Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob ich das bestellte Lamm hatte für mich sah es aus wie Pute. Da der Kellner die Frage nicht verstanden hat hab ich es halt gegessen. Das Essen hätte auch ruhig wärmer sein dürfen .

Leider war das Frühstück geschmacklos. Zwar sahen Auswahl und Präsentation ansprechend aus, doch einige Speisen waren nicht frisch.

Seit Jahren unser Lieblingsrestaurant! Mein Mann und ich kommen regelmäßig hierher und fühlen uns jedes Mal wie zu Hause. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, die Portionen großzügig und der Service immer freundlich und herzlich. Auch unsere Familie, die wir oft mitbringen, ist jedes Mal begeistert. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die gleichbleibend hohe Qualität und die schöne Atmosphäre. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch! ❤️😊

Wir haben im Vorfeld angerufen und gefragt, ob Hunde willkommen sind, was am Telefon bejaht wurde. Aus diesem Grund sind wir 30km zum Restaurant gefahren, um vor Ort zu erfahren, dass Hunde nicht erlaubt sind. 60 km Sprit - und Zeitverschwendung.

Ehrlich gesagt gibt es in letzter Zeit nur wenige Restaurants, die mich so zufrieden zurückgelassen haben. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker, besonders die Qualität des Fleisches und der Gargrad waren genau so, wie sie sein sollten. Was mich aber am meisten beeindruckt hat, war die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Kunde, sondern wie ein Gast. Auch die Atmosphäre des Restaurants ist sehr angenehm und einladend. Wenn guter Geschmack, Service und Ambiente zusammenkommen, entsteht ein wirklich schönes Erlebnis. Für mich ist das definitiv ein Ort, den ich gerne wieder besuchen werde.

Ich war schon mehrfach hier und wurde bisher nie enttäuscht. Das Essen ist immer frisch und lecker. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und die Mitarbeiter sind jedes Mal freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren spontan in der Nähe und haben uns kurzfristig für diesen Restaurant entschieden und nicht bereut. Wir haben das Frühstück Buffet ausgesucht. Es war ein sehr nettes Team und man fühlte sich sehr wohl. Das Essen war sehr lecker und es gab für jeden Geschmack was da. Sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Buffet, das in jeder Hinsicht ein Genuss ist. Darüber hinaus überzeugt das Nevizade mit einem äußerst freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Team, das den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Restaurant, das man gerne wieder besucht.

Ich fange mal mit dem Eingang an. So eine saubere Toilette habe ich noch nie erlebt; die Hygiene ist erstklassig. Das Personal ist sehr höflich. Auberginen-Kebab ist meiner Meinung nach die größte Herausforderung für einen Dönerladen, und genau den habe ich bestellt, vor allem jetzt in der Saison! Die Aubergine war die beste, die man in dieser Jahreszeit finden kann, und das Fleisch darin war perfekt gegart, saftig, nicht zu stark gewürzt, und der Kebab war so zart wie Bulgur, der fast auseinanderfiel. Dazu gab es Lavash-Brot, und als nettes Detail wurde er mit dickem Pita-Brot serviert, damit er unten nicht teigig war. Zum ersten Mal seit Jahren habe ich in Deutschland einen Döner gegessen, der sogar besser war als in der Türkei. Meine Bewertung: 10/10. Der Preis ist für diese Qualität absolut angemessen, 23,50 €, und eine Person hat ihn kaum geschafft. Ich werde wiederkommen, andere Sorten probieren und meine Erfahrungen teilen. Bleibt dran! Das Nevizade GökhanCan ist für mich das beste türkische Restaurant in Essen. Man spürt sofort, dass hier eine echte Passion dahintersteckt — Inhaber Gökhan Can hat die Tradition der Adana-Grillküche von seinem Vater übernommen und bringt sie mit viel Liebe auf den Teller. Der gemischte Grillteller war ein Erlebnis: das Fleisch zart, perfekt gewürzt und mit dem typischen Aroma vom Holzkohlegrill. Die Meze als Vorspeise haben bereits Lust auf mehr gemacht. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und einladend, der Service herzlich und aufmerksam. Wer das Nevizade Sokak in Istanbul kennt, weiß was ihn hier erwartet. Wer es nicht kennt — einfach hingehen und staunen!

