Frankly, this day disappointed me. Because cleanliness is zero. When I saw the stairs, I was disgusted and went up. The chairs inside are terrible, always dirty. The open buffet was also very sloppy. Why can't any place maintain its first line? The service is zero for the price paid. I don't recommend it to anyone, don't go and pay a bonus.

We were there for breakfast today. Everything we ate was perfectly fine. The selection at the buffet was clear but still sufficient. Personally, I missed the labeling on the prices. I can say about the ambience. Very cozy, but could be improved. In some places the wallpaper was coming off. But otherwise very nice there. The service was very nice. Gladly again.

I ate here yesterday and I can more than recommend the restaurant, everything was right down to the smallest detail and everything that was served was delicious. I ate Turkish food very often, but this was different. The Ayran and even the dips, which taste almost the same elsewhere, were a very, very good start here.

You pay 15 euros p.p. at the checkout. and gets a large plate, the rest is available at the counter.. But after the first course you want another clean plate.. well unfortunately you don't give it!!!! Don't be mad at me but the chairs weren't good, I didn't see any sesame rings either, a bit disappointed... could be even better...

Fabulous food, very nicely presented. The food tasted very good and the staff was very friendly. The ambience is cozy and the outside area where we sat was pretty good too. That definitely wasn't the last time we ate here.

Top store, as always. This time we went there for breakfast. The open buffet was excellent despite the holidays. Lots of choice, everything fresh, warm and delicious, lots of bread varieties, tea, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, fruit cake stand, sweet desserts, just like in the land of milk and honey. Cleanliness 1A. Super friendly and courteous staff. Everything gets 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us. Many thanks to the great team.

We were there for lunch with several hundred people right after the breakfast brunch on Mother's Day. Despite everything, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the food was more than generous and not possible with the free additions (bread and various types of dips), but it was very tasty. We will be very happy to come back.

So I'll only rate the breakfast buffet now. I've often had breakfast at Aladdin, where I've always been happy, but today I went to Aladdin Terras and I was a bit disappointed. There is less choice and at least for me today nothing was really refilled, there were a lot of empty plates in the buffet. Next time I would go to the normal Aladdin because I personally (and my companion of 3 people) like the buffet better. You don't get the same offer for paying the same price.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED, MANY KINDS OF FOOD, BUT NOT TASTY... and I paid a lot for 2 people. Neither the restaurant nor the food was worth it.

We were there (pre-booked) with 12 people and it was just chaos. We were stuck in a draft because the balcony door was constantly being opened. 3 of us didn't get any food at all and some of the others had to eat cold. The team seemed very uncoordinated and chaotic. So we won't be eating there anymore!

Unfortunately no breakfast brunch available on the day we visited.. probably due to Ramadan. Next time better luck..

Were there yesterday. 04/02/24 Too few staff. Food didn't come even though we were the first to order. So we waited 2 hours for nothing. Nobody cared about us. So not recommended

Even though we arrived an hour before Iftar, we received NO food despite waiting. We were completely forgotten on the terrace and our table was not set. Given the circumstances, the restaurant did NOT have enough staff to handle the expected rush. PUREEE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

We were there for breakfast today. The offer was good, but the cutlery, which you could take yourself from the cutlery containers, was not clean at all. You had to look carefully to find something clean. Unfortunately the same thing happens with the soup bowls and the coffee glasses. That's why we won't go there again.

Catastrophe!!! Food didn't arrive even after 2 hours, the wrong dishes were served, the side dishes were all forgotten (rice, fries, etc.). They were even so cheeky that they brought us something else instead of the food we ordered, saying: "We don't have that anymore, now you can get something else, just eat that."

