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die in Kreuzau essen oder trinken möchten.

Essen war wieder sehr lecker. Der Service ist durchweg aufmerksam und schnell.

War gestern im Louis Brauhaus. War alles super perfekt sehr netter Service. Alles wurde sehr schnell serviert. Allerdings vom Essen war ich super super enttäuscht. Von einer Brauhaus Currywurst hatte ich mir was ganz anderes vorgestellt es war eine einfache simple Brühwurst Die Pommes waren abgezählt also wirklich eine super kleine Portion. Allerdings habe ich mich auch vor Ort nicht beschwert und nachgefragt weil ich Mittagspause hatte und im Zeitdruck war. Das Brauhaus war zur Mittagszeit sehr gut besucht deshalb gehe ich davon aus dass es den anderen Gästen gut gefällt und schmeckt. Trotz des tollen Ambiente werde ich das Brauhaus nicht mehr zum Essen aufsuchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezensionen und wenn nur positive

Great restaurant, lovely atmosphere with a beer kettle. The food was delicious, really good in a brewery style. Everyone was very friendly.

Full marks for this modern brewery... they also offer very modern, innovative cuisine... all dishes are high-quality, fresh, and perfectly seasoned... the menu is very diverse... from daily specials and seasonal dishes to the "regular" menu, there's a lot of delicious food on offer... you won't get bored anytime soon... in addition, there's a fantastic selection of house-brewed beers fresh from the tap available for tasting... including a rotating selection of brews depending on the season... the crowning glory was the very tasty dessert... the service is attentive and friendly... and the owner himself is directly involved with the guests and makes sure they are well taken care of... the restaurant has been open since 2021, so the ambiance has been updated, including soundproofing (ceiling) which thankfully does its job... despite a fair number of guests, it was very pleasant to stay there for a while... the prices are on the higher end, but with the quality offered, it's worth every penny... Conclusion: I'm so glad this brewery is here! We discovered the tranquil village of Kreuzau...and we can wholeheartedly recommend it...hats off to everything...and please keep up the good work...we will definitely come back, even if the journey is a bit longer.

The food was delicious; I had "Heaven and Earth" once, and the second time baked potato with bacon and cheese. The warm chocolate cake is highly recommended – it's almost addictive! The service was very nice and friendly.

You wouldn't expect to find a good pub with its own brewery on this corner! But the beer is absolutely delicious; they offer both light and dark beers, mild, fresh, and easy to drink. Given the geographical location, the light beer leans more towards Kölsch, while the dark beer is closer to Altbier – the traditional Cologne-Düsseldorf brewing axis, albeit relocated to the Eifel region. They also serve delicious food, typical of a brewery, with a hearty, traditional style. I had a "Classic Burger" that was enormous – a bit too big to eat by hand, but very tasty! This brewery is definitely worth a visit!

We stumbled upon Louis Brauhaus more or less by chance after a hike through the Drover Heide heath and were absolutely delighted. The ambiance is truly lovely, simple and modern, yet cozy. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We found the house brewery's beer delicious. It's great that they also offer smaller glasses for sampling the different varieties. The food was fantastic. The beer sauce is unparalleled, and the warm chocolate cake for dessert was simply divine! We will definitely be back and highly recommend Louis Brauhaus.

First time here today (invited to try their own beer). First impression: a modern, well-maintained brewery. In the middle, "the kettle" – great atmosphere. Food: upscale brewery menu. I had beef broth with bacon dumplings as a starter and roast goose leg with red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and fries as a main course (special order). Fantastic! The "regular" fries... so crispy, the roast goose leg... one bite and the meat falls off... The others had venison goulash and wild boar sausages, all top-notch! The beer is a naturally cloudy lager with a pilsner-like character, very tasty. Highly recommended! Enjoy!

We were there again after a long time. The first time was very good, but today the meat was very tough and the breading was endless. A very loving chef, because the food was very salty. Since I was there with friends last week, I can only say I don't find it tasty anymore...

A very nice brewery, beautifully designed with lots of details. The beer was great, but unfortunately, my meal was a bit lacking. My wife's meal was very good, but my schnitzel in a dark sauce was very dry, even though we could hear the schnitzels being pounded in the kitchen. So, it seems like they made the schnitzels fresh, but I probably got one that had been sitting in the sauce for a while and possibly warmed up in it?! We'll definitely give the brewery another chance, because you can tell that a lot of love and attention to detail has been put into it.

The cordon bleu was okay, but unfortunately it was hard and dry. The cappuccino was good and hot.

As always, everything is top-notch. The staff are incredibly friendly, they're fantastic; you just feel at home. We popped in again today, had a delicious meal, and it was a complete mess. Highly recommended, and we'd love to come back.

A truly fantastic brewery! The beer is homemade and always freshly tapped. Wine lovers will also get their money's worth thanks to the partnership with a good winemaker. The food is truly delicious, and the price-performance ratio is more than fair. The host and his staff are very friendly and keep a sense of perspective, even in the hustle and bustle. We'll definitely be regulars. Tip: Be sure to try the schnitzel with a malt crust and the stew!

