Mr. Gökhan is very respectful and his employees are the same. They were friendly and nice to every customer. The restaurant is beautifully made inside and very meticulous about cleanliness. The Adana kebab with yogurt was delicious and the portion size was great. The prices are good for the quality. I was satisfied and will come again!

I tried the pide at Nevizade and was very satisfied with the taste. The quality of the ingredients was good, and it tasted really delicious. However, I have to say that the prices are a bit on the higher side. Overall, it was a good experience, but you should keep the value for money in mind.

We ordered Adana with yogurt. The fries were soggy, and the halved Adana (not a skewer) was drowned in some kind of tomato sauce. The food was cold…a major disappointment. The staff, however, were very polite and discreet. After a long and tiring day, we were looking forward to the meal, so we finished it and paid. It was disrespectful to serve something like that. But after six hours in the hospital, you eat what's served, pay, and are happy to go home.

Breakfast Buffet – Unfortunately Disappointing We went there for the breakfast buffet, and I have to honestly say it was a huge disappointment. The buffet was of the lowest standard: The food was cold, tasteless, and of very poor quality. Not even coffee or juices were included in the buffet – which is really unusual for a breakfast buffet. Desserts consisted of a few dry and tasteless cakes and pastries. The price of €17 per person is absolutely overpriced for this quality. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this breakfast buffet at all – save your money and go somewhere else.

Today we went to the restaurant for the first time as a family. We had reserved a table. There was a child's birthday at the table behind us. We asked the gentleman who was looking after the customers if we could move to another table. Thank you, they immediately took care of us and changed our seats. And I can't find words to say about the restaurant, it really is 10 out of 10 and they took care of us very well. Thank you very much for everything.

Not recommended I recently went there with a friend and ordered an Adana kebab. When I ordered, I explicitly stated that the meat had to be cooked thoroughly because I was pregnant. Nevertheless, the plate arrived with significantly undercooked meat. When I asked for it to be recooked or the dish replaced, the only response I received was, "Adana is always undercooked, there's no other way." No solution or apology was offered. I ended up reluctantly eating a few bites to avoid an argument – ​​and the next day I was bedridden with a stomach bug. Unfriendly service, no understanding of health risks, and a lack of willingness to correct the mistake. For me, this is unacceptable, especially when pregnant women are involved. I won't be back and absolutely cannot recommend the place.

Unfortunately, I didn't get his name; we were seated at table 55. We would definitely come back. We really enjoyed everything!

The food was exceptionally delicious, but the staff was unprofessional; our drinks weren't always distributed to us, but placed at the front of the table without any comment. It also took some getting used to the owner's flaunting of his name and pictures; this is a first for me. The payment process was beyond unpleasant and took a very long time; it was so disorganized and slow that a line quickly formed. But if you can overlook everything else, the food is truly highly recommended! No expense was spared on the quantity and accessories. I hope it stays this way in the future.

(6.50 euros) we assumed that the soup would be on the house!! The soups would be credited to us when we paid!! Which I find outrageous!! Almost 60 euros for soups!! You should say in advance that the soups cost something and not pretend that everyone gets a soup on the house!! And then be aggressive at the checkout!!! I'll never go there again!! I experienced an event in the heart of Europe that I had never experienced in Türkiye. Today, at the restaurant we went to for iftar, the waiter brought a cake. Then he asked for a tip because the knife didn't cut it. There is a method to everything. While in Türkiye we tip waiters for good service. It is surprising to encounter something like this. Plus, the person sitting at the cash register needs to practice a little as a tradesman. As customers, we can sometimes be absent-minded. We ask how much is left in the payment. The person looks at us like this instead of saying "Sir" it is written on the screen. Then we noticed the screen and paid for it. It was a seriously shocking night. It is never a plus for such things to happen in an elite-looking place with such beautiful food and atmosphere.

Yesterday we went to our favorite restaurant again. The food is really delicious, no question about it! We just ordered pasta for our little one. The waiter was nice and made an exception since they don't normally offer it. So normal pasta without sauce stinks without anything. We then had to pay €16 for the pasta without everything… Yes, everything has become more expensive... But paying so much for pasta that was cold and pre-cooked... We will never go there again!

Even though we called to make a reservation, they said: "We only reserve for groups of six people or more. We have enough four-person tables, you don't have to make a reservation." When we got there, there were already several families/groups lined up at both entrances! We had to wait almost an hour and watch the other guests eat until we finally got a table. When a lady complained, she was told to leave if she didn't like it! By the way, the food was no better than in a fast food restaurant and completely overpriced. So the price-performance ratio is not right at all!

I was there on Friday for Valentine's Day 2025 with my wife and child. When we stood at the entrance, I was afraid there would be a huge queue running from both sides. You refused me a reservation on Monday 4 days in advance. The reason for this: Many guests come and eat and then get up and leave. And only reserve for groups of 6 or more people. I insisted and politely told the staff on the phone that I wanted to reserve a table and didn't want to stand at the door or be rejected. But no chance. I also told him on the phone that I used the function to make a reservation via Instagram and didn't get an answer, then he said we don't work like the German system. Then why this function via Instagram? After almost 50 minutes of waiting in line, we got a seat. While we were waiting, my wife went and asked an employee why some people were allowed to walk through and make reservations. (Talked through the queue) Since we wanted to make a reservation 4 days in advance, he said (he was also uncomfortable) that they had a lot of traffic and wanted to make a reservation and then did so. Wow, what a coincidence right after our call. It's a disgrace, you either enforce it that way from the start or not at all. Especially on days like Valentine's Day or something similar. When we sat at the table, I can say everything was good, the food came quickly and the service was satisfactory. The food tasted good. The ambience is far too loud, the guests are very loud, the setting makes a good impression but it looked more like a fast food restaurant. Because I was there for the first time, I don't have to go there again. I would only recommend it during the week, otherwise not at all. There are better alternatives where you can feel better.

Buffet tables could have been more organized

I once ordered Lahmacun, a plate of Adana kebab and a plate of Urfa kebab. Lahmacun tastes good but Adana Kebab and Urfa Kebab tastes relatively good.

I have been to this restaurant several times. The kitchen is fine. However, my visit on Valentine's Day was a complete disappointment. I had called an hour in advance to reserve a table for two. I was told on the phone to just come in, there would only be a short wait and a solution would be found. The end of the song? We waited a whole 30 minutes! And this despite the fact that we were assured several times that we would be “right there”. The employee at the checkout proudly emphasized that the restaurant has 310 seats - all well and good, but what's the point if the organization is completely chaotic? The worst thing was the feeling of not being taken seriously as a customer. We were kept waiting, made false promises and made to feel like a nuisance. An absolute no-go! A restaurant lives from its guests - and the guest is and remains king.