Ich war schon mehrmals in diesem Restaurant und war immer zufrieden. Das Essen war früher immer frisch und lecker, weshalb der heutige Besuch besonders enttäuschend war. Ich erinnere mich nicht mehr an den Namen des Gerichts, aber es waren Brotstücke mit Tomaten-Joghurt-Sauce und gegrillter Hähnchenbrust darauf. Zunächst einmal war das Gericht kalt. Das Brot war extrem weich und matschig, als hätte es seit gestern in der Sauce gelegen, und das Fleisch schmeckte nicht so frisch und schmackhaft wie bei meinen vorherigen Besuchen. Ich konnte es ehrlich gesagt nicht essen. Was den Besuch noch schlimmer machte, war die Reaktion des Kellners. Während ich meine Bedenken äußerte, stand er grinsend da und zeigte keinerlei Professionalität oder Interesse, sich angemessen mit der Beschwerde auseinanderzusetzen. Anstatt zu versuchen, das Problem zu lösen oder auch nur grundlegende Kundenorientierung zu zeigen, wirkte der Kellner desinteressiert und drängte uns zum Bezahlen. Seine einzige Erklärung war, dass das Restaurant heute „sehr voll“ sei, als ob das schlechtes Essen entschuldigen würde. Es geht mir nicht um die 20-25 €, die ich für ein Gericht bezahlt habe, sondern darum, einen Stammkunden zu verlieren. Grund dafür sind die schlechte Qualität des Essens, der nachlässige Service und der völlige Mangel an Professionalität und Respekt. Gute Restaurants bleiben nicht nur wegen ihres Essens in Erinnerung, sondern auch dafür, wie sie mit Problemen umgehen. Ich hoffe sehr, dass die Geschäftsleitung in Zukunft mehr Wert auf Qualität, Frische, Hygiene sowie die Schulung ihrer Mitarbeiter und deren Kundenservice legt. Nach dem heutigen Erlebnis werde ich definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und sehr guter Service würde es jeden empfehlen hierher zu kommen. Es lohnt sich komplett. Ich war mit meiner Familie hier. Sehr empfehlenswertes türkisches Restaurant! Wir waren heute mit der Familie dort, insgesamt 4 Personen, und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant ist groß, mit einem sehr schönen Saal und sogar mehreren Sälen. Das Essen hat fantastisch geschmeckt. Besonders das Lamm war sehr gut gegrillt, und der Ayran war frisch und lecker. Es gab viele Salate und Vorspeisen. Die Tische und Stühle waren neu, sauber und hochwertig. Auch die Sauberkeit war sehr gut: Der Boden war sauber, die Toiletten waren gepflegt und es roch angenehm frisch. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und kostenlos. Wir hatten zum Glück direkt einen Stellplatz gefunden. Nach etwa einer Stunde war der Parkplatz sehr voll. Es gibt aber einen Parkwächter, der bei Bedarf die Autos umparkt, damit man problemlos herausfahren kann. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Man sieht, dass hier viel investiert wurde – in die Qualität des Essens, den guten Service und das schöne Lokal. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! liebe Grüße..

We were there with friends for dinner, and before we'd even finished our soups, our food arrived. The saç kavurma was cold, but the pan was hot, and the meat was raw, as if it hadn't been cooked at all. We told the waiter, but since he spoke neither German nor Turkish, he wasn't interested in accommodating our request. What a shame. The service was extremely unprofessional, and we felt like we were rushed through our meal—eat quickly and get out, so we couldn't really enjoy it. On top of that, while I was eating, I was interrupted by a woman with a serving cart full of dirty dishes. While we were still eating, the woman brought us tea, which is usually done at the end. Never again! We'll never go there again.

The food and atmosphere are good. The prices are high, but acceptable; you pay them if everything else is right. What isn't right, however, is the service. The waiters are very poor and don't know how to serve guests. Proper training or a course would be beneficial.

If you value good service and a pleasant experience, you should probably avoid this restaurant. The only good thing was the Dana Bonfilet. It was really delicious! My colleagues had a mixed grill, but the lamb smelled and tasted like steel. The rest of the food wasn't good either. The service was extremely rushed and stressful. The waiter said that fresh bread would be coming with our appetizer, but of course, it wasn't fresh. It was obvious that it had simply been thrown in the oven. We pointed this out, and he apologized and brought us stale bread. He also apologized, saying that a colleague had made a mistake and that it was difficult to find decent staff. The waiter who cleared the table at the end didn't even greet us or ask if we had finished eating. He simply took it for granted that he had to clear everything. In the end, we were presented with a bill without them asking if everything was alright. Apparently, they don't value criticism and improvement.

I ordered the mixed meat platter for €29.90. The food was served quite cold. For that price, I found the portion very, very small compared to other establishments. The meat skewers were really tiny. This was my second time there. I don't think I'll be eating at Nevizade again. What a shame."

The diced meat; there's no diced meat like this. There's no fat in the meat, not even a gram of fat on the skewer, seriously? And like us, this is the first time I've seen a loaf of bread served with the meal. Now don't say that's just the concept, my eyes see what goes to those tables. It means kebab, what's the base, lavash, curtain, etc. It's known. Okay, I understand we're not regulars. We go once a year. But the ice-cold, hardened lavash you bring with such haste... I went all the way from Duisburg. Even the places here bring things running. And you don't ask for tea three times. You'll say it's very busy, but it's a weekday! You've ruined the service.

We discovered it when we came for the trade fair. From the kitchen to the service, from the parking lot to the restrooms, it was absolutely perfect. Needless to say, the food was magnificent.

