Really tasty and very friendly towards the customers and really good price too

Meat doner is so delicious that it is incomparable to other doner restaurants. Personally, I can say that it is the best around Duisburg. The Lahmacun was also very, very delicious. In short, you can eat the best lahmacun and döner around Duisburg here. The restaurant was very clean and nice.

Always delicious & always fresh to eat

Food was ok but way too overpriced. You can use the money to eat somewhere else twice.

The food was good as always, even though it's Ramadan and everyone is waiting for their food at the same time, the quality hasn't decreased. The incredible thing here was that everyone got their food at the same time and the eaten plates were quickly cleared away. We were also asked if we had any other wishes and were given tea.

We just came here for Iftar and absolutely loved it! The food is fantastic - the grill plate in particular was incredibly tasty, perfectly grilled meat and perfectly seasoned. The service and staff are super friendly and attentive. What particularly struck me was that all tables received their food at the same time! A great experience. If we come back to Duisburg, a visit here will definitely be on our list again! Highly recommended!

Ordered online for the first and last time. Fries were under the meat. Were mushy and raw. Flatbread was soggy, soft and unbaked. Salad was of course warm. How to add salad to hot food! Likewise, how can you put fries under the juicy meat! Of the €21 for the mixed grill plate, half went in the trash. Too bad. Am frustrated. I was looking forward to delicious food. Restaurant, always happy. Never order online again.

We are from Amsterdam and were in Germany for groceries. For dinner we decided to eat here, and it was an excellent choice! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, well prepared and with authentic flavors. We ended the evening with a delicious Turkish tea, which completed the experience. Definitely recommended, we would love to come back!

We ordered the grilled plate with rice and a pide...the restaurant also served lamacun salad and bread with dips. Everything was very tasty, more than plentiful and served just as we ordered.

Until a few weeks ago, I ate different things there almost every day. The prices have risen enormously, exorbitantly. The operator should give it some thought. Bad service, half of them don't understand what you're saying. The two of us were eating and by the time the second meal arrived my partner had already finished eating. The store wasn't full. After paying the bill 5 minutes ago, I asked for the receipt. I ordered 2 skewers, the first one being chicken wings and the second skewer being lamb. He wrote that one skewer of chicken costs 14.90, so he calculated it as the price of two skewers of chicken. This is literally fraud, I can't think of any other way to put it. Please ask for the receipt and check it, as I know, this is also true when we came with a friend and charged 10 liras more, I intervened and we were able to get our money back. Don't deceive people, shame on you!

The Class Kösem is a restoration that leaves little to be desired. From the tasty prepared food to the ambience to the very ambitious staff, there has been nothing to complain about so far. What is strange, however, is that mineral water only comes in small bottles.

Had a very bad experience, I invited some close people to this restaurant assuming that it would be good based on the reviews it had..... After my visit I can confidently say that the reviews are probably fake. However, I must say that this is probably the worst restaurant I have ever eaten in, the staff are rude especially the lady that served us. The price to food ratio is too little based on the prices they have. I had to remind the staff to bring the rest of the order because they were so incompetent...... In summary, if you'd like to get ripped off 🙂, then this is the place to go to...... Thanks for embarrassing me in front of my guests.

I ordered a kebab plate. The meat was cold, tough and dry. I paid 14 euros and couldn't eat my plate. Despite paying, I will never enter this restaurant again.

I ordered a meat soup, which unfortunately was very unappetizing. The soup smelled unpleasant and consisted almost entirely of water and oil. The lahmacun didn't taste good at all. Overall the food was very disappointing and the prices are extremely overpriced. I will never order there again.

I'm from Munich. I've been in Duisburg since the day before yesterday. My best friend recommended the Restaurant Class Köşem to me. A waitress works there, her name is Esra. She was distant and didn't understand me. What I wanted to order in Turkish was just as stupid. Well, me and my best friend will never come over again.

