Great location, a good restaurant for meat lovers to eat. We have the large plate for 4 tonnes. shared and it was a pleasure. Waiters and employees react quickly and are very friendly. A short walk around the lake before or after eating (15 minutes) is also really nice. We'll be back!

Our children get their food as quickly as possible and first. They get involved in little jokes. Individual requests are addressed immediately and with the utmost friendliness. Older people in particular are “carried on their hands” there. A restaurant that actually makes the customer feel like royalty. The food was great and repeat orders or something similar were brought straight away. A really great experience for young and old. You can only feel good here.

Seating arrangements and table assignments are determined by waiters based on appearance and clothing. You are not allowed to dine inside, only on the covered terrace. Tables with a view of the river are supposedly reserved. It's not worth driving here from far away

Way too expensive. 2 people ate around 100 euros. The fish was very dry and the salad was inedible. Ordered bread afterwards, didn't come. Everything is put on the table and you are no longer asked if you want anything else. For the price I could eat a 3rd course meal somewhere else and be served reasonably. The room (downstairs) was way too cold and way too loud. It's a shame for the time and money.

World's Best Turkish Restaurant! We were there for the second time on Sunday and it was great again. The first time was a coincidence for our daughter's birthday after the summer toboggan run and we were amazed not only by the food, but also by the service and ambience. The same applies to last Sunday. Once again it was unbeatable. The third time will follow and very soon, because we raved so much to my parents that we are coming back very soon on the occasion of their birthday. We are happy to take on the 40km each way.

I understand that juices and other drinks are chargeable, but you should offer tea for free.

On Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, the two of us went to Nirvana Essen again after a while. Although there were a few larger tables occupied in the restaurant and the staff was thinned out due to vacation, the team delivered excellent service. The waiters were attentive, quick and, despite the pace, always friendly and accommodating. The kitchen did an exceptionally good job. The different types of meat were juicy and on point and side dishes as well as starters and desserts were also delicious. Overall, Nirvana remains an excellent choice for a delicious meal! Always happy.