We visited there for the first time by chance, as we were hiking nearby. We had the beer schnitzel once and the Eifel schnitzel once. Both were delicious. The service was very friendly and accommodating.

A family celebration gave us the opportunity to get to know the brewery in person. It was a Saturday lunchtime. We had reserved a table for 10 people. It was moderately busy, which was pleasant. The restaurant is modernly decorated, has comfortable seating, modern restrooms, a long bar, and an attractive beer garden. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The cold beer tasted good. Most people chose the Eifel schnitzel with fried egg and fried potatoes. The portions were a decent size and quite tasty. The rump steak and Agnusburger were also delicious. I chose a salad plate with chicken breast, which surprised us with its particularly tender chicken and fresh salads; highly recommended.

Unfortunately, my salad was a bit carelessly put together. The cucumber and carrot salad didn't seem freshly prepared. Was there a pre-made salad peeking out from under the lettuce leaves? What a shame.

We stopped here for a break on our tour along the Rur Riverside Cycle Path. We were able to sit in the back outdoor area. It was attractively decorated and there were plenty of shady spots. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and absolutely reasonable. We'd be happy to come back the next time we're in the area.

This was our first time at Louis Brauhaus, and we would like to warmly recommend that you eat there as well. We were given a parking space directly opposite the entrance. We were greeted very warmly by the owner, Louis, and he told us where to sit. We sat down and ordered our drinks (a light beer and a dark beer from the partner brewery, Viertelvorvier), which were quickly brought to us by the always very friendly and attentive staff. We then ordered our main courses (beer schnitzel and Eifeler schnitzel, each with fried potatoes and salad). The food was of excellent quality, seasoned, and delicious. After paying, Louis thanked us very warmly for our visit, and we happily left the brewery. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere; highly recommended!

We were there again today. Unfortunately, the food didn't impress us. The schnitzel was very dry, even though it was served in a different combination. The sauce was too salty. The bread basket and herb butter appetizer also disappointed us. The bread seemed very cheap, and the herb butter wasn't mixed properly and was too hard to spread. Unfortunately, one plate was broken. The beer was delicious. Overall, though, attention to detail and that certain something were lacking.

On a Sunday at noon, the weather was great, we dared to just snow in without a reservation. Having had bad luck at another restaurant, we were really hungry. What can you say, a super friendly welcome, got a table, had a wonderful meal, drank fine beer and enjoyed particularly friendly service. We are absolutely satisfied and would be happy to recommend you.

Everything was just right, drinks, food, service and ambience; the restaurant is highly recommended!! Even my quiet dog was greeted happily and given a bowl of water in a corner. To say something negative: there was a lack of table dancing and standing violinists; of course a joke. Anyone who complains here should stay with mom.

A very cozy brewery with its own beer, which is brewed in three types - there is something for every taste. The service is simply first class: always friendly and polite, never intrusive, and the team recognizes immediately when a guest needs something or has a question. The team's collaboration is excellent and is reflected in a consistently positive atmosphere - unfortunately this is not something that can be taken for granted everywhere these days. A great performance! The food is excellent and you can tell that the chef and his team work with a lot of passion and commitment. The changing menu ensures variety, and starters, main courses and desserts are of high quality. This brewery invites you to linger and has many regular guests - a clear sign that you can feel completely at home here. You not only enjoy a freshly brewed beer, but also culinary delicacies in a relaxed atmosphere. A clear recommendation.

Service very attentive, food really good, ambience also good, but we ordered an espresso at the end, the taste was good, but the temperature, and no crema! That's why we lost a point, we're from Bergheim, but we'll definitely come back again!

We were at the brewery yesterday at lunchtime. We really liked it. The food was very good. Palatinate Saumagen with puree and savoy cabbage. Soooo delicious. My son had a burger. He was also very enthusiastic. The service was very friendly and quick. Everything was just great all around. We'll go there again. And we recommend it

Very nice brewery in the heart of Kreuzau. The atmosphere is cozy. The brewing kettles in the guest room, in which the house beer is brewed, are an eye-catcher. The food is very tasty. All in all, I can only recommend this restaurant.

Clear recommendation! We were guests with the course of 17 people. My grandpa said, "Before the food comes, go to the toilet. Because you can always cancel" So a good restaurant usually has a clean toilet. Everything here is tip top. Service? Super. Drinks? Yummy. The beer? Splendid. Eat? Generous selection. In terms of taste? A culinary delight. Ambiance? A highlight. Price and performance? Completely within the framework. The boss tapped personally? Sure. Short time for small talk? Yep. Give positive feedback? Naturally. For the little ones? Changing room and baby high chair. All in all a perfect evening. Nobody could find fault with anything or had anything to complain about. The guests at the other tables also looked happy. People are happy to give tips.