Definitely not recommended. The food was very mediocre and served cold, and the staff is very rude. I don't understand how this place has good reviews. If I could give less than 1 star, I would have.

Incredibly expensive and never full

Rarely have I had such delicious Turkish food! Service was polite, the food arrived hot and promptly. I really enjoy eating there.

The food is okay, but since the incredibly friendly checkout service is still fresh in my mind after a few days, I still had to rate it. You will be treated like thieves if you pay by card and don't leave a tip even though the order had several errors! and you had to constantly look for the service. You kindly wish you a nice evening and only get a negative look, which is unprofessional. Won't come again.

First of all, I would like to mention how shocked I am that this company has 4.4 stars on Google. I had dinner in this restaurant today. Unfortunately I can't say anything positive. The waitress with the headscarf was so unfriendly to me and my companion. I had chicken wings that were still raw, the rice was cold and the salad had been there for a while. As you can see. The staff played with balloons inside instead of serving us. I haven't been served this badly in a long time and I'm really shocked about it. We were at the only table, which doesn't surprise me now that we've eaten. Unfortunately I have to say that next time I will give this shop a wide berth. Everything was so bad, even the cutlery was dirty, a shame about the €35 I had to leave behind

Unfortunately not satisfied on the second visit. The lack of quality and the taste didn't convince me and the meat was without marinade and not salted.

Service: Erst nett, trotz fehlender Reservierung Platz bekommen, aber sehr gehetzt. Heißt, ca. 5min um sich durch die Karte zu schnüffeln und sich zu entscheiden, nachdem man gesagt hat, dass man noch etwas Zeit braucht, wird zusammengefasst gesagt: ,,Ihr müsst jetzt Trinken und Essen zusammen entscheiden." Ambiente: Sehr voll, für einige ein Nachteil, anfangs auch etwas komisch von überall angeschaut zu werden, jedoch fühlt man sich wenn man sitzt überflüssig, also man hat nicht das Gefühl wichtig für andere zu sein und kann "in der Masse untertauchen" Deko ist schön, Stühle bequem und alles scheint sauber, saß im Winter, mit Pullover und es war sehr warm. Vorspeise: Salat, ok Brot und Dips, klassisch Türkisch(ok) Essen: Der Reis ist lecker Das Fleisch für 6 Personen(Bild): Vorerst, alles auf einem Teller? Für 6 Personen, etwas naja, aber ist ok. Hähnchen, schön saftig, schön gewürzt Adana Cevape, schön gewürzt, zerfallen im Mund, leicht scharf, aber angenehm Lamm, ist gut gelungen, nicht zäh, und geschmacklich auch gut Kalbsspieß, ok, war vergleichsweise eher schwach, aber trotzdem ok! Pommes, leicht labrig, aber wie Pommes halt. Im Großen und Ganzen waren die verschiedenen Grillfleischsorten gut gewürzt, hat nur meiner Präferenzweise etwas Salz gefehlt. Es war weniger fettig als erwartet und das Fleisch ist im Mund zerfallen. Allerdings ist es etwas monoton geworden. Hier wird man aber unwahrscheinlich hungrig gehen. Ist im Grunde vollkommen in Ordnung, aber ich hasse es gehetzt zu werden, also viel persönliche Meinung ist auch mit eingeflossen, aber habe versucht möglichst objektiv zu bleiben.

Bestellung via Lieferando Bestellung war schneller da als angegeben, und war super lecker. Das Fleisch im Döner und dem Dönertelle war super saftig und lecker gewürzt.

Öncelikle çalışanlar ile ilgili sorun var iki bayan çalışıyor bi kapalı bi açık açık saçlı bayan sanki bedava yemek veriyor gibi boş yer yoktu gittiğimizde rezervasyon var onlar gelirse kaldırırım dedi çok saygısızca bir daha asla gitmem özellikle o bayan için yemek de fena değil nimet her zaman beğenilmesi lazım

Essen war OK. Kellnerin sehr unfreundlich und sehr kalt. Kam direkt ans Tisch und frage was wir trinken wollen. Haben ihr gesagt dass wir uns erstmal die Speisekarte angucken möchten. Darauf hin wieder sehr unfreundlich…musste dann meinen die Suppe einfach auf den Tisch zu „schmeißen“.. und das Brot war sehr kalt man hätte es bisschen wärmen können.

