Long waiting time, even though not busy...

We used to order from Mamaris several times, but over time the implementation of orders got worse and worse. The kebab plate is not delivered as ordered (fries instead of rice), cucumber is missing, the hot spice is forgotten, the kebab plate is only delivered lukewarm. In addition, we had to wait almost 2 hours for our food and when we picked it up at the door, the only excuse given was a sorry. The chicken burger was prepared with anything but love. Just the rolls with a chicken patty, salad and mayonnaise. No cucumber, tomato, etc. In conclusion to my review, we will soon consider whether we should change the restaurant.

As the saying goes. The best lamb is from the Turks. Since I go there to eat and not to eat, I didn't choose the five lamb chops, but rather the lamb fillet in tomato sauce. When the very friendly waiter asked how it tasted, I could only answer: It was tasty, but I had to look for the lamb fillet and I couldn't find the tomato sauce at all. I had lots of delicious vegetables. However, the menu says tomato sauce, which unfortunately wasn't available. The nice waiter promised to tell the kitchen about this and appeared 10 minutes later with sweets and a greeting from the chef asking for an apology. I was totally positive, surprised and delighted. 10 minutes later we received two vouchers for the breakfast buffet. That's what I call excellent problem management. The waiter was still quite young, but concerned about the well-being of his guests. Hats off and I will be back. Thanks!!!!

I've really enjoyed eating there for years. The food tastes very good, the prices are great (very large portions) and the employees are always friendly, even when there is a lot to do. Another plus point: very child-friendly!

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time! The kebab wasn't done, the iskender didn't taste good. I always really enjoyed being there, I asked her about the food and they probably changed the meat. No accomodation even though I haven't eaten. Never again! Was there last time.

Not the best kebab in GE, but definitely worth a visit. The owner is very friendly and always has a smile on his face. The kebab tastes good, but as I said, not the best in my opinion. But still delicious 👍

I would like to give feedback on breakfast, but it's not easy for me because the impression was unfortunately very disappointing. Although the store officially opens at 8:00 a.m., even at 9:00 a.m. there was no bread available. In my opinion, it is incomprehensible that guests should already be sitting at their tables and helping themselves to the buffet while such an essential ingredient as bread is missing. Absolutely incomprehensible to me - this simply shouldn't happen.