There was no space inside the restaurant so we were offered a place on the terrace, it didn't bother me as it wasn't that cold, but you could tell that the terrace wasn't really open, it was still untidy there, it was Not even the table was wiped down for us. In addition, people were almost forgotten there. I was on night duty that day and wanted to eat something relaxed beforehand, but we had to wait a long time for our food. After 40 minutes we asked the waiters where at least the basket with the bread was for the starter. We then had to find out that there was only food after Iftar. For me, who isn't even Muslim, I had to be informed, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. We then said ok, we would like to pay for our drink and then leave, as we were already under time pressure anyway. Then we said OK, our food will come immediately, the food looked good, but the dish tasted almost cold. I think the chef prepared everything and then kept it warm on hot plates or something and I also thought the dish was a small portion. I had the Adana with pistachio. The dips for the starter were okay, the bread was good but the lahmacun seemed old and broke when touched or bitten on.

I was there yesterday to break my fast and I definitely can't complain about the food! It was really great! The waiters were all super nice and friendly and always had a smile on their faces, even though there was a lot to do. However, I give one star deduction for the fact that we were charged for the supper, even though we had asked a waiter beforehand whether we had to order the soup separately. Many restaurants offer the soup on the house during Ramadan. Since it was our first time in the restaurant, I specifically asked if the soup was included with the Iftar or if we had to order it extra. The answer was that soup is always included at Iftar. Our soups were then on the bill at the checkout. I explained to the gentleman at the checkout that we had been told something different and that we had asked specifically. He then said that you had to order the soup separately and pay for it. I explained that we hadn't ordered the soups and that was why we asked. And he then asked whether we ate the soup or not. I find that very, very sad, especially during Ramadan. People go there with a certain budget and ask extra and then you can't even apologize for your own mistake or take responsibility for it. The delicious food is great but the rest should also be good. And making a profit like that is really sad.

The orders came an hour later. We received dishes that we did not order on the grounds that the dishes we originally ordered were no longer available. There is no reference to this. We didn't receive all the dishes that were ordered and there wasn't even an apology. Instead, ketchup/mayonnaise was literally thrown on the table with an impossible comment. This is not how customers are treated. During the entire stay we had to repeatedly point out that our order was not there, wrong or incomplete.

With everyone understanding that it is Ramadan, I have never experienced such unfriendly and overwhelmed staff. We ordered 45 minutes before Iftar and received the food 1 hour after Iftar. When the food finally came, I got another plate instead of Adana and they said we don't have Adana, you get that. What an impudence that I wasn't even asked if I wanted something else. The lamb skewer came from a friend and was still tough. When we repeatedly asked for ketchup and mayo, it was thrown on the table. Other orders we made didn't arrive and were still billed later. Toilet was a mess, very dirty. I can't recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately we've been there twice, but both times we informed the waiters that we were just outside the door to have a smoke and, despite prior agreement, both times our table had already been cleared. Simply annoying. Otherwise nice atmosphere and delicious food

I have been visiting Aladdin Terras for many years and still find the breakfast delicious. The quality has not changed over the years. The buffet offers a wide selection so that there is something for every taste, including various drinks such as tea or orange juice, or even dessert. Unfortunately, I have to notice that the price is continuously increasing, which I no longer find appropriate after a certain time.

Everything is well presented, but the taste is mediocre.

Simply great. Food top. Yummy. Great quality. Ambiance nice. A bit loud music for my taste. Prices absolutely okay. Unfortunately the corner where the restaurant is located is very shabby but the shop can't help it.

Wir waren im siebten Himmel, sehr netter Service und das Essen war der Knaller. Wir können es sehr gerne empfehlen.

Wirklich tolles Frühstücksbuffet, reichlich und lecker. Man fühlt sich wie im Urlaub in der Türkei. Sehr authentisch! Würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und der Vorspeisenteller ist der Hanmer gewesen. Zu dem sind Hunde erlaubt - was recht selten ist in türkische Restaurants. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden definitiv wieder kommen ! :)

Kein sauberes bestek, keine sauberen Gläser, die Suppe war nicht warm genug. An den Theken wurde nicht nachgewischt. Entweder waren essensresreste oder wasserflecken, Wasserlache zu sehen. An Brot hatten die nicht viel in Auswahl. Hygiene und preis stimmen hier nicht überein. Wir waren zu zweit. Zuhause angekommen hatten wir Magengeschwür, erbrechen und Durchfall. Nochmals dahin, nein danke.

NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT! Das Ambiente war schön, die Geschaftsführung war nett. Aber im ganzen garnicht empfehlenswert! Es gab unterschiedliche Brote und diese waren absolut nicht frisch! Das Personal war mega unverschämt und hat uns um 45€ abgezockt als wir unseren mitgebrachten Kuchen anschneiden wollten, weil Sie uns das Messer nicht geben wollte! Angeblich wusste die Chefin nichts davon! Wir waren fassunglos und wütend. Erster und letzter Besuch und haben genug noch an Rechnung bezahlt!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend! Angefangen von der telefonischen Buchung des Tisches, Begrüßung vor Ort und Zuweisung der Sitzplätze. Dann ein sehr freundlicher, schneller und aufmerksamer Service. Vorspeisen + Hauptgerichte reichhaltig + suuuper lecker. Toll angerichtet. Preise dafür günstig!!!

Früher war sehr gut.aber jetzt essen hat kein Qualität und leider ich bin krank geworden.

Mega lecker 😋 ein gemütliches Ambiente und sehr sauber. Die Präsentation des Essens von der Vorspeise bis hin zum Dessert einfach fabelhaft.

Essen super. Man muss aber früh kommen. Service ist nicht viel unterwegs. Es wurde nicht oft nachgefüllt. Meneme wurde mot Zwiebeln überhäuft als wäre es eine Zwiebel-Ei Portion. Keine Spitzpaprika zu finden. Schade. Und der Raucherbereich bleibt leider immer offen sodass es drinnen sehr stark nach Zigaretten riecht. Für mich Mit Familie ein NoGo doch türkisches Frühstück ist einfach das beste. Daher wo soll man sonst hin?

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Lokal sauber und wirkt gemütlich. Das Büfett ist gut, wir wurden satt und es hat auch geschmeckt, aber uns fehlten trotzdem die typisch türkischen Mezze, z. B. Humus. Es war leider sehr kalt im Lokal.

Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet zu einen gutem Preis.

Das Essen ist top, wir waren zum Frühstück da und das Buffet wurde immer aufgefüllt. Die warmen Speisen waren heiß, die Salate frisch. Frische Säfte, türkischer Tee und Kaffee inklusive und das alles für nur 12 € pro Person! Also von außen betrachtet top! Was nicht so gut lief: 1. Wir haben vorab extra angerufen um zu reservieren, uns wurde gesagt, sonntags wird nicht reserviert. Im Lokal angekommen waren alle bis auf ein Tisch reserviert. Der Tisch war direkt an der Tür und man hatte konstant kalte Luft im Rücken. Auf Rückfrage nur Schulterzucken. 2. Das Lokal war früher nicht so zu gestellt mit Tischen und so eng. Der Weg zum Buffet fühlte sich wie ein Hindernislauf an, da jeder Tisch besetzt war. Je mehr Leute kamen, desto mehr hat es sich auf dem Gang gestaut. 3. Nach knapp 2 Stunden kam ein Kellner und hat bei uns die Teller weggeräumt, 10 min später kam die Frau am Einlass und hat uns freundlich aber bestimmt darauf hingewiesen, dass unser Tisch gleich für die nächsten reserviert ist und wir bitte gehen sollen. Dabei ist das Buffet regulär 5 h geöffnet und wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass man die Zeit über gemütlich sitzen bleiben kann und nicht buchstäblich rausgeworfen wird. Man hatte konstant das Gefühl, dass Freunde und Bekannte der Besitzer ein Sonderrecht in diesem Lokal genießen. Deshalb heißt es für uns, dass wir vorerst, auch wenn das Essen gut war, dieses Lokal meiden werden.