It's definitely worth the hype. I've eaten künefe in many restaurants, but this one was perfect! The food was also excellent! The prices are in line with everything else. I think it's totally reasonable.

We went during Ramadan, it was extremely crowded, and we had a reservation. We noticed that the waiters couldn't attend to every table; we waited 10 minutes just to order water. One waiter was serving 15-20 tables, and we even waited for the table to be cleared before we could have tea, but nobody cleared it until we were finished. The prices weren't very reasonable.

The meat was really good, the beyti had very thin dough, almost like thin dürüm bread, and the shrimp and vegetable pot (I forgot the name) was very tomatoey, almost like pizza. The rice was very bad, watery, and not fully cooked. The bulugur was salty but actually tasty, and the fries weren't salted, but you could theoretically add salt at the table.

From the valet at the door, to the manager İbrahim abi, the owner Gökhan abi, and all the staff inside; from the waiters to the busboys, everyone's attention to the customer is truly wonderful. They fully deserve the money I paid for this establishment. The taste is, of course, undeniably top-notch. If you really want to understand the success of a restaurant's culinary scene, I suggest you try their Adana kebab — everything will be revealed there 🙂 Thank you for your hard work and dedication. I used to eat here regularly and enjoyed it. I even gave it 5 stars back then. Unfortunately, it's now only 2 stars. We ordered three dishes, and we weren't satisfied with any of them. For example, my meat wasn't cooked through. It was generally too cold in the restaurant. The baklava was really good, though. Nice and crispy. The food used to be very good. So good that I used to eat there with colleagues. Back then, the food was still good, but my colleagues and I felt like we were just expected to pay and leave quickly after eating. I understand that when the place is full, but none of us felt comfortable after eating there.

Dinner at Nevizade is very good; the food is truly delicious. However, the open breakfast buffet unfortunately didn't impress me. While everything was fresh, much of it, in my opinion, doesn't fit with Turkish breakfast traditions. Who eats potato gratin for breakfast, for example? The dessert was particularly disappointing and urgently needs improvement. The İrmik Tatlısı was practically watery and tasteless, and the brownie wasn't very good either. I understand that it's primarily a kebab shop—but then perhaps they shouldn't offer such desserts at all. The prices, however, are reasonable.

Nevizade Restaurant is simply outstanding! The quality of the food is perfect – everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. You can immediately tell that the food is cooked with great care and skill. The team also deserves high praise: incredibly friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. You feel welcome and well taken care of from the very first moment. For me, it's one of the best restaurants in Essen – I will definitely be back. A clear 5 stars and my absolute recommendation!

We went there for dinner for the first time. The bread was burnt and cold. The food is quite expensive, and we were charged too much for drinks. The drinks are expensive and only 0.2 liters. We also had to constantly ask for cutlery and glasses. The waiter at the register was unfriendly and annoyed. The decor is very nice, but I wouldn't come back.

I was very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a lamb skewer, which was served completely raw. After I pointed this out, it was grilled again, but then it was incredibly tough. The salad was yellowed. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially when it's extremely busy. But there were only six tables occupied, and while there was staff bustling about, they seemed unenthusiastic. In the end, they only asked if everything was okay when we were about to leave. For this quality, even when it's not busy, I unfortunately won't be returning. It wasn't always like this.

Nevizade Sokak is a bustling and possibly the most famous street in Istanbul. Anyone who has visited and dined there knows the renowned Turkish cuisine. Nevizade GökhanCan at Gladbecker Str. 285-287 in 45326 Essen comes very close to the culinary culture of Istanbul. We dined here with friends and were extremely satisfied. The grilled specialties and the presentation by the service were simply outstanding. We tried everything from appetizers to main courses and desserts. The owner himself greeted us personally. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. A big thumbs up! Keep up the good work! We will definitely recommend the restaurant and will visit again soon.

Despite the distance, we drive there once or twice a week to Essen. Whether you're eating alone or in a large group, there's plenty of space, and they even frequently celebrate birthdays there. Very friendly, fast service, good food

Overall, we were satisfied, even though there were a few things that could be improved. The lamb skewer with yogurt and tomato sauce was very tasty; the meat in general was delicious and of high quality. I also enjoyed my chicken beyti, although the yufka was a bit too firm. Unfortunately, the bread quality was not convincing: The bread served with the appetizer didn't seem entirely fresh. With the lamb skewer, the bread was initially soggy inside and hard at the same time. After we complained, it was replaced, but it quickly became soggy again in the sauce. That was a shame, as the meat was really good. The service, on the other hand, was excellent – ​​very friendly, attentive, and quick. The restaurant was full, but the noise level was perfectly acceptable. We felt the price was a bit too high for what we got, especially considering the bread quality. Overall, a good restaurant with very good meat and great service, but not a place we would visit again.

There is parking available in the courtyard, the menu is relatively large, and the food was delicious. The service was attentive and frequently available even in the more remote areas.