Gemütliche Atmosphäre im Innenbereich. Es gibt sogar einen Bereich extra für Familien. Kleiner Außenbereich in der Nebenstraße. Man wird schnell und sehr freundlich bedient. Standardmäßig gibt es Plätze für 2 bis 6 Personen, bei größeren Gruppen werden die Tische entsprechend angepasst. Tipp: größere Gruppe sollte vorab reservieren. Speisekarte ist klein und übersichtlich. Es findet sich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Wir hatten neben verschiedenen Grilltellern (Foto) noch eine Pizza Tonno, die sehr gut belegt ist. Auch die Portionen der Grillteller waren sehr gut. Als Vorspeise gab es Brot mit verschiedenen Dips. Wobei der Möhrendip super lecker gewesen ist. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt ebenfalls. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ebenfalls gut. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe mehrere Linien der DVG. Parkplatzsituation ist wie in jeder Großstadt. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wir bedanken uns für einen schönen Abend und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Die besten grillteller in Duisburg ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen und die Bedienung 1a sehr nett und hilfsbereit gehen auf Kunden wünsche ein von mir noch mal 5 ***** dazu

Ich habe sowas noch nie gesehen, hab einen Grillteller mit Reis bestellt zum Mitnehmen, nicht einmal bisschen Soße oder ähnliches wollte man mir darauf tun, natürlich nur gegen Aufpreis, noch unverschämter geht’s nicht, dann habe ich lammspießdürum bestellt, ohne mich zu fragen, was drauf kommt, es wird gemacht und muss so gegessen werden, ob man eine Allergie hat oder nicht spielt keine Rolle. Mitarbeiter ist unfreundlich, diskutiert mit mir als wäre er mein Freund. Ich werde nie wieder einen Fuß in diesen Laden setzen. Man hat einfach das Gefühl, dass der Kunde nichts wert ist.

Ich gehe seit Jahren sehr gerne in dieses Restaurant, da es insgesamt sehr gut ist. Allerdings sind die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten begrenzt, da das Restaurant an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Man muss oft auf Nebenstraßen ausweichen oder etwas weiter entfernt parken. Im Restaurant findet man in der Regel immer einen Platz, das Personal ist freundlich und die Vorspeise wird schnell serviert. Das Hauptgericht ist hervorragend und ich war begeistert von der heißen Platte, die man für diesen Preis selten in Duisburg findet, wie man im beigefügten Video sehen kann. Einzig das Ambiente ist seit Jahren unverändert und könnte meiner Meinung nach eine Auffrischung vertragen. Es wirkt etwas schlicht und könnte durch eine Investition aufgewertet werden. Insgesamt bin ich aber sehr zufrieden mit diesem Restaurant und kann es nur empfehlen.

Die 5 Punkte sind noch zu wenig. Habe dort oft bestellt und demnächst möchte ich mit Freundinnen dort essen gehen. Das Essen ist einfach top. Gut zubereitet. Gut Gewürzt. Personel nazik ve ilgili, alakadar. Almanya’da pek görülmeyen bir şey bu. Çorba ve yemekler de çok iyi. Servis, lezzet açısından Duisburg’da ve çevresinde en iyisi. Özellikle lahmacunları 10 numara. Antep lahmacun ve fındık lahmacunu kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Salata konusunda biraz zayıf. Salatayı da çeşitlendirirlerse her şey harika olacak.

The best Turkish restaurant until now in Germany. If you want to taste coal-grilled meats, visit the restaurant. I prefer the mixed-grill option as you can get a wide range of meat simultaneously.