Sehr gesplegtes und Entgegenkommendes Restaurant, ebenfalls höfliches und engagiertes Service.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut und reichhaltig. Es wäre von Vorteil wenn die Speisen beschriftet würden. Es war sehr voll, aber das liegt wohl daran das alles sehr lecker war, dementsprechend auch etwas lauter im Innenbereich. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Çeşit açık büfe için gayet yeterliydi. Ürünler sürekli tazelendi. Sıcaklarda gayet çeşitliydi. Çorbaya kadar düşünülmüş. Sadece çok yoğun olduğu saatlerde gürültü var ama genel olarak ortamı ferah, dekorasyon güzel, rahat. Çalışanlar gerçekten çok kibar ve yardımcı oluyorlar her konuda. Burada daha önce okuduğum yorumlarda ürünlerin bittiği yazıyordu evet ürünler sürekli tüketiliyor fakat sürekli tazaleniyorda biz 10.30 gibi oturduk 12:30 gibi kalktık herşey hala tazelenmeye devam ediyordu. Fiyat performans olarak hakkıdır.

Ich war Samstag dort essen und muss zugeben, dass ich nicht mehr dort essen will. Ich habe dort immer ein Iskender bestellt und bis heute war es super. Jedoch kann ich es nicht für heute behaupten. Es schmeckte komisch da waren 3 Stück Brot und die Rezeptur oder die Vorbereitungsart wurde verändert. Ich wunder mich auch, wie 3 Keller bei mir waren auf mein Teller schauen aber nicht einmal fragen, wieso ich nichtmal mein essen nach paar Bissen angerührt habe. Lieber fahre ich bisschen weiter und esse vernünftig. Eine Empfehlung wäre definitiv Mevlana in Duisburg. Hier und die Terasse gehen garnicht

Ich hab mir ein Adana Burger gekauft und der burger war nicht mit Adana sonder mit anderen fleisch und das fleisch war mit knorpel und 5cm fett

Das Frühstück ist hier super lecker. Sind auch gerne da. ABER bitte , es genügt einfach nicht , nur die Tische zu wischen. Die Stühle (draußen) sehen alle oben unten vorne hinten katastrophal eklig aus .. Auch die Kinderhochstühle sind extrem dreckig.. würde mich echt freuen , wenn auch regelmäßig hier gesäubert wird.. Und muss auch erwähnen, dass der Preis etwas zu teuer ist..haben für 2 Personen ca 28€ bezahlt. Sonst bin ich zufrieden.. !

Wir waren zu 4 und ich muss sagen wir fanden alle das essen nicht so lecker + war das Service wirklich schlecht. Beim essen wurde mal Pommes vergessen, danach kam ein anderes Gericht einfach 20min nach den anderen essen. Wir mussten 3x bescheid geben damit die brot geben und nur 2 Stück kam an obwohl wir zu 4 waren. Tut mir leid aber service war wirklich schrecklich. Ps. Essen war viel zu teuer und kam in wirklich kleinen Portionen für meinen Geschmack ein bissen frech

Der Service und das Essen waren wirklich Top! Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und werden jetzt zu Stammkunde! Nicht nur uns sondern auch unseren Kindern hat’s sehr gefallen weil es für sie Kindermenüs gab wie Pommes mit Nuggets, Pizza und Burger. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und super bedient. Die Vorspeise inkl. frischem Brot kam mit den Getränken ziemlich schnell nach der Bestellung. Kurz darauf auch schon die Kindermenüs damit die nicht lange warten müssen, was wir Top fanden weil so waren alle zufrieden. Dann kamen die Hauptspeisen der Erwachsen inkl. einer kleinen Showeinlage. Das Essen hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt, das Fleisch war zart und war sehr gut gewürzt. Es war wirklich einfach nur lecker. Wir können es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Wir werden jetzt öfters kommen und auch mal das Frühstücksbuffet testen.
